On this page 42, you can read about 97-year-old Gladys and her son, William, who both recovered amazingly well from severe burns sustained in a house fire in Canada on October 1st. Patty burned her hand and her husband called the FireBurnDoctor within 32 minutes. When the FBD team spoke with them 3 hours later, Patty said her pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) at the time of the burn and was already down to a 1, and the burn is feeling much better. Thank you!“
Five months later, the FBD team again talked with Patty and her husband who reported that the burn healed really well. She was at work when she burned herself. Later that day, Rita emailed her report: “Greetings, I noticed only after hanging up with you that you had been trying to call me. Albert burned himself and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes leaving the essential birth details and saying, “I hate to have to bother you again with this! Burn GONE while talking on the phone!
Robin burned her mouth and throat eating very hot food and called the FireBurnDoctor about 2 hours later, saying, “I just got your phone number and was advised to call anyway,” meaning she was way past the 30-minute protocol. When the FBD team called her back, they told Robin they will process the burn anyway, to go about her normal activities and to let them know what happens in about an hour.
More than an hour later, Robin left another voice message to say she had taken longer than an hour to call back with feedback because she had to take a phone call, but that as soon as she got off the phone, she said she noticed that “While talking with the friend on the phone, I was fine, feeling better when I was not attending to it. Now I can eat! And it feels like a sore throat, not like a burn. That’s good news. I’m so pleased to learn about you and will send a text tomorrow morning.”

Angelina burned her whole hand broiling steak on a very hot cast iron skillet and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Angelina said her pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding, that it's excruciating, pounding so much she could faint.

Three and a half hours later, Angelina emailed her report. “Last night, I was broiling some steak in my oven and used my cast iron skillet in the broiler. Well, I guess it had gotten extraordinarily hot - and my cheap IKEA potholder was useless. It literally burned right through the material and onto my hand. I think it was the worst burn I had ever gotten. The pain took my breath away and was pounding and radiating to the point of faintness. It was excruciating.
It immediately started to blister. A ring of swelled skin was forming and it was flaming red. The middle was white. I have had burns before and knew I would be up all night in pain. I suddenly remembered someone posting on Facebook about FireBurnDoctor. I had put the info in my phone just in case I ever got a burn. So, I called them immediately and they called me back within about 5 minutes. They needed to know name, place of birth and details about the burn, etc. I was supposed to call back in an hour and let them know the pain level. Well, the pain went from a 9 to a 5 in an hour. Still, I wasn’t convinced. Then, I called them again per instructions and gave them another piece of information and over the next few hours, the pain began to subside.
By the time I went to bed - no pain. When I woke up this morning, zero pain. Only a red dot the size of a dime on my hand. No blistering. I spoke to the same friendly woman each time and she was very calm and helpful. I called the next day to let them know the result.
My son, who is a scientist was very skeptical, but he was there when I burned my hand and witnessed the whole process. He was pretty surprised when he saw my hand this morning with no pain. He shrugged his shoulders and said, “I don’t know”. I told him - I don’t know either - but clearly something happened here and it worked. I’m going to make sure my whole family knows about this. Ursa burned her forehead on a hot lamp and her husband called the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. The next day, Ursa’s husband left a voice message to say, “Hello you are speaking with the husband of [Ursa]. Yesterday you healed her burn on her forehead and we just want to let you know that her pain has totally gone and yes, she's happy that her pain is totally gone. There's still a blister on her forehead about 2cms or something, Thank you very, very much. Hopefully I never need to call you again, but we are very happy with this. Bye.”
Two weeks later, Ursa’s husband emailed their report: “Thank you for healing Ursa's burn on the forehead.
1) Head against lamp, 2nd degree burn. Pain: 9/10
2) Call FBD after 15 min.
3) 1h later, pain: 3/10
4) Evening, Pain 0.5/10
5) Next day, pain 0/10
6) Two weeks later, the scar of 1,2cm x 0,25cm is almost entirely gone.

Lucky guy!
Toby burned his finger on a hot lightbulb and called the FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes, saying that he called because his friend who is on the FBD team happened to call him 2 minutes after the burn happened, adding, “I am blown away, I really appreciate this, I don’t want blisters.”

