800 degree molten glass hit his hand. No pain, no blister at one and a half hours.

Norman burned his right hand with 800 degree molten glass and called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FBD team called him back 19 minutes later, Norman said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), when he first called and had already dropped to a 3.

 

Eighty minutes later, Norman called to say that his pain level was now zero, adding, “There is no trace of a blister, it’s gone, there’s nothing there! Thank you I like talking to you!”

Lana burned her fingers on a hot log and called the FireBurnDoctor within one hour. When the FBD team called her back an hour later, Yana said her pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had already dropped to 5.

 

The next day, Lana emailed to say, “Last night I had blisters on my fingers and I was in pain. This morning the blisters are gone and my fingers are only a bit sore to the touch. Thank You!” When the FBD team called her back, Lana explained that she burned two fingers on a hot metal oven rack a couple of weeks ago and that even now that burn looks much worse than the one from last night. even though the one from two weeks ago was not nearly as severe as the one from last night.

The same day, Lana emailed her report: “I burned my fingertips when picking up a log last night. It had rolled from the bonfire to the pit. It seemingly wasn't on fire. When I picked it up, at that point I realized the underside was flaming charcoal. My burn had to be 2nd degree. My fingertips were on fire. My fingertips and the palm side of them, were charred with a white charcoal look. I called the Fire Burn Doctor upon the recommendation of a friend. My fingers were hot for a while, but the skin didn't change into what you would expect a burn to look like.

I went to bed with a bit of low level pain. When I woke up, there were no skin discolorations, blisters, or raw areas. My consistent pain was gone. I only have a bit of tenderness when I touched something. In contrast, I burned my index finger approx. 2 weeks ago. My finger touched an upper rack when I was pulling a pan out of the oven. This burn was not as bad. I treated it with tea tree oil and never had too much pain. It is an open wound. It is a scab in the making. Seven-year-old Freda was celebrating her birthday when she burned her fingers on a sparkler and her mother called the FireBurnDoctor within two minutes. When the FBD team called her back two minutes after that, Freda’s mom said Freda’s pain level was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and was now about 2, adding, “Freda is already playing again.”

When the FBD team called them back the next day, Freda’s mom said that her pain was zero, adding, “No pain for the rest of the night and all of today. There’s just a little white mark. Thank you!”

 

Two weeks later, Freda’s mother emailed her report: “Dear Fire Burn Doctor Team, Thank you!! My daughter burnt her finger & thumb on a sparkler during her birthday celebration. She was in a lot of pain. I was able to contact FBD within the first 15 minutes & provided the required details. Double Shingles breakout, Pain and Itching stopped in 10 days despite the late start!

Rachel was diagnosed with shingles on her ribcage and texted the FireBurnDoctor 14 days later, two weeks past the ONE DAY FBD protocol for Shingles. When the FBD team called her back thirty minutes later, Rachel said her pain level was 6 and the itching level was 2 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding, “I have this internal burning sensation for two weeks.” Two hours later, Rachel called to say that the itching intensified and then subsided, adding, “The pain in the back kind of radiated to the other side and then came back. Generally I just feel betterr. ,The redness around the pustules is decreasing. There is an itchiness but it is more of a healing itchiness instead of the type that is just driving me crazy. I am very grateful. Thank you.”

 

Eight hours later, Rachel left a voicemail update saying, “There is definitely some itching in patches where I don’t have pustules but as long as none of them pop up it is definitely going down and there is a lot less red skin around the current pustules so everything seems to be working great and I really appreciate it thank you.”

 

Two days later, Rachel called to say, “The area where the shingles are is definitely decreasing redness and it is drying so that is fantastic. Yesterday was really good then today I noticed it is more towards the belly button area, tender to the touch and it is itchy and it’s got that burning sensation inside so I just wanted to give you a heads up with that. Thank you so much for all that you do.”

 

Five hours later, Rachel called to say, “The burning and itching for the shingles has definitely moved into the solar plexus area. I was hoping it was going to calm down but tonight it has intensified quite a bit. So I am going to lay down and get some rest and what I am hoping is that I won’t wake up to new shingles in the morning because that is kind of how it feels so thank you for everything you do good night.”

 

When the FBD team called her back two days later, Rachel said that it is not painful anymore. This morning she felt emotionally relieved with just a mild pain level 2 in the solar plexus area. She also said that the night of the 4th May was extremely stressful because there were complications with the birth of her grandchild and that’s probably why she had another Shingles breakout. Her internal pain level went up to an 8 in the solar plexus area and she used ice packs and pain killers. The next day she was working and didn’t notice any pain until she stopped. Then the pain level was 5 internally around the solar plexus area. Now, the rash is shrinking, scabbing over and has only a “ticklish itch”.

 

Twelve hours later Rachel texted “Had a good day today. Pain and itching level are down to 1 or 2. Now the pain is at a 4. Feel like bugs crawling inside around solar plexus area for a minute or two then stops. Heading to bed. Have a good night”.

 

Five days later, when the FBD team reached Rachel, she said that she had no pain for three days now and went away camping for the weekend.

 

One week later, Rachel emailed her report: “Hi, checking in. I am doing much much better. The rash is leaving and the inside burning is all but gone. Sleep has returned to normal. One interesting thing is that the eczema on my face is gone. I believe it was due to the antivirals from the ER and the naturopath. This led me to research Epstein-Barr. Turns out that untreated Epstein Barr can lead to Excema and Psoriasis. I am now working on ridding my body of that virus as well. Bare skin burned on wood burning stove - Pain gone the next morning!

Pain dropped from 7 to 3 in minutes!

