UPDATES - BURN CASE REPORTS, p. 40
One phone call and the burn was gone
Tori burned her hand and fingers on a hot kettle, and her husband called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 2 minutes later, Tori's pain level was 6 or 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when they first called and already dropped to 2. Her husband said, “It's died down a bit. It’s not as bad as I first thought. She's actually embarrassed, she thinks she overreacted.” The FBD team replied that it’s nothing to be embarrassed about. It's actually quite common for significant effect to happen so quickly and referred them to these testimonial pages on the FireBurnDoctor.com website.
When the FBD team asked Tori’s husband for a photo, he said, "It's already gone. There's nothing more to see, really. The pain is gone. The mark is gone."

"It has worked like magic"
7-year-old Eddie burned his knee on the fireplace, and his mom called the FireBurnDoctor within 25 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Eddie's pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10). An hour and 15 minutes later, she called to say, “He's telling me it's still hurting, pain is about 7, so it's gotten a little better. To me it doesn't look near as red as it was. Thank you so much. Blessings.” Two hours and 15 minutes later, Eddie's mom called to say, “I don't have my son with me now, but I called him and asked how his knee is feeling. He was surprised. He said, 'Oh, I'm fine, it's zero.' So that's a real blessing. Thank you so much." When the FBD team called her four hours later, Eddie's mother said, "He's great! He doesn't feel it. It's just dark red, but it's flat. It's just pigment now."
Eighteen days later, Eddie's mom emailed her report: "Dear Burn Doctor, I am sending my deepest thanks and gratitude again. My son burned his knee on the grate of the fireplace. He told me right away, but I didn’t come to look, as I was in the midst of cooking a meal and he wasn’t crying, so I didn’t think it was that bad. Then, about 20 minutes later, he came to me complaining that it really hurt and asking, ‘Will you please call the burn doctor?’ That’s when I took him more seriously, as he is usually a pretty tough cookie and doesn’t complain unless something is quite painful. So I dropped the cooking and went to make the call. That was about 25 minutes after the burn. I also took a photo and emailed it. The burn was on the side of his knee, and about 2-3 inches long. It was deep red and raised/swollen, along the length of it.
"I received a call back within a couple of minutes, and Eddie said his burn felt about a number nine. Then I did my best to distract him, and when I called back, he had forgotten all about it. The pain was completely gone, and the burn, although still a purplish-red, was already completely flat…no swelling at all. Yet again, whatever this miracle is, it has worked like magic. We are so grateful! Thank you and bless you."

"Miraculous recovery!" says medical professional, amazed by FBD.
Nikki burned her hand on a very hot fireplace poker that had been in the fire for a while, and her daughter texted the FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team reached them 3 minutes later, Nikki's pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when out of ice water, adding that the skin was blistering. One hour and 20 minutes later, Nikki called to say, “My hand is still burned and hurts really badly. We played games, and I took my mind off of it, and it's still throbbing." Twelve minutes later, Nikki texted, "My healing is coming along so well. Thank you!" When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Nikki's pain level was now 5 or 6 with ice water, 7 out of the water. She said, “Thank you. It's still black, no movement possible. The pain is decreasing to 3 now that I talk to you. Oh, it's back to 5 or 6. Thank you for talking with me."
When the FBD team called her the next morning Nikki said, "I'm good. Last night, I was in the worst pain ever. But this morning - no pain. There's still significant blisters and discoloration, but no pain. This is great. I'm a medical professional, I don't get it. I don't know what you did, but thank you. The pain is 1 or 2 when trying to make a fist, but when it's just hanging in space, there's zero pain. I'm very happy with the results so far. I know that you did something beautiful." She then added, "I've been watching your documentary. Fascinating!"
The next afternoon Nikki called to say, "I still can't make a fist. There's a very thick scar-like blister on my middle finger. The other two blisters are really dried up and looking good. It's feeling so much better, thank you very much."
When the FBD team reached her 6 days later, Nikki said, "It's healing remarkably. I showed an anesthesiologist at work, he said "That's a 2-week out burn, not a 2-day out burn." So without you I would have been out of work for two weeks. I am so grateful for what you did. The first night before falling asleep, I remember thinking, ‘Why don't I feel pain?’ I looked at the blisters and they were already gone. The worst areas looked like they'd already been grafted! Thank you. Thanks to all involved. When the FBD team reached her 19 days later, Nikki said, “My hand is looking awesome!"
Five weeks later, Nikki emailed her report: “I picked up an extremely hot fire poker and sustained a really bad burn on my hand. While my hand was soaking in ice water and I was hyperventilating I remembered that a friend had an amazing experience with healing a burn. She gave me the fireburn doctor's phone number and after answering a few questions my healing began. I was experiencing pain on a 9.5 level. The blisters were already forming and the skin was pulled off the back of my finger and remained on the metal rod. It was pretty bad. I was instructed to go about my evening and not to give my injury any more energy. I wasn't sure how THAT was supposed to happen but as I got ready for bed 30 minutes later I realized that my pain had decreased to a 0 and the blisters were already drying. I slept soundly and upon awakening I was able to touch every part of my previously untouchable hand. I went to work 2 days later (I am a nurse) and I showed an anesthesiologist my hand and told him that it was the greatest pain relief story I had ever experienced. He challenged me about how long my healing had actually been. His response was "that is two weeks after a burn, not two days". He didn't believe me.
Most of my blisters disappeared without a trace within 5 days and the most severe area took about one and a half weeks....but no scarring at all. The other part of my finger that was a 3rd degree burn has granulated in nicely and is still tender and reddened after 1 1/2 months but is healing well....without any medical intervention.
I am so impressed with this energy healing and will advocate to others about the incredible abilities this team shares free of charge. The FBD team member was so calming and supportive. I feel so lucky to have been helped by him.”

"FireBurnDoctor saved the dog's life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"
Archie, the family dog, drank chlorinated water, and his owner called the FireBurnDoctor the next morning to report internal chemical burns. When the FBD team called the owner back 6 hours later, she said a veterinarian had diagnosed inflamed esophagus and internal burns and that Archie was lethargic. She estimated his pain level at 4 to 5, adding that he's a happy, vibrant dog, wanting to play and to please and said that the veterinarian had given Archie something to coat the stomach to prevent further damage but it wouldn’t do anything for the existing injury. The FBD team member explained that the FireBurnDoctor doesn’t normally work on animals, and that it was well past the half hour window for best results, but the team had agreed this once. Archie's owner asked what she could do and the team member suggested: “Don't pamper him. Ask if he wants to walk or to play. Don't push him, but give him the opportunity to acknowledge he's getting better.”
Two hours later, Archie's owner called to say, “[Archie] seems to be doing better. I just took him for a walk and he pulled me all the way down the street. And he's following me into the kitchen for a treat, things like that. So he does seem much better. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!" When the FBD team called her six hours later, Archie's owner said, “He is well, practically back to normal. His eyes are bright and he's eating normally - even hard food. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you. I will definitely post your number all around and spread the word."
Two days later, Archie's owner emailed her report: "My daughter's dog, [Archie], drank from a toilet that I had cleaned and poured chlorine bleach into. I didn't know he would do that! He threw up twice and the liquid was bright red which indicated that he had bad internal chemical burns. He was extremely lethargic and slept for several hours. I was beside myself. If this dog died, my daughter would be devastated. It occurred to me that possibly The FireBurnDoctor might be of some help, so I called. He requested a picture, place of birth and age which I sent by text, and I was told he would see what he could do. After a couple of hours passed, it was like a miracle. [Archie] was up and very alert. I took him for a short walk and he pulled me all the way. I fed him his dry dog food which he devoured and then he wanted to play. His eyes were bright. I can't thank you enough - Words are inadequate. There is NO question in my mind that the FireBurnDoctor saved the dog's life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

"I saw it with my own eyes"
Manuel burned his finger with a “pencil torch” cigarette lighter and called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FBD team called him back 8 minutes later, Manuel's pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first called and already dropped to 5. Five hours later Manuel said, “It's gone! Wow, that's amazing. The pain went to zero maybe 1 hour ago. Even the blister is gone. You can hear, my friend is laughing because she doesn't believe I was burned. I wouldn't believe it myself, except that I saw it with my own eyes."