“Special treatment” for friend of FBD team
Fifteen-year-old Erica got a severe sunburn at her birthday beach outing and her mother called the FireBurnDoctor 6 hours later. When the FBD team called them back the next day, Erica’s mother said that Erica had been in horrible pain, chilled and crying, adding that she knows the FBD doesn’t usually take care of [“self-inflicted!”] sunburns, but she had to try anyway since she knows the incredible work the FBD does and she and Erica had also been in the FBD documentary RUSH reporting the amazing results of Erica’s burn recovery years before. On September 5, my daughter [Erica] went to the beach for the day to celebrate her birthday with a dear childhood friend. Somehow the sunscreen had run out and she spent hours at the beach without any. Four-year-old Sylvio burned his arm on a hot toaster oven and his babysitter called the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. One hour later, Sylvio’s babysitter texted to say, “Sylvio played, slept, and says, “It does feel better, hurts just a little!” adding, “It’s not red, but very pink and less of the big circle it was before.”
Two and a half hours later, the FBD team called them back and Sylvio’s mother said his pain level was now a zero and added, “There is one thin line where his arm hit the metal but Zero pain. Even when I touch it, he doesn’t flinch and he is playing normally.”

Harvey burned his finger and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called him back five minutes later, Harvey said his pain level was 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10) adding that he was keeping ice on it. The FBD team suggested that he take the ice off, do not put anything on it, get on with your day and report back in an hour. He agreed, “OK, sounds good.”
Five hours later, Harvey left a voice message to say that the pain was now a zero adding, “I got a small blister, there is only pain when I expose it to any heat and then it is really not much at all.”

Big blister shrank to a little red dot!
Nathaniel burned his thumb lighting an acetylene torch and called the FireBurnDoctor within 17 minutes. When the FBD team called him back, Nathaniel said his pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10). One hour later, the FBD team called Nathaniel who said that the pain was now zero adding, "A blister started to form, then went away, I have it on video!”
One month later, the FBD team called Nathaniel who said, “I was doing some soldering with my friend Jed [filmmaker who helped make FBD’s documentary RUSH]. We both work with these kind of tools and I had to use two torches and a flint and was using one; an Acetylene torch to light the other when I burned myself. A big water blister formed very quickly. But it shrunk away to a little red dot! I have it on video! I have time stamps - in the film I showed the time that's on my phone. It was so amazing not at all like the normal procedure with burns!”
Eight days later, Nathaniel emailed his report: Subject: Burning Mans' Thumb
On September 23, 2016, in an attempt to ignite an Acetylene torch using a Bic Lighter as a striker, instead of a standard flint striker device held in front of the Acetylene torch, I received a very serious blistering burn on my right thumb when the torch flame ignited. The lesson learned is to always use the right tools for dangerous tasks.
With the immediate lesson being seared into my consciousness and my thumb as well, the fact still remained that the lesson came with a price. The cost being that of a very painful after-effect, consisting of an emerging blister type burn, getting worse by the moment. The final degree level of the burn and the rising pain that accompanied the accident had not yet fully manifested itself, as the pain was intensifying and I felt an urgency to do something quickly.
Due to my friend Jed Dole's mentioning to me that the best thing to do after receiving any such serious type of burn was to call the Fire Burn Doctor, I immediately made the call. I had the number handy because Jed made sure I logged the number on my phone saying; "You never know when you or someone you're with may need it someday."
Cognizant of the lack of filmed evidence of these types of burn healing events being recorded, I used my cell phone camera to document the episode and its hopeful results. The phone call took place almost immediately after the accident and was well within the recommended 30-minute window after such a burn incident takes place. By this time though the pain had rocketed from a mere 2, up to the level of an 8 or 9, on a scale of 1 to 10, in just a matter of minutes.
After the call was made, it was not long before the pain had begun to subside. I almost lost track of the burn status in my own head, when I realized that the pain level had receded to almost a 1 level and the water in the blister had vanished without the usual need to painfully pop such a burn blister to traditionally begin the standard healing process. Instead, it was just gone, leaving only a minor red dot where the blister was only minutes before. The pain was just gone, period.
My wife and son were amazed at what they had just witnessed. Needless to say, we all have the Fire Burn Doctors phone number on our phones now.

Eight minutes later, Owen’s wife left a voice message to say, “He went from a 10 to just feeling tingling in his fingers; there’s no pain anymore. It’s really remarkable and I just want to thank you and your team again. It’s just amazing, amazing, amazing work! Thank you so much – I greatly appreciate it.”
When the FBD team called them back three hours later, Owen’s wife said she will email their report and exclaimed she only heard about the FireBurnDoctor two weeks before when she was invited to a film screening of RUSH by a friend and said she can’t believe it! He just got burned and we would not have even known about this just two weeks ago!
Ten days later, Owen’s wife emailed their report: “It was Friday, September 30, 2016, and my husband… was accidentally burned on a stoneware plate that was fresh out of a 300 degree oven. His pain was so severe and the feeling in his fingertips would not stop burning at least not until I called the Fire Burn Doctor.

