At 12:08 pm, Central Time, Bea burned her hand when a power sprayer steamer exploded. She immediately put her hand in the snow outside, but the pain level was still a 3-4 (on a scale of 0-10) when she called FireBurnDoctor. When the FireBurnDoctor team called her five minutes later, the pain was already down to a 2. Two hours later, Bea called again to say, "I got involved in doing stuff and I just totally forgot to call! I'm sorry. So I'm calling back to say I'm doing fine.... Thank you so much for your help. Bea W., Nebraska, 2/2/10
At 7:20 pm, PST, Rita burned the fingers on her left hand when she grabbed a hot stove element. Immediately, her pain level was a 10 (on a scale of 0-10) and her ring finger had an inch by quarter-inch white burn where she was expecting to lose the skin. When Rita called FireBurnDoctor, she said, "Thank you, I appreciate whatever you can do." 45 minutes later, she called back to say, "It is looking better... a lot better. Thank you very much, I appreciate it."Three days later, Rita emailed: "Dear Fireburn Team, I wish to thank you for the recent treatment I received from you, for a burn on the ring finger of my left hand. You miraculously speed up the healing process and eliminated the pain. I was able to do dishes and shower, that evening, in hot water with no pain! The skin on my hands is thin and it looked like it was burnt clear through. I think without your help the skin would have just come off the burnt area, but instead it has continued to heal at a quick pace and is close to full recovery at this time which is 72 hours past the event. Thank you again...." She also asked how she could learn to do the burn treatment and how she could help!Rita W., California, 2/8/10
Susie T, the lively elderly mother of Trailblazer, had witnessed her son's immediate burn recovery and elimination of pain when he poured boiling hot gravy on his hand at Thanksgiving dinner last year. The whole family was shocked and put the FireBurnDoctor phone number in their phones just as Trailblazer had done. On February 13, 2010, Susie burned herself, also on the hand, by grabbing the lid off a hot pot fresh from a 375 degree oven. She knew to call FireBurnDoctor immediately, and did so within 5 minutes of the burn. From a pain level of 5 (on a scale of 0 - 10) when she dialed FireBurnDoctor, the pain had dropped to a 3 by the time the FireBurnDoctor Team called her back 8 minutes later. The burn continued to recovery quickly, and 3 hours later Susie reported, "Right now there's nothing there, so it must be OK now. So I thank you very much for all your help. Much appreciated. Bye bye."
Susie T., Ohio, 2/13/10
At 1:40 pm, PST, Mary burned her left arm on a curling iron, leaving a burn an inch and a half wide. Her friend told her to call FireBurnDoctor which she did about 20 minutes after the burn. At that time, her pain level was a 7 (on a scale of 0-10). Just 7 minutes later it was down to a 5 and less than an hour later, the pain was about a 2, when Mary said it "seems to be healing." At 3:43pm, PST, one hour and 43 minutes after the call, Mary left a voice message to say: "I just wanted to thank you so much. My pain is literally at a zero, and the burn is like, you can hardly tell that there's a burn there. It's pretty much all healed. I just wanted to thank you so much. I'm definitely going to pass the word to everybody about this. Ok, have a great day."
Mary H., California, 2/15/10
At about 8:40 pm, PST, Don burned the knuckles of his right hand. He called FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes of the burn. When the FireburnDoctor team called him back, Don said that he's had experience with third degree burns before and felt that the pain level for this burn was a 3 (on a scale of 0-10). Just 10 minutes later, Don called to report that there was a tiny white spot at the point of contact and that "it would have been a blister otherwise." He said, "The pain immediately went away, then came back a little bit, but now there's no pain. Definitely a good service you have and thank you."

