“What happens when you have a changed name?”
Amber burned her thumb on hot metal and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Amber said her pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10). One hour later, Amber called back to say that her pain had gone to zero in about 15 minutes, stayed there for about 5 minutes, then went right back up to 7 before gradually declining to 1 at the time of this call. She then asked if a name change when she was about 1 year old had something to do with it the pain coming back. (NOTE: The FBD team told her "yes," we need the accurate birth name, birth place and birth date or a photograph of the face). The next evening, 26 hours later, Amber called back to say, "Sorry I forgot to call you back last night, but everything's fine." When the FBD team called her back 2 hours after that, Amber said, "I'm great! Out of sight, out of mind. It was gone at one hour from the 2nd call back [when we got her accurate birth name]. I thought it was probably going to blister, then we sat down to dinner and when I got back up, it was gone."
Later that night, Amber emailed her report: "Yesterday I put a timer that had a magnet on the back on top of our outdoor cooker. I then turned on the cooker. The magnet got hot - really really hot. I picked it up and put my thumb on it to see if it was hot. When I realized how hot it really was I dropped it and put ice on my thumb and called the FireBurnDoctor. At the time I called, the pain level was about an 8. I gave them the personal information they asked for. I had a "fictitious" birth name, but that was the name on my first birth certificate. About 15 minutes after my contact with FireBurnDoctors the pain was gone - but then 5 minutes later it came back. About an hour later I spoke with him again and told him what my "real" name was even though it was never documented. Fifteen to twenty minutes later the pain went from an 8 to a 0. Yup - all gone. All better. Thank you Fire Burn Doctor!"

Amazing, magic! I don't understand it, but it opens the possibilities.
Haley burned her stomach and legs with hot scalding water and called the FireBurnDoctor within 27 minutes, saying "it's pretty bad." When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Haley said it was blistering already and her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 4. When the FBD team called her 1 1/2 hours later, Haley said, "The pain is basically gone. It's swollen and bubbly. There's a sensation as shirt and clothes rub my belly and legs. Amazing, magic. I don't understand it, but it opens the possibilities. It's definitely some example of the holographic world we're in. Thank you to you and the whole team for what you do. I'll be sharing this on Facebook before I go to bed." The next afternoon, when the FBD team called again, Haley said the pain "is totally gone. One mark is totally gone, the other is purpleish around it and has blistered, it was red last night, purpley now, but zero pain. I'm very, very grateful."
Two weeks later, Haley emailed her report: "Wow. I am incredibly impressed with the service you all provide. One evening I was making myself some tea and the boiling water spilled and scolded my belly and my leg. I didn't think to call for a little over twenty minutes. But when pain reached about a 7 it came to me. I remembered meeting a FireBurnDoctor team member last year in Costa Rica and I quickly looked up the number. Within about five minutes my pain went down to a 4. After about 30 min it went down to a 1. And within an hour I had no pain at all. Two of the marks disappeared within a day. And the largest one is now just slightly pink. So deeply grateful for this. And incredibly inspired by the possibilities of this sort of healing. We are all connected and with the right frequency of intent anything is possible. Big love to the whole team.

“I couldn't even tell I'd been burned!”
Oscar burned his hand grabbing an industrial oven rack at work and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 24 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 2 minutes later, Oscar said his pain level was at first 3 or 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and now,"actually it has gone down as we talk. It's now 1 if I don't touch it." When the FBD team called him six days later, Oscar said the experience "went well. Was zero pain in the morning. I couldn't even tell I'd been burned!" When the FBD team asked if he'd kept himself busy and distracted that evening, Oscar said, "well, I tried to, but it's like telling people to not think of pink elephants. I was constantly playing with it and pressing on it. But it was still all gone in the morning. Thank you."

“When I woke up, it was gone!”
Emma burned her hand in the fire when the pan slipped as she was making macaroni and her husband texted the FireBurnDoctor within 90 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 2 minutes later, Emma said her pain level was 6 or 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and explained their delay in calling FBD: "I was doing all kinds of home remedies: aloe, honey, egg whites, and none of them were working. I was crying it hurt so bad." The last thing she tried was ice, but she "couldn't take it out of ice water or it would be excruciating again." Then a friend told them about the FBD and they called. Emma said she was exhausted and would be going to bed soon. The next evening, when the FBD team called for feedback, Emma said, "I'm good now. It was gone when I woke up. Zero pain. It was 4 just before laying down to sleep. It still hurt a lot. I turned on some music and finally got to sleep. When I woke up, it was gone! Thank you."

