Nasty burn with hot melted glue
Leon burned his finger with hot melted glue while working and called FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Leon said his pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first called and had already dropped to 4.5, adding that it was a second or third degree burn. One hour later, Leon called in to say, "Ok, the pain is 95% gone. If the skin hadn't peeled off when it was burned, the burn would be almost healed right now. It's covered right now with a lymphatic fluid, I'll call a serum, the liquid that normally comes to the top of a burn just before the skin grows back. The pain's gone, mostly. The burn is still visible, but healing much faster than it otherwise would have without your assistance. And I greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Take care."
Three days later, Leon emailed his report: "On 04-23-2015, at approximately 14:06 (2 pm), I managed to touch some hot melted glue with my left index finger. The glue stuck to the skin from about 10mm back of the cuticle on the left side of the finger, to a point roughly equal with the front edge of the fingernail, for a total length of about 23mm. The glue extended under the nail and out to the side for a distance of about 5mm. By the time I was able to cool the glue with water, the skin had completely cooked, and almost immediately/ spontaneously detached from my finger and fell off, with the glue still attached.
Where the skin had been, there was raw blue/black flesh, bleeding from subsurface ruptured capillaries.
Bleeding was more ooze than anything else. I washed the injury with colloidal silver. Pain was about 6 or 7 on a scale of 10. At 14:10 I placed a call to FireBurnDoctor (818)-332-6445 and left a message on the answering machine. At 14:16 I received a return call from FireBurnDoctor to confirm my information.
Within minutes, the burn had begun to visibly heal. Within 15 minutes the pain had almost totally subsided.... Healing appears comparable to about an 8 day old injury. I have received no other treatment for the injury."Leon C., 4/23/15, Colorado
Pain to zero in minutes
Tristan burned his hand with friction as a panicked horse yanked it's rope, and a friend texted FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team called back 5 minutes later Tristan's friend said his pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when they first called and had already dropped to 3, and they were still trying to round up the horse. The friend texted again 36 minutes later simply to say, "Pain zero"!
Ten minutes later, Tristan texted his report: "THANX for taking care of my friction burn I got when I was trying to hold our horse who had been bit by a viper snake. I held her with a nylon leash and she took off in panic. The immediate pain was bad. Scales to a 7 out of 10 and I bleed some, but after my friend took my info and sent it away, it took about 10 min and pain was down to like 3... and after a little while it was completely gone. Love and heart regards."

Amazed and very grateful
Rachel got a sunburn and called FireBurnDoctor 4 or 5 hours later to say: "I got a rather bad sunburn. It's all over my chest, shoulder and my arms. And my face has a little bit of sunburn on it." When the FBD team called her back a few minutes later, Rachel said her pain level was 5.5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called. Then she added, "It's down since talking, it's 4, my gosh! Thank you sir." A few minutes later Rachel called in to say, "I wanted to let you know that I feel a lot less pain - 2 or 1.5. My skin doesn't have that throbbing heat as much. It's much lower. And on my forearms, the color has almost gone back to normal. Other parts of me are still more red, but I definitely feel good. Nine hours later she called to say, "I woke up this morning, the redness is about 90% gone. I'm just really amazed and very grateful and wanted to thank you. It's fun, absolutely fascinating. Thanks so much."
Nine days later, Rachel emailed her report: "Dear FireBurnDoctor, on May 2, I experienced a severe sunburn on my face, arms, chest, and shoulders. I unfortunately did not notice how bad the burn was until a few hours after sun exposure. Later that evening, I remembered that I had the FireBurnDoctor's phone number which I had acquired while living in Holland and decided to try and call for the first time. I had no idea if sunburns would be something that you would treat or not due to a personal responsibility factor that I was afraid might be involved. I was starting to be in pain and the heat came in waves from the burn so I decided it was worth a shot. I left a message and got a call right back. While on the call, I noticed that the heat waves were lessening and I was less anxious about the burn. I went about my business after the call.
I decided to watch a film on my laptop to take my mind off of the healing that I know was occurring. I noticed that the redness was definitely faded, especially on my forearms. They completed another hour of healing since it was not completely gone. The next morning, I woke up to see that my burn was basically gone, and I was a gorgeous shade of tan. I had some pinkness on my chest, but that was it. I was surprised, so much so that I called to leave a final bit of feedback: One of the things I felt throughout the healing sessions was a huge heart opening and I felt so much love flowing through. I felt blissful and in a state of gratitude that was unparalleled to my normal gratitude practice. It felt heavenly.
Thanks for being so pleasant to talk to and thank you for sparing me from some very serious discomfort. Please tell me more about learning this modality. I read the website but wasn't sure how to move forward from there. Before I had ever called you, I referred my best friend a few months ago for a burn on her breast which was immediately healed by your team. She too is very thankful. I continue to give your number to my friends as I believe everyone should know about what you do. Thanks again so much

