Professional glassblower burned at work
Cody is a professional glassblower who burned his fingers working with hot glass and called the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, Cody said his pain level was 7+ (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to a 6. Three hours later, Cody called to say, "The pain is at about 1. I am a little sensitive so when I move it close to fire, because I am still at work, it does hurt a little. But aside from that, pain is just about nil. Thank you.”
Twelve hours later, Cody emailed his report: "I'm a neon glassblower, and this morning at approximately 9:30 am I was working in the fire with a tube of neon and my blowhose fell out of the end of the tube. In the process of putting it back in, I grabbed the portion of glass that I had just taken out of the fire and burned my thumb and forefinger. Having used the FireBurnDoctor a number of times in the past I immediately called them. When I called them the pain level was a strong 6, I returned to work and within the hour the pain level was reduced to 2. It's been about 12 hours now and even though it has blistered, the static pain level is nil, if I'm having to use my thumb to handle something it is a little sensitive and the pain level goes up to 1. Thank you”

“The plastic burned into my skin”
Parker burned his hand with melting plastic and he called the FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes, saying, "It's all white and swollen up. I dropped a hot piece of plastic on it. The plastic was so hot, when it landed on my finger, the plastic burned into my skin. It hurts like it's on fire. It's bad right now." When the FBD team called him back 6 minutes later, Parker explained that a fan broke and he tried to fix it using a blow torch. He said his pain level was 8 or 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10). Then, in the same phone call, he asked, "Did you do something? Because it's good. The swelling has even started going down. It had been on fire. And now the pain is about 0, definitely less than 1." A half hour later, Parker called to say, "Yeah. That worked. So whatever you guys did, it's cool. It's pretty good now. And it actually looks like the swelling has gone down. It's like the 10th time I've called you guys, and you have done this. I love you. I don't know how you do it, but it's cool. Thank you."

“I believe this really works”
Wendy burned her thumb taking something out of the hot oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within an hour, saying, "I have blisters all over my thumb, and it hurts on the scale of 1 to 10, about an 8." When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Wendy said her pain level was 7 or 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10). About an hour after that, Wendy called to say, "The pain is down to a 2 from the original 8. And the color is almost normal. The blister is still there but it's not as protruding as it was before. It's a lot better. Thank you." The next morning, 9 hours later, Wendy called again to say: "All my pain is gone, and one of the two blisters is almost gone. The other is still there, but it's smaller, and the redness is almost normal. Thank you."
A month later, Wendy emailed her report: "I burned my left thumb taking something out of the oven. I was in a lot of pain and there was a very large and swollen blister. A friend advised I call the FireBurnDoctor team. I called (even though it was more that 30 minutes after I was burned). I left my message, and they shortly called me back and said to let it be for an hour and then call again. Within an hour my pain went from an 8 (on a scale of 1-10) to a 2 and the blister was noticeably smaller and the initial redness was gone. I called back and told the team this and they told me to let it be and call back in the morning. When I woke up, the blister was almost completely gone and there was no pain at all. I called and told them this. The team called me the day after to check how the burn was healing. I am very happy with the team and I believe this really works. Thank You"

It worked in Israel
Ryan burned his hand while cooking and called FireBurnDoctor about 40 minutes later, after he got the FBD number from a friend. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes after that, Ryan said his pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 3. About an hour later, Ryan called to say, "We spoke about an hour ago. The pain level went down to 1, if not even zero, and it looks better now. Thank you very much."