“It worked on me!... Instantly the pain started to subside.”
Angela was accidentally burned on her back and left arm with scalding water while taking a bath and her husband called the FireBurnDoctor within two minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Angela said her pain level was 9 or 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 7 or 8. When the FBD team called them back an hour later, Angela said her pain was now down to 4 or 5, and that it had gone up to 7 then back down, adding that she had been doing her own mental process to address the burn, so she had not gone about her normal day's activities. The FBD team reminded her to do normal activities. The next morning, Angela called to say: "It worked on me. My back is much better, the left side of my back, and my left arm is much better. Quite swollen on my arm, under the elbow a couple inches and around the elbow and above the elbow about 4 inches, the front and back of my arm is quite swollen. The pain level is way, way down, like maybe a 1. So I just wanted to thank you so much. I'm doing much better today and so appreciate the work that you sent to me. Thank you so much." Four days after that, Angela reported that the swelling went “way down”.
Four days after the burn, Angela emailed her report: "On Monday evening the 19th of May, I was taking a long bath when the water turned cool, and I asked my young daughter to warm it up with some boiling water from our electric tea kettle. (Our water heater is not very hot so we sometimes use a tea kettle to warm up the water; otherwise the tub gets too full.) As my 12-year-old poured the water in the tub, she inadvertently poured some of the boiling water on my back and on the back of my left arm. I was instantly in excruciating pain from the boiling water. My husband came immediately and ran to find the number and call the FireBurnDoctor. He was able to call before 10 minutes had passed. Instantly the pain started to subside, and within a couple of hours I went to sleep. My arm was swollen almost twice the normal size, and very hot, but the pain level was very low. I went about my normal daily routine as much as possible, and then elevated my arm while I slept. Within four days my arm was almost back to its normal size. I am so grateful for the help and relief the FBD gave me! I will share this information with my friends and family. Thank you so much for all the help, care and concern, and all the follow-up calls. I appreciate all of your work so very, very much!”

“It went to zero instantly.... It's impossible.”
Barry's hand was burned by friction when his dog yanked the leash through his hand. His wife texted the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 2 minutes later, Barry said his pain level had been 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 3 or 4. An hour later, Barry called to say, "At this time, I have absolutely no pain in my fingers, which is absolutely amazing. So, pain level zero. Thank you very much. I have no idea how that works." When the FBD team called him back 10 minutes later, Barry said, "So, I'm a little freaked out. My wife said it works, as she was sending you my photo, and I thought 'yeah right, whatever'. But the pain is gone! She was right, and our dinner guests thought the same thing, not believing her at first. How does that work? We sat down to dinner and I could barely hold the fork, it hurt so much, then it just dropped. It wasn't a gradual decline. I mean, it went to zero instantly, like in mid-conversation, and I looked over at my wife and thought, 'It's impossible... my hand doesn't hurt!"

“No charge, no hassle, no blister, no pain – Amazing”
Adrian burned his finger on a grill and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 16 minutes later, Adrian said his pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 5, adding that "it's already dissipated some.... I can tell you, this is a burn that is going to blister." When the FBD team reached him 3 hours and 45 minutes later, Adrian said, "The pain is completely gone. There's some shininess and redness still, and a little loss of sensation where the affected skin is detached from the nerves. No swelling and no blister," adding that his pain went to zero in 20 minutes after talking with the FBD team.
A few hours later Adrian emailed his report: "I burned my finger setting up my gas grill to cook a late lunch. I touched part of the grate that had already heated up. This was the first time since I have been aware of FireBurnDoctor that I had burned myself to a point that my pain level was high enough and that I was convinced this burn will blister. I have, over several years now, been telling others about this miraculous process and have heard many success stories fed back to me. Consistent with all the experiences of my friends, FireBurnDoctor called me right back, I answered their questions and followed their instructions. During that call, I think I reported my pain was a 6 or 7 out of 10. Within 30 minutes my pain was gone. I do feel a loss of sensation in the area of the burn as though the skin had separated, like during the normal formation of a burn-related blister. It is 1:30 am and many hours have gone by. I am about to go to bed, and to this point no blister has formed. Sensation in the area of the burn seems to be returning - there is zero pain. I used no ointments, no ice, essentially no other remedy or treatment beyond calling the FBD Number 818 332 6445. No charge no hassle no blister no pain. Amazing.”

