“They were wondering why I'm not blind”
Andy burned his eyes, face, torso and arm with UV light from welding. The welding was done on the evening of the 12th. By the time he knew he needed to call for help, he could no longer open his eyes for the pain. A friend called FireBurnDoctor for him about 24 hours after the burn. When the FBD team called Andy to get his details about 5 minutes later, he said his pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when they first called, explaining that he had looked at the UV light from welding too long, and though the pain wasn't much to start with, it got progressively worse over the next day. By the end of that call back, Andy said, "I think it has gone down" regarding the pain in his skin, saying the pain is now an 8, but he was afraid to open his eyes.
Two days later, Andy called to say: "I had a flash burn. Actually, there's no scarring. It was like a suntan, sunburn on my face and eyelids, but didn't burn, I forget what they called it, but the layer of skin of the eye. They said I should have been blind, and they're wondering why I'm not blind. Anyways, it worked, whatever you did. My skin is - I had it on my chest, and my arm - it doesn't look like there was ever a burn or anything like that on my arm, on my chest. I can feel the face, it's healing, real soft, scaly. My eyes, everything is like, normal. My eyes are just kind of sensitive to the light. But other than that, it's well, I'd like to thank you for whatever you did. I appreciate that." The next day, Andy called again to say, "The reason I haven't emailed you anything is I'm still not able to see 100% at all. Still not able to see everything. I'm able to see, just not able to see small things. Until it heals, I'll keep you posted." Twenty days later, the FBD team called Andy to remind him to send an email. His vision was improved enough to reply, "I'm busy, catching up from when I got burnt. Just don't have the time right now."

Baby's whole hand on hot burner... next day no sign of the severe burn!
16-month-old Samantha burned her hand on a stove-top burner and her grandmother called FireBurnDoctor within 8 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Samantha's grandmother said her pain had been 6 (on the scale of 0 - 10), had now dropped to 4, and that she was nursing. When the FBD team called back about an hour after that, Samantha's grandmother said she's "very calm at the moment. It's bedtime, zero pain. The previous hour she was distracted," but after the first half hour when Samantha showed her hand, grandma kissed it (an unknown number of times over the next half hour). The next morning Samantha's grandmother called to say, "The baby woke up one time about 4:30am, with probably a 2 level of pain. She did go back to sleep and is asleep now. I appreciate all your help. Thank you."
That evening, Samantha's grandmother emailed her report: "I am happy to share my experience: My one-year-old grand-daughter pushed a chair over to a stove top that had been in use but was not turned on at the time. She proceeded to place her entire right hand on the burner before we could stop her. Within about 8 minutes (it took me a while to find where I had written the burn doctor's number - a lesson learned) we called the number, and they almost immediately called back. I am happy to report that the baby's hand shows no signs of the severe burn that should have blistered up and made the hand unusable. The only tell-tale sign is a very small red spot that has been left behind, whereas when the burned happened we witnessed red burns all over her hand. We are very grateful for the help that we received for this little one who appears no worse for the wear, although we do hope that she learned a lesson about climbing and touching! Thanks so much for your help, we greatly appreciate it.”

“Totally pain free... absolutely amazing experience!”
Rose burned her hand in a fire and called the FireBurnDoctor four days later, saying, "The burn happened this past Friday night. I now have 2 very bad blisters on my middle left finger and one on my right index finger. The fabric was flame resistant but not smolder resistant and I slept through the whole thing until my friend woke me up because of the smoke, which I slept through. All of my nails were charred, I had to cut them off. I hope I gave you what you needed. I am having memory problems. Thank you very much." When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, Rose said the pain on her fingers was between 6-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10). The FBD team told her that it was way past the half hour window, so "we'll see what happens." One hour later, Rose called in to say: "I have touched all 3 burn places and I am totally pain free. So thank you very much. Thank you so much!" When the FBD team called Rose back and asked, "When did the pain go to zero?" She replied, "As soon as I hung up the phone...," adding, "I didn't press on it til the 1 hour call. Then I pressed as hard as I could and no pain. Absolutely amazing experience. I don't know how you did it, but it worked. Thank you, Thank you!"