“I am completely convinced that it worked... it's not even red!”
Eleven-year-old Evan got sunburned and his mother texted FireBurnDoctor within 6 hours, saying, "My son has a severe sunburn. It happened this afternoon and it got worse over the course of the evening." When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Evan's mom said he had been in the sun for a few hours and didn't complain, so his burn wasn't noticed til they got back home. She said his pain level had been at 6 or 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) before he went to bed. The next morning, 10 hours later, Evan's mom called to exclaim, "This morning, his skin looks completely normal! And there's no way it would have looked like that without your treatment. I am completely convinced that it worked, because it is not even red! At all. I'm just calling to say thank you so much." When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Evan's mom added, "I'm a physician and I can say, burns are the most difficult to take care of. Evan's cousin got sunburned recently and had a huge blister and it didn't look normal for three days. This was way worse, really deep red burn, and now it doesn't even look like it was burned, not even brown. Thank you."16 days later Evan's mom emailed her report: "I just want to thank you again for helping my son, even though his situation fell outside the parameters of what you usually do. On August 11, 2014, I called FireBurnDoctor because my son (age 11) had a severe sunburn. We had been on the beach all day, and he was not reapplying his sunscreen regularly. He doesn't normally burn very easily, so this was unexpected. Late that night after he fell asleep, I saw his back as he turned over in the bed, and I was very alarmed. He had complained some about it before he went to sleep, but I didn't realize it was that bad until I saw it. His back was a very deep dark red color, and very hot to the touch. I was worried that I may have to take him to the emergency room. Then I remembered that I had FireBurnDoctor's number in my phone, so I called. I left a message and a man called me back within just a few minutes. He was very nice and his voice was very soothing. I explained the situation, and he said that it's not something that they normally handle, for 2 reasons: (1) they don't normally treat sunburns, and (2) it had happened well over 30 minutes ago, more like 6-8 hours ago. But he said that they were willing to give it a try because my son is a child. I was grateful for this. I really had no expectation of what would happen. I do believe that energy work can be real, but I'm also skeptical, because I know that there are a lot of fakers and scam artists out there. But I figured, "what have I got to lose? It's free, if it doesn't work, I've lost nothing."
My son slept well that night, no tossing or turning as I expected. To my great delight, my son's back was completely normal the next morning. It didn't look like skin after a sunburn, it looked like skin that had never been sunburned! I got a minor sunburn myself that day, and the next day my back was still pink and tender, but my son's was not pink or red at all, and not sore either, although his sunburn was much worse than mine the day before. I have absolutely no doubt that his back would not have looked like that if we had not called FireBurnDoctor. For comparison, my son had had another sunburn in May, from staying at the pool all day the first day that it opened. He and his cousin had both been badly sunburned, his cousin had huge blisters on his shoulders. And my son did not recover from that sunburn for almost a week, he had patches of small blisters, and was extremely sore to the touch. The sunburn he had this time (in August) was much worse, and yet his recovery was complete by the next day. Thank you so much for all you do! I have already shared your number with other people and will continue to do so. I would love to get training in this technique if you do workshops."

Five-year-old burned her thumb
Five-year-old Vivian burned her thumb with a hair straightener and her mother called FireBurnDoctor 3 hours later, after her brother with prior FBD experience told her to call. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes after that, she said that Vivan's pain level was a 10 when off the ice (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that it was "very deep." Vivian's mom then said Vivian just said, "it feels a little better." An hour later, Vivian's mom called to say, "Doing fine after one hour with no ice. Probably the pain level is a 1."

Burned with facial wax
Amanda burned her palm and fingers with hot facial wax and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 28 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Amanda said her pain level had been 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 3 or 4. Nine hours later, Amanda called to say, "The pain is actually zero now. Thank you so much."
18 days later, Amanda emailed her report: "I wanted to thank you and your team again for your help on Friday, August 15th. It was early in the morning and I was using hot wax for my eyebrows when my wax heater lost balance on the sink. I went to grab it with my right hand and was able to rebalance it. But I ended up getting hot wax in the sink, on the palm of my hand, and fingers. Hot wax is not the easiest substance to get off, so it was a challenge to sort of clean off while feeling the pain before I could get to my phone to give you a call. It was almost 30 minutes later when I sent you my info. My initial pain level was about an 8. By the time you called back to confirm my details I was at a 4 or 3. I continued my day and forgot about it! I ended up remembering to return the call with my feedback after I got home from work because I had the visual reminder of the mess I still had to clean up! But my pain had been gone since the morning! I truly am grateful! Thanks again for you and your team's help!"

