UPDATES - BURN CASE REPORTS, p. 41
My children asked, 'How does it work?' It's an amazing service, really. We're very pleased with the results. Thank you very much."
Eight-year-old Rachel burned her foot in very hot water and her father called the FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team called them back a few minutes later, Rachel’s father said the pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when it first happened and was already down to a 6, adding, "We're traveling now, in Beranasi, India. We just checked in to a hotel and she's scalded her left foot with very, very hot water. So we're soaking it in ice water. Thank you very much."
When the FBD team called them back two days later, Rachel’s father said, "I'm happy to say she's doing well. Everything we've heard about your service seems to be true. She's made a fabulous recovery. Her pain was zero the next day when not wearing shoes. She was able to wear shoes the second day without pain.
Both my other children, age 10 and 8, asked 'How does it work?' It's an amazing service, really. We're very pleased with the results. Thank you very much!"

"I don't know what you did or how you did it, but thank you!"
Liam burned his wrist on boiling hot water from a French press coffee maker and called the FireBurnDoctor within 9 minutes. When the FBD team called him back two minutes later, Liam said his pain level was a 4-5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding, “I was in such a hurry to get my coffee that I didn't let it set long enough.”
One hour and twenty minutes later, Liam left a voice message to say, "I wanted to let you know the burn level, the pain, is down to about a 2. Thank you." When the FBD team called him back two minutes later, Liam said, "When I'm distracted, it's a zero. When I think about it, it's a 2."
One hour and ten minutes after that, Liam left another voice message update saying, "I just wanted to let you know I don't feel any pain from there anymore. Thank you very much. I don't know what you did or how you did it, but thank you!..."
Five hours later, Liam emailed his report: "Dear sirs: At or around 0730 on April 2 2016, I scalded myself with my French press coffee maker. I was pushing down on the screen assembly, I didn't wait long enough to let the grounds and cinnamon settle, I pushed down on the plunger too hard and the boiling hot coffee sprayed out of the spout at high pressure over my left forearm and wrist. After I cleaned up the mess and removed my watch I thought of the Fire Burn Doctor. I called and left the information except that I didn't spell out my name. A few minutes later I received a call from your group, spelled out my name and followed his instructions about carrying on with my morning and finished my coffees and took my dog for his walk to the park and tried not to think about the pain which was at five when I spoke to your representative. He wanted me to call back after an hour and tell the answering machine my pain level which was down to 2.
I got another call from your group and wanted me to call back after another hour and let them know the pain level number which was 0 if I left my watch off. I left the watch off until around 1700. Thank you."
When the FBD team called him back twenty-six minutes later, Liam said, “Watch on and zero pain even with touching. Still a little pink but much improved appearance also.”

Good news passed on from father to son!
Archie burned his arm on a hot exhaust pipe and his father called the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD team called him back two minutes later, Archie said the pain level was a 6 at first (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already down to a 4. One hour later, Archie left a voice message to say, "Hi, my dad called you about an hour ago. I had the burn on my arm. Pain is about a 2 and a half, I'd say. It looks a little worse, but it doesn't feel bad. Thanks." When the FBD team called them back five minutes later, Archie's dad answered and said, “It’s not blistered.”