Pain from 10 to ZERO in 2 hours!
Lisa burned her hand severely on 100 degree hot water from a pot boiling hot towels for her massage work. When a colleague suggested she call the FireBurnDoctor for help, Lisa called to say her pain level was a 10 (on the sacle of 0 to 10). Two hours later, Lisa called to say, "I'm feeling a lot better.... Pain went from 10 to 0... and it's almost healed now. I don't know actually what your service did. My friend recommended it and it sounds interesting. I would like to hear more back from you tomorrow or Monday.... Thank you."

”It smelled like burning flesh"Oscar burned his finger on a car cigarette lighter and called the FireBurnDoctor team within 10 minutes. When the FBD team reached him 40 minutes later, Oscar's pain level was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first called and already dropped to zero. He added, “The person in the car with me said it smelled like burning flesh, that it looked like it could blister, and she told me to call FireBurnDoctor. Now, there's no blister. I can feel rougher texture but zero pain.”
Two and a half hours later, Oscar emailed his report: "At approximately 4pm on January 13, I burned my left index finger on a cigarette lighter I was testing to see if it was on. I thought it was not working, so when I burned the tip of my finger I was surprised. It hurt. My friend said it smelled like burning flesh. I told her it was a pain level of 4 and should I call the FireBurnDoctor. I called and gave the information to the recording machine. In about 10 minutes the pain was less. By 4:30, the pain was zero. As of now, at 7:30 pm, there is no pain and a slight mark on the tip of my finger

"You guys are one of the wonders of the world"
Eric burned his leg with boiling water and called the FireBurnDoctor within 25 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 7 minutes later, Eric said his pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first called and had already dropped to 1. He added, "Wow, this really works. I just have to say, you guys are one of the wonders of the world. Thank you, thank you, thank you!" About one hour and 15 minutes later when the FBD team called him back, Eric said, "Now, it's just a tingle. The skin is red and the pain is less than one. Thanks guys. You're a lifesaver. Life is good. Have a great day."

“Hallelujah!” exclaims the M.D., Pain of 8 down to ZERO in 7 minutes!
Medical doctor Nadine burned her hand on boiling water and called the FireBurnDoctor within 9 minutes. When the FireBurnDoctor team called her back immediately, Nadine said her pain level was an 8.5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and that she had gone online after the burn occurred and found the FireBurnDoctor.com website.
One hour later, Nadine texted a great photo adding, “The pain is all gone! And the redness as well. Truly remarkable. Halleluhah!!!! Thank you!” Two minutes after that, the FireBurnDoctor team called Nadine who said that the pain had gone down to zero in 7 minutes!
About two hours after her burn injury, Dr. Nadine emailed her report: “This evening at approximately 9:45 pm EST I burned my right hand as I was pouring boiling water from a tea kettle. I was with friends, and the husband remarked that when he was growing up there was a lady in his town that could "talk the burn out"; his wife laughed and said there was no such thing. I wrapped an ice pack around my hand and proceeded to get on the computer to "google" if there was any such thing, I was surprised to find out that indeed there was. I then came across the Burn Doctor's website, and immediately called. I was asked what was the level of pain I was experiencing, and replied that it was 8.5, and when I removed the ice, my hand felt like it was on fire. I was instructed to take the ice off and proceed with my normal activities, take a picture of the burn send it, then call them back in about an hour. The pain left completely in about 7 minutes, and the redness left shortly thereafter. Hallelujah! I sent an "after" picture and a text stating the pain was gone. I got a call back and was asked to submit a recordation of the events, which I have just done. I thank the Lord and you for your gift."

"Absolutely Amazing!" exclaims grateful nurse
Diane burned her hand on steam and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FireBurnDoctor team called her back 4 minutes later, Diane said her pain level was a 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and it is already down to a 4, adding, "I've called before, and it's normally gone the minute I call... My normal experience calling FBD is that even the mark disappears before I leave a message. This time it's just a small thing, just above the knuckle. Pain twinges go to 4. Each time in the past, the pain has disappeared the minute I heard the voice mail greeting, so I didn't leave messages on those calls. This time it REALLY hurts and didn't go away instantly, so I left a message. Thank you for calling me back so quickly. I believe in this. I've had a 3rd degree burn, so I know burns hurt." Thank you sir…"I'm a nurse."
About thirty minutes later, Diane called back to report her pain is down from a 4 to a 1 and is fading away, "Thanks very much. I called my brother and told him I had called the FireBurnDoctor for a burn and the pain was already down to 2 and dropped to 1 while I was talking with him. It's absolutely amazing, wonderful. I have to tell you, when you told me to take my hand out of the ice water, I was apprehensive. And I wanted to put it back in, but I fought the urge and did my normal activities. Now it's just about gone. Absolutely amazing! I tell all my friends, especially mothers, to put the number on their fridge. They don't believe me, and don't do it, but I keep telling them. I'm a nurse, I work in Western medicine, but I've seen the results and believe it. It hurt so much, it was killing me. This would have been an all night event, sleeping with ice on it, but I called you and it went away so quickly, almost gone now, I barely notice it. Thank you so much. Does it work on anything else?" The FireBurnDoctor team told her, "yes," they also take care of Shingles and to look at www.PSproof.com for other applications and testimonies.

Even my fear is gone! May humanity's full potential awaken!!!!
When Leo got a Shingles outbreak, he got it diagnosed by a medical doctor within 2 weeks and called the FireBurnDoctor. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, Leo said his pain and itching were both 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that he had a "burning pain, like something boiling under the skin" and that it was bleeding because he was scratching so much, on the side of his body and belly, over his chest down to his feet with a swollen leg. He said the medical doctor told him there's no treatment," and wanted to tell the FBD, "I appreciate it very much. God bless you!"
Seven hours later, Leo called to report his pain was now 4 and dropping: “I just want to thank you guys. I was able to go to sleep and rest. Thank you, thank you very much. I don't know what remote thing you've done, but I believe this is remote healing. I saw PSproof 2 days ago, and read a lot about Dr. Philip Savage, but I didn't call. Today, my boss asked me if I'd called the FireBurnDoctor and told me to call and see what you could do. The pain is 4 now, even less than that. I don't know what's happening. I get more relief as I'm talking to you. The pain is 2 now, less than 3. I was panicking when I called you guys today. I felt my skin was heavy, thick with scabs and heavy, but now it's lighter. The itching is not that bad now. It's worst after I shower, that's when the itching is worst, so I’m going to get cleaned up and see what happens. Before, I wanted to grab a knife and scrape it. But now I can tell there's definitely something going on in my body. Even the open wound is drying up. It's not even painful to the touch. I would even call this a miracle. Thank you. Thank you very much. I appreciate this very much."
Later that evening, Leo sent photos and the next day, twenty hours after first calling for help, Leo sent a text with photographs saying, "Thank you. I don't have pain or itch. This is how it looks like today. It's not like before I called. Even my fear is gone. I appreciate everything, and may humanity's full potential awaken!!!!" An hour later Leo texted to say, "I'm a massage therapist and I'm very interested to help in any way. My legs are not heavy anymore. I had a good night's sleep, got up and went out into the sun, took a shower. There's a little stinging from water in open wounds, but it was gone quickly. And there's no fear! It's not only the physical relief I've experienced, but also the internal relief, like a change in motivation that's improved." Two days later, Leo sent more photos saying, "Much better… I'm happy with the results already. And I'm able to sleep better now. When I see Dr. Philip Savage on the computer screen, I feel he's talking to me."