“You guys are awesome”
Mandy burned her fingers and called FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 9 minutes later, Mandy said her pain level was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that it's "really weird, it's coming and going, I was almost thinking I was crazy. Now it's 6, it was 8 to 8.5." When the FBD team called her about two hours later, Mandy said, "It's pretty much better. Strange, normally I apply ice, cooling water, aloe vera and as soon as it's out of that, then the pain comes back. This time, calling you, I felt a cooling sensation in my entire arm. Now it's half of 1, comes and goes at that level. You guys are awesome."

“It stopped hurting in an hour or two”
Laura burned her leg with boiling water from a kettle and called the FireBurnDoctor within minutes. When the FBD team reached Laura about 6 hours later, she said her pain had been 6 or 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had dropped to 5 just 5 minutes after she had called, and it "stopped hurting in an hour or two."

“I was pain-free when I went to bed”
Amy burned her wrist with hot grease and called the FireBurnDoctor within 25 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Amy said her pain level was 2 or 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and dropping. The next evening, Amy emailed her report: "I cracked an egg and was dropping it into a pan that had just cooked some corned beef hash. When my hand was right over the pan, something popped and spattered grease on me. I didn't realize until later that I had a small burn on the inside of my left wrist. I called Fire Burn Doctor about 20 minutes after the burn. An hour later it was still there. When I came in from mowing the lawn, about another hour later, the pain was reduced to almost gone, but the burn was still pink. I was pain-free when I went to bed, but it was still pink. This morning it was all gone. Thank you!"

“I am not feeling any pain”
Hillary burned her forearm on a hot cookie sheet and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Hillary said her pain level was 3 or 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 1, adding, "I always get the worst scars that last for years. Actually, now that you mention it, I'm not feeling any pain; if I don't move it, I don't notice it." Two and a half hour later, Hillary called to say, “It does look like it has decreased in size, and I will continue to monitor it in the morning. Thank you so much for the work that you do. And the work that you did, and the work that you are doing."

Ice bucket challenge with very hot water
13-year-old Adam was burned by hot water in a prank gone bad and his mom texted and called the FireBurnDoctor within minutes. When the FBD team reached her an hour and 15 minutes later, Adam's mother explained that he was with a school group where the kids did the "ice bucket challenge" but used hot water instead, and dumped hot water onto Adam's neck. There were blisters; some popped immediately. Adams' mother said his pain was 8 or 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first texted, adding that he "was having trouble breathing, trouble calming down," and that the pain had since dropped to 3. An hour and a half after that, Adam's mother called to say, "He says his pain level has gone down to zero pain, and he also wanted me to let you know he has a slight pain on the tip of his pinky finger. In any case, I wanted to call and let you know. Thank you so much." When the FBD team called her back two minutes later, Adam's mom said he only notices the pinky now that the other pain is gone, and it only hurts when he touches it. "It's now 0.5. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it."
Two weeks later, Adam's mother emailed her report: "Two weeks ago, a group of boys were caught up in a brief but unfortunate joke that was a take on the 'ice bucket challenge', except it was with hot water. In the end, my son, Adam, had a very bad scalding burn on his neck and shoulders (the boy who poured this water on him thought it would be funny and also did not realize how hot the water was). As we were trying to help my son who was in a great deal of pain, one of the other mothers told me immediately about the FireBurnDoctor phone number and option to call. We called immediately and left a message. We also called our naturopathic doctor who suggested that we go to a regular pharmacy and get a gel/lotion to apply to the wounds to try first and if this didn't help to take him to an emergency room. We did this and went home, where we applied the cream.
On the way home before applying the cream, Adam started to have a reduction in pain. At home, the FireBurnDoctor, who had been doing the remote healing already, called and asked questions and then asked us to distract ourselves for the next hour. During that time, Adam's pain went down from an 8 or 9 to a 3, with 10 being the highest pain. We called the number again and were told to keep doing what we were doing. After about another half hour, Adam's pain went down to zero. The only time he felt pain after that is when we were applying aloe vera gel every hour for the next 4 days. The burn healed very quickly. After one week, all of the scabs had fallen off and new normal-looking pink skin was revealed. Originally, we were willing to go to an emergency room if necessary, but, since Adam's pain went down very quickly, we never felt the need to do so. And another note, he very easily forgave the boy who poured the water on him. We feel the FireBurnDoctor helped us so much and we are very grateful!"