“No blister... pretty good work”
Robert burned his finger on a hot pan while cooking and called FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, Robert's pain was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 4. An hour and a half later, Robert called to say, "It seems to be better. The pain level started at an 8. After I called you it was a 4. Now it's about a 2. There is a visible area that looks like it may turn into a blister, but not too bad. Very helpful. Thank you." When the FBD team called him back three minutes later, Robert said his pain, "might even be a 1 now. Unless I brush it against something, it hardly hurts at all anymore. It's not on my mind. I only called you guys back because you asked me to. Thank you." Two days later, Robert left a voice message to say, "The burn went away. A few hours after we spoke, there was pretty much nothing left but a little discoloration of the skin. No blister. Pretty good work. Thank you."
The next day, Robert emailed his report: "I burned my finger on a hot pan at 5 a.m. on Wednesday, 27 November 2013. I called you folks within minutes. Initially the pain was an 8 on a ten-point scale. After the call it subsided to a 4 within ten minutes. There was an area of discoloration and the skin turned slightly rough, but the expected blister never developed, and the pain subsided to a 2 within an hour. After a five hour flight that day, it was at 0 and the next morning there was no evidence of skin trauma at all. Thanks!"

“MY WORST PAIN... on Thanksgiving Day!”
Orlando had a chemical burn from Jalapeno juice on his private parts and called FireBurnDoctor within 29 minutes. When the FBD team called back 3 minutes later, Orlando said his pain was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 5, adding that everyone in the household was flustered, desperate to help but didn't know what to do, until his wife remembered hearing of FBD and got someone to look us up on YouTube for the phone number. One hour after that, Orlando called in to say: "I wanted to tell you I'm now very good. I think my burn is now around number 2, and I feel much, much better. I appreciate your help. Thank you again." The next day, Orlando called to say, "I'm so sorry I didn't call you yesterday. But I have to tell you. I today am 100% very, very good. Ok, Thank you. I appreciate it."
Two days after that, Orlando emailed his report: "MY WORST PAIN: On Thanksgiving Day, I was in charge of preparing Guacamole because everyone likes how I do it. Jalapeno Pepper is the main ingredient I use when I want spicy Guacamole, but I only use the small seeds that are inside of every pepper. However, my way to take off those seeds is by hand to spread all over and mix it with the avocado. When the Guacamole was ready, I just cleaned my hands with a paper towel. Without realizing that I still had Jalapeno residue on my hands, I went to the restroom and touched my private parts. I felt excruciating burning pain there. In the beginning, I thought that the pain would go away fast, but on the contrary, my pain increased every minute, and I started to cry and scream. I took a shower, thinking that it would help, but actually it made it worse. I called my wife for help. Thank God, she remembered that a couple of years ago she found out about FIRE BURN DOCTOR. To make a long story short, a family member texted FIRE BURN DOCTOR, and he immediately responded to our call. After our first interview, in a scale from 1 to 10, my pain went from 10 to 5. In less than 30 minutes my pain went to 4 and by the end of the hour I was at about 2. Four hours later I was 100% healed. FIRE BURN DOCTOR, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your prompt response to our call during a major holiday, such as Thanksgiving Day. Before we contacted you, I feared the worse, but now my health has been restored.”

Thanks giving for the FireBurnDoctor team!
Sandra burned her finger with hot caramel while cooking for Thanksgiving and texted her details to FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes, saying that her pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Sandra said her pain had now dropped to 7 and was "going down". Six and a half hours later, when the FBD team called again, Sandra said, "I totally apologize. Thank you. It was zero pain at 4pm (ET), at about 1 and a half hours. Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving!"
Three days later, Sandra emailed her report: "Hello, Thank you for your assistance FireBurnDoctor team! I was making Flan for Thanksgiving dinner (for the first time), and I burned my left pointer finger with hot caramel. My pain level was 9. Since I have used the FireBurnDoctor team in the past for myself, family members, and friends, I knew exactly what to do! I sent a text message with my information as well as my pain level of 9. By the time I received a call from one of the team members, my pain level had dropped to a 7 or 8. I was supposed to call about an hour or so later, but I ended up forgetting since the pain went away! When the team member returned the call several hours later, my pain was at a zero! I have no idea how it works, but I am thankful that it does!! Thanks again for your help!