Motorcycle Burn, Playing Basketball an hour later!
Neil burned his leg when his dirt bike fell over and his friend called the FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team called them back ten minutes later, the friend said Neil's pain level was 8.5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and going down, adding that they heard about the FireBurnDoctor from Neil's father who had previously been helped with his burn.
One hour after that, Neil called to say they have been eating and playing basketball and the pain is now only a 2. When the FBD team called them three hours later, Neil said, "It's good, the pain is gone. It looks better too. Thank you!"

No burn, No sting, No swelling! "Thank you so much!"
Ellen burned her hand on a hot baking dish right out of the oven and called the FireBurnDoctor 50 minutes later. When the FireBurnDoctor called her back 3 minutes later, Ellen said her pain level was a 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), especially when in hot water washing dishes. Just over an hour later Ellen called to say, “It's been an hour since I called. I don't have a sting any more on my burn… Thank you so much. Bye."
One hour and 20 minutes after the burn injury, Ellen emailed her report: "My burn has gone down, the swelling went down and the mark is still there but the pain is gone."

"Pain ZERO! I'm so glad I watched that documentary!"Teresa burned her arm with boiling hot coffee directly out of the microwave and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 7 minutes later, Teresa said her pain level was a 10 (on the scale of 0 to10) and is now already down to a 5, adding, "Oh my god! My whole arm was on fire!" One hour later, Teresa left a voice mail saying she heard about the FBD on Gaia TV, had watched the FBD documentary RUSH, and now sent photos of her arm and wrist where "You can't really see much" because the burn was already going away, saying "Thank you so much!"
Three hours later, when the FBD team called for feedback, Teresa reported that the pain is 0, exclaiming," Had I not called, it would have been much worse and blistered all over. I'm sure glad I watched that video. Thank you!"
That night, ten hours after the burn injury, Ellen sent more photos of her "instant burn recovery" and left a very grateful voice mail update: "I burned this same arm, in a similar way years ago, I believe it was 1997. My arm blistered all over and burned severely for days, my skin literally melted off, I had big scabs as it healed, I remember screaming and crying for hours with the pain, nothing would help but ice water until I got some Silvadene for the burn and pain killers from the doctor. My arm was out of commission for weeks. Not so today.... after I talked to the burn doctor, I removed my arm from the ice water and made a huge effort to ignore my arm and finish making lunch, eat, clean up, I even did the laundry. Amazing that such intense burning pain can be stopped like that. Thank you so very much, I'll be researching this healing treatment now, I'm so glad I watched that documentary. Thank you!"

Extremely hot 300 degrees metal burn, pain gone in just over an hour!
Martin burned his right palm and little finger on a hot fireplace poker and texted the FireBurnDoctor within one minute. When the FBD team called him back two minutes later, Martin said that his pain level was an 8 (on the scale of zero to 10) and was already down to a 6½ by the end of the call. One hour and ten minutes later, Martin texted to say that the pain level was now zero.
The next day, Martin emailed his email report: "Right hand burn. At 8:22 PM on 2/7/16 I burned my hand using a small metal tool that touched my hand, the contact would be similar to a soldering iron tip against the hand. I would say it touched my hand for 1.5 seconds and the temperature of the tool was about 275-300 degrees. I contacted the Fire Burn Doctor team at 8:23-8:24, and received a return call from FBD team at 8:25! My initial pain on 1-10 was 8. After speaking with FBD team, within minutes my pain had decreased to about a 6. As I followed the instructions of continuing on about my life, my pain subsided, I didn't even think of it anymore. By 9:40, the pain was gone. The next day, an impression is left faintly on the skin, not sensitive at all to touch."

HOUSE ON FIRE! “Pretty cool! It doesn’t seem to be hurting!”
Nigel burned his feet, back, arm, wrist and thumb putting out a house fire and texted the FireBurnDoctor within two and a quarter hours. When the FireBurnDoctor team called him back two minutes later, Nigel said his pain level was a 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding, “Just got some 2nd degree burns, there was a stack of cardboard boxes outside of house, that caught fire from ash flicked out the door, I kicked it to prevent the whole house from catching fire. I’m going to hospital tomorrow.”
About one hour after that, Nigel called to say, “it seems like, on the wrist, the first degree redness is pretty much gone away. The blistering on my feet is still somewhat painful, but definitely less painful than before. Ok, Thank you." When the FBD team called him back four minutes later, Nigel said, “Pretty cool. Left thumb is 2-3. Left foot 2-3, right foot 3-4 and wrist is 0, it doesn't seem to be hurting. I don't feel it on my back and arm, 0. That went to 0 in a half hour or better!"
Three hours later, Nigel called to say that all the burns were now 0 to 1. “Just checking in one more time, I am doing pretty well, surprisingly well. The only discomfort is pressure from the blisters…. Thank you very much.”
Six weeks later, Nigel emailed his report: On Superbowl Sunday, I was standing in my kitchen washing dishes; I looked to my left, and noticed a strange white curl coming in from the top of my door to the backyard. I was perplexed. I walked to the door and opened it, and stared into a 7-foot high wall of flame. There was a large pile of boxes stacked against my back porch, and they were all ablaze. The flames were starting to consume the roof overhang and support pillar, and looked as if they would shortly set the house on fire. Apparently, a tiny coal from my hand-rolled cigarette had fallen amidst some flammable material in the boxes when I had stubbed it out earlier.
I frantically grabbed for the fire-extinguisher in my kitchen, only to find that it had no charge left. In a split-second calculation, (and perhaps a bit of a panic) I decided I had only moments to act, and, still in bare feet began to kick the flaming boxes away from my house into the back yard. When that lessened the threat somewhat, I realized my house had filled with smoke and I was having trouble breathing. I ran to open the front door. With all the smoke and flames, I was stunned that no one in the neighborhood had noticed yet. I began trying to fill containers of water from my sink to douse the flames of the debris on the porch, and the porch walls. That lasted maybe 15 long and ineffective seconds. I then ran out the back door, still in my bare feet, across the burning detritus, to get to the hose at the back of my house. I turned it on, and eventually managed to extinguish the fire, which was still creeping up the corner of the roof.
Perhaps 40 minutes after this had started, I was standing in the shower, trying to wash off the ash and soot that covered me, and tentatively pick at some of the molten plastic that was mainly on my feet. I came out and began to clean up my kitchen which was covered in soot and water. A friend called, and I talked to her for quite a while, explaining what had just happened, as she helped comfort me.
I lay down on the bed, maybe 90 minutes after the fire, and realized that my adrenaline and endorphins were wearing off, and I had a few serious burns on my body. There were angry red patches on my upper back and wrist: the former had three long white blistered streaks across it, and the latter had four, of which two had charred broken skin. My feet were also covered with specks of molten plastic, and there were patches of red, and one particularly large blister, about 1 inch by 1.5 inches in surface. There were also two pea size circular patches of white skin, one on my thumb, and one on my left shoulder.
Gradually the pain began to intensify, until it was hard to ignore. The sensation was worst on my feet. I went to get a bucket to soak my feet in cold water. This made the pain tolerable. It is then that I remembered that I had the phone number for the burn doctor hotline. I called, described my situation, and was instructed to just do something "normal" and not think about the burns. This was probably about 90-120 minutes after the burn. I understand it is optimal to call within 30 minutes.
I went to sit down at my computer and watch a video. About an hour later I sat down on my bed, and was amazed that when I looked at my burns, the red inflamed areas around the burns had almost completely disappeared, leaving only the white patches of burned skin, surrounded by healthy looking skin. The pain level had dropped substantially, and it was no longer uncomfortable to just sit there.
The following day, I went to the local doctor, because my family was concerned, and they bandaged and put ointment on a couple spots, including the very large blister on my foot, which they wanted me to try to preserve intact. By that time, the majority of the discomfort I felt was from the stretching and pressure of the very full blister. There was very little pain anywhere else. The gouge on my left thumb may have had some pain. I followed the local doctor's protocol sporadically over the next several days, mainly keeping my foot bandaged....In all, the experience was rather amazing--in particular and most obviously, the quick (within an hour) vanishing of most of the first degree burns and pain. I have had burns before and know that they can simply dominate attention for days on end. In this case, other than the blister, I had very little discomfort and was able to go through my days normally... I am very glad I called. Thank you for your good works!"

