Grace burned her finger with hot melted sugar and called the FireBurnDoctor within twenty minutes. When the FBD team called her back twenty-two minutes later, Grace said her pain level was 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10).

Eight hours later, Grace called to say the pain level was 0, adding, “Thank you very much.”

One month later, Grace emailed her report: “I was home watching tv when my teenaged son decided to experiment in the kitchen and try to make caramelized bananas with simple syrup. I got up to check on him, as he was in the kitchen for quite some time, and he had a dark brown concoction of sugar, bananas, and water boiling on the stove. I grabbed a spoon to take a bit out for tasting to see if it was burned, intending to take a taste to the sink and let it cool a bit before tasting, but it started to drip. Instinctively, I tried to catch it to keep it from dripping on the counter, and it landed on the pad of my left index finger. I did what everyone tells you not to do and stuck it in my mouth, so I can tell you it was at least at hard crack stage.

The skin slipped and stretched, and then I got it in cold water at the sink. I would say this is probably at least a second degree burn, and it started throbbing. The hubby was a former EMT and is a Scout leader, and he put a burn gel with lidocaine on it. 

That was enough to kick my mind in gear and for me to remember a podcast I had listened to quite a while ago -- long enough that I'm not sure which one it was, though it was probably Beyond the Darkness, as that's the one I listen to most.  They had an episode on FireBurnDoctor.com and I remembered enough to Google the number. 

And I called. The pain faded. And it never really hurt after that again. It was sensitive, where the skin had slipped and torn, but it didn't hurt. The blister turned into a callous within a few days, and now, a month or so later, the only remaining issue is that the friction ridges on that finger haven't quite returned to normal and I can't unlock my phone with that fingerprint,[!] which is a small thing to worry about. I have told acquaintances and friends about it, just in case.”

Forearm burned on hot power muffler.

One hour later, Rachel called to say her pain level dropped to a 2, adding that it was gone at the end of the call. "Thank you!"

Ethan burned his ankle on a hot metal saw blade and called the FireBurnDoctor IMMEDIATELY. When the FBD team called him back forty-two minutes later, Ethan said his pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), when he first called and had already dropped to a 2.

Two hours later, Ethan left a voicemail to say his pain level dropped to ZERO thirty minutes after the last call, adding, “I just wanted to let you know the burn healed up really well. I had some that looked like blisters would form, but now they have disappeared, and I have a little bit of red discoloration, but it looks pretty darn good. It doesn’t even have a scar. So, I just wanted to thank you again and I will talk to you soon, goodbye!”

One day later, Ethan emailed his report: “I was using an oscillating saw yesterday and the paddle on the blade was red hot. I went to set it down and set the paddle directly on my right inside ankle. It took me a second or two to get it off, but in that time I gave myself a pretty severe burn. More like a branding. The burn was 1 in by 2 in and had a pain level of about five or six on a scale of 1 through 10. 

After calling the fire burn doctor the pain subsided fairly quickly and was almost completely gone within an hour. Today 24 hours later, after having done nothing to the burn, other than a discoloration and what appears to be very light scabbing, the burn does not have any blisters or severe loss of skin.”

After 11 nights of no sleep, Shingles pain drops to ZERO and no itching!

Sandra got Shingles on her lower back and abdomen and called the FireBurnDoctor twelve days later with a diagnosis from a doctor. When the FBD team called her right back, Sandra said her pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10), when the shingles broke out and had already dropped to 4 to 6, adding, that she had no sleep for eleven nights. 

Two days later, Sandra called to say she has two more patches of Shingles, but the one on her leg seems to be disappearing. The next day, when the FBD team called her back, Sandra said that her pain was between 1 to 3 and there was no itching.

Three days later, Sandra called to say she has a new outbreak of Shingles on her left thigh. When the FBD team called her back one hour and twenty minutes later, Sandra said that her pain level on the new outbreak was 4, adding, that in general it feels much better today than this morning.

When the FBD team called her back two days later, Sandra said her pain on the new outbreak dropped to a 0. One day later, Sandra called to say five of the affected areas are pain level 0 and the others are pain level 1.

Three days later, Sandra called to say most of the affected areas are healed up.

Sarah burned her wrist on a hot pan and texted the FireBurnDoctor IMMEDIATELY. When FBD team called her back thirty-four minutes later, Sarah said her pain level was 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10).

One hour and fifteen minutes later, Sarah called to say the pain first increased to 4 to 4.5 and then dropped to 1 to 1.5, adding,“Thank you so much for what you do!”