“I'm so grateful this technology and healing exists!”
Annie had a combination chemical and laser burn on the inside of her lip, and her husband called the FireBurnDoctor 4 days later to ask for help, adding, "She received a combination chemical and laser burn when she went to the dentist office for a tooth whitening process called ZOOM. They use a combination of peroxide solution and UV light, but it's my understanding from that website that it's actually a laser. So I'm afraid she's received some kind of radiation burn on the inside of her lip. It's all blistered, with ulcers, swollen. It seems to be getting worse, not better. That's the reason why I'm calling. I realize it's outside of the timeframe that normally you expect to hear about a burn, but I'm hoping there's something you can do that she can receive some kind of relief from her burn." When the FBD team called him back about 5 minutes later, Annie's husband said her pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that she couldn't eat because of the pain, swelling and ulcers. One hour later, Annie's husband called to say, "She is saying that her pain is at level 4 and she still has the blister and ulcering on the inside of her mouth. And the results are understandable considering that it happened days ago. So we're just hoping for a speedy recovery for her now. I really do appreciate all your help. We're going to see a movie to distract her." Two days later, her husband called again to say, "She's saying she hardly has any pain at all right now. She says she's doing pretty good today. Again, I just wanted to thank you for your efforts. Thank you. Have a great night."
One month later, Annie emailed her report: "The second time I used The FireBurnDoctor was for a chemical burn I received after a tooth whitening session at the dentists office. The burn progressively got worse until I had to go to urgent care and found out I had 1st and 2nd degree burns inside and outside my mouth. I didn't realize I could call the FireBurnDoctor for such a burn so waited a few days and called which is not so good because you are supposed to call within the first 30 minutes of a burn! I was told "we'll see what happens" because of this when I called and also that I caused the burns to myself by willingly having my teeth whitened. But within 24 hours the wounds in my mouth were much better and the burns did not get worse! Thank goodness for The BurnDoctor! I'm so grateful this technology and healing exists! Thank you kindly!!”

“Within 30 minutes it was completely gone - amazing!”
Neil burned his tongue with hot chocolate and called FireBurnDoctor within 12 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, Neil said his pain had been 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he called and had now dropped to 2. One hour and 15 minutes later, Neil called to say, "I'm fine. I guess that's all you need."
Twelve days later, Neil emailed his report: "I burned my tongue on some hot chocolate and called in right away, and within five minutes the burn was 90 percent gone and within approx. 30 minutes it was completely gone – amazing."

“The pain is gone”
Amber burned herself while cooking and called the FireBurnDoctor soon after. When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, Amber said her pain was 3 or 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that it was "red and stinging." One hour later, Amber called to say: "I still have the burn. The pain has gone down slightly, about a 2. Thanks." Eleven minutes after that, the FBD team called her back, and Amber said, "Funny you call now, it's zero, still a little red, but the pain is now gone. Just went down."