Two hours after that, Archie left a voice message update to say, "Checking up again. It's doing good, doesn't hurt at all anymore. It's just red. Thank you." When the FBD team called him back six minutes later, Archie said, “Zero pain! And it’s looking less red. Thank you.”Archie H., 4/2/16, Oregon
Nine-year-old's rope burn
Naomi burned her hand sliding down a rope and her godmother called the FireBurnDoctor within an hour. When the FBD team called them back two minutes later, Naomi’s godmother said, "It hurts really bad but she's already much calmer than she was," adding that she heard of FBD from a publisher who told her about “RUSH” the FBD documentary. One hour later, Naomi’s godmother called to say, “Naomi said her hand is feeling a lot better. It's not in water anymore.” When the FBD team called them back two minutes after that, she said the pain level was now a 3 (on the scale of zero to 10).Two days later when the FBD team called them back, the Godmother said, “Naomi’s doing a lot better. Two fingers were affected, on one the skin was removed. She is wearing bandaids to protect the open wounds from dirt which do not appear to be causing discomfort. Definitely the pain was reduced quickly.”Seven hours after that, Naomi’s godmother emailed her report: “Hello, I have lived in a small Mayan Village for 23 years, and I learned about you from a friend who shared information about RUSH, which I watched. I saved your phone number, and so was able to call you when [Naomi] received a severe rope burn on her hand.Naomi is my 9-year-old god-daughter, and she was playing with friends on a rope swing, standing on a tree branch and grabbing for it as her friend threw it to her. Somehow it came and she wasn't quite ready but she went for it anyway, and got it and jumped. Her hands were one on top of the other as she slid down the rope and fell to the ground and she and her friends came to me... she was obviously in a lot of pain... burning pain.... blowing on it (the bottom hand that held the rope, the other hand was on top of that one helping to hold on), and crying and hurting. My first reaction was to put her hand into a bowl of colloidal silver, which I make, and then, within 10 minutes or so of the accident, I called the Fireburn Doctor, who i had heard about through a video called RUSH that I saw on FaceBook. Within an hour her hand had calmed down. This all happened in the late afternoon. She doesn't live with me so I couldn't monitor her in the night. We live in Guatemala and she is a young Mayan girl from the village. In the morning I saw her hand and it had a pretty deep hole where the rope burn had torn her skin. Later in the afternoon I looked at it, and it was sealed over. So I feel that the work of the Fireburn Doctor really helped to get the healing work to happen quickly.Thank you for the work you do, and keep spreading the word."Naomi S., 4/3/16, Guatemala“Seems like it is beginning to shrink!”Edgar burned his hand and wrist and called the FireBurnDoctor 40 minutes later. When the FBD team called him back three minutes after that, Edgar said his pain level pain was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first did it and was already down to a 1, adding that it's "Getting cooler. It feels like it's already working dimensionally. I can sense that sort of thing and know there's already a connection and it's working. Thank you."About one hour later, Edgar sent a text saying, "The outer edges are returning to normal. Seems like it is beginning to shrink! Thank you and be blessed!" When the FBD team called him back three hours after that Edgar said, “Much better. Pain went to zero 1-2 hours ago, it is looking better also. It's shrinking and seems to be shifting. Thank you for the support."Edgar R., 4/9/16, Georgia
"I moved my fingers and it was gone!"Lori burned her hand on scalding hot water and her husband texted the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FBD team called them back two minutes later, Lori’s husband said that her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that it happened as she was taking the chicken out of the broiler and that she heard about FBD online from her cousin. One hour later, Lori left a voice message to say, "I'm actually doing pretty good. I don't even feel it. I don't know what you did, but, you know how you'll rub a burn to see how sensitive it is – I don't feel it at all. It was intense, to 0 in seconds. I moved my fingers and it was gone 40 minutes ago. I was eating dinner and it got intense, like it was a fresh burn. I went to put my fork down and it disappeared, like in 2 seconds it was at zero. Thank you!"Two days later Lori, emailed her report: Hi there, I burnt my hand the other night making dinner. My husband sent a text and I got a call back. Didn't think anything of it. About 30-40 minutes later I got really bad pain and then it was gone. I didn't get any of the sensitive that you usually get with a burn.I really don't know what you guys do but whatever you do it works… I will recommend your services to my friends.Lori C., Canada, 4/10/16
Day one, Ken is disbelieving. Next day he says, “What burn?”