A fireball of burning fumes engulfed his face
Chad was working with a silicone chemical mixture too close to a heat source, and the resulting fireball of burning fumes engulfed his face. He called the FireBurnDoctor within 41 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, Chad said his pain level was 2 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and already dropped to 1, adding that the fire had singed his hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, and burned the skin around his left eyelid. An hour later Chad called back to say: "In terms of pain, it's probably zero. I'm just feeling uncomfortable, I guess. It's a mental thing right now. I'm just mad at myself. Trying to get past that, as you said, just going about my day. So that's where it's at right now. Thank you very much." When the FBD team called him back 14 minutes later, Chad clarified: "I'm ok. I wasn't paying attention and that's what's bugging me. The skin is great!"

Dad couldn't believe how fast the pain was gone
Seven-year-old Neil burned his finger on a hot pan while helping his father make dinner. His dad called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called back 10 minutes later, Neil's father said his pain level had been about a 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and when his dad asked him how much it hurts now, Neil replied, "I can't feel it. It doesn't hurt." The father didn't believe this, and prodded, "You said you could feel it earlier, so is it a 0 or 1? Or maybe 1/2?" In the background, Neil replied to his dad, "What are you talking about?" So the dad told the FBD team, "OK, he says it's zero. Thank you guys."

"This really does work!"
Lara was making tea when she burned her fingers touching the hot stove. Her friend called the FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 3 minutes later, Lara said her pain level was 8.5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and 5.5 to 6 with ice. When the FBD team called for feedback three weeks later, Lara said her "pain went to zero in about 30-45 minutes, and I woke up the next morning with no pain or blisters. Thank you."
A week after that, Lara emailed her report: "About a month ago, I was boiling tea water and I went to grab the pot and burnt my thumb, index and middle finger (and parts of the hand). A friend of mine who knew of the FireBurnDoctor called and within 30-45 minutes I felt no pain from my hand and fingers. The next day I had no blisters and little pain to the touch. :) Thank you so much! This really does work!

"400 degree hot parts burned his fingertips"
Victor burned his fingers pulling parts out of an industrial oven at 400 degrees, using gloves with holes in the fingertips. He called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes, reporting that he had just, "fried the tips of his fingers." When the FBD team called him back 2 minutes later, Victor said his pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 8. About an hour later, Victor called back to say, "We're at a 3, thank you." When the FBD team called for feedback three weeks later, Victor said he was, "completely healed. The skin has grown back. The pain was gone that night. Thank you!"

"The pain stopped increasing after the first call to FBD"
Betty burned her cheek when oil splattered from the stove and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes, adding "It didn't bother me right away, but now it's getting red and sore." When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Betty said her pain level was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and that the pain had stopped increasing as soon as she made the first call. About two hours later, Betty called back to say, "I have no pain now on that spot on my face. It is red, and swollen just a tiny, tiny bit. I'm doing OK now."

No blisters, no marks, no pain!
Lizzy was burned with hot tea at a café and called her mom immediately and her mother called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes of the burn. An hour later, Lizzy emailed to explain what happened: "My boyfriend knocked boiling hot, fresh raspberry tea on my leg and calf, pain was a 9 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and a big red mark was there. Within 15 minutes the pain was gone. It should have been blisters, or continued large red mark, but it wasn't. Thanks."

Burned with dry ice
Dolly burned her fingers with dry ice and called the FireBurnDoctor. When the FBD team finally reached her 2 hours and 15 minutes later, Dolly said she was "Doing really well. Looking good, not blistering at all, can bend my fingers and all," adding that her pain had been 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had already dropped to zero. Dolly continued, "Thank you very much. I appreciate it," and explained that she picked up the bag of ice from the bottom. "I didn't realize it was dry ice. I let go of it after a couple seconds because it was starting to hurt bad." Then she asked, "Did you do something?" The FBD team member said yes, and she replied, "OK, I figured, because it's all better now."

