One hour later, Bobby left a voicemail to say the pain and the blister went down “significantly," adding, “I would just like to give that testimonial please. Thank you very much have a great day.”

When the FBD team called him back eleven minutes later, Bobby said his pain level was 2 to 1.5, adding, that he underestimated his initial pain level which must have been 5. By the end of the call his pain level was almost 0.

Sixty-seven-year old Susan burned her chest with scalding water and called the FireBurnDoctor within ten minutes. When the FBD team called her back five minutes later, Susan said her pain level was 2 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that she cannot estimate the pain level at time of the burn because she was in a panic.

One and a half hours later, Susan called to say her pain level was 0, “non-existent," and the skin was returning to normal, adding, “Thank you, so, so much.”

The next day, Susan emailed her report: “At around 4:55 p.m. on 3/31/21 I was scalded by boiling hot water in an area on my chest between the breasts, on part of one breast and slightly above the breasts. The burned area was about the size of my palm and up to first knuckle. It really hurt and was all red and so after 5 mins. I thought to put a cool washcloth on the area and then dabbed some aloe on it. In retrospect I now know not to do that if I am going to call FireBurnDoctor.

Ten mins. later at around 5:05 I remembered to call FB Doctor and left a message. {The FBD team] called me back around 5:15. and asked about symptoms and pain level. Fortunately I have a high threshold for pain or else the pain would have been worse but when I talked to him it was about a 2 and skin had already started to peel off on a large blister.

After about an hour more blisters showed up – maybe 6 or 7 and they started weeping. Any pain is gone now though. Also starting to see some normal patches of skin appearing in formerly red areas. Around that time [an hour after burn injury], I called and made my progress report to {the FBD team]. He informed me that if I had done nothing to the burned area before calling there would have been no blistering and faster progress on the healing. I agreed to do no more and [he] said not to worry about infection and I trusted as I could already see progress.

It has now been 3 hrs. since I [first called FBD] and the skin that was a deep red before is now more pink and there are some areas that have gone back to normal flesh color! The burn area remains painfree!

4 hrs. [after the burn injury] at 9:15 p.m., the burned areas keep lightening in color and the overall size of the formerly red area seems to be shrinking. [I went to bed], still pain free! Blisters seem to have stopped oozing.

It is the next morning  (after burn injury) and there still is no discomfort. Some red remains but it is not “angry” and covers a smaller area than originally. The blisters are scabbing over. FACE, NECK & ARMS burned in a gas explosion! NO operations, NO skin grafting!! NO PLACEBO!!!

Lawrence burned his face, neck and arms when a petrol generator exploded and his uncle texted the FireBurnDoctor within twenty minutes. The same day, Lawrence’s uncle emailed his report: “I was informed by my wife that her nephew was being rushed to hospital. He was busy filling a petrol electricity generator with gasoline while smoking. An explosion ensued which resulted in burns to his face, neck and arms. A few years back my wife's face was burnt with hot cooking oil and I called fireburndoctor. Today she has no scars. Adam burned his finger on a very hot pot cooking on a campfire and texted the FireBurnDoctor immediately. When the FBD team called him back two hours later, Adam did not answer.

One month later, Adam emailed his report: “On June 25 2021, I was cooking at a retreat in Taos, New Mexico. I touched a scorching hot pot and instantly my finger made a white blister looking mark and stung pretty badly (around a 7 for pain on a scale of 1-10). I took a picture two minutes later and sent a text into the fire burn doc team.

The pain was nothing the rest of the night other than some stinging in a sweat lodge. I did not treat it at all. TINY Bird saved from burning firepit coals! "Thank you, from my deepest well of gratitude."

 

Julian burned both of his hands in a fire trying to save his sister’s bird, Fiona, and his sister’s partner texted the FireBurnDoctor within minutes. When the FBD team called them right back, Julian did not answer.

One hour later, Julian’s sister texted that the bird is calm and the swollen eyes themselves are not damaged and Julian had a lot of pain but the pain is gone. She also called to say, “The bird seems to be ok, my brother seems to be ok, everyone seems to be feeling quite well."

Seven days later, Julian’s sister emailed her report: “Hello, FBD team, My tiny bird was recently burned. On July 4th Fiona Buttons, a green cheek conure (and a very, very good friend to me), was out with the family enjoying the sunshine when a loud noise startled her and she flew off of the shoulder she was perched on. Unfortunately for her she flew over the fire pit in her panic, and her wings were immediately singed.  She dropped into the fire and landed in a bed of coals. Three of us were trying to grab her, but she kept jumping around to avoid the heat, and we couldn’t see her in the smoke. Fina

He scooped her out of .the fire along with a handful of coals and tossed her out and away. I picked her up, and while I was running to the kitchen sink I yelled over my shoulder to my partner to text fire burn doctor. I put her under water to stop any immediate burning (her feathers were singed and smoldering). I gave her a quick look over, and then tucked her in my shirt, as it was apparent she was in shock.

When she emerged from her shock I assessed her state. Her right side had been burned quite badly. Her right eye was swollen shut, her right foot was double in size, her nostrils had been burnt, as were the membranes at the side of her beak. Knowing it was possible she might be leaving, I slept with her on my chest that night (to comfort us both). I woke up in the night to check on her, offer her water and gauge her condition.