Baby burned with hot tea
11-month-old Danny burned his cheek, shoulder and wrist when he pulled a cup of hot tea onto himself. His dad called the FireBurnDoctor 26 hours after the burn, immediately after a friend told him to call. When the FBD team finally reached him two and a half hours later, Danny's father said his pain level had been 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first called and had already dropped to 3. He said they had gone to the hospital immediately the previous day but had not used some of the hospital's pain medication because of it's side-effects. The hospital also told them to clean and wrap what were 2nd and 1st degree burns twice a day. When the FBD team reached Danny's parents five hours later, they said his pain was now 2, and his color was better, his mother adding that Danny now had "more energy and was totally relaxed.... I appreciate what you've done. It helped a lot. I feel he's in a lot better shape." The next morning, Danny's mom called to say, "He's doing very well. He's taking a peaceful nap, no sign of pain. We'll connect with you soon I hope." When the FBD team called back about 5 minutes later, she said, "He woke up this morning happy, playful. His grandma entertained him. We didn't put any aloe or goop on him. He was doing great even outside on a hot day. Please express our thanks to all your network and team. Your support and work is amazing and deeply appreciated."
The next evening Danny's father emailed their report: "Danny is feeling great and up to his usual play and discovery. On 9/11/14, our 11-month-old son poured hot tea on his face, shoulder and arm. After a good while under a cold shower, we were at the ER in 20 minutes. After the morphine shot, Danny finally fell asleep. We were sent home with gel and pain med prescriptions. The next morning, Danny woke up to play like any other day and seemed unaffected by his injuries. But our 'care routine' caused him definite discomfort. We called our friend who gave us the burn doctor contact. 45 minutes after we spoke to the FBD team, we noticed Danny's skin tone changed from bright red to pink. We also noticed and listened to Danny's coo's around our care for him. My wife and I worked on letting go of our reaction/shock of the event and helped Danny to reset any trauma that may have resulted from our initial reaction to the event. We stayed in close contact with the FBD team and the people assisting, and monitored Danny's discomfort as it dissipated completely by the evening. Danny is now seemingly unaware of his injuries. He rolls, rubs and plays on them without any signs of pain or discomfort. He is still processing emotions from the event, but very quickly. We are grateful to the burn doctors and will recommend this service to all friends and family! Thank you!"

“I'm stunned, shocking!”
Tammy burned her arm on the hot oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Tammy said her pain level had been 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had already dropped to 5, adding, "I'm stunned, shocking!" About an hour later, Tammy called to say, "The burn is better, stinging, still stinging. From 1 to 10, I'd say it's a 3. So much better. Thank you." Three hours after that, Tammy called again to say, “I'm just calling to let you know, on the scale of 1 to 10, it's a zero now. I just have a mark on my arm now. The burning sensation is gone. Thank you very much. Keep doing the good work that you're doing. I think it's just wonderful."

“Amazing that there is no pain”
Ronda burned her leg on a hot motorcycle muffler while changing for a flag football game and texted the FireBurnDoctor about two hours later. When the FBD team reached her the next morning, Ronda said that her pain level had been 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first texted and had already dropped to 2 by bedtime, and to zero when she woke up, adding, "It looks a lot better, but I can still see it, amazing that there's no pain. If I'm not looking at it, I wouldn't know I was burned. Thank you.”