"Amazing how the blisters just kind of went away!"
Helen burned her hand on hot oil and texted the FireBurnDoctor team 9 hours later. When the FireBurnDoctor team called her back, Helen said that her pain was a 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she called and was already down to 1.5, adding, "I will say I felt two healings, one right after texting, the second about a half hour later. It was a 'sheltered cooling' sensation." One hour after that, Helen texted to say, “No pain, much love”.
Eight hours later, Helen texted again, “Still no pain on blisters, the one that broke is healing very rapidly. I expect in the morning it should be much better, and I understand I was late in calling. The next morning, about 24 hours after the burn injury, Helen texted a photo saying: "Still no pain!” When the FireBurnDoctor team called her back 30 minutes later, Helen said, “I had full movement last night, but a little soreness. Zero soreness this morning. I'm really grateful that it happened so that I could learn about you all and Dr. Savage on YouTube and have the opportunity to pursue a full reset. I'm so excited to move on.”
Nine days later, Helen emailed her report: "So I ‘tried’ to cook (which I never do) & received a hot oil burn on the back of my hand. Four main blisters and I knew the next morning before waking it was only going to get worse and then I remember the burn doctor. (Who I had left on my contact list on my phone.) I had forgotten the protocol, but I sent a picture. Before awaking, I felt two healings. I received a call later that morning and I remember that there became no pain left. Do note that I was late in calling, but they still had decided to help. Let me also say that I kept getting myself in the way of the healing. I don’t watch TV, listen to radio or commercial music, but I was still hacked by mind mentality programming. I made it sore and painful while adding some ointment that is socially recommended. I also aggravated it with covers and irritable dressings. It is amazing how two of the blisters just kind of went away… you can hardly tell that anything happened. I will have no scars….”

"Was excruciating! Have you guys already done something?"
Mike burned his fingers grabbing a red hot pipe and called the FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Mike said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0-10) and has already reduced to a 3, almost 2, adding, "It was excruciating. Have you guys already done something? It already looks a lot better. I only call you guys when it's really bad. My friend is a witness."

Counting on the FireBurnDoctorAngie burned her forearm on hot metal and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FireBurnDoctor team called her back 7 minutes later, Angie said that the pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that she and her husband both had previous experience of “Instant Burn Recoveries” from the FireBurnDoctor. Two days later, the FBD team called Angie, who said the pain level had gone from 9 to zero within 4-5 hours.

“I woke up this morning and asked myself if the burn was a dream, did it really happen?”
Dana burned her hand on a red hot pizza stone and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. The FireBurnDoctor team called her back 9 minutes later and did not get an answer. When they called again 3 ½ hours later, Dana said that her pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she did it and now: “It's perfect. I woke up this morning and asked myself if the burn was a dream, did it really happen? I don't recommend it. I grabbed a pizza stone without a mit and called you within 10 minutes. I had to do the whole 'laying on ground and screaming' thing first. I went to bed at about 10 and it was already down to a 7. The mark just looks like an old scar now. I've also posted Rush to Facebook.”

“The burn is gone and I am satisfied.”
Elan burned his thumb with a lighter and called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FireBurnDoctor team called him back 7 minutes later, Elan said that his pain level was a 1 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and that it was self-inflicted! The FireBurnDoctor team told him, "We normally do not take care of self-inflicted burns but we will this time. See what happens, do NOT do it again!" When the FireBurnDoctor team called him back 21 hours later, Elan said that his pain was 0 before he went to sleep.“ The burn is gone and I am satisfied.”