One hour and seventeen minutes later, Sarah called to say, “I believe the burning is GONE. It’s about three hours after the burn. Thank you.”

Three weeks later, Sarah emailed her report: “In August while cooking, I touched the inside of my wrist up against the rim of the pan I was using. It was very hot and burned the fragile skin. I quickly ran cold water over it, but then I remembered about the Fire Doctor. I’d had the number for many years, but had never remembered to use it. I looked up the sight and sent a text with my information, I’d wasted about 10 minutes at that point. I continued cooking but my wrist was really burning and had started to blister. Skeptics BEWARE... but don't worry, just call and watch what happens!

Heather got Shingles on her lower back and called the FireBurnDoctor six days later with a diagnosis from a doctor. When the FBD team called her right back, Heather said her pain level was between 5 and 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and her itching level was 2 or 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10). One day later, Heather called to say her pain dropped to a 4 and her itching level was down to a 1, adding, “Thanks for the help!” One day later, Heather texted that her pain dropped to a 1 and itching was still at 4, adding “Thanks!”

The next day, Heather texted that her pain was 0 and itching was down to 3, adding, “Thanks very much!” Three days later, Heather texted that both pain and itching level were down to ZERO, adding, that she was very grateful. 

Eleven days later, Heather emailed her report: “Dear FBD Team, I developed shingles in the wake of a viral respiratory illness and while I was aware of the Fireburndoctor I did not know they managed shingles as well. Having spoken to [the FBD team] by chance I learned that even if a longer period of time had passed since the onset of symptoms, DSNB can be used to therapeutic benefit although the technique is more effective the sooner it is used for burns and shingles.

Coming from a traditional science and medical background I was skeptical of any noticeable effects despite being open to trying this therapy. Within a day of getting in contact with the team, I noticed that the pain associated with shingles had reduced significantly and was only occasionally painful to touch.

The same day, Nina emailed her report: “Dear Fire Burn Doctor. This is the first time I write regarding a burn, on my own skin. I have written once before regarding an employee and called about a close friend of mine being burnt. Today at 4.20pm hrs in Madrid Spain I was boiling water to make tea, and with the steam coming out of the kettle, as I passed my right arm on top I got burnt, by the condensed hot water on the base of my hand. I had to start a meeting at exactly 4:30 and it gave me time to contact you.

After having second thoughts because I thought I was going to be able to bear with the pain, the pain began to feel unbearable and I wasn’t going to be able to give my full performance in the meeting.  I texted and sent a foto of my wrist, as I saw my words being read the pain started to pump down. Then I received a call, followed instructions, and forgot about the burn and went on, with what i had to do.  

By 7:30 my body temperature felt cold and the pain eased totally down to zero. Now it is 10:37 pm and there is no pain and no blister. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

Friend calls FBD and saves her friend's life! (Wonder if anyone realizes that?)

Adam burned his legs, buttocks and hands in a diesel fuel explosion and a friend called the FireBurnDoctor the next day. When the FBD team called her back eight minutes later, Adam’s friend said his pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and he was in the hospital burn unit fully pain medicated and he was going to have surgery the next day.

The next day, Adam’s friend called to say Adam’s pain level was down to a 2.

The next day, Adam’s friend called to say his legs were better than expected, the doctors decided in surgery today to not graft but to check again Thursday, adding, “It’s working, it’s working! Thank you very much!”

When the FBD team called her back two days later, Adam’s friend said his pain level was 3 while resting and 7 while moving or walking and his hand had much improved, adding, “The nurses are surprised at how quick it’s healing. The first diagnosis was areas of first, second and third degree burns.”

Three days later, Adam’s friend called to say Adam’s legs pain level 3 or 4 and “his hand feels pretty good.”

One day later, Adam’s friend called to say that the pain was 2 or 3.

Three days later, Adam’s friend texted that pain level was 2 and “He is doing much better.”

Four days later, Adam’s friend texted his pain level 5 when standing up but then feels normal, still painful but tolerable. 

One day later, Adam’s friend called to say that Adam said he is at a turning point for good and he said thank you for your prayers, adding, “The doctor says he is in the top 1% for speed of recovery from 26% of body area burned to 10% as of today. His left leg is almost normal and pain free, he is on half the amount pain medication today, the right leg is healing fast.”

Two days later, Adam’s friend texted, “Yea! No grafts today! Going home today.”

Ten days later, Adam’s friend texted “Adam's pain level is way down, has been driving, plowing snow, etc. I think activity heals. Like you said ‘Get on with life and forget about it, it'll heal’. Thank you for what you do. Yours is a Vigilant Commitment!”