“Oh my gosh!... What an amazing gift you guys have!”
Four-year-old Alex burned his hand in a cigarette lighter in his dad's truck and his mother called the FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 11 minutes later, Alex’s mother said his pain level had been 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had already dropped to 3 or 4, adding that he had been crying and says it feels better now. When the FBD team called her an hour later, Alex’s mom said, “I think he's doing better. After we hung up, he was complaining so we put it in and out of water. Now it’s 2 or 3 and he's watching a movie, not paying any attention to the burn.” When the FBD team reached her three days later, Alex’s mom said, "He's totally fine. I guess that's why I forgot to call back. His pain was zero about an hour after our last call. He was running around and playing and never thought about it again. I'm amazed, very impressed. Thank you for your help."
Five days later, Alex's mother emailed her report: "I received your number from a friend of mine, and she told me about her experience with you. So when my little boy burnt his hand I thought I would give it a try, and I am so glad I did! On Friday September 26, 2014, at about 1:15 pm, my 4-year-old son, burnt the inside of his right hand with a cigarette lighter in my husband's truck. He was crying really bad at first and complained of it being very painful, so when I spoke to you the first time it was probably 15 or 20 minutes after the accident happened, and I told you that he told me his pain was probably a 10. Now again, he's four years old, so he's a little hard to read. But then after one more hour I spoke to you again, and he complained of his pain a little, but nothing like before. So I rated his pain about a 2 or 3. He complained every 10-15 minutes or so but then I would quickly distract him to get his mind off of it. And ever since my second phone call with you, at about 2:30 pm, I never heard one more complaint about his hand! It was amazing! Now I was very busy that afternoon trying to pack to go out of town. So at about 5 that night I realized, "Oh my gosh!" I have totally forgotten about Alex’s hand, and he was totally fine running around like normal! Truly amazing! I am so incredibly glad that I called you guys that day. What an amazing gift you guys have. I will recommend you to all of my friends and family because I had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for helping me and my little boy. I am forever grateful! Thank you again.”Alex R., Utah, 9/26/14
Burned with hot coconut oil
Emma burned her fingers with hot coconut oil while making popcorn and called the FireBurnDoctor within 36 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Emma said her pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 6, adding that before she called she had thought it would keep her up all night. The next morning, 8 hours later, Emma called to say it felt, "pretty good. I still feel burning in the finger tips, but the skin looks fine. There’s no blistering or anything. Thank you." When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Emma said her pain level was at 1. About 2 hours after that, Emma called to say, "It's about the same as it was an hour ago, about a 1. It doesn't hurt, but I still feel the burning sensation like a burn, but it's not painful or swollen or blistered or anything. That's it. Thanks a lot."
Four days later, Emma emailed her report: "I texted the FireBurnDoctor at night after my friend had accidentally spilled hot/smoking coconut oil on my hand while making popcorn. The fingers of my right hand seemed burned badly enough that the pain would keep me awake for the night. About 20 minutes after I texted, the pain had gone away for the most part and I could just feel a little of the burning sensation. The FireBurnDoctor followed up shortly with a phone call and the burn seemed to increasingly improve until morning, when the skin looked and felt perfectly normal and there were no blisters or redness as I would have expected there to be. Thank you!”

Hot chocolate burned her tongue
10-year-old Carol burned her tongue with hot chocolate and her father called the FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, he said Carol’s pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already dropping. When the FBD team reached Carol’s dad the next morning, he said that one hour after the team’s follow-up call, just before Carol’s bedtime, she said her pain was 2 and her "tongue felt like sandpaper." When the FBD team called Carol's dad that evening, he said, “her taste buds are numb, like sandpaper feeling, but there’s no pain. I'd have to say last night it was zero pain also.”
A month later, Carol's father emailed the report: "Carol (10) burned her tongue badly while making hot chocolate. When she was still complaining that it hurt (pain level 8) 20 minutes later, I called FBD. Within the hour it was a pain level of 2, where she said that 1 would be totally normal, never happened. There was no pain. Thanks again!”

“Zero pain – even the background pain is gone”
Andrew burned his forearm while working under his car and his wife called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called them back, Andrew's wife said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), but he had a background pain level of 4 which he’d had for several months. An hour later, Andrew’s wife called to say, "Andrew says he has zero pain. Even the background pain he’s been having for a number of months is gone. It's numb, but the pain he has been having is not there, and the pain from the burn is not there.” When the FBD team reached them the next afternoon, Andrew’s wife said he’s, “doing well, zero pain. Even the background pain is still gone.”