God bless the FBD-Team
Kate burned her arm with a hot iron and called FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes to say, "It's not very serious, but it's starting to seriously burn and turn red." When the FBD team called her back nine minutes later, Kate said her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and already dropped to 5. About two hours later, Kate emailed her report: "I wish to convey to the FBD-Team my warmest thanks for helping heal my burn, which is now no longer aching and the blister which had started forming has now dried out. Thank you again ever so much, and may God bless you and bless your noble actions."

The pizza was still too hot
Udu burned the roof of his mouth with hot pizza and called FireBurnDoctor within 25 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, Udu said his pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first called and already dropped to 6. One hour and 40 minutes later, Udu called to say, "The pain seems to be a 3 and I don't know if it was me imagining, but I felt a mint flavor while I was talking with the person I spoke with earlier. I felt that, but also my pain was reduced to a 3. The skin has not healed yet. Thank you very much." 10 hours later Udu called to say, "This morning, the pain is not there. But I couldn't brush, because the area is still sore, and the skin had peeled off. It feels a little bit weird there, over the palate. The area might have healed a little bit, but not completely for sure. Thank you so much." When the FBD team called him back 45 minutes later, Udu said, "As we're speaking, I notice it has decreased in sensitivity and is healing. The texture and skin are healing, thank you."
The next evening Udu emailed his report: "On 05/05/15 around 10.30 p.m I took a bite of a home cooked scalding hot pizza. It was so hot that instead of spitting it out, I instinctively pushed it to the upper palate and decided to eat it anyways. I could immediately feel peeling of burned skin on the palate. I finished the Pizza, rinsed the mouth and pulled out the burnt skin. It left sort of a red gash. There was some pain. I called the FireBurnDoctor and left a message 25 min after the incident. Got a call back within minutes.
After an hour, the pain had somewhat reduced but the throbbing burn sensation was still there. I called and let the FBD-Team know the status. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed that the pain was not there unless I deliberately touched or felt the burnt area. Obviously I couldn't brush. After the conversation with the FBD-Team, I noticed that the burnt area was healing throughout the day. I can feel the burnt area getting smoother and less sore. As of right now the skin feels less sore. No pain unless probed.... I thank the FBD-Team for the good work they are doing and wish them the best in reaching out to people. I will certainly advise my friends and acquaintances to call them immediately on being burned. Thank you."

You don't have to believe it - it works anyway
Tyler burned his hand on hot metal, and his mom texted FireBurnDoctor 25 minutes later. When the FBD team called them back 2 minutes later, Tyler's mom said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when they first called and had already dropped to 6. Tyler's mom explained: "Tyler was taking brownies out of the oven with only one mitt, then touched the hot metal pan with his unprotected hand." One hour and ten minutes later, the FBD team called them again, and Tyler's mom said, "I'm assuming that he's fine. He had to go pick up his sister. I'll text when he's back. He was skeptical when I called. But I told him it works." Two hours and 15 minutes later Tyler's mom texted her report: "He does not feel any pain at this time. And it looks a lot better too. Thanks!"

"A walking miracle"
Hank burned his arm badly when he poured gasoline on a pile of brush he was trying to burn quickly and the fumes exploded. His wife called FireBurnDoctor two days after the burn. When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, Hank's wife said, "his right arm was burned pretty bad, minor burns elsewhere. It's a nightmare when cleaning it at night. The gauze sticks." The next afternoon, Hank's wife said, "He's so much better now." The next day, Hank's wife said, "he didn't have any pain. Thank you so much." When the FBD team called her nine days later, Hank's wife said, "He's since received 'walking miracle' comments from people who hear the story then see it's appearance. It's healed amazing."