Ken burned his hand on the hot stove and his housemate called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 2 minutes later, Ken’s housemate said that his pain level was a 1 to 2 (on the scale of 0 to 10). One hour and ten minutes later, Ken’s housemate left a voice message to say, “Ken says the improvement is because of the toothpaste he applied and he refuses to give a pain level! He seems to be just fine though, thank you very much.”The next day, Ken’s housemate called to say that although Ken’s fingers were red and puffy when she asked him how his burn was, Ken replied, "What burn?"Five days later, Ken’s housemate emailed her report: “Good Morning! I am attaching the story of Ken's hand-burn for documentation. It's not terribly dramatic but it is real. I also included a bit of my story... to see how I may get involved.... I look forward to hearing back from you and getting involved!”“Ken’s hand burn from hot stoveOn 4/11/16 my crazy housemate was kind enough to burn his hand on the stove top that I was cooking on. It is one of those flat-surfaced, radiant heat stoves. He was patting the surface to see which one was hot when he discovered the correct one and said his hand stuck slightly to the surface before he yanked it away. He grabbed a big piece of ice and was holding it to stop the pain until I fussed at him to stop before he did more damage and just run cool water over it.I realized this was an opportunity to call the Fire Burn number and proceeded to do so, following him to the bathroom to get his information while he smeared toothpaste on his fingers, swearing that all who work in a restaurant know that toothpaste will stop the pain. The FBD team called me back to get the information needed and listened to me trying to get Ken to answer my questions. Ken knew nothing about the fire burn program. He’s a hardhead and kept telling me he was fine, the toothpaste fixed it. His fingertips were puffy and looked like they might develop blisters, but I couldn’t get him to give me an accurate description of the pain level.I waited about 30 minutes and checked on him again. He said he was fine and I had him rub his hand on his pants to see how it felt. He said there was no pain and still gave credit to the toothpaste. His fingertips looked puffy but there were no blisters.I checked with him the next morning. His fingers still looked puffy but no blisters and he said 'What burn?'The FBD team called me back on the 14th and I went to look at Ken’s hand. I could see that there appeared to be what looked like completely healed blisters and he said he had had no issue with the burn. He works hard with his hands and had felt no pain."Ken B., 4/11/2016, Montana"Everything's perfect... completely healed... thank you so much for all that you do."Zach burned his fingers on a hot candle and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called him back two minutes later, Zach said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) at the time of the burn and was already down to a 5 on his thumb and 3-4 on his fingers. One hour and 15 minutes later, Zach left a voice message to say that his pain level on his fingers was now zero and 2 to 2½ on his thumb, “It's feeling pretty good. Thank you for your help. I really, really appreciate it. Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you so much.”When the FBD team called him one hour and twenty minutes later, Zach said, “The fingers are perfectly fine, thumb has pain level of 1½ to 2. Thank you, thank you." Two days after the burn injury, Zach left a voice message to say, “Everything's completely healed. I really have no more pain, I can press on the skin, and it looks good. It looked like it would create a blister, but it didn't! Everything's perfect. Thank you so much for all that you do, and I appreciate it very much."Two days after that, Zach emailed his report. “Hello, here is a quick snapshot of my experience. On Monday evening 4/11/16, around 9:30pm, I burned the thumb, index and middle fingers of my right hand. Mostly the tip of the finger. I did call the fireburndoctor number and left all the requested info on the voicemail box. Almost immediately i got a call back with instructions on how to proceed and to call back in an hour with a status report. My pain level was app a 8, by the time of my call back it went down to a 5 on my thumb and 3-4 on my other fingers.By the next morning the pain was gone on all but the thumb and the pain left was at app. 2. The next day no more pain and pretty much fully healed.Thank you for the amazing help and healing. Keep on rocking !! With Gratitude and well wishes for all practitioners.Zach A., 4/11/16, GermanySoldering while frustrated = Burned finger!Sixteen-year-old Lee burned his finger while soldering and his mother called the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 3 minutes later, Lee’s mother said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) at the time of the burn and was already down to 4, adding that Lee was doing an engineering project and got frustrated when it wasn't sticking to some surfaces. And that they heard about FBD on FaceBook and both saw RUSH the FBD documentary. One and a half hours later, Lee left a voice message to say, “The pain did go down. I'm not really feeling it. I'm moving my finger a lot and it feels tingly, that's about the only thing I can say! The blister is the only place that still hurts. The pain level there went down to 2 or 1. Thank you! When the FBD team called them back two days later, Lee said the blister broke, there’s zero pain and they posted the whole story on facebook.Lee H., 4/13/16, Florida
Burn gone in minutes, can you fix my cancer?