Burned his finger putting out a cigarette
Kevin burned his finger with a cigarette while trying to put it out with his finger and his girlfriend called the FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 3 minutes later, Kevin said his level had been 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already dropping. The next afternoon Kevin called to say, “I fell asleep last night before I was able to call. The burn was still kind of tender up until the time I went to sleep. This morning when I woke up, there was no callous, no blister, no burn, also no evidence of the burn. So I can definitely say it healed faster than it would have normally. I don't have any pain or any resemblance of the burn and didn't since waking. Thank you."

“I love you”
Peter burned four of his fingers with a rope when he was climbing a tree and a branch broke. He called the FireBurnDoctor within minutes, complaining, “It is throbbing and I'm completely missing the skin on all four fingers." When the FBD team called him back 6 minutes later, Peter said, “It's really bad dude! It's a rope burn, can you help with that? It already feels better. Have you guys started already? The swelling's even gone down now. It was 9 when I first called, like my hand was on fire. And now it is less than 1. I'm already using my hand. It's still a little swollen, but not much. I really appreciate what you've done. Thank you so much. Seriously, thank you. I love you."
Two hours after that, Peter called again to say, "you wouldn't believe it. My bike only has a left hand brake, and I've been using it this whole time. I actually forgot that I fburned my hand. When the FBD team called him back 1 minute later, Peter said his hand is “doing really, really good. The pain level is at a 1 or 2. I screwed it up really bad. It's not completely disappeared; the marks haven't gone away, but the pain level is way reduced. I’ve been using it this whole time, actually. Until I started calling you back, I didn't even remember that I'd screwed it up. I was wearing this glove. Oh [now] my hand doesn't even look like there's anything wrong with it at all." Then Peter explained what happened: "Someone tried to steal my bike. So I was lowering myself all quiet to sneak up on him, then all of a sudden the branch broke. You wouldn't believe it, there's nothing wrong with my hand. I can stretch it now. Before, I couldn't even open it or stretch it. I was doing what I needed to do. I don't know, I just completely forgot about it til you called me back. Thank you very much, whoever does this. Thank you!"

“Mother was burned and impressed by the results - One week later, FBD helped her daughter”
Lauren burned her hand when a boiling jelly preserves and horseradish mixture popped out of the pan. She called the FireBurnDoctor more than an hour after the time of the burn. When the FBD team reached her 3 hours later, Lauren said her pain level had been 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had already dropped to zero, adding that there had been white blisters where the hot preserves stuck to her like candy. Now, she said it was fabulous, "I think I'm already done. It went away before you called.” adding that her pain had gone to zero in 2 hours and 20 minutes from her first call, and the blisters were not as inflamed.
The next week, Lauren's six-year-old daughter, Reese, burned her arm just above the wrist with hot glue and her mom, Lauren, called the FireBurnDoctor within 13 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 6 minutes later, Lauren said that Reese’s pain level had been 5 or 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had already dropped to 1. When the FBD team next reached Lauren, she said Reese’s arm was still red, but the pain had gone to zero in 12 minutes.
Six days later, Lauren emailed her report: “My overall experience was great. My burn did not last long and the blister went away very quickly. I was so impressed I contacted the FireBurnDoctor one week later when my daughter was burned by hot glue from a glue gun. By the time lunchtime rolled around, there was no sign as to where the burn had occurred! I am happy with the results and will be telling anyone I know that had experienced a burn to call within the time limit accepted."