Explosion in face: “I expected a month battle. It’s phenomenal, and only 1 day out!”
Harry burned his face on an exploding oxygen tube and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the Fireburndoctor team called him back 5 minutes later, Harry said his pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10). He has an oxygen supply tube in his nose and when he lit a cigarette the tube blew up in his face.
About an hour later, Harry called FireBurnDoctor to say, “All is well, the pain is not as great, it’s about a 5.” He also asked about training. When the FireBurnDoctor called him back 18 minutes later they reminded him to take his mind off it by getting on with his day and not looking in the mirror as much. Harry agreed and said that he had not looked in the mirror since his last call and has been outside working.
When the FireBurnDoctor team called back two hours later, Harry said his pain was now a 3, "Doing better I think. Pain's down, almost gone. All in all, I feel pretty good. This is the stupidest thing I've ever done. Thank you very much, I really appreciate you." When the FireBurnDoctor team called him back 5 and ½ hours later, Harry said: "It is good, real good. It's doing really surprisingly well. The pain is down, almost to nothing. Drying out. Not bad, not bad at all. I am very, very surprised at how well it's doing! Very surprising. The pain is 1 and under, almost non-existent. I haven't blown my nose yet, and won't for a while but it's almost non-existent. Thank you. It's becoming more visible as it scabs over, but the scabbing is a huge improvement over an open wound."
The next day, Harry called to say, "You assisted me yesterday with burns. Hey, my face seems to be about the same. Starting the day out at 1 and under. It's red with signs of scabbing. The swelling is about the same." Eight hours after that, Harry called to say: “Just checking in here this evening. If there's reason to touch base with you, give me a call back.... Thank you." When the FireBurnDoctor team called him back 9 minutes later, Harry said: "I took a shower tonight. It's really scabby. The pain is 1 and under. The sinusses have opened up, better. The intensity of an oxygen fire is a super hot white flame and it was that close to the face, it went up the nose. You may want faster results, but as far as I'm concerned, this is already been phenomenol, and we're only 1 day out so far.” In the background his wife said: "I think it worked marvelously!" Harry said, “That's from someone with a medical professional background, so she has good perspective on the results."
Two days later, Harry called to say, “Seems to be everything is coming along fairly well. It looks like some of the scabs are trying to come off my face already, which is very encouraging. I've had to fiddle with things a little bit in and around my nostrils. You know, this time of year with allergies and the breathing tube... all the other stuff that's going on.... I have to be able to use oxygen and what not. Pain level is still right there: pretty low. I'm encouraged.... Thanks."
Eight days later, Harry called to say, "I can't even tell that anything happened. Thank you once again for all the help. How do I become a student?”
Two weeks after the burn injury, Harry emailed his report: "On or about 2/22/16, as much as I hate to admit and much to my embarrassment, I left my oxygen on before lighting a cigarette and you can imagine the ensuing results. Heavy, severe burning inside and outside my nose.
Having previous knowledge of your burn recovery organization, Dr Sauvage, and your emergency number I called and relayed the incident to you with the required information. Within a matter of just a few minutes the pain subsided to a very manageable level and within an hour or so was just uncomfortable for the remainder of the incident.
I was instructed to just ignore the entire event and just go on about my business which I did for the first day. But having to deal with the oxygen; eventually nasal passage clearing maintenance was required so some interaction with the damage area was required. Two days out pain level was for the most part near 0. Surprised Me!
Nevertheless, within a week all outside the nose damage was gone, and nearly all of the inner nose issue was resolved. At first glance, I expected a month or so of battling this thing - Bad, Hard Burn, and a very bad place - all bad news!
I am very glad I remembered your organization from Coast to Coast AM. I am slowly coming to an understanding of what just happened. This is a blessing! Thank you One and All !Harry H., 2/22/16, Arizona
“It's amazing. My face healed almost immediately, 2 days and it was done.”
Matthew burned his face and arm on exploding spray paint and called the FireBurnDoctor approximately 10 hours later. When the FBD team called him back four minutes later Matthew said his pain was a 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he did it, was an 8 at the start of the call to FBD and a 6 by the end of the call. Then he explained what happened:
“I got burned early this morning on my face and on my arm. It HURTS! I blew myself up working on my tool box with some spray paint. I thought I'd dry it with a torch a little bit faster, so I can put my tools in it, now that the box is finally clean. I won't mess with fire again! and I'll probably wet the bed tonight! It really hurts, and I really need it to go away, and I don't know what to do. Help! There's bubbles on my arms, blisters, big blisters that look like the witch's warts on her nose. And I need some medical advice, and maybe some pain medicine. Thank you. I have three blisters the size of a quarter. My face melted a little, and my sideburns. I didn’t call earlier because I just heard about you now from a friend." About thirty minutes after that, Matthew texted five photos of his burns on arm, face and neck.
The next day, Matthew called to say, “We had a burn situation last night…. I'm grateful for all you've done for me so far. It's healing, and it's going away…. Thank you." When the FBD team called him back one minute later, Matthew said, "Pain is down, way down. I've got some blisters, but they're reducing. I was able to take a shower, which is a real blessing. Thank you, thank you very much!”
When the FBD team called him back two weeks later, Matthew reported, "I'm doing well.... This is the greatest thing. I showed some friends when it happened, and they asked me if I was going to the doctor. I said nope, I've already been to the doctor and they said, "What?". I said, “I already called FireBurnDoctor!” They couldn't believe it could be done with a phone call. You guys are a blessing. Of course, I went right back to work. It's amazing. My face healed almost immediately; two days and it was done. No scars! And on my arms; it took a little longer, there's still pink where it's new skin, but I don't think that will leave a mark either. That's awesome. Thank you!"Matthew H., 2/23/16, California
Shingles Pain and Itching down and GONE three days after calling FBD!
Fourteen-year-old Beatrice broke out in Shingles on her leg, ankle, knee and thigh and her father called the FireBurnDoctor one week after the initial symptoms. When the FBD team called them back 5 minutes later, Beatrice’s mother said her pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) on one part with blisters, and a 1 on the rest of her leg, adding that, "The stinging is painful, very painful to the touch," and that they will not go to the doctor because Beatrice had never been vaccinated and doctors would try to bully them into vaccinating and they think there’s nothing doctors would do about the Shingles anyway. By the end of the call the pain was already down to an 8 and it was looking less red.
One and a half hours later, Beatrice’s mother called to say, "The redness is gone down. She still is experiencing some pain, but can feel that something's happening. It looks better." When the FBD team called them back three minutes later, Beatrice’s mother said, "The pain is less, 5 - 6, spiking to 7. It’s not as red, now it's a pale pink. It's drying and scabbing now. It had been getting worse right up until the call [to FBD]."
The next morning, Beatrice’s mother called the FBD team to say, "We talked last night. Just checking in. The big rash part is all blistered. She said the pain is not bad until she walks, and then it's pretty severe on that big one. But the other two parts on her leg that have the rash look a little better. But literally all the blisters in the big one have come to a head. Thanks."
When the FBD team called again five hours later, Beatrice’s mother said, "It's way better when sitting still, 2-3, 5 when moving and only the knee. Ankle is flat, never bubbled, knee is receding; lighter and lighter, and didn't blister as expected. She's skyping now, so distracted by friend for couple hours.
The next morning, Bernadette’s parents texted three photos with this message, “Pain half of what it was! Knee and ankle spots are a little itchy but no pain.” When the FBD team called back four minutes later, Beatrice's mother said: "It doesn't really bother her unless it is touched or moving. As for pain level it is 'irritated' but not painful, at 1-2, 3-4 if touched and she is 'not noticing it.' – that’s the first time in a week that she's said anything like that." The other two spots just started to itch, but they are 'easy to ignore'. She's doing much better at ignoring the whole thing.
The next morning, Beatrice’s mother sent more photos and this message: "This morning. Pain is way down, she is focused on school now and no pain!