"I am very, very impressed"
Romney was burned when the radiator cap from his car blew off, spewing 250 degree radiator fluid onto his face, neck and chest. He called FireBurnDoctor 4 days after the burn, immediately after a friend told him about FBD. When the FBD team called Romney back 4 minutes later his pain level was 3 or 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10). Ten days later, when the FBD team called him for an update, Romney said, "I'm very, very impressed. My face has cleared up substantially. I believe you guys had a significant part in that. I believe what you did helped."

Called in far too late - still got astonishing results
Emma burned her hand with boiling water and called FireBurnDoctor 5 1/2 hours later. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes after that, Emma said her pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 3. An hour and a half later, Emma said, "I think that it's at 1.5 now, and looks a little less red. So, thank you." The next morning Emma called to say, My pain is probably at a 0.5. I can barely feel it. It's still a little red, little scabbed over, but it looks a lot better. Thank you."
Two weeks later, Emma emailed her report: "About two weeks ago I was at work and spilled boiling water on my right hand. I got a second degree burn. At the time of the burn, the pain was an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. Several hours later I got off work and called the fire burn doctor phone number and followed the instructions and left a message. Within 10 minutes or less I got a phone call back with more instructions. At the time of the phone calls the pain was about a 4 on the scale. I was asked to call back later and the pain had gone down to about a 2. The next morning the pain was about 0.5 to 1. By the end of the day the pain was gone. Thank you."

Pain and blisters gone in less than 4 hours after the burn
Tanya burned her hand with a curling iron and called FireBurnDoctor 12 minutes after the burn. When the FBD team called her back 7 minutes later, Tanya said her pain was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and already dropped to 5. About two hours later, Tanya called to say, "The pain is subsided. I can hardly feel it at all anymore. There's some blisters, but that's all. I just feel a lot better. I do thank you for your help and I appreciate all that you do." An hour and a half after that, Tanya said, "It's much better. I guess it's zero now. Even the blisters have gone down. Thank you."

Severe frostbite burn gone in an hour
Norman got a frostbite burn on 5 fingers when picking up a frozen metal plate and called FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Norman said his pain level was 8 or 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first called and already dropped to 4. Twenty minutes later, Norman emailed to say, "When I called, I knew for certain that I had seriously burned myself." 45 minutes after that, Norman called to say, "My fingers feel a little bit tingly when I touch them. But other than that, I feel fine. Much improved. The pain is zero. Thanks."
The same day, Norman emailed his report: "Right now my pain level is zero. I tried to measure the temperature in the freezer, but it pegged the needle at zero degrees F. The solid aluminum plate that I held in my left hand for about 45 seconds. It's 1/2 inch thick. Aluminum conducts heat VERY efficiently. Initially, immediately after I let go of the plate, I tried to gently warm my fingers. The pain hit 10 at that point. By the time the FBD team called me back it was at about 8 and dropping. Probably why I didn't notice at first that my fingertips had frozen was that I have to take pain medicine for another injury."

Burned with hot jam
While making jam, Lucy slipped and burned her hand and called FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team reached her 17 minutes later, Lucy said her pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and already dropped to 3. "Before I called, I thought I have to go to the hospital." Two days later, when the FBD team called again, Lucy said, "It was ok; a little bit red, but it doesn't hurt anymore. Yesterday morning it was 1 with contact and would sting a little bit. Now there's zero pain even when pressing on the part that's still red."

Within hours, no stinging, no pain and no blisters
Mandy burned her forearm on the oven and called FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team reached her an hour later, Mandy said her pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called, and already dropped to 2. Two hours later, Mandy called to say, "It looks fine. There's no blistering. The sting is completely gone. I expected that it would have at least blistered, or caused me more pain than I'm in now. I recommend you to all my friends. The pain went to zero in 2 or 3 hours after I called. Thank you so much."
That evening, Mandy emailed her report: "I burned my forearm getting something out of the oven and called the FireBurnDoctor immediately, as I had heard him a couple years ago on the Dave Shrader Darkness Radio Show. Within 2 hours, the sting went away and the burn left a red mark, but never blistered. I don’t have anything to compare it to, to be able to say if this worked or not, however I feel strongly that it would’ve blistered and it never did. I can't prove if this is legit or not, but I strongly believe in it, and I also feel that just the power of suggestion alone helped heal this burn. So thank you FIREBURNDOCTOR for all you do! I’ll call this number in the future when myself or anyone I know has been burned!"