"Flesh was stuck to the hot iron poker – but no blisters after all!”
Gerry burned his hand with a hot fireplace poker and called FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 6 minutes later, Gerry said his pain level was 5 with ice (on the scale of 0 to 10) before he called and had already dropped to 5 without ice by the end of the call. One hour and 12 minutes after that, Gerry called to say, "If I take the burn off of the glass, which is filled with ice cubes, I get pain at about a 5, not a 10, but a 5. If I have it on the glass which is full of ice, it's a zero. Thank you." When the FBD team called him back six minutes later to remind him to forget about it and do normal activities, Gerry replied, "I am doing other things. I was sleeping when you called. Thank you." Five and a half hours after that, Gerry called to report: "The burn I acquired this morning is not blistering, no pain in it. It's a little leathery in the palm and the fingers where I got burned. But other than that, I'm in great shape, and thank you very, very, very, very much! I'm a technician, so I use my paws all the time."
Five weeks later Gerry called to report: "I burned my hand a number of weeks ago, badly, with a very hot poker out of our fireplace. It branded the middle of my hand, on the palm of my left hand. It burned it so bad that the flesh just stuck to the iron. When I pulled the iron poker off and called you guys right away, within one hour it hadn't blistered yet and the pain was pretty severe. But in a few hours, not much longer than that, the pain had disappeared. It never did blister. I had VERY good luck with this. I think that would have blistered and been very terrible. It just got a little puffy a day or two later, and crusty, actually it was crusty, and a week later I kind of picked that burn thing off. It never got infected, never got any other trouble, just that initial burn which was SEVERE. I've never been burned that bad in my entire life. I'm 70+ years old this year, and I thank you for your FireBurnDoctor.com, whatever you guys do, it was almost miraculous, in that I didn't have any pain after that. It was just uncomfortable, sure, because it was crusty there where I branded my paw. Thank you sir! I appreciate your time."

“What you guys accomplish in an hour is amazing”
Ralph burned his finger on a light bulb and texted his details to FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called him back, they could not get through to confirm details and ascertain what happened or his pain level. Six hours later, Ralph called to say, "Everything's looking good. Thank you so much." When the FBD team called him back 2 minutes later, Ralph said his pain had been 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first texted and had dropped to 0 in one hour, adding that he's a Reiki practitioner: "I've done some remote healing, but what I've read on your website, of what you guys can accomplish in an hour, is amazing. Do you offer training?"
One hour later, Ralph emailed his report: "Greetings, Thank you for the follow-up call. As you requested I am sending a brief note of my experience. I burned my middle finger (left hand) on a halogen bulb, the burn was severe enough for me to cuss out loud, jerk my hand back like a snake had bit me, and whisper shoot, shoot, shoot several times, while wagging my hand in amazement and thinking what just happened. I placed my fingers under cold water immediately. I remembered the FireBurnDoctor-Videos I watched and emailed the required information. My burn was minor, about a 4 on a scale of 0-10. I went on about my day. The burn was severe enough to turn the skin white and rough. At the time of this email I do not have any pain, however, there is a rough texture on the tip of the finger. I am confident all will be well.”

“Mixture of hot oil and water exploded in her face”
Mandy burned her face with hot oil and water at work and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes, in a panic, unable to breath calmly. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Mandy said her pain level was 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that she had been cleaning a flat-top grill at work and sprayed water onto it before pulling a cleaning tool toward her. The combination of hot water, hot grease and hot tool exploded the mixture onto her face. When the team called her back, she was toweling her face off with warm water to cool her face down, and said, "I can feel it getting blotchy." One hour later, when the FBD team called, Mandy said, "it's much better. I'm a lot calmer, that's for sure. Thank you," adding that her pain had dropped to 4 and she had returned to work. When the FBD team called her back three hours after that, Mandy said she was, "doing really well. It's 2-3 on the pain scale. One little spot where you can tell I was burned, but the rest of the area is just slightly red, can hardly tell, and that area's a 2. Thank you! Have a good night."

“I totally forgot about it....”
Alicia burned the back of her hand with hot cooking oil and texted her details to the FireBurnDoctor within 8 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Alicia said her pain level was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she texted and had now dropped to 3. Four hours after that, Alicia called to say, "My pain level's actually zero. I totally forgot about it. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Have a lovely holiday." When the FBD team called her back one minute later, Alicia explained that her pain had gone to zero within 2 to 3 hours.