Rope climbing the next day! "I didn't expect that!"
Rosalind burned her bare hand grabbing a very hot skillet right out of the oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD team called her back three minutes later, Rosalind said her pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) at the time of the burn and 5 - 6 when in cold water, but when out of water it would go up to 9 again. And that her whole hand is red and swollen. But as soon as she sent the photo it went down to 7 out of the water! One hour and forty minutes later, Rosalind called to say, “Calling you back in one hour as you asked. It still hurts, mostly in the web of the hand, and feels swollen. I am trying not to focus on it. Going for a birthday party with kids now…."Two hours and twenty minutes later, Rosalind texted to say, “The pain now is fluctuating between 3 and 2. There is a sensation of heat and it is still painful to touch. Thank you very much…." When the FBD team called her back one minute later, Rosalind said that she expected blisters but they haven't showed, “It's less swollen and less red. I'm naturopathic doctor.” She did take her mind off it by getting on with normal activities and went to a children's birthday party, “During that party was when the pain dropped. Thank you so much. How does it work?” The FBD team told her to look at the About page on FireBurnDoctor.com, she said, “Thank you. I will refer others.”Four and a half hours later, Rosalind called to say, “It's midnight here. I'm doing ok now, without touching it, the pain is now at zero or maybe 1. It's sometimes a little bit painful to touch and hot water is painful – I couldn't wash the dishes in hot water today. So that's the news. Thank you.” When the FBD team called her back less than a minute later Rosalind said her pain was a 2 when touching and 7 under hot water, “It looks fine. Doesn’t look like blisters are coming. It’s a little bit red / pink and there’s less swelling also. Just by looking at it you can’t see any swelling, but if I make a fist, I can sense tightness of the skin.” Six minutes later, she texted photographs. The next day Rosalind called to say, “I am doing better. The hand is definitely feeling much better. I can now put it under hot water, not for a long time, but that's better than last night. I can also touch the area without the pain and there's no blisters… thanks!" When the FBD team called her back one minute later, Rosalind said that there’s still a little redness but, “I did some rope climbing at gymnastics with my kids; I didn't expect that.”
Nine days later, Rosalind emailed her report: "I was making steaks in the oven using a new recipe, and had the hot skillet in the oven. I got distracted and grabbed the skillet right out of the oven with my bare hand. The pain was tremendous: my hand got red, started to swell, and the pain intensity kept increasing. I am a physician, and could tell from my experience, it would probably be at best a 2nd degree burn. I put my hand under a running cold water, but the pain was getting worse. Then I put a cream on it, it was still burning. I was screaming from pain and could not stop myself even in front of my 4 year olds. The worst pain was at the web of the hand. Then, suddenly, I remembered I had a phone number saved in my phone for Fire Burn Doctor. I happened to listen to the radio few months ago prior to this happening, where they talked about Fire Burn Doctors, and I happened to save it in my phone (as one of my great mentors used to say, serendipity, or a hand of God played a role).
I called that number as soon as I thought about it, and left my information. In 2 minutes I got a call back. The gentlemen in the other line asked me my name, birthday, when it happened and my place of birth. As I was talking to him I noticed the intensity of pain went down couple of points. He suggested that for the rest of the day I do what I need to do and asked me not to focus in it. I was supposed to call him every hour to let him know about my progress. In one hour my pain went down another notch. In 2 hours my pain level was a third of what it was initially. By the end of the day there was no pain unless I touched the area. The area was much smaller than the original affected area, there was no bubbles, no swelling. In the morning, I could touch the area and there was no pain. Also, in the morning I went to the gymnastics with my kids and happened to do a rope climbing. I later realized it would be the most irritating thing to do in an area of a burn, and I did not feel anything. In a few days the redness was gone and there was a skin crack on the web of the hand, which I am sure will heal very soon. There is no pain whatsoever.Thank you, Fire Burn Doctor team, for helping me. I am very excited and grateful you are doing so much needed work. Thank you”Rosalind Y., 2/28/16, Ukraine
Burn GONE in less than 2 hours!Enid burned her hand lighting a fire and called and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 8 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Enid said her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) at the time of the burn and was already down to a 2 adding, “It’s gone down a lot already!” Eleven minutes later, Enid texted photographs, then one and a quarter hours later, she called to say, “Hi it's [Enid] calling again. My pain level is less than 2, 1 now!” When the FBD team called her back three minutes later, Enid said, “Pain down, looks better also. Kind of a white stripe across the thumb.” Five minutes later, Enid sent a text saying, "Hi. This is [Enid]. My thumb is okay. No pain, just tingly. Thank you. Good night. :)"Enid L., 3/4/16, Estonia“I was able to work my full shift as a chef around heat!”Toby burned his hands with hot chemicals and called the FireBurnDoctor within 12 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 14 minutes later, Toby said that the pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) adding, “The hot chemical melted right through the rubber gloves I was wearing!” One hour later, Toby called to say that the pain level was still at least a 9 and it was blistered really bad, “I’m dealing with it.” He said he had applied Aloe Vera burn cream. The FBD team told him it’s best not to apply anything, “take your mind off it and get on with the day.”
The next morning, Toby called to say, the pain was now zero, adding, “It’s much better today! Even before drifting off to sleep, it had stopped hurting. The fingers look great. There are still some blisters, but they're the right color and healing fast. I'm going to work tonight. That's a testament to how well it worked. I didn't think I'd be able to work for some time when it happened. My wife's a nurse and I have some medical background as well. After work, I sat down and watched some FBD videos and that helped; and I told my wife about it and had her watch some and told her to not pay attention to the burn either. Zero pain now, 1 before sleep and the skin color is right. It's still blistered, but the color is right, back to natural, so I know when it heals there won't be any scar. Thank you for everything.”
Nine hours later, Toby texted photographs saying, “24 hours after severe 2nd degree burns to fingers. No pain. I was able to work my full shift as a chef around heat etc. Thank you”
When the FBD team called him back two days later, Toby said, “I'm using it right now to bowl with my son, so it's doing well. There's no pain whatsoever. The blisters broke and there's some exposed new skin, but no pain. It's definitely not the burn it would have been. Everyone I've shown it to has said it looks fantastic when I tell them what happened. You definitely made a difference in my recovery. I wish you were around decades ago when my brother had bad burns over 40% of his body and wasn't expected to live. He did make a miraculous recovery though. My dad was a Baptist minister and had lots of people praying for him and holding positive thoughts for him. I appreciate you.”Toby W., 3/7/2016, Ohio
Boiling Water and Lye - Sent home from Burn Unit with a bandage!Geraldine burned her thigh, ankle and foot on boiling water and lye chemical cleaning out fryers at work and her boss called the FireBurnDoctor about one hour later. When the FBD team called them back 10 minutes later, Geraldine’s boss said that her pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) adding, “The pain meds are not working, there is severe blistering and she is on route to hospital 300 miles away!”
When the FBD team called them back the next day, Geraldine’s boss said, “Her pain level was much diminished 45 minutes after we called the FireBurnDoctor and when she got to the burn unit, they applied ointment, wrapped her foot and sent her home!"Geraldine W.,, 3/9/2016, Oregon
"I'm fascinated! I feel this is something that could address lots of the world's problems if enough people got together with it."Kirstin burned her hand on a scorching hot pot and called the FireBurnDoctor an hour later. When the FBD team called her back seven minutes later, Kirstin said that her pain level was a 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already down to an 8, adding, “I think it’s third degree! My friend told me about you guys, I want to learn what you do! Thank you.”
One hour later, Kirstin left a voice mail to say, “It’s much better... the pain is now at maybe a 1 or 2 and it comes and goes. Thank you.” When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes after that, Kirstin said, “Pain’s at 0.5, not even a 1. The worst area was the palm area. It was totally pain free when I called, and the fingers which were also burned started to hurt, but that's gone away now also. It looks amazing. The blister is still there, but it's flattening out. Totally amazing. Thank you."
After another hour, Kirstin called to say, “Well, my hand is doing tremendously better. I have had pain on and off, I'm in a no-pain moment, and I'm looking at my hand, and the healing is miraculous. Thank you." When the FBD team called her back three minutes later, Kirstin said, "Now, I don't feel any pain. I'm moving my hand and I just feel a little tightness of skin. Thank you. How do I contact Dr. Savage?”
The next morning, thirteen hours after the burn injury, Kirstin emailed her report, "On March 10th, 2016, I burned my hand by grabbing a scorching hot pot from the stove with my right hand. I sustained a 2nd or 3rd degree burn on my palm and two fingers that was very painful. I immediately thought about the Burn Doctors, as I had recently heard of them from a friend. I wasn’t sure if my burn was bad enough to take the time of the Burn Doctors, but I decided to try them anyway, as I have strong belief in the abilities of this kind of healing.
I left a message on the number given and somebody called me back immediately. We got all of my info correct and I realized it had been almost an hour since the burn so it wasn’t in the half hour limit but the man I spoke to said it was still worth a try. I hung up and followed his request to call him back in an hour but to not think about the burn at all and do my best to distract myself during this time. I also sent them a picture of the burn which was blistered pretty bad.
The pain was at a 10 when it first happened and was at an 8 or 9 when I called and by the time I called him back an hour later it was down to a 1. Several times when I was waiting to call back I had either no pain or it would get temporarily really painful but then would quickly subside. He asked me to call him again in an hour or two and again distract myself and not focus on the burn and when I called back I had a .5 of slight discomfort and the burn and the blister were healing and the blister was flat and going away. I sent another picture.