Barbara burned her fingers with boiling water and called the FireBurnDoctor immediately. When the FBD team called her back two minutes later, Barbara said her pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) at the time of the burn, was already down to a 1 and she had it out of cold water. As far as keeping her mind on other things, she said she has cervical cancer and burning her fingers is an unneeded distraction. “Believe me, I've got more important things to think about."One hour later, Susan left a voice message to say, "There's no pain, it's as if I didn't get burned at all. And it's not even red or swollen now. That's it. Thank you very much. If you know anyone that can help with cervical cancer, please let me know." The FBD team told her she could check out the PSproof.com website.Barbara H., 4/15/16, CaliforniaBelgian boy burns in Dubai sunEight-year-old Peter got severely sunburned on his shoulders, back and face whilst swimming in the Dubai sunshine and his mother called FireBurnDoctor 8 hours later. When the FBD team called them back seven minutes later, Peter’s mother said that his pain level was 7 (on the scale of zero to 10) before she called and was already down to a 5. One hour and twenty minutes after that, Peter’s mother left a voice message to say, "His pain is relatively the same, but his skin is looking much better. It's a lot less red than before. It seems to have calmed down. I would like to thank you incredibly much for all your help. Thank you so much." When the FBD team called them back two minutes later, Peter’s mother said, “It looks much better, normal, he's also wearing a shirt now, he wouldn't wear a shirt if it were that bad." Three hours later, Peter’s mother left a voice message to say, “He went to sleep. He said, ‘it was hot but not painful, just hot.’ Thank you. He's sleeping now. I'll let you know something in the morning."Twelve hours later, Peter’s mother left a voice message update, “He slept all through the night, all fine. His back is looking much better. Only his shoulder is looking red. The rest is tanned rather than red now and only his shoulders are a little painful, his back seems to be pretty much cleared. Thank you." When the FBD team called them back two minutes later, Peter’s mother said that the pain level was now a 3 and, “only on his shoulders. It is zero on his face, arms and back. Thank you."The next day, Peter’s mother left a message to say, "He's doing well today. His face is looking tanned rather than burned, his back is calmed down, and his shoulders are only a little bit red. Thank you." Then one hour later she called again to say, “Both my husband and I think how remarkable and how quickly it's healed. Normally it would have taken days. Thank you. Thank you."A few hours later, Peter’s mother emailed her report, “On Saturday Peter (8 yrs old) was playing at a friend’s villa in Dubai. Around 1:30 pm (this is an estimate) they went swimming in the private outdoor pool of this villa. The supervising adult there did not put/ tell them to put sunscreen on. It is unclear how long exactly he was in the pool. We are guessing for at least an hour. When he came home just around 5 pm the skin on his face, back and shoulders was severely sunburnt. Being that he has very fair and sensitive skin (he had eczema when he was little) his pain level was around an 8.We called the fireburn Doctor even though I realized this was now hours after the incident. When the call back came from the [FBD team], his pain level had gone down to a 5. An hour later his pain was still at a 5, but the skin noticeably had calmed down. He preferred to wear clothes over his skin. This stayed like that and he went to bed at his normal bedtime hour. He slept all through the night. When he woke up the skin on his face started to look more tanned then burnt. His back was looking more like normal skin. Only his shoulders were still red although nowhere near as what they were the day before. He still described the pain on his shoulders as a 5. He had a fairly normal day although now had no shirt on for most of the day. By the end of the day his face looked tanned and the skin on his back normal. His shoulders still red but more like a "normal " sun burn rather than a severe burn like the day before. My husband couldn't believe how much better Peter’s skin looked as he would have guessed this kind of sunburn with Peter’s skin would have taken at least a couple of days if not a week to heal....We would like to express our gratitude for the skin Doctor. Kindly let us know if you need any more feedback or information. With warm and grateful regards….”Peter S., 4/16/16, United Arab EmiratesAnother "Instant Burn Recovery" while driving to work!Ester burned her forearm on a toaster oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. It's not totally gone, but it is much, much better. and I thank you for that." When the FBD team called her back thirty minutes after that, Ester said, “It almost doesn't hurt at all. I left the required information on the voice mail and about 5 minutes later, a very nice member of the Fire Burn Doctor team called me back. He asked me a couple of other questions and told me to just continue with my day and not to pay attention to the burn. I had a pain level of about 5-6 at the time I was speaking to him.During the time I was getting ready to drive to work and the drive to work, I was relaxed and was not thinking about my burn. By the time I got