Fingers burned third-degree in a kitchen fire
Andrea burned her fingers in a kitchen fire and called the FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes, leaving a voicemail saying, "Please help me immediately, I think I have a 3rd degree burn on my second finger. My 3rd and fourth fingers are also hurt." When the FBD team called her back 8 minutes later, Andrea said her pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and dropping. Two hours and 15 minutes later, Andrea called to say: "Thank you. On the scale of 1 to 10, it feels more like a 5 now in the second finger. It's definitely swollen and blistered. I see some improvement, I feel some improvement certainly. I want to thank you very, very much to everyone who was involved helping me to get the pain down. You certainly helped me." When the FBD team called back half an hour later, Andrea said: "I thought I was going to die in that fire. Also the burn was third degree based on pictures I saw on the internet of types of burns. Almost burned my house down." When the FBD team called her back 4 and a half hours later, Andrea said her pain level was a 3, and that "the blisters have gone down also. There's one small blister left. And it feels like I was pricked by a needle, localized, rather than oozing, throbbing all-over pain," adding, "I wish I could know more about how it's done.... I'm glad it does work."
A few hours later Andrea emailed her report: "I just want to thank you for helping me ease the tremendous pain on my left fingers. I had a fire in my kitchen this morning around 10:45 a.m, while lighting the pilot light with a match that I did not blow out completely and inadvertently set down on a plate which was right next to a box of matches. A few minutes later, the countertop to the right of my stove caught on fire. It was a miracle I was quick enough to douse out the flames which quickly spread, but in doing so, my left hand and three fingers touched the fire. I went on my computer, located the phone number to FireBurnDoctor, called and within 5 minutes left a message and gave the pertinent information. A FBD team member called me back within minutes, and I explained that my pain level is 10 on a scale of one to 10. He told me to go about my business as usual, which I did and slowly but surely the pain lowered from a 9 and a half to a 7. After a few hours, he called me back and the pain was about a 4-5, and right now as I write this at 7:30 p.m., the pain is about a 2 or less. I have used FBD several times in the past, one was a glue/chemical burn, and each time I am grateful that I have a resource I can turn to that I can count on. Thank you again."

Exception for a 6-month-old sunburned baby
FBD normaly doesn't treat sunburns, but when 6-month old Carry was badly sunburned on her forehead, face and arms and her grandmother texted the FireBurnDoctor a few hours later, the FBD team made an exception. When the FBD team called her back 12 minutes after receiving the text, Carry's grandmother described their baby's pain as "mildly uncomfortable, about 3" (on the scale of 0 to 10), as long as they were constantly applying ice. When the FBD team called again an hour and 10 minutes later, Carry's grandmother said that Carry had woken up after 30 minutes of sleep, and "She's really happy, wants to play and doesn't seem to be in any discomfort at all. She still has a red face and arms, but she doesn't seem to notice it anymore." Two days later, the FBD team called for feedback and Carry's grandmother said, "She's doing great! The next day, her face was much less red. The heat had gone out of it and there was no discomfort and it didn't get any worse. In fact, she went to sleep right after we talked, and when she woke up a half hour later, she was happy and all she wanted to do was play. It was still quite red so we kept ice on it a little bit, but she didn't like it and kept pushing it away. She didn't want any attention, just wanted to play. As if she had forgotten about it. Thank you."
Three hours later, Carry's grandmother emailed her report: "I called Saturday evening when my daughter brought Carry to my house. After spending the afternoon at a family gathering outdoors, Carry was very red in her face and on the top of her head where she did not get sunscreen. She was cross and would not allow her mother to nurse her. Her skin was hot to the touch. Her mother was very concerned. She couldn't get Carry to nurse, and the cold vinegar cloth and ice treatment was not providing much relief. I had listened to a show about the FireBurnDoctor project earlier in the week and had put the number in my phone. When I called, I was told that generally the project was not taking sunburn cases because it was considered long term exposure, but because Carry was a child they would see what they could do. My fear was getting the heat out of her skin, and was glad that they were willing to do what they could. Within five minutes after the call, Carry settled down and nursed for about 30 minutes and slept. Within forty-five minutes after the call, Carry was awake and happy. Although we continued to try the ice and cool cloth, she was only interested in playing. She protested if her mother tried to continue the cold cloth, and was only interested in sucking on the ice. The next morning, I went to see her. She was playful and happy. Her face was cool to the touch and her coloring was normal. Thanks."

“Such a wonderful gift”
Tamara burned her abdomen with boiling water and called the FireBurnDoctor within 17 minutes. Then the FBD team called her back, Tamara said her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and that some of the blisters had popped. An hour later Tamara called to say, "The area that was burned is smaller now. There's still some raised areas. The pain is down to 4. Thank you very much." In another hour, she called again to say, "The pain is basically gone. It only hurts if I touch it. The area is smaller, and I do really appreciate all that you do."
The next day Tamara emailed her report: "At 10:25 A.M yesterday, June 30, 2014, I was pouring hot tea into a container. I missed the container and the water landed on my right side, just below my waist. It left an area about 5 inches round of red, raised area, with 2 areas where skin was off. The largest one was 1 inch. The pain level (from 0 to 10) was a 7. I knew it hurt, but did not pay much attention to it at first. When the pain did not diminish, I called FireBunDoctor at 10:42 A.M. I continued with what I was doing. I noticed that an hour had gone by and the pain level was down to 4, and noticed that the raised area was about half the size that it was. I called FireBurnDoctor back again when the pain level was down to 0, sensitive to touch only, by the time I went to bed. I could lay on the right side with only a little discomfort. I slept on my right side most of the night. The open areas are dry. I don't really think I deserve such a wonderful gift. Thank you very much.