This morning my burn looks as it would have after maybe a week of healing. This works. I am so impressed and grateful. Thanks so much…" When the FBD team called her back eight hours later, Kirstin exclaimed, "I'm fascinated. Thank you VERY much. I feel this is something that could address lots of the world's problems if enough people got together with it.Kirstin S., 3/10/2016, New Mexico
It’s hard to believe the pain is zero!Oliver burned his hand on burning plastic and called the FireBurnDoctor the next day. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, Oliver said his pain level is now 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and some of redness had gone away already. He said that he heard of FBD on the internet while searching for Enlightenment. One hour and twenty minutes later, Oliver left a voice message update to say, “The pain has subsided, it’s zero! I did sense, on some sort of plane, something going on. Thank you kindly!" When the FBD team called him back 2 minutes later, Oliver said, "The burn is practically non-existent, pain is zero! Let me poke it a few times, I'm poking it! No pain at all! Thank you for what you do! I will tell others. How can I join in the help?” The FBD team gave him the websites: www.FireBurnDoctor.com and www.PSproof.com.Oliver P., 3/11/16, California
"Thank you, [from Tina]-No-more-pain-in-Florida"Tina burned herself laying in the Florida sun for the first time of the year and called the FireBurnDoctor 5 hours later, saying, "I'm not within the 30 minutes, but I'm in a lot of pain!" When the FBD team called her right back, Tina said she had prior experience with the FireBurnDoctor, has seen all his videos and shared the FBD number with others, adding "it's really uncomfortable on my back and back of legs."
When the FBD team spoke with Tina again two days later, she explained that the first night she was able to sleep really good and when she woke up the pain was a 3-4. Then that night the pain went back up to an 8, so she applied hydrocortisone cream, and then didn't sleep well at all that night. While talking with the FBD team, Tina's pain went away and she was able to sleep that night again. The next morning, Tina said she woke up with no pain and the realization that, "Oh my gosh, I see that I thought about the hydrocortisone which reminded me of it! OK, I need to change how I think so I don't recreate it. It's zero now. I changed my expectations. It's REALLY made a huge difference. Thank you so much!"Three days later, Tina emailed her report: "My experience going out in the sun for the first time this year for only an hour and a half was not a good one. Yikes I was on fire, and I live in Florida. I got the idea, "Oh Call Burn Doctor!" I left my information and got a call back confirming my details and went about my routine for bed. I slept fine. I got up, no pain. I really didn't notice unless I brushed against something. The following night, the pain returned and I slept very little. I got a call from Fireburn Doctor as I had forgotten to check in.After talking to Fireburn Doc the current pain subsided and I was able to sleep once more that night. I later realized I had put some hydrocortisone cream on the night I didn't sleep. So far it's been good.Thank you, [Tina] no more pain in FL."Tina C., 3/11/2016, Florida
"It's driving me nuts!"Gary found out he got shingles and, on the advice of a friend, called the FireBurnDoctor the next day. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Gary said his pain level was now 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and the itch was 9 adding that the rash was on his face, from bottom of lip up to eye, forehead and cheek. Twenty minutes later, Gary sent photographs and his doctors diagnosis. Six minutes later, Gary called to say that the itching was worse, 9.5 adding “It’s driving me nuts!”
Three hours later, Gary left a voice message to say, “I want to give you an update. Please call me back.” When the FBD team called him back 2 minutes later, Gary said the itch was now a 5, adding, “It’s not too bad except I have it in my eye also, the itch is 9.5 there.” The FBD team reminded him to do normal activities and call back in a few hours and gave him www.FireBurnDoctor.com.
Two days later, Gary left a voice message to say that the pain was now zero for the face adding, “My face has scabbed over. It itches and doesn't really bother me. The eye still hurts at 7-8. It's matted up in the morning when I wake up. Yesterday morning I had zero pain. It was 3-4 in the afternoon. Today the only pain is in the eye. I press my palm to eye socket then release and it's fine. My face looks like someone dragged it over pavement, but it's just scabbed and there's no pain."
Six days later, Gary left a message to say that the pain in the eye was now a 1, and zero itch! "It’s doing pretty good. Most of the scabs are off and face is pretty done; there's a couple scabs left. The eye still hurts, it's down to 1. Zero itch. The pain went up and down for a couple days. I did no self treatment, I just followed your advice and did what I could to be busy and focus on other things. Thank you very much for what you do, and if I ever need you again, I'll be sure to call you first. Two and a half weeks after his first symptoms, Gary emailed his report: "I developed my first case of shingles on my face from my chin up around the left side of my face, around my left eye and forehead, and in my left eye. Not really knowing what to do I searched the internet for some answers and even had a friend tell me to use Apple cider vinegar on it. They said it would dry it out faster. I also found a site from www.fireburndoctor.com. I contacted them and got an incredibly quick response from them. I did already apply one coat of Apple cider vinegar before I was contacted by phone.
The gentleman I spoke with was exceptionally supportive and polite. The advice I received from them was nothing that I would have expected to hear. Distract myself from the problem was it and it will go away faster than if you're messing with it. Use the out of sight out of mind type of thinking, so I occupied my time by doing something. Don't change my lifestyle for this unusually uncomfortable condition. The worst time I had was the shingle I had in my eye.
The advice was great and even more amazingly they followed up with me several times during my uncomfortable condition. Getting progress reports from me better than any doctor I have ever had. The shingles dried up relatively fast and the hospitality still continued to follow my condition until I was clear of the shingles.
For anyone who gets shingles I would highly recommend making contact with fireburn doctor. Even for burns I would make a big wager that they will be more supportive and helpful than by wasting your time at a Doctor's office. You will be followed up on and be treated great.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, ...."Gary G. 3/16/2016, Ohio
"Awesome, thank you!"
Sam burned his finger on a log in the fire and called the FireBurnDoctor for help. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, Sam said his pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0-10) and has already dropped to a 3, adding that he's a certified hypnotherapist and found out about Philip Savage, the FireBurnDoctor, online. Two hours later, Sam texted, "Finger's blister is just about gone. Minor tingling when stroked, but no appreciable pain, around a 1 on the pain scale. Awesome, thank you!"Sam G., 3/16/2016, California
"I knew it would get more painful! Now a 2 and dropping."Linda burned the palm of her hand while cooking and, on the advice of her friend, called the FireBurnDoctor for help. When the FBD team called her back, Linda said the pain level was 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already dropping to a 2, explaining that she called because “I knew it would get more painful. Thank you.”Linda G., 3/18/2016, California"My finger melted on a baking tray. The pain is excruciating. Please help!"Lorraine burned her finger on a hot baking tray and called the FireBurnDoctor within one hour. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later Lorraine said that her pain was a 12 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and a 6 on ice, adding, “I don't care what the pain scale is, it HURTS!" At the end of the call, the FBD team encouraged her to remove the ice, which she did and said, “It’s out of the water…. It's 6-8. Yes, it's gone down a little."When the FBD team called her back the next day, Lorraine exclaimed, "There's absolutely no pain in my finger, none! It still looks melted, red, clearly it’s been burned, the skin is obviously compromised, I mean, you can see it's melted, but I slept through the night, then I worked at the computer all day and no discomfort. It's incredible! It’s not even sensitive to the touch or rubbing, it was at zero pain before the hour was up because I just fell asleep and it was zero in the morning. I woke up and tuned in to my finger, checking to see if it would ache or throb and there was nothing, no discomfort at all. Thank you!I got called in to work and I was able to function all day as normal, and with no problem!"Lorraine F., 3/20/2016, California"Able to perform my job as if I never was burned at all that day!"Robin burned her hand on a hot burner and called the FireBurnDoctor within 23 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Robin said that her pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when it first happened and was already down to a 4. One and a half hours later, Robin called to say that the pain was now a 1, adding, “It’s a little bit tender but there’s no burning sensation when the air is hitting it any more. Thank you for your help so much.”That night Robin left a voice message to say that the pain was now between 0 and 1, adding, “I got called in to work, so I was able to function all day as normal, and with no problem. Just following up; everything's good. Thank you so much. Thank you." When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Robin said, “It’s almost gone. The surface is fine. There's a little pain from digital pressure (fingertip pressure). Thank you."Two weeks later, Robin emailed her report, “On March 27 which was Easter Sunday i was cooking Easter breakfast for my mother who had suffered a stroke and is staying with me. As i prepared this special breakfast i had several burners on the stove going i had forgotten one side was still hot and sat something on it and as i tried to remove it part of my hand was on the burner and i burned the fingers on my left hand. The pain was about a 9 or a 10. I was in so much pain i just kept saying i need a doctor. i remembered i had seen a video over a year ago about the fire burn doctor. So i looked in my cellphone to see if i still had the phone number and i did so i called and left a message. My burn happened about 10:20 am and i called about 10:35. I received a call back right away from the fire burn doctor. I had been applying ice to my hand by this time. I was instructed to remove the ice and to carry on my day as if it had not happened and the fire burn doctor told me to call him in a hour to let him know how i was doing. When i called him an hour later my pain was down to a 1 or 2. He told me to try to carry on as if it was a normal day and call him later for an update. I had gotten called into work and i was able to go in and perform my job as if i never was burned at all that day. I called the fire burn doctor back that evening to let him know i worked all f=day using this hand and had no problem my pain level was 0 by the time i got to work that afternoon. It was totally no sign visually or sensation wise i had been burned. I can't thank you so much for your services and i will recommend you to friends and family.”