to work, about 40 minutes from the time I had the accident. By 1 hour, I called them back and [the FBD team] called me back. "I should have called!"Louise burned her leg on a hot infrared light bulb and DID NOT CALL the FireBurnDoctor for help, even though she knew what to do, having called at least 6 times before and received "Instant Burn Recovery" every time. THIS TIME however, Louise emailed a VERY different report:"Hello, I had called fireburn doctor for at least 6 burns over a period of 5 years or so, and my burns became painless instantly and healed at least 10 times faster than normal and never showed the severity that i knew the burn actually had. I probably became overconfident in my own healing ability, and when i burned the back of my leg on an infrared light bulb recently, I thought no big deal, I'll do it without fire burn doctor this time and see how i do....WELL, it was painful for at least a week and eventually peeled after a month, and the skin underneath was red, causing me to have an odd looking circular scar on the back of my leg. I couldn't believe how long it took and how difficult it was for my leg to heal. But thank you again for all the previous healing. Its so easy to forget how bad the burns would usually be, after many years of benefitting from your burn protection! I should have called!! Thank you."Louise S., 5/4/16, Pennsylvania

When the FBD team called her back two minutes later, she said, "He didn't notice it again. I checked it while tucking him in and asked him if it hurt. He said "No". There's still some whiteness where a blister might be forming, but the redness is disappearing. He went sound asleep."When the FBD team called her back the next day, Donnie's mother said, “Glad to speak with you. The redness is totally gone. The white blister is now flat and red; I assume that will go quickly also. It would have been worse and painful for longer without you. Thank you.”Donnie R., 5/5/16, Oregon

Because an hour ago my skin was extremely red, and I just knew it was going to start blistering, and it did not. In fact, now it's barely even pink, and it doesn't even feel tender. And I am just stunned that this happened like this and I appreciate it so much. Thank you so much, and if there's anything I can do, let me know. I'm spreading the word. Thank you so much. I've learned my lesson (about tanning beds)."Five days later, the FBD team called Annette who asked, “Do you still do shingles? I told a friend about you when she had shingles and she wouldn't call because she thought it sounded too weird. Oh well, I will keep telling people about you. Thank you so much."Ten days after her burn injury, Annette emailed her report:“On May 7, 2016, I got a pretty bad burn on my back and legs. The burn was very evident when I looked at it and had my daughter look at it. Dark pink/red and was a very definitive line between that skin and the part of the skin next to it that was not burnt. The red skin was slightly raised. I was getting pretty worried about how bad this was going to be as it seemed to be getting worse by the second. Then about 15 minutes after the burn occurred, I remembered the Burn Doctor and that I had the phone number, 1-818-332-6445 in my cell phone. So I nervously called the number and gave the information requested. (My name at birth. My city of birth and the time of birth). Four minutes later I received a call from the burn doctor folks who talked to me about the burn and requested that I just go about my business and try not to think about the burn. I tried to do this the best I could (although I must admit this was hard as I was pretty worried). What was funny though, was that between the time I first called and the time I got the return call, the pain actually had gotten a little less. My pain had already gone from about a 7 to a 5. (out of 10 being the worst). So I proceeded with my day (I was getting ready for a short trip). The burn doctor people had asked me to call them back in an hour. So I was in the car driving while I returned the call. By this time I would say my pain was probably about a 2 or less. I could not see the burn at that point since I was driving, however, when I got to my destination, I took a look at the back of my legs and noticed that there was just a faintly pink spot and you would probably not even notice it had you not known what had transpired. I was flabbergasted and kept looking at it again and again all day. It never did hurt again, and all the skin on my legs and back looked the same as the skin around it.I truly felt that a miracle had occurred. I firmly believe that my skin would have blistered and come off if I had not called the burn doctor! Thank you so much!!!”Diane K., 5/7/16, KentuckySevere 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree burns required NO GRAFTING!17-year-old Nick burned his chest, face, neck and arm while burning cardboard on his job and his mother called the FireBurnDoctor the next day. Walter burned his hand on the hot barbeque pit and his wife called the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes saying: “it’s the tips of his fingers and by the way he is a power engineer which involves dealing with steam so he knows when he's got a pretty bad burn and he thinks this one is going to blister up.”
One hour later, Walter left a voice message update, "It's been about an hour and you wanted me to rate my pain. It's about a 1 now, almost nonexistent! So Thank you very much!”