17-month-old Baby burned by coals
17-month-old Orlando was burned by coals to his face, neck and arm. His mom called the FireBurnDoctor 3 hours later, when a friend told her to call. That friend also called immediately to offer translation service. When the FBD team called Orlando's mom back, she said he had 2nd degree burns, had already been to the hospital where the burns were cleaned and wrapped. They gave only mild pain reliever because of the baby's age and sent him home. His mom estimated his pain at 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he went to sleep, the same level of pain as 3 hours prior at the moment of the burn. When the family friend called on behalf of the family 10 hours later, she reported that, "The mother just called me. She said the baby slept all night through, and did not wake up. He got up this morning, about 5 minutes ago, and he was in a good mood and very active and he was happy. He wasn't crying; he wasn't touching his face, his arms, his neck where he has the burns. Gratitude for what you do."
An hour and a half later Orlando's mother emailed her report: 'Buenos días.
Translation from a friend of Orlando's family: Good morning, Yesterday evening we were playing with Orlando in the living room, where we have a "hookah or water pipe" and Orlando tried to reach a pin that was nearby, and he tripped over and held into the arm of the hookah and the burning charcoal fell in his face, arm and neck. This event happened very fast in seconds. We got scared and nervous, I started crying and screaming, his dad got mad at him for getting close to it, I held him in my arms and took him to the bathroom to put water on him. We didn't know how to react well, but we took him to the hospital to the emergency room, where they treated him, cleaned the wounds and gave him analgesic for children and a cream, they put bandages on him. When we got to the emergency room, he calmed down and stopped crying. Today we have to go back to the hospital, they want to clean the wounds again and he has an appointment with the plastic surgeon. Last night he slept very well, and today he woke up in a very good mood as he always does."
Five hours later the family friend called FBD team again to report: "They just came back from the hospital. He's much better; the wounds are much better. The ones on the neck and the arm. They took the bandages off and it's very good, and the one on the face – he still has a little blister. The hospital were impressed that the wounds were much better. Orlando's mother was very happy because she could see they were improving a lot and he's in a good mood, and he's not in pain. And she doesn't have to give him the analgesic for children because he's acting normal. So it's really, really good news, and she said to me to tell you she says thank you very much and I say thank you as well." About four hours after that, the friend emailed to say: "Orlando's mom insists I tell you how much gratitude she feels towards your healing. He is progressing very well and totally in a good mood active and happy. Blessings."
Five days later, ten days after the burn, the friend emailed again: "Hello. I just saw the baby... and the one on the face already has new skin. He doesn't have an open wound anymore. And the baby's in a good mood ever since it happened. He seems normal, he is behaving normal, he's happy. So that's the news, very very good news. We can't thank you enough for your service." Two and a half months from the time of the burn the friend emailed: "Orlando is great. Basically no signs of the wounds. I as well as his mom want to thank you.”

“Completely forgot the burn”
Nancy burned her knuckles on a hot stove and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, Nancy said her pain level was 2 (on the scale 0 to 10) when she first called and had already dropped to 1. An hour later, Nancy called to say: "At the moment, my finger is feeling pretty good. It's a pain level zero. It's a comfortable feeling. Funny, when I first called, when we hung up, I felt there was a tingling down my left arm. At about a half hour, I was feeling some little discomfort, like at a level 1, like it comes and goes." The next day, when the FBD team called for feedback, Nancy said she had no pain and no marks. She said she had gone into a chorus rehearsal after leaving her 1-hour report and completely forgot about the burn.