In the morning I offered her food, but the inside of her mouth was burned, and it was very painful for her to eat. She was able to sip fruit juice and eat a little applesauce. Her tongue had a giant blister on it that almost occluded her breathing, and she was unable to open her beak at all. However she began recovering VERY quickly.

By the next morning the blister on her tongue was not visible anymore — no sign of ruptured skin, no more inflammation. Her appetite had returned and she ate puréed fruits all day. She was also able to squawk again, which I thought might not be possible given the fact that her mouth and throat were burned. After this day her healing progressed very quickly. Over a few days:the blisters around her mouth healed rapidly and she could open her beak again;

-        her nostrils scabbed and healed, though they’re pink now rather than their original black;

-        her feathers started growing back, indicating energy for peripheral biological functions;

-        she began grooming herself, showing increased mobility and normalcy;

-        she is taking regular baths again;

-        and, what I consider very important, she’s trying to bite the dog and cats again, meaning              she’s back to her feisty self!

This bird should have been dead, there is no question. Her weight is measured in ounces, and she spent at least 30 seconds in a very hot fire. The (unfortunately large) photos attached are to show the scale of Fiona, and to show how her burnt right side is healing very well. The black spots around her eyelid are her tiny eyelash feathers growing back, and though you can see that her wing feathers are shortened, they’re being replaced with new growth daily.

I know the power of my mind, and of whether I agree with a situation. I did NOT agree with her pain or death, and that’s important, but MOST vitally, I KNEW I had your support. That alone helped me to overcome my own panic about my friend and just rest, knowing I had allies, and that she was in good hands. Based on where we were at and the lack of any other medical options I called. Despite the fact I thought it was not going to work. It worked, and it worked fast. 

This year, we had a fireworks malfunction, partially my fault, that resulted in a small amount of burning powder sticking to my thumb and two fingers.  Based on the fact my hand was now on fire, I immediately submerged my hand in water. With my hand no longer on fire I continued on with the fireworks with the family.

After a matter of minutes, I realized it was a bit worse than I originally thought. Blisters were forming and in several locations the skin was peeling off. It had been about twenty minutes and my wife suggested I call the Burn Doctor, again. I received the call back, and if I recall correctly, the pain was thought to be about 7. My scale of 1-10.

After the conversation, within minutes, the pain subsided. Within an hour it was basically gone. There was and still is some raw area where the skin peeled away. Also, my thumb nail melted and is in the process of falling off, but for the most part there has been little to no pain. Don't know how it works. Don’t care. But happy it does.”

Evelin burned her right middle finger on a hot toaster oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within five minutes, adding, “You were my first thought." When the FBD team called her back nineteen minutes later, Evelin said her pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10).

Two and a half hours later, Evelin called to say her pain level was ZERO, adding, “It is doing a lot better, I am not red anywhere anymore, have a great night, bye bye.”

Heidi burned her finger taking a very hot pan out of the oven and texted the FireBurnDoctor within fifteen minutes. When the FBD team called her back ten minutes later, Heidi said her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10).

Two and a half hours later, Heidi texted that the pain level dropped to a ZERO, adding, “Sorry for the delayed reply at the one-hour-mark, pain was down to a 3. Now there is no pain. Amazing!“

Katie burned her fingers on a hot metal bowl and called the FireBurnDoctor within thirty minutes. When the FBD team called her back six minutes later, Katie said her pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10).

When the FBD team called her back two and a half hours later, Katie said her pain level dropped to a 1, adding, "The blister is almost gone. "

The next day, Katie emailed her report: “I am feeling much better now, thank you so much! You guys are providing a great service. The pain is a zero now. I still have a blister on my thumb but it doesn't hurt. Thanks so much!”

Fingers burned on hot oven dish.

Pain dropped from 9 to 0 in minutes

Vanessa burned her finger with boiling water and called the FireBurnDoctor within fifteen minutes. When the FBD team called her back thirty-two minutes later, Vanessa said her pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), when she first called and had already dropped to a ZERO.

Six-year-old Mark burned the soles of his feet with hot coals and his father called the FireBurnDoctor within ten minutes. When the FBD team called them back ten minutes later, Mark’s dad said Mark’s pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10). Two hours later, Mark’s dad called to say his pain level dropped to a 2, adding, “It’s all good though thank you.” When the FBD team called him back twenty minutes later, Mark’s dad said that Mark had been running around for the last 1.5 hours without complaining and said, “look dad the blister is smooth”.

One month later, Mark’s dad emailed his report: “10 years ago I was investigating the phenomena of remote "healing" and searching the internet for information on the same. I came across the Fire Burn Doctor site and was immediately drawn to the many testimonials of its good work. I decided to save the number on my phone and forgot about it. About three years later my brother in law spilt hot oil all over his face and received serious burns. I remembered the Fire Burn Doctor number, called it (WHY NOT??) and gave the info requested. That was it!  

A few weeks later my brother in law had no marks on him and had made a full recovery. Of course, this could have all been coincidence.