MUCH better to call immediately!
Bob burned his inside forearm on boiling water and called the FireBurnDoctor within 23 minutes. One hour later, Bob left a voice message update, "It’s better, I would do it again and recommend you."
That night, Bob emailed his report. “Aloha, Was able to send the email sooner. My case is: I had a couple of oz of boiling water spill on the inside of my forearm. I didn't think it was much of anything and thus I did not feel to do anything about it.
About 10 minutes after, I remembered Philip's gift and still thought it was not much of anything which needed attention.
Then as another 10 minutes passed, I noticed the pain was increasing and thus put in the call.
Everyone was very helpful, attentive and kind. Now progressively over the past 9 hours the pain has sequentially dissipated and all is well. Cheers.

No ice = No pain, No blister!
Amy burned her hand on a hot stove burner and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes, which she had done previously when she burned herself. When the FBD team called her back, Amy said that there was a lot of pain and she was using ice and that the pain hadn't gone down much yet. The FBD team suggested that she stop using the ice and go about her normal activities.
Soon after calling, Amy emailed her report, ”Hi my name is [Amy] and I would like to tell my experience with the healing of my burn with the Burn Doctor. I have used the services of the Burn Doctor and have always been relieved of the pain of the burn. The latest happened I touched a stove burner and immediately I knew I had to make that phone call.
I followed the protocol that is asked in the voicemail when reaching that number while I was using ice to help numb the pain. I received a return phone call from a team member and at the end of our conversation he asked that I call back within the hour. When asked the level of pain I said that it had not decreased that much and after further questioning I told him that I was still using ice on the burn. He then advised that I discontinue the ice.
After discontinuing the ice, the pain disappeared! A burn of that magnitude would have produced a blister but there wasn't a mark to be seen or better yet, felt. Thanks again to the BurnDoc. I was blessed not to have the pain and discomfort that occurs with the burn.”

"Really exciting to get a first-hand look and see how the process works!"
Wendy burned her hand grabbing a very hot pot and called the FireBurnDoctor for help. When the FBD team called her back later that night, they spoke with Wendy's co-worker who said Wendy had a private workout session today after the burn and she was able to go to that, adding, "It never got worse and doesn't feel bad. She had a private workout session today after the burn. She was able to go to the session."
Wendy's friend then explained that Wendy had grabbed the whole hot pan with her hand, called the FBD immediately and then went about her normal daily activities like the FBD team suggests, adding, "You know how that is. We are cooks, we work in the cooking field and we burn ourselves A LOT! But it just didn't progress and kind of stopped in its tracks! So, thank you very much. I think it's fantastic."
The friend continued, "I work in promoting the RUSH film, so this was really exciting to get a first-hand look and see how the process works. So, thank you guys all very, very much. Thank you so much to the Burn Doctor. It’s just fantastic. Thank you.”

"This is freaking me out, it's gone!"
Leticia burned her hand on a hot sparkler and her sister called the FireBurnDoctor two hours later. Shortly after that, Leticia's sister texted to say, “She's already feeling so much better!! Will keep you updated. We took video. She went from having to ice her hand constantly to now massaging her grandmother's hurting leg."
When the FBD team called them back three hours later, Leticia’s sister said, “it was so cool, my sister-in-law couldn't concentrate and she was saying things like "Wow, you guys, this is freaking me out, it’s gone!" and we have it all on video!
One hour later, Leticia’s brother-in-law emailed their report, “Dear Fireburn Doctor, On July 4th, 2016 at approximately 9:00 PM EDT my sister-in-law sustained a burn from an unlit (yet still very hot) sparkler. I learned about the burn from her around 10:15 PM. Knowing that time was important, I recommended that she call Fireburn Doctor right away. We were trying to play a family game and [Leticia] couldn't participate. She was repeatedly saying, "It just really hurts." The pain on her thumb and forefinger was clearly distracting her. After a couple of minutes and a couple repeated suggestions, she called.
After she provided the information, her burn began to feel better almost immediately. Her pain eased into a slight throbbing and she was remarkably asymptomatic within 30 min of the call. Please accept my thanks for relieving my sister-in-law's pain and helping to heal her body. Sincerely…."