“FireBurnDoctor team is on to something of a very pioneering science....”Loren burned her thumb on a very hot dish and her husband called the FireBurnDoctor within 11 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 6 minutes later, Loren said it was "very severe", and described her pain level as "definitely an 8" (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that whenever she takes it out of water, "it starts to rage". When the FBD team reached Loren's husband the next afternoon (14 hours later), he said: "Thank you very much, the pain is gone! We're really pleasantly pleased. It doesn't hurt at all." When asked when the pain went to zero, Loren said, "Very quick, quicker than normal. It's doing very good. I fell asleep quickly. I actually nodded off with my thumb still in the glass of water and knocked the glass over. I realized that and went to sleep. The pain was gone in 10 minutes and I woke up with no pain. I've had burns like this before and it hurt for a very long time and unable to sleep. This was gone in 10 minutes! Thank you very much!"
Five days later, Loren emailed her report: "Thank you for providing this extraordinary healing practice on my burn which happened on Tuesday, July 1st. My left thumb had got a bad burn from picking up a very hot ceramic dish that had just come out of the oven. A little later we received a call from a mutual friend who had told us about this team called The FireBurnDoctors. Curious about this technique of concentrated remote healing, my husband called them. They asked him some important questions like date of birth, full birth name, and the description of the burn. Within 10 minutes the pain stopped. I thought this was remarkable. Within an hour the swelling stopped. By morning there was a significant improvement. I noticed that most burns like this would be certainly sensitive the next day. My healing was pronounced and undeniable. I can only think the FireBurnDoctor team is on to something of a very pioneering science in the arts of healing and recovery when it comes to skin burns. Thank you so much for your help in this matter. I recommend them highly.” Loren L., California, 7/1/14
"The burn treated by the FBD healed much faster than the other"
Abigail burned her hand on a very hot pot handle and called the FireBurnDoctor within 8 minutes, saying, "This is a pretty severe burn on my hand." When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Abigail said her pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had already dropped to 4. Three hours later, Abigail called to say, "After you called, I took my hand off the ice, so my pain level had shot back up to at least a 7. And then I ignored it like you said, and now the pain level is pretty much, well, it's pretty much gone! Unless I directly touch on it or press it, then it's maybe a 1. It's amazing actually. Thank you so much. Incredible."The next morning Abigail emailed her report: "I was visiting relatives this past weekend and managed to get two nasty burns while working in the kitchen. One of them healed miraculously thanks to the FireBurnDoctor team, while the other one, for which I didn't call, is still quite painful and red."

When the FBD team called back 2 minutes later, Harry's brother-in-law said his pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and added that Harry "was in shock at first, then it got more intense." An hour later, Harry called to say: "My face and arm do feel a lot better. My face doesn't hurt at all. My arm comes and goes, but it is doing a lot better. Thank you sir." "Thank you very much for whatever you did to make the pain go away!"
Nicole burned her thumb on a very hot oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within minutes. When the FBD team called her back a half hour later, Nicole said her pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 5. Two days later, Nicole called to say: "I just want you to know my thumb has completely healed. I don't have any pain or any blisters, so thank you very much."
Three hours later Nicole emailed her report: "I burnt my thumb on the oven. On a scale of 1-10, the pain level was about a 10. When I called, the pain level was about a 5. I would say the pain went to 0 about 20 minutes after I called. Thank you very much for whatever you did to make the pain go away! If I do get burnt again I will definitely be calling back. I have the number stored in my phone. By the way, what do you do to make peoples burn pain go away? Thank you!"

“Even though the call was not made right away, I am amazed at how rapidly the burn healed”
Yazmin touched a very hot cookie tray fresh from the oven to her stomach and called the FireBurnDoctor 2 days and 8 hours after after the burn, saying, "it's bubbling up and not doing well at all. I totally forgot to call right away." When the FBD team called her back 6 minutes later, Yazmin said her pain level was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that there was a 3-inch long line across her belly that already looks better just in the last few minutes." Three hours later, Yazmin called back to say, "Aloha. I definitely notice. The pain level is 1 to 0, definitely went down. It's almost completely gone. It actually does look better. It's wonderful, because it was just looking awful. I'm really grateful for that. Thank you again. I'm really glad you're doing what you're doing. All blessings." Three days later, Yazmin called again to say, "The burn is way better. It's interesting. The part that's under my belly button is much better, it's incredible. But to the right of the belly button, it's almost looking like it might scar, like it's infected. I need to address that since I live in the tropics. So it's not healing as quickly. Hopefully that will heal beautifully and not scar. But thank you so much. I definitely know that it made a difference. There's no doubt. It's incredible how the left side looks. So thank you again so much. Aloha"
Twelve days later, Yazmin emailed her report: "Aloha! I recently called in about a burn that occurred, in a line near my belly button, two days after it happened. It was the 1st time in a long time I had any sort of burn. I was very busy and had forgotten about the FireBurnDoctor. Luckily, after it started looking awful, I remembered, called, he graciously accepted the opportunity to attempt healing, even though the call was not made right away. I am amazed at how rapidly the burn then healed beautifully and quickly! The right side of it, where I applied colloidal silver [after she called!] to prevent infection, as I live in the tropics, is taking a bit longer to heal and I am intending will also heal beautifully. Thank you so, so much. Deeply grateful for you sharing your gift and I definitely will spread the word! All Blessings."