Gerald burned three fingers on a hot pan on the stove and called FireBurnDoctor within a few minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, Gerald said his pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first called and already dropped to 7. The next morning, when the FBD team called him, Gerald said, "The blisters are hard, not liquid filled. I woke up with zero pain, just tightness of skin."
About one hour after that, Gerald emailed his report: "Hi my name is [Gerald] and I burned three of my fingers last night at 12:45 a.m. and called the Fireburndoctor. My pain was initially like a 9 but went down to a 7. After talking to the doctor, I focused on others things like watching TV and eating the food I was making. The pain lessened but then came back in waves. I thought that I was going to be up all night from the pain but I fell asleep an hour later, pretty quickly, and I woke up this morning with merely no pain. Just tender and tight skin on my fingers; way better than I ever would have expected to wake up to. Thank you."

Nina burned her hand on a hot kiln, bracing herself after tripping. Her husband called FireBurnDoctor an hour and a half after the burn. When the FBD team called them back 7 minutes later, Nina said the pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and already dropped to 7. It was even 6 by the end of the phone call. She said, "Thank you guys for doing this." About an hour later, Nina said, "It's a lot better! I did some dancing, have been listening to music. I am doing much better and really appreciate it. Unbelievably so. The wounds are, like, miraculously closing up. I don't know what to say. I've been telling everybody I've seen today to put the number in their phone, and they have. And you know, I think this healed a lot faster than it would have for sure, so thank you very, very, very much. Have a great night." The next morning the FBD team called and her husband said, "It was absolutely incredible, the 1/4 inch blister deflated almost instantly, within a couple hours last night. She irritated it a little by riding her bike today, but incredible results. Looked great last night and better this morning." And Nina added: "I'm so impressed. I didn't think I'd be able and I totally slept last night! It's really weird. It was almost gone, then I ripped it open while bike riding again, but, underneath, it still looks great, and still no pain. Thank you guys for whatever you were doing. Where can I send a donation? I totally think that what you all are doing is awesome.
15 days after the burn Nina emailed her report: "Hi- I just wanted to thank you for your service. A couple weeks ago, I fell into my ceramic kiln and burned the palm of my hand. I was in excruciating pain. I spent the first hour and half soaking my hand in water and searching for pain killers. Then I remembered the Fireburndoctor article I read a few years back and called. You guys instantly called me back, and within an hour I was feeling so much better. The swelling and redness had gone down and it became apparent it was not going to blister. By a few hours I was hardly feeling any pain. The next day I was throwing pots and biking. Things I thought would be delayed by weeks because of the burn. It is truly amazing. I have told many people and they all think it's crazy but are surprised how quickly my burn has healed. So thank you so much!"