Natale fell asleep on a heating pad. When she woke up the next morning, she had a blistering burn on her back the size of half a slice of bread and a pain level of 7 (on a scale of 0-10). When she got to work, a co-worker gave her the number and told her to call FireBurnDoctor, which she immediately did. Even though it was way past the FireBurnDoctor 30 minute time limit, about an hour after she called, Natale reported that, "It feels good." She had taken off the gauze, applied some cold water, and said she had been running around doing her job and had completely forgotten about the burn. She commented that it's funny because she threw her back out the night before, which is why she was using the heating pad, yet now the burn pain had decreased so much that, "the back now hurts more than the burn. That's crazy! Thank you. That's crazy. It just hit me when you called, that the back hurts more than the burn. Thank you."
About 6 hours after she first called FireBurnDoctor, Natale called again to say, "I feel absolutely wonderful. And I can't stop talking about this all day to all my co-workers. But I'm just flabbergasted. I'm just flabbergasted. I mean, no sooner did my back not hurt from my burn, but I can touch it. I can touch my back. It's crazy! I can't wait to get home to strip down and see what exactly it looks like. Anyway, thank you so much. Thank you very much."Natale F., California, 2/18/10
At 10:35 pm, PST, Melvin burned his left thumb on a candle when lighting it with a lighter. It was red and blistered, and his pain level was a 7 (on a scale of 0-10). A friend gave him the FireBurnDoctor phone number and he called within 12 minutes of the burn. When Melvin didn't call back with feedback in a half hour as promised, the FireBurnDoctor team called for an update. Mel said, "I'm glad you called. I promised to call in half an hour, but my friend left and I didn't have the number. I've got to tell you, the pain has decreased to about 1.2." He acknowledged that was very specific, and explained, "Yes, it is. I don't know about the scarring, but the pain has reduced significantly. It's phenomenal. Thank you for calling back. I greatly appreciate it. I'm very much impressed. Thank you, and thank the doctor please." (Reminder to readers: Program 818-332-6445 into your phone now. At 7:37 p.m., PST, Victoria burned her left hand on a pot handle and called FireBurnDoctor within six minutes of the burn. The pain level was a 6 (on a scale of 0-10). Just 12 minutes later, the pain was down to a 4. Just 52 minutes after calling FireBurnDoctor, Victoria reported that, "My hand is feeling much better. Thank you so much. If you need to contact me, my number is .... Thank you again. Bye bye." By this call, she said her pain level had dropped to "a half, less than 1."
The next morning, Victoria emailed to say, "Thank you many times over for the healing. I burned my hand on a pan handle that had been in a 500 degree oven. The pain level was at a 6, I had a dark reddish mark on my palm, and it looked as though it would blister. The skin was tight and it was painful to try to flatten my palm. As soon as I called, the pain began to decrease, and after 1/2 hour was at less than 1. By the end of the evening there was absolutely no pain, no redness, no blister, and no difficulty opening up my hand. I thank you and my hand thanks you also!!!!"Victoria D., California, 3/2/10
At 7:40 pm, PST, 8 year old Brenda poured hot chili on the back of her left hand, experiencing a pain level of 6 on a scale of zero to 10. Her mom knew about FireBurnDoctor and called immediately, within two minutes of the burn. By the time the FireBurnDoctor team called back 7 minutes later, the pain level was down to a 2. Half an hour later, just 35 minutes from the call to FireBurnDoctor, Brenda's mom reported that all the pain and all markings of the burn were gone. In a follow up call, the mom told the FireBurnDoctor team that, "Brenda wanted to give you a call back and let you know what she thinks of her burn." Brenda then said, "Hello, it's gone right now, so thank you! I feel awesome. Have a good night." Then the mom, "Thank you so very much. Yeah, she's doing very well, and we are not surprised! Many blessings to you. Thank you."

Within two minutes of pouring scalding hot soup on her stomach, arms and top of legs, Louise called her mom who immediately called FireBurnDoctor to ask for help. At that time, Louise's pain level was a "6 1/2 to 7, maybe an 8" on a scale of zero to 10 for her stomach, and her arms and legs were a little less painful. One hour later, the pain for her stomach had reduced to a 5 or 6. Her wrist was down to a 2 to 3 and she said her legs felt much better also, at a 1... and "Thank you very much." The next morning, 14 and a half hours from the time of the burn, Louise called FireBurnDoctor again, to say, "Hi, this is .... I spoke with someone last night. I was burned, and it was extremely painful, and they had asked me to call back in the morning. Actually, it's feeling fine now. It's amazing. It doesn't hurt anymore. There's still a red spot on my stomach, but the pain is completely gone! So thank you so much.I really appreciate it. If you have any other questions or if there's anything I can do, feel free to give me a call. Thanks. Bye."Louise C., California, 3/14/10
About 10:00 pm, Mountain time, 6 year old Rachel scalded her legs above her knees with hot water in the bathtub. Her mom called FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes, but the burns had already developed white blisters and Rachel didn't want anyone to come near them with even a cold washcloth. The pain had been a 7 or 8 (on a scale of 0-10). By the time the FireBurnDoctor team called back, about sixteen minutes later, Rachel was sitting calmly in her mom's lap watching TV. One hour from the time of the burn, Rachel's mom reported that the pain level was down to 2 or 3, and that, "She's doing a lot better. She's talking and eating and playing with a friend. Her friend came over to play". Rachel's mom said she was told about FireBurnDoctor by an EMT friend and said she was very thankful. The next morning, 12 and a half hours from the time of the burn, Rachel's mom called to say, "My daughter is doing fine. She says she feels pretty good. So thank you for all your help!"

At 6:30 pm, PST, while cooking a family dinner for St. Patrick's Day, Jenny burned her finger when she grabbed a hot pot handle that was melting from burning fire. Her finger blistered right away. The pain level was an 8 to 10 (on a scale of 0-10). She called FireBurnDoctor within one minute of the burn and the pain dropped to a 4 within 13 minutes. She said the pain was noticeably decreasing even as she was speaking with the FireBurnDoctor team member. One hour and 26 minutes later, Jenny apologized for not calling sooner, but her family dinner was keeping her busy. She said she's already told everyone, "Girls, you definitely need to put this number on your fridges." The pain had gone to a zero when she didn't touch it and only a 2 if she did. Later, Jenny left a voice mail report, "It's doing so well, thank you! This is a miracle, definitely. The blister's also doing much better; let me get into the light, it's not as raised, and is smoothing out. That's amazing! Thank you. Have a good night!"