97-year-old Gladys burned her head, face, breast and throat when her hair and nightgown caught on fire. Her daughter called the FireBurnDoctor about six hours later. William burned his hand while putting out the fire at his mother’s house and his sister called the FireBurnDoctor 34 hours later. Lucy burned her hand on the hot oven and her husband called the FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes. When the FBD team called them back five minutes later, Lucy said her pain level was a 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) at the time of the burn and was already down to a 1!
One hour later, Lucy’s husband called to say, “Reporting about my wife's burn on her hand. It doesn't seem to be hurting very much now, it's very low level and there's still a blister but everything seems to be stable. Thank you very much!
When the FBD team called them ten days later, Lucy’s husband said the pain went from 7 quickly down to 1, but it hadn’t healed as well as expected, and flared up again. He said Lucy put a Band-Aid on her thumb and then applied medications and the husband wondered if this attitude had anything to do it, because she had been skeptical and didn’t even want to give her info to begin with. FBD team explained that a skeptical attitude never interferes, but that applying any materials instead of just forgetting about it, often slows down the process.
The husband agreed that he saw the pain disappear within minutes from a 7 to a 1 before Lily applied anything. Then he said that he heard about FBD years ago at a convention, kept the FBD phone number in his cell phone all these years, and had watched the FBD documentary, RUSH, adding, “I will send an email. “Wish I had remembered to call right away!”
Leonie burned her face on hot sparks from burning a wood fire in her yard and texted the FireBurnDoctor the next day, asking, “Is it too late?” When the FBD team called her back two hours later, Leonie said her pain level was an 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and it was mostly affecting her bottom lip which is really protruding.
The next day, the FBD team called Leonie who said that the pain was a 4 and the swelling of her face has improved a lot, especially her lip which was really protruding, adding that she is happy there's an improvement but knows it would have been much better if she had called right away, but she forgot. The next day, when all the pain and swelling was gone, Leonie emailed her report: “Hello, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate whatever it is that you have done. My burn is so much better today. My swelling is almost all the way gone and my lower lip, which was looking and feeling like it was going to explode is almost back to normal. The morning after I called, the swelling on my lip was greatly reduced and today, my face almost looks normal!! With the exception of some redness and dead tissue. Last night, oddly, the pain level went back up - almost back up to an 8 or even 9 but when I woke up, it was gone completely and so was the swelling except for a tiny bit. Thank you so so so very much. I have now programmed your number into my phone (wish I had done that to begin with so that I would have remembered to call right away) and I'm putting it on my fridge. Also, I'm having my daughters put it in their phone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart….
Five days later, Leonie sent another report: 10/15/16 3:13PM Email 2 - testimony with photos received:
Hello again! Here is a picture of the burn the day after I texted you - my lip shrunk to literally half the size shown in the picture the morning after I talked to you. It was so huge and horrific-looking I couldn't take a picture the night of the burn or even the next day. The other attachment is a picture of me today - one week later, after bath - no make up. Thank you so very very much! I now have your number programmed into my phone. Will never forget about it again :) Sincerely, [Leonie].”
When the FBD team called her back four days later, Leonie said that her lip was DOUBLE the size of it in the first photograph, she wishes she'd taken a photo that first day after the accident. She says that it was so huge that day that her daughter and her were laughing at it, and she really regrets not taking one sooner. Yes will take more photos today and asked about training - she had read somewhere that we offer training and said "Is this still possible? And I do not know what the commitment would be or what I have to do but I am very interested.” The FBD team told her just to keep looking at www.FireBurnDoctor.com and to please tell your friends and she said emphatically "Oh I have, I have posted it on facebook too; twice, because it's important and things often get missed there."

Seventeen-year-old Albert burned his face, eyebrows and eyelashes mixing chemicals that flared up into his face and his mother called the FireBurnDoctor 2 and a half hours later saying, “I don’t know if it’s possible to do anything.”
Two hours after that, Albert’s mother left another voice message to say that his pain level was a 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) at the time of the burn and was already down to a ZERO, adding, “He hasn’t needed cold water or a cloth on it for the last thirty minutes. When the FBD team called her back the next day, April said her pain level was still zero and that she washed dishes, took a shower and washed her hair and feels fine. She said that her family is in the dry-cleaning industry. She was even born in the store. They have untold number of burns and she wishes she’d known about FBD before. FBD team told her about the documentary, RUSH and gave her the FBD website, said she can watch it there, it’s also on YouTube, share with friends and family. April said she definitely will.

“Pain level much better when I woke up this morning.”
Nora burned her forearm and called the FireBurnDoctor within 35 minutes. When the FBD team called her back four minutes later, Nora said her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10). 78-year-old Yolanda burned her hand on a very hot oven plate and her daughter-in-law (who had used the FBD before) called the FireBurnDoctor within 40 minutes, leaving the required information and saying, “Thank you so much.