“I had a miracle bestowed upon me today by the FireBurnDoctor.”
Catherine burned her face and chest with freshly-made hot coffee when her dog jumped on her lap. Her fiance called the FireBurnDoctor within 18 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 9 minutes later, Catherine said her pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and dropping. An hour and 15 minutes later, Catherine's fiance called to say, "She is OK. The pain level is at a 2. All the redness has gone away. She's very thankful. Thank you. God bless you. You done good. She got burned like this before and it was a couple hours before any relief, so it really worked great. Thank you." When the FBD team called them back 2 hours after that, Catherine's fiance said she was sleeping now, but the pain of 2 was only for her chest. There was no pain for her mouth or lips when he'd called earlier. When the FBD team called them 3 and 1/2 hours later, her fiance exclaimed, "You performed a real miracle. We were on the way to the hospital and stopped right in our tracks." Catherine added, "It was boiling hot coffee. I drink my coffee too hot. Was around my mouth, under nose, on cheeks, chin, chest, thumb. I was afraid of scarring, it was so red. It's a real miracle. You're wonderful. Thank you so much. There was no pain, no blisters, no scars.
Immediately, Catherine emailed her report: "I had a miracle bestowed upon me today by the FireBurnDoctor. I was sitting on the couch this morning trying to sip a very hot cup of coffee. Suddenly my dog jumped and hit the cup. The scalding coffee burnt my mouth, lips, side of my face and my chest. I jumped up and put ice on the best I could. I was in extreme pain and felt sick and faint. The large burned area was beet red. I told my fiance that I needed to go to the hospital immediately because of the pain and fear of scars. This happened before and I got scars from it and maybe they could stop scarring as well as the extreme pain. My fiance called FireBurnDoctor as soon as he could at (818) 332-6445. He wrote down the instructions on the recording. He answered the questions required to help me - like my name - maiden name - date of birth - place of birth etc. An assistant soon called us back with some simple words to help me cope with the extreme pain and said there should be no scaring. Within a very short time the pain level dropped from about a 9 to about a 3 so I said forget the hospital. I was amazed and SO relieved. It continued to decline from there until I was pain free. The redness was soon gone and there is no chance of scarring this time. This is a free awesome service and we bless all those involved. Thank you so much."
When the FBD team called them 11 days later, Catherine's fiance said he's telling everyone he can about FBD, adding that Catherine got burned two days later on the grill and that they didn't call because they wanted to compare and to see what would happen. It didn't go away. Boy, if she wasn't sold before, she is now!"

"Amazing work for a remote healer - I mean 3000 miles is no joke."
Henry spilled boiling water onto his hand while making pasta and called the FireBurnDoctor within 37 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Henry said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 5 or 6. An hour later, Henry called to say: "My pain is down to a 1 or 2. It's almost not noticeable at all. Thank you so much. Awesome!"
The next day, Henry emailed his report: "Dear Fire Burn Dr., First I wanna say thank you! I knew before I called that your technique would work, but wow! I was cooking pasta, and, as I went to remove the pot from the burner, boiling water spilled on my fingers. I fought the reflex to drop the pot, but man did it hurt. I had no first aid kit in the house and I knew work was going to be rough if I couldn't use my hand. I had to wait for my girlfriend to get home to call, but even after it being nearly 40 minutes you still took the time to help me. I got a call back within 5 minutes asking my pain level which dropped admittedly before I called you thanks to some meditation, but still I was a hurt unit. Within the hour the pain was for all intents and purposes gone! Woke up today no marks or pain, just slight redness not noticeable if you weren't looking. Amazing work for a remote healer - I mean 3000 miles is no joke. Thanks again. I will swear by you guys and pass the word along!

“Thank you for your amazing service to humanity!””
Louis burned his finger on a hot lawn mower exhaust and called the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, Louis said his pain level was 4 or 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 2 or 3. When the FBD team reached him an hour and a half later, Louis said, "I can feel it sometimes. It is a little discomfort, pain level is maybe a 1 or a .5." An hour later, Louis called to say, "My pain level is zero. And it's barely visible. Thank you very much, and I will keep recommending your service which is great. Thank you guys."
One month later, Louis emailed his report: "Hi there! In late July 2014, I was mowing the lawn at our house and I inadvertently touched the exhaust and burned the tip of my finger. Instantly it started to bubble and the pain was quite intense. I called FireBurnDoctor right away and followed the instructions and an hour later it was like I had never even burned myself! Keep the number in your phone and call when you or someone gets burned. You got nothing to lose and nothing keeps you from going to the hospital as you call. Thank you for your amazing service to humanity!”