“Christmas meal saved”Amanda burned her palm, finger and thumb on an extremely hot stainless steel pot handle fresh out of the oven while cooking for Christmas and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Amanda said her pain was 15 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When the FBD team member reminded her it was a scale of 0-10, she said 12. Reminded again of the scale, Amanda then said "ok, it's 10 now, but it was 15." She said it, "was very, very bad, burned it very, very deep." One hour later, Amanda called to say, " It's much, much better. 4 to4.5. So much better. Lot of redness at base of finger and thumb. You helped me tremendously. Thank you so much!" When the FBD team called her back three minutes after that, Amanda said, "it's tolerable now. Thank you so much! I appreciate it so much. I was concerned it would prevent me from taking care of my family's meals for the holidays and affecting my work." One hour after that, Amanda called to say , "After the last call, the pain increased for about 15-20 minutes, but it's starting to subside again. I'm running cool water over it." One hour after that, when the FBD team called again, Amanda said, "It,s gone! Totally gone. Now it's zero. Thank you, thank you, thank you."
Five days later, Amanda emailed her report: "Dear Sir, Words cannot express my gratitude for your help when I burned my left hand as I was cooking for Christmas. The pain was excruciating and on a scale of 1 to 10 the pain had to be a 15. Using my left hand, I accidentally grabbed the handle of a stainless steel skillet that had been taken out of a 350 degree oven only moments before. I am usually so very careful but I guess having to prepare so many dishes my mind wasn't focused as it should have been. I phoned the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes of the accident. About 30 minutes afterwards, the pain was greatly relieved but when I tried to further help myself with my own energy modalities, the pain intensified. I recognized what I was doing was interfering with the FireBurnDoctor's work. When I stopped my energy work the pain decreased again immediately. It has been a few days since the burn. I did not mention to the FireBurnDoctor that not only my left hand was burned but also a small area of my right knuckle. My left hand has no blistering, scabbing, or scarring of any kind but my right knuckle has a small scab and looks as if it will leave a scar. It is an obvious difference in the hand that the FireBurnDoctor worked on and the right knuckle that was not. Thank you so much for your work."

After the nap, pain gone!
Tom burned his finger on a hot drill bit and called the FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, Tom said his pain level was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had started to drop to a 9. When the FBD team called him 3 hours later, Tom said it was, "not bad, not bad. I don't know. 2?, 1?, zero actually. No pain. It went to 0 in an hour to an hour and a half. Crazy! You told me to forget about it and I didn't know what to think. How am I going to do that? But I took a nap and when I woke up the pain was gone. Are you a non-profit?" When the FBD team said, "It's a free public experiment, all volunteer," Tom responded, "Beautiful! Thank you. Have a great night. I certainly will be telling people about this."