The best way to silence the skeptics - PROOF!
Harrison burned his hand on a hot fireplace brick and his friend texted the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD team called them back about 2 minutes later, Harrison said his pain level had been 4 or 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when keeping it on a cold drink before the friend called FBD and had already dropped to 4 or 5 without holding anything cold. About an hour later, Harrison's friend called to say, "Harrison says his burn is feeling quite a bit better. It's a 2 out of 10. Thank you." The next afternoon, about 19 hours after the burn, Harrison's friend called again to say, "Harrison's hand is perfectly fine. No pain and no scarring. The surface skin is just a bit rough feeling.
Five days later, Harrison's friend emailed their report: "My friends and I were enjoying a bonfire and some drinks last weekend. My buddy Harrison accidentally grabbed onto an extremely hot brick and got a painful burn on his palm. He had to keep his hand on a cold drink so it wouldn't hurt as badly. It was the kind of burn that would leave a noticeable scar later on. He said that it was a 5 out of 10 on the pain scale. I convinced him to try the FireBurnDoctor. I heard about the service on The Vinny Eastwood Show years ago and have kept the number for occasions like this. Everyone around the fire was skeptical of what I was suggesting, but Harrison was open-minded enough to give it a shot. There was really nothing to lose; except for appearing a bit silly to my friends. I sent the FBD a text with Harrison's information and the FBD team got right back to me within a minute. He asked Harrison a couple of questions about the severity of the burn and told us not to think about the burn while they were working. That was it. The pain in Harrison's hand was greatly reduced within 10 minutes and was gone entirely in a few hours. The only evidence left behind was a slight rough feeling to the skin, but no scarring at all. Harrison had received similar burns before. He was expecting throbbing pain for hours and scarring to soon follow. Both were taken care of as though the burn never happened. My skeptical friends were quiet after the burn healed so quickly. I don't think they want to believe such a thing is possible, or maybe they rationalized it away; thinking it was not as bad as we originally thought. Regardless of what people may think about it, I'll reach out to the FireBurnDoctor again if the need arises. Harrison and I are grateful for the help!"

Zero pain in less then an hour
Lara burned her hand taking a dish out of the hot oven because she didn't want to drop it... and texted the FireBurnDoctor immediately. About an hour after that, Lara texted to report: "Zero pain now, just tight skin, slightly tingling, more tight than tingly. It has a slight red mark and no blister. Even if there really should have been a blister after a good 3 or 4 seconds that I was holding a handle that had been in the oven. No pain now. Thank you."

The pain level is 2," and said that she noticed her pain increased when she thought about it. Fifteen minutes later, Nuray's mother-in-law emailed their report: "Thank you for your call. Nuray has confirmed to me having removed the bandage and the ointment, and she felt much better after that. Although the blister is still there, there is absolutely no pain, it is zero intensity. “You guys are totally excellent and rock”
Erica burned her hand on a hot skillet and called the FireBurnDoctor within 35 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Erica said her pain level had been 6 to 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) without ice when she first called and was now 6 with ice. By the end of the first callback, Erica said her pain had dropped to 3 in just 5 minutes. An hour later, Erica called back to say, "My pain level is at tingling, so I'd call it a 1. I thank you for that." When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes after that, Erica said she had taken the ice off her hand after the first callback and her pain went up to 6 and then dropped to 3, then up to 8, then down to 1, all within 20 minutes. Six days later, Erica called to say, " just wanted to tell you again what an excellent service it is that you're putting out there. Thank you again. You guys are totally excellent and rock!"
Six days after the burn, Erica emailed her report: "I had picked up a hot pan. My friend suggested calling the FireBurnDoctor. I did. He asked me what my pain level was with the ice on it. It was a 6. That had gone down to a 3 since I'd been talking to him, in a few seconds. He asked me to take the ice off. The pain level went back to 6, 7, 8. The doctor told me to go about doing my regular activities and within 20 minutes my pain level was down to two then to tingling. It was amazing. I have no burn scar or blister. Thank you FireBurnDoctor”

Pained breathing and holding back her tears
Kimberly was burned with boiling soup that exploded out of her blender onto her arm and hand. She called the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes, leaving a message with audible, pained breathing and holding back tears. An hour and a half later, Kimberly called back to say, "I'm doing great, and feeling much better, and, well, it looks great. The redness and the blisters are all gone and it doesn't hurt. So I don't know what you did, but it sounds pretty magical and breathtaking. Thank you so much."
Thirty minutes after that, Kimberly emailed her report: "I am writing to report that it is now two hours since I had boiling food burn my entire hand and wrist. The pain was very bad and my hand was extremely red. I called FBD within about five minutes. My hand is now no longer red. What looked like a blister forming is completely gone. There is only a slight tingling now, but no pain. I thank you so much for this amazing help. It is truly miraculous. Bless you for this service."