"I don’t know how it works, but it does!"
Zara burned her thumb on the door to a very hot wood-burning stove and called the FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team returned her call 4 minutes later, Zara said her pain level was 4 or 6 when touching something (on the scale of 0 to 10). An hour later, Zara called to say: "The pain seems to have gone down to a 2 at least, so it seems a lot better. Thank you for your help." About 3 hours after that, Zara called again to say, "I'm calling you back before bed. It's perfectly fine. I have no pain whatsoever. Thank you very much. Good night." When the FBD team reached Zara the next day, she said her pain had gone to zero about one hour after last speaking with the team, 5 hours after her first call, adding, "Thank you very much and zero pain today also."
Minutes later Zara emailed her report: "Hello, I burnt my thumb on the fire door last night. It was really sore. I ran it under the cold tap for a few minutes and put on some Melaleuca and bees wax crème. It was still quite sore and had a blister. My son suggested I ring the FireBurnDoctor so I did. He asked me for my details – name, DOB and place of birth and details of burn. I was asked on the scale of 1 to 10 about the pain. It was around a 4 or 5. He told me to carry on with my normal activities and call back in an hour to let him know how things were. After an hour the pain scale was down to a 2. By the time I was going to bed – I had no pain at all and I have no pain at all today either. Thanks so much, I don’t know how it works, but it does! I have your number on my phone and will call if I ever burn myself again or know of anyone who does. Cheers!"

“See – No pain!”
Eleven-year-old Brady burned her hand while helping her mom cook. Her mother called the FireBurnDoctor within 18 minutes. When the FBD team called them back about 5 minutes later, Brady's mom said her pain level had been 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when they first called and had already dropped to 6, adding that she didn't call right away because Brady was "beside herself at first, and I was trying to appease her, calm her, so I had put her hand in aloe solution and [she] couldn't take it out of the solution without it hurting very much." An hour and 15 minutes later, Brady's mother called to say that Ruby "is feeling much better. She says her pain level is now less than 1. So she's doing much, much better. Really, really appreciate you guys! Thank you very much. Thank you."
Two hours later, Brady's mom emailed her report: "Hi, Thanks again for the wonderful service your team provides. This is the second time I have called upon your team to help my daughter with burns from the kitchen. [She] loves to cook and as all cooks learn, the occasional burn is inevitable. My first call to FireburnDoctor left me amazed with the fast and complete healing of a 2nd degree burn from a cast-iron skillet pulled from a 400 degree oven. Today, as she was pulling cookies from the oven, she burned her hand on the cookie sheet. Again, at 400 degrees. I got her calmed down and had her place the burned area in a bowl of aloe vera juice, then called you. She was very upset and could not remove her hand from the aloe without serious pain. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst, she said her pain level was a 9. One hour after I spoke with you, her pain had decreased to less than a 1. It's been about 3 hours now, since she was burned and her pain level is zero. The blistered area remains but she has no discomfort whatsoever. In fact, to demonstrate for me, she smacked the area with her other hand and proceeded to clap her hands vigorously, saying, 'See?, no pain'. Thank you so much! Blessings....”

“Her horse pulled a length of rope through her hand”
Olivia was burned when her horse pulled a length of rope through her hand. Her mom called the FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes. The next afternoon, Olivia emailed her report: "On 7/30/14, my 30-year old mustang decided to stampede towards the ranch owner's lawn. I held on with no gloves and sustained a nasty rope burn, pain was definitely a 10. It went white and started to blister immediately. After putting the horses away 15 minutes later, I called mom to relay to FBD. I had to drive home from the ranch so I kept my attention off it and drove with one hand. I got home 20 minutes later, no pain, no blisters, white mark had started to go away and was gone in an hour. I was able to work that evening. Thank you!”

“It was past 30 minutes when she called and it worked”
Emily burned her finger with steam and called the FireBurnDoctor within an hour and a half, saying, "I know it's past 30 minutes but thought I'd try anyhow." When the FBD team reached her 4 minutes later, Emiliy said her pain level was 5 or 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called, then went to zero 5 minutes later, adding that the pain went back up to 6 or 7 when "suddenly, a lot of heat rushed to it. Now it's back down to 4." Two days later, Emily called to say, "About an hour after the return call, so probably a few hours after the burn, on the pain scale it was pretty much zero. And within a few hours after that it was, like, non-existent, and a day later it was as if the burn hadn't been there. So, magic. Have a beautiful day. Thank you guys."