No pain at all... thank you.”
Nancy burned her finger on a toaster and called the FireBurnDoctor within 25 minutes, saying, "It's not terrible, but it is hurting." When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Nancy said her pain level had been a 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) before calling and had now dropped to a 2, adding that it was now "not that bad." When the FBD team reached her 3 hours later, Nancy said, "It seems to be better. Suddenly enough, after I spoke to you, it seemed to get worse for a while. But right now, there's no pain at all. So pain is zero. Thank you."Nancy T., England, 1/2/14
“I can't feel it”
Larry burned his finger on a lava rock or heating stone at a restaurant and his grandmother called the FireBurnDoctor within 12 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Larry told his grandma, "I can't feel it" like it was numb. She guessed his pain had been 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) before the call, adding that, "he was hysterical" as well as being tired, crying and cranky because it was bedtime. When the FBD team called back an hour and a half later, Larry's grandmother said, "Thank you, bless you guys," and that Larry told her again he couldn't feel his finger. The next evening, Larry's grandmother called to say, "I just wanted to let you know he's doing much better today. He says it doesn't even hurt at all. He has one little blister on there. He seems to be doing well. So I'm very grateful and bless you all for your work. Thank you so much. Thank you."Larry H., California 1/4/14
Burned with flaming sulfur
Claire was burned when a flaming match stuck to her finger and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Claire said her pain level had been 9 or 9 1/2 (on the scale of 0 to 10), was now a 7 1/2. The second time the FBD called her, Claire explained that her pain had dropped to zero right at the end of their first call back, saying "it's remarkable, you take the fire right out of it.... You amaze me. Thank you very much."
Five hours later, Claire emailed her report: "corresponding is difficult due to recently broken wrist. please excuse errors in this correspondence. approximately an hour ago I burned my left middle finger when i struck a match and the sulfur head tore loose and stuck to the fleshy 1st digit. I rated the pain as a 9 as I feel any burn, no matter how minor, is extremely painful. the pain was completely gone before the member of fire burn team had completely confirmed my information on their callback. the blister i would normally expect from a past similar burn never formed. This is perhaps the 5th or 7th encounter with the fire burn doctor team- all for minor burns. I am amazed and my pain eliminated by each experience. From this encounter i did notice that the pain connected with the broken wrist was unchanged but then, they never claimed to effect anything but burns. I again wish to attest to the fact that whatever they do works and works consistently. and no gimmicks, annoyances, hidden requirements etc. The world needs more remarkable, dedicated people like this alleviating the pains that often come with the experience of being human in this world. FBD takes cares of shingles... "this works!"
Rebecca called the FireBurnDoctor with shingles within 18 hours of her symptoms developing with a doctor's diagnosis saying, "I believe you do the same thing for shingles as you do for burns. I've erupted in shingles on my face. On the right hand side of my face. Quite a large patch and it's very, very painful this morning. I've used you for burns before." When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Rebecca said she woke up with it "stinging and being very irritable." She said her pain was 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and her itching was 5 or 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10). Four hours later, Rebecca emailed an update: "Seems less red and less tingling though still red and blisters still visable. Many Thanks."
Two hours after that, Rebecca called to say: "Pain level non-existent. I don't have any pain at all. The rash that I thought was spreading to the rest of my chin is subsided. The redness is really gone down a lot. Blisters are still there, but they're not irritating me. My face feels a lot more comfortable. You know, I can't thank you guys enough. I really appreciate it, thank you very much." The next day, 25 hours after her first call, Rebecca called again to say, "Just giving you an update on the shingles this morning. The tingling and nerve endings have settled down and the blisters are beginning to dry up quite dramatically. There was no pain or tingling, completely stopped, by bed at about 11:30pm. I'm astounded how quickly it went away. The cheek had been completely sunburn red but dramatically gone by bed time. Mostly scabs are left. Now I don't know I had it unless I look in the mirror. I'm ecstatic. Before calling you, I was in a panic that I might lose my job because of the shingles. How can I donate to your work?"
Twenty days later, Rebecca emailed her report: "Dear Fire Doctor Team, I came down with shingles on the right side of my face. I was scared as my whole cheek was pink and my doctor feared it was spreading. After I was diagnosed, I was given anti viral meds, but I was already starting to tingle and blister as you can see in the pics. Within three hours of calling, the tingling and discomfort started to ease and my face looked less pink. Within 24 hours the blisters looked contained and looked less moist. Within three days they had dried up and started to flake off and within a week all traces of shingles were gone. No scarring, or pain, just a bit of pink new skin. I am so thankful for the work you do. I can honestly tell everyone that this works. My family and friends who rolled their eyes at my calling have become believers. My doctor was also amazed. Thank You all so very much."