Immediately after calling the FBD the pain was gone13-year-old Roxanna burned her hand on an hot oven rack, and her grandmother called FireBurnDoctor within 13 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 7 minutes later, the grandmother said Roxanna's pain level had been 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and already dropped to 3, adding that Roxanna was going to softball practice now, and "actually, her pain is zero now."The same day, Roxanna's grandmother emailed her report: "The burn occurred as my granddaughter was removing an item from the oven - I dialed the FBD-number in my phone and immediately the burn quit hurting!."Roxanna P., 7/2/15, Maryland
"Five minutes after my wife made the call, the pain was gone and we continued partying"Sam burned his hand celebrating with fireworks, and his wife called FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 3 minutes later, Sam said his pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and his fingers had blisters on both sides, and were black. The next afternoon Sam called to say, "This morning the black stippling was gone and zero pain. The pain went away soon after my wife made the call and we partied on for I don't know how long after that. Thanks again. I appreciate it. Thank you."
Four days later, Sam emailed his report: "I was holding a fuse of a firework that was lit thinking I could throw it one way but was blocked by running kids, so it burned through my fingers while I threw it another direction. The blister was immediately there and was stippled all over with black powder or pieces of the wick that had seared into me. The pain was super intense being on the tips of my finger and thumb, and I didn't want to go without a piece of ice melting there constantly. About 5 minutes after my wife made the call, the pain was gone and we continued partying for an hour or so. Then we went home, washed my hands and went to sleep, with no change to anything after washing. In the morning, I woke up with...not pain... but SLIGHT discomfort in my middle finger. The blister was bigger but all the stippling was gone. It looked to be healing good. Thank you for your services for the third time."Sam F., 7/4/15, NevadaShingles: Itching and pain gone in minutesKelly woke up with shingles symptoms, recognized from prior outbreaks, and called FireBurnDoctor shortly after that. When the FBD team called her back, 8 minutes later, Kelly said her pain level was 5 or 6 and her itching level was 6 or 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called, and both had already dropped to 2 for pain and 0 itching, adding that it was red on her ribcage and she felt feverish. With pain and itching reduced so quickly, Kelly commented, "This is just phenomenal. What you guys do is wonderful. Thank you." Two hours later, Kelly called to say, "It's been 2 hours. I don't feel any pain or itching, and the redness is pretty much gone. I found a phone I can take a picture with, but there's not really much to see now. Thank you so much. Thank you so much."Three hours later Kelly emailed her report: "I want to share my current experience with FBD. I woke up this morning with a beginning rash of Shingles. I have had it before so I know the signs very well. It was itchy and red so I put some Neem Oil on it, which calmed it down a bit. I then came into my office on an unrelated matter, and amazingly instantly happened across the FBD number! I had totally forgotten that they can help with Shingles. I called immediately at 10:13 AM. By the time I called them back at 12:13 PM, to report in, the itching and pain were completely gone. I am not surprised that FBD helped with this, because I have had a previous experience with FBD in regard to a burn and found it nothing less than miraculous. I'm amazed the whole world does not know about this wonderful work going on. I will do my best to spread the word."Kelly P., 7/5/15, Mexico

"I feel fantastic"
Elizabeth burned her ring finger with hot frying olive oil and called FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Elizabeth said her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and already dropped to 5. Then she added, "I first thought that I can get over this. I don't need to bother these people over this. They're helping so many other people. But I sat there and it just kept getting worse. So here I am and so grateful you called me back." Three hours later, when the FBD team called her, Elizabeth said, "I'm well. Thank you. The pain is zero even when I touch it. It went to zero a couple hours ago. It's great. I feel fantastic. I've since had my hand in hot water several times for washing dishes and haven't noticed the burn. Thank you so much."
Eleven days later, Elizabeth emailed her report: "You know how you tell us to get on with our day as though nothing has happened when we call in about a burn. Well I have been doing that since I last required your help and as such, have neglected to send this email. I am so sorry that it has taken so long to connect but, see how good you are! Saturday, July 25, 2015, I was in the kitchen stir-frying supper. My hand that was holding the spatula slipped, and I set the back of my hand down BRIEFLY upon the scorching hot food. Of course, as my phone was nowhere near, food was nearly ready, I figured that a quick rinse under cold water would do the trick; it did not. Within a minute, I realized that I needed your help, grabbed my phone, hit the speed dial and left my message. The return call was swift and already I was feeling better. Thank you so much for being there for me, this is the 3rd time in as many years that I have reached out and am grateful for the Fireburndoctor Team with all my heart!"
Elizabeth P., 7/25/15, MichiganSuccessful case from RussiaSarah burned her wrist with hot oil while making pancakes and called FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Sarah said her pain level was 8 or 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and already dropped to 3 or 4, adding, "It's not really that bad. It's already cut in half!" 45 minutes later, Sarah called to say, "The pain is currently a 1 or 2. Not very noticeable. And the redness has gone down." When the FBD team called her again four hours later, Sarah said, "It's much better. Thank you. There's no pain. Most of the redness and swelling is gone. It went to zero about an hour and 15 minutes after the last call. So, I think it works! Thanks. Thank you."
Later that day, Sarah emailed her report: "I had gotten a hot cooking oil burn on august 3rd at 11:40am. My pain was about an 8 or 9 right after it occurred. I called the Fireburndoctor at about 12 and left a brief description of the burn and my information. By the time I got a call back at about 12:10, the pain had drastically gone down to about a 3 or 4. Which was amazing. After about an hour there was less swelling and much less redness. The pain was almost 1 or 2. By 2 pm that day my pain was completely gone and I had forgotten all about my burn. The red marks are still visible but there is no swelling. And absolutely no pain. Thank you so much for helping me with my burn. I certainly will be keeping you in my phonebook for future accidents of burn."