Erica burned her fingers on a burning cigarette and texted the FireBurnDoctor within fifteen minutes. When the FBD team called her back eight minutes later, Erica said her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), when she first called and had already dropped to 3, adding, “Thank you so much!” The next morning, Erica texted to say, "there is no pain, just a little bump on my pinkie."

 

One minute later the FBD team called Erica, who said her pain level was now zero, adding, “When I went to bed last night it was 3, and I woke this morning with no pain in either finger. The little finger still has a swelling but no redness or pain, just a little sensitivity when applying pressure to it. I am super happy and super thankful.”

 

The next day, Erica emailed her report: “Hello! My name is Erica, I burned my right hand's pinkie and ring fingertips and pads on May 9th, 2020 at 12:10am, and texted the hotline number about ten minutes after. The pain was getting to be too much, and after I texted it had begun to subside. I received a call shortly after the text, and by then the pain level was about a 3, maybe 2, with just some minor throbbing and stinging. I received a follow up call at 9:30 am this morning and all that remains now is a small bump on my pinkie's fingertip from what would have developed into a blister. When the FBD team reached him the following day, Michael said that his pain was 2, adding, “The blisters popped, and the skin is healing.  I had another emergency in the kitches yesterday with a broken bottle of wine the cut my middle finger open. I had to call an ambulance and was treatd on sight without the need for stitches. I am happily surprised at how quickly the pain went down.”

Ten-year-old Melissa burned her thumb with hot marshmallows and her mother texted the FireBurnDoctor within ten minutes. Four hours later, Melissa’s mom texted thieir update, “Melissa is doing very well thank you. She said it’s not hurting much at all, and when it does hurt it’s just for a moment and it’s just like a sting. She’s happily watching TV. Thank you for helping her!” When the FBD team called her back seventeen minutes later, her mom said Melissa’s pain was now zero, adding, “She has no blister. The burn generally stopped bothering her three hours ago.”

 

Ten days later, Melissa’s mother emailed their report: “Hi! On Saturday 16th May we were toasting marshmallows over an outdoor fire. My 10-year-old daughter tried to take her marshmallow off the stick immediately after taking it out of the fire, and burnt her thumb. She was in a lot of pain even though the burn was small, so I called Fire Burn Doctor. Whilst we were on the call she said that her pain was a 9. I did catch her putting it under running water and I stopped that quickly following previous advice from the Fire Burn Doctor. We distracted her as best we could and an hour later her pain was only in short waves of a stinging sensation and she rated it a 5. The next morning she said she wasn't in any pain at all and only a very small mark remained. Sabrina was laying in the sun for four hours and got a severe sunburn on her whole body, her mum called the FireBurnDoctor straight away. When the FBD team called her back fourteen minutes later, Sabrina’s mum said her pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding, “It’s a very, very severe sunburn and I am worried about it affecting her organs.”

Eight weeks later, Sabrina emailed her report: “I recently got a very deep sunburn while at the beach with friends in San Diego, perhaps my deepest burn. I mistakenly thought I wouldn’t burn because it was so cloudy. It then got a bit warmer and before I knew it, I was already quite red at the beach and my face was red as a tomato. When I got home, my parents each saw me separately. Each looked at me and expressed great concern. My father was very worried that with this deep burn, it was going to lead to sun poisoning. My mom decided it would be best to call FireBurnDoctor, although she had said that sunburns were a different kind of burn and was aware that they were not your focus. She felt with the intensity of this burn, that she must at least reach out to you, in case something could be done to help me. It had been a few hours from when I got the burn. While I was gently washing off, mom called. After washing off I put coconut oil on the burn. My color was bright red, all over. The pain level was about an 8. Even when mother calls for a severe burn a day late and interferes with the process, the son says he is happy one thigh is completely normal and expects the other to be normal in a couple of days.

 

Sixteen-year-old Eric burned severely both thighs with hot tea and his mother called the FireBurnDoctor the next day. When the FBD team called her back thirteen minutes later, Eric’s mother said that his pain was zero, adding, “It is because he is already on pain killers and sleeping.”

Daughter saves 97-year-old mother's life from face mask damage!

 

97-year-old Laura’s face got ‘cold-burned’ by over-pressurized oxygen in her face mask and her daughter called the FireBurndoctor six hours later, saying on the voicemail, “She may not survive from it, I am asking for your help, please!”

 

When the FBD team called her back twenty-four minutes later, Laura’s daughter said, “Mum is in hospital, I cannot talk to her, the doctor said, she wouldn’t make it through a skin grafting operation.” The FBD team explained that it is out of protocol, but, “We will try what we can do.”

The same day, Barry emailed his report: “Burn Pain relieved, Dear Fire Burn Doctor: At around 11:10 am today, I got burnt on the back of my left hand from a splash of boiling oil from my kitchen. It was an accident while cooking. Most of the back of my four fingers were burnt by the hot oil. Less than 5 minutes later my wife helped me called you at around 11:15 am. Puerto Vallarta, Mexico time, where we live. I was told not to think about my burn and that it will be taken care of shortly and to not put any remedy as a cream or the like, on my hand. To leave it alone. Which I did.

The pain was bearable but acute and I could really feel it throbbing. I continued doing my activities feeling the burn trying not to think about it. Two hours later from my call, at exactly 1:15, the pain in my left hand completely disappeared all of a sudden! I just felt it go away from one second to the other. I looked at my hand to see what was going on and saw on only one of the fingers a blister full of water. But the pain was completely gone. Like magic. And has not returned at all, four hours later when I’m writing this email.