“I love having this number and the FBD team!”
Susie burned her fingertips on a rack on the stove and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Susie said her pain level was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 1. About an hour later, Susie texted: "pain level is 0, Thank you!"
Ten minutes later, Susie emailed her report: "Good evening, I sent the FireBurnDoctor my information since I already had the number saved! I grabbed a rack on the stove with my finger tips. But it was way too soon so I burned my finger tips. At the time, my pain level was 6, and when I started to text my information the pain started to go down, to about a 4. Less than an hour later the pain was gone! I love having this number and the FBD team! I don't know how but it sure does work. Thanks again!"

Without the FireBurnDoctor it took three days for the pain to go away
Carly burned herself with boiling coffee that spilled onto her lap and hip and her husband called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FBD team called them back 5 minutes later, Carly said her pain level was "10 plus" (on the scale of 0 to 10). Twenty-two minutes later, Carly's husband called to say, "She is pain free and she thanks you immensely. Thank you!" Then he called back 25 minutes later to say, "Her pain is back to an 8. So she asked me to call you, and see if there's anything you can do. Thank you." When the FBD team called them back 2 minutes later, Carly's husband said the pain had come back, but in a smaller area, when she changed out of her wet clothes. The FBD team reminded them to do normal activities and distract themselves. When the FBD team called them the next afternoon, about 17 hours after the burn, Carly's husband said her pain gradually declined to zero at midnight, about three hours after the burn. He added: "Before we knew about your service, my wife got a similar burn and it took three days for the pain to go away and she still has a scar. So it did go very fast this time. Thank you."

Doctor thinks FireBurnDoctor helped her son
One-year-old Nick burned his fingers and palm on a hot wood stove as he tripped and braced himself against it. Nick's mother is a doctor who heard about FireBurnDoctor from a friend two days later and called. When the FBD team called her back 6 minutes later, she said Nick's pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) with big blisters on his fingertips. Two days later, Nick's mother called to say, "The blisters have now popped. The burn is definitely still there, but he's healing well, and he's not in pain. So I think it did help. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much. And I will refer you to other people. Thank you so much."
Eleven days later, Nick's doctor mom emailed her report: "Thank you FireBurnDoctor for your help. I called you after my son had burned his hand on a wood burning stove. By the next day he was in significantly decreased pain and the swelling had improved. Thanks so much.”

Relieved of throbbing pain twice
Ned burned his ring finger with fire and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, Ned said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and the burn was “throbbing," adding that a candle caught a box on fire and he slapped the fire out. The next morning, 7 hours later, Ned called to say, "Thank you for the help. It's better. Only hurts when touched because I have this giant blister. But the outside of my toe, I didn't realize my toe was burned a lot worse than the finger was. It's pulsing with pain every 10 minutes maybe. Hopefully that will be OK too." When the FBD team called him back half an hour later, Ned said his finger was now 0 when not touched and 1 when touched. His toe now hurts at 3 or 4 and is "a lot worse than the finger," with an open wound that was bleeding in the morning. It didn't hurt last night; he hadn't noticed it last night. Four hours later, Ned texted: "Hi. Thanks. Toe has not hurt in 1 hour. Finger is better, just big blister, but I will survive. Thanks for your help.”
The next day, Ned emailed his report: "Thanks again for the help. On Friday night I had a small fire break out and I went to put out the fire with a pillow, and that worked but in the process I got a 2nd degree burn on my ring finger. The throbbing pain was bad. I called in the Fire Burn Doctor and gave my information. A few minutes later they called back, and, in about an hour, the pain had stopped. I noticed the next morning my toe throbbing in pain every 10 minutes, so I called back as I had burned that too, and they helped with the pain on that one as well."

It's almost gone. That's just the craziest and coolest thing ever. How did you do that?" An hour and 20 minutes later, Nancy called to say, "Everything's fine. No pain left. Bye, thank you. Have a great holiday season. Of course I'll be telling people about you."