Irene burned the inside of her forearm on a hot pan and called FireBurnDoctor within 13 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Irene said her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and already dropped to 2. One hour later, Irene called to say, “The pain has gone significantly down to about a 1. There's a red welt. But it's not as bad as it was. So I think it is improving. Thank you very much." Two hours and 20 minutes later, Irene called again and said, “The pain is gone. The welt that was on there is gone. It's still red, but it's flat now. It's smooth and when you touch over it, there's no pain or anything. I would say it's greatly, greatly improved. I appreciate it and Thank you.”
Four days later, Irene emailed her report: "I was cooking and had a super hot stainless steel pan come up against my right forearm. It turned red and blistered right away. It was very painful, around a 7 on a scale of 0 to 10. I called the FBD number and left a message regarding my burn. Within a few minutes someone called me back to verify my information. I was given instructions and told to call back in about 30 minutes. The intensity of the pain upon callback was around a 1, and the blistering was gone. It was still red. I was instructed again and told to call back in a couple of hours. At the 2 hour mark the pain was gone and the burn was less red. I feel it improved greatly during that time, much quicker than if I hadn't called. I believe the treatment was a success. Thank you"

Two-year-old released from screaming pain in minutes
Two-year-old Lasse burned his wrist with hot butter while helping his dad cook, and his mom texted FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 9 minutes later, Lasse’s mom said his pain level “was 8 based on his level of crying” (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and already dropped to 1. An hour and 15 minutes later Lasse’s mom called to say, "The pain went away pretty fast as I see it. Right after the burn, he cried a lot. We just sat on the sofa and he looked at some books. And while I was talking with you, he got up and started rolling around, running and playing like he usually does. And also, on his wrist he had some red marks. I have looked at them during this hour. They were turned white, then they were completely gone. They were completely gone about half an hour ago. I just want to say thank you for this experience. It was really nice talking with you. Thank you very much."
Two hours later, Lasse’s mom emailed her report: “Hi, this evening, at 5.15 pm (in Denmark), my son (almost 3 years old) burned his wrist while cooking with his dad. They were frying meatballs in a pan, and some hot oil/butter splattered up on my son’s wrist when his dad turned a meatball around in the frying pan. My son screamed in pain and cried and refused to put his wrist under the running cold water. I took a towel, made it wet and put it around his hand and wrist. I texted the Fireburndoctor team right away - I sent a picture with the time of the accident, and my son’s full name, his birthdate and birthplace - It took 1 minute because I already had the Fireburndoctor’s phone number in my cellphone.
I will say by the level of my sons crying that the pain level was about an 8, when he was burned. My son wanted to sit close with me. After about 10 minutes he started playing and said it did not hurt anymore. When the Fireburndoctor called back after about 12 minutes my son was jumping up and down in our sofa, carefree. The fireburndoctor asked me to report back in an hour. Within half an hour after I first texted the fireburndoctor, the red burns on my sons wrist had turned white and then totally disappeared. It was quick and easy and the Fireburndoctor team was so pleasant to talk with - very professional. Thank you for the work you are doing, I will share it with everyone I know.”

No focus on the burn - zero pain
Oliver burned his finger on the hot oven and called FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Oliver said his pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When the FBD team called Oliver back about 4 hours later, Oliver said he was “doing fine” with a pain level of 1, adding that his pain level had gone up to 6 and said he had focused on the burn. But, when he wasn’t focused on it, the pain was 0. Two days later, when the FBD team called him back, Oliver said, “Thank you very much. It’s really painless. The pain was zero even when touching it an hour and a half after the last time we talked."
The next day, Oliver emailed his report: "Thank you very much for the service. I burnt my middle finger in the oven, 9 august, it hurt a bit (3/10), I immediately put it under cold water and then in flour. Then I called the FBD, the pain got worse (5/10). After a few hours, while focusing on something else the pain went gone, 0/10. A blister remained but it didn't hurt. Thank you."