“Why suffer if you don't have to!”Evelyn burned her wrist from a burst of flames from the oven that melted the stove knob and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called her back, Evelyn said her pain level was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10). There was a grease fire from sausage in her oven, the fire melted the stove knobs, plastic dripped on to her hand, she applied cold water once, and called FBD.One hour later, Evelyn called to say, "For a check in. I'd put my pain level at about a 2. Thank you." When the FBD team called her back two minutes later, Evelyn said, "Actually, some of the plastic is flaking off, and so far, I'm not seeing any damaged skin under it like I expected! The plastic had bonded with the skin, yeah, that's interesting. There's a welt and some redness, but definitely there's less of the melted plastic and less pain."The next day, Evelyn left a voice message update and when the FBD team called her back four minutes later, Evelyn said, “No pain, and the chemical or plastic stuff has fallen off. And there's a blister now. It was flatter than a pancake last night. When I press it, there's ever so slight discomfort."One hour later, Evelyn emailed her report: "Hi! I managed to catch my sausage on fire with the broiler. Flames burst out of the oven, melting the control knobs, which dripped onto my wrist with a burning splash. The burn stung, had a red rim around the area and I was worried by the melted plastic on skin. I figured trying to remove it would probably peel my skin off. Within a few minutes, I remembered the Burn number I had stashed in my cell phone for emergencies a couple years ago, which I think I picked up from a radio show. I called and gave my info. The pain was at a #4, and within the first hour had been reduced to #1. I was told to forget about it and go on and report in the morning. When I woke up, the burn area had bubbled, but the melted plastic had all fallen off. Again, I was told to just go on with my day and give another report in the evening. During the day I had several painting projects. I wore gloves, and sometime during this, the bubble burst and I never felt it. To feel any pain, I have to poke it then I feel a little sting. I've had numerous burns before having worked in an industrial kitchen and I know they can hurt for many days! I'm quite happy that I called, even though this burn was no larger than a dime. Why suffer if you don't have to? Thanks!"Evelyn L., 3/18/16, California“Many thanks, after an hour I wasn't hurt.”Terry burned his finger on a very hot pan and called the FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, Terry said that his pain level was 9 (on the scale of zero to 10) and had already dropped to 7, adding, “I’m in New York City and my finger hurts a lot!”Four hours later, Terry emailed his report: "This morning at 11 am I burned my finger as I was cooking and I was really hurt. My fiancé told me about you and I called. Many thanks, after an hour I wasn't hurt."
When the FBD team called him back the next day, Terry said, "Thank you very much. I feel much better now. It was bad. I had a very bad accident. Pain Zero!”Terry P., 3/30/16, New York"We do NOT take care of self-inflicted burns!"Randy burned his finger with his wife’s cigarette and called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Randy said that the pain level was a 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already down to a 1, adding, “It’s really less, slightly numb”. The FBD team felt something strange and asked Randy, “Did you deliberately burn yourself as an experiment to test FBD?” Randy said, “no”!
The next day, Randy called to say that the pain was zero, adding, “I forgot all about that call back, so I'm making it now. The burn went away almost right away. Thank you very much for what you've done." When the FBD team called him back two minutes later, Randy said that the pain went to zero in five minutes.
One hour later, Randy emailed his report, “Greetings Burn Doctor, I read about this help for burns in a book named "Cures", I decided to test the information, I intentionally burnt my finger with the tip of my wife's lit cigarette, Ouch! then called your number 818-332-6445 and gave information requested and needed. Within 5 minutes the pain stopped, within 10 minutes there was no scar, thank you again."
When the FBD team called him back five minutes later and asked him why he denied it was self-inflicted the day before, Randy said, “Ok, you got me.” The FBD team explained that we do not take care of people with self-inflicted burns and would not have taken care of this burn if we had known.Randy S., 3/30/16, Arizona
“It's not even pain, not pain at all.”
Helen burned her hand on a very hot cast iron pan right off the wood stove and called FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called her back four minutes later, Helen said her pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) adding, “Actually, it's gotten a lot better since I started talking to you. Now it's 2-3, barely noticeable. It's 2, seems like it's getting better and better! It was 8-9! It was my bare hand touching the pan as it came out of the oven. I heard about you on Facebook."
One hour and ten minutes later, Helen left a voice message to say, “Calling back to say that my burn is practically non-existent. It does look a little bit red, but I'd say it's a 1 or a 2 as far as burn intensity. So that's how I'm doing. Thank you so much for your help. And I'm glad you're there. Thank you." When the FBD team called her back five minutes later, Helen said, "It's not even pain. It's kind of an itch, not pain at all. Something like that would normally hurt me all night. So, I'm definitely impressed.” Then she said yes to emailing a report and telling Facebook friends.
When the FBD team called her back four days later, Helen said, "Oh my God, I completely forgot to send an email. Because it stopped hurting! Thank you so much. I'll send it right now."
Two days later, Helen emailed her report: "To Whom It May Concern: A few days ago, I unthinkingly grabbed a red hot cast iron pizza pan with my left hand fingers that had just been taken out of our wood stove. I told my fiancé to please call the Fire Burn Doctor because I knew my fingers would blister and burn like crazy all night long, if not for the next couple of days if I didn't do something. He got the Fire Burn Doctor on the [message] line and I gave them all the information as requested: My full legal birth day, place of birth, time of burn incident, etc. They called back to confirm my details and told me to just carry on as usual and to call them in about an hour to report how I was feeling.
I almost forgot to call them back, because within that hour my burned fingers were hardly noticeable. In fact, there was no pain, just kind of a little itch. The next day, there was no blister, no redness, and even no itching. I'm not sure of the mechanics of how it all works, but I will call the Fire Burn Doctor in the future. Oh, one last thing: the fee for this marvelous service? Nada. Zip. Nothing. I don't know how and why they do what they do, but please check out their website and keep their number handy. You must call within 30 minutes of the burn incident. Sincerely, [Helen).
P.S. Will post above on Facebook. Thanks again for your organization's help."Helen L., 3/30/16, Washington