"OUCH!"
Charlie burned his finger while making popcorn and called the FireBurnDoctor within 18 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 2 minutes later, he said his pain level was 3 1/2 to 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and added that there was a small blister. One hour later, Charlie called back to say, "I just wanted to thank you. The pain is down to like a point 5, maybe, if that much. When I touch it, so I do have some sensitivity. The blistering went down to nothing, but there's still some discoloration from where the burn was. I can only imagine that's going to go away by tomorrow. Thank you so much. It was a small burn, but was one of those pesky things that would have gone on. Thank you guys for taking care of me, I really do appreciate it." The next afternoon, Charlie called again to say, "Even though it wasn't that big of a deal, it certainly was painful. And I'm happy to report that I woke up this morning and all day long -- there's nothing to report! There's no pain, and that's a really great thing. I'm very happy for what you guys did. There's discoloration where the burn was, but no blistering, no water under it, no pain -- perfect. Thank you very much."
Four days later, Charlie emailed his report: "I was popping corn on the stove and my finger got too close to the wire handle of the Jiffy Pop shaker and OUCH. I immediately ran it under cold water thinking that it would help the pain and blistering. It did not. I remembered about the Burn Doctor's offer to take care of burns. I thought why not give it a try because, as small of a burn as this was, I knew it was going to hurt and hurt for a while. I called, gave them my information, and in less than an hour my pain went from a #6 to #0.5. Then next morning I didn't even notice discomfort, just a little light coloring where a blister would have been. Two days later no pain, no blister, no scarring. All I can say is 'WOW'"

Today... good as new."
Lee burned his finger on a candle flame and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Lee said his pain had been 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) before calling, and had already dropped to 3. An hour later, Lee called back to say, "I had a burn on my finger. It's gone down considerably, swelling is not there, and the pain is all but gone. If I move it or bend it, then it comes back a little bit because it's right on the joint. But it seems to be doing quite well. Thank you." When the FBD team called him back 11 minutes later, Lee said his pain was now 0 and the blister was smaller.
A few minutes later, Lee then emailed his report: "I have had the opportunity to use, and benefit from, the services that Fireburn Doctor offers twice in the past year. Both times dealt with small burns to the hand. The first was a quarter size burn caused by resting my hand in a puddle of hot glue. Normally this type burn can take two weeks to heal completely and most always leaves some indication of scarring. I was amazed to find that, after the first day, the pain was gone and the skin showed only a small bit of blistering. A week later a small bit of skin sluffed off, much like having a bit of glue dried on my skin. There is no scaring or sign of the incident. The second incident happened 3 days ago. A friend had a large arrangement of candles burning by her entryway to her kitchen. 12-15 candles and some tea lights. As we worked in an adjacent office, the smoke alarm went off and we found one of the tea lights had leaked hot wax and caught on fire. We dumped baking soda on the flame and put it out, though in the process i touched the metal candle holder with my middle finger, just above the knuckle. Not a huge burn, yet still rather painful. I called the DR and went through the process. Today the finger is as good as new. Despite the skepticism i hear and read about this program, my experiences have been successful and well worth the small amount of time spent in the healing process."

"Pain went to zero right away!"
Lionel burned his hand accidentally grabbing a curling iron and called the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 1 minute later, Lionel said his pain had been 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 3. An hour and a half later, Lionel called back to say, "It's been about an hour. You know what, I can feel that it's there, but that's about it. It's not really raising or anything. It's like at a 2, or 1, or, like, noticeable. Anyway, thank you. I appreciate the vibe that you're sending for this. It definitely helped." When the FBD team called him back 3 days later, Lionel said the pain went to zero "right away." He said he still had a mark, "but I've forgotten it's even there. Thank you so much!!"

"The smell of burning flesh... cold water wouldn't help!"
Randal burned his hand with a 700 degree soldering iron and called the FireBurnDoctor within 45 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, Randall said he didn't have much pain before calling, but described "the smell of burning flesh, like you smell when branding cattle," and explained that, "At 700 degrees, the pain from searing doesn't set in for 15 minutes to an hour. It's not something I couldn't live with, but I didn't want the annoyance of it, and I knew it was something that cold water alone wouldn't help, so I called you guys." A while later, Randal called back to say, "At present, it's been an hour and a half. The pain is 99 percent gone. There's still a seared spot on the left thumb. The seared spot on the pad of my index finger, palm of my hand actually at base of the index finger, has gone away. There's no evidence it was ever burned at all! And I appreciate your assistance. Thank you very much."
Thirty minutes after that, Randal emailed this report: "Gentlemen, I was working on a project in my basement, using an electric soldering iron. I had the soldering iron on its stand, turned to pick up a part and snagged the cord of the iron with my sleeve. The soldering iron (which weighs very little) jumped into the air and I (reflexively) reached up to grab it. Unfortunately, I was able to snatch it out of the air, grasping it between my left thumb and the pad below the index finger on my left hand. The temperature of the "barrel", where I grabbed it, is about 750 degrees F. (or warmer). I felt no pain, but the room rapidly filled with the odor of seared flesh (it smelled like branding time on the ranch). The "burn" portion of the incident only took a couple of seconds. Pain set in about 20 minutes after the incident. Not severe pain, but a rapidly growing pain, sufficient to make me aware that I had created a severe problem for myself. I called "FIREBURNDOCTOR" about 45 minutes after the incident, gave my details and waited. Within 1 hour, the pain had diminished significantly, and the residual damage was confined almost entirely to a small "sear mark" on my thumb. Gentlemen, I greatly appreciate the service you perform...."

"I would classify it as nothing short of miraculous."
Ynes burned herself on a furnace exhaust pipe and her dad called FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 2 minutes later asking about her pain level, Ynes' father said, "Hard to say for a little girl, but probably was an 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and now "it appears to be zero! It appears it's already forgotten. That's why I've got your number on speed dial."
Four months later, Ynes' father sent a video testimony describing the burn event: "She was near the furnace. She burned herself on the furnace exhaust pipe. She was screaming and crying. I called up the FireBurnDoctor, and as I was leaving my message on the voicemail, she stopped crying. By the time I got off the phone, she had stopped crying completely and was off -- like the pain was gone, like nothing had ever happened. So it seemed the effect had taken place before anybody had had the chance to even get the message. So it's... I would classify it as nothing short of miraculous."

Stacy burned her tongue on hot coffee and called the FireBurnDoctor within 9 minutes. When the FBD team called back 3 minutes later, Stacy said her pain was 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and added that it was hard to talk. 45 minutes later, Stacy called back to report, "Pain tremendously relieved already. Blisters are still there. The tongue is still pretty white. Seems to be improving already. Thanks you guys for your help. Yep, definitely seeing the help." Two hours later, Stacy called to say, "Everything is good. Not seeing any blisters on the tongue. Pain level down to about a 1 now. Thanks guys again, as always." Four days later, Stacy emailed her report: "Pain improved almost immediately, but lost some layers off roof of mouth two days later. Thanks again for the focused assistance... I am still extremely interested in learning more."

Alice burned her thumb with hot oil while cooking and called the FireBurnDoctor within 12 minutes. When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, Alice said her pain was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10). Early the next morning, 12 hours after the burn, Alice called to say, "It's great this morning. It feels really good. Doesn't look so good. I'm off to work. If you want to call me after 5pm MT, I'd love to find out what you guys are doing and how you do it." When the FBD team called her that evening, Alice said the pain was now "almost completely gone but throbs to 2 every once in a while. Today at work, when the hand was down or resting on the keyboard, and more blood was going to the hand, I could feel it, or brushing up against something. Before calling you, I had cut off the blister and put it under water." When the FBD team member asked if the pain was from the burn or just the raw skin where she removed the blister, Alice replied, "Oh, there's no burning, it's only where I cut off the blisters. There's no pain from the burn. and it's already starting to scab over."
Three weeks later, Alice emailed her report: "The Burn Doctor was amazing.. I burned my thumb when hot grease plopped on it when I was making chicken fried steak. I knew it was bad because it began to make a blister immediately. My roommate had the Burn Doctor number on his phone and said to call right away, so I did. Oh, my gosh.. Within twenty minutes of the call the 7 pain subsided to 2. I thought when it happened I would not be able to sleep and I had to work the next day (with a 2 and a half hour commute). Well, I was able to sleep just fine and there was no pain at all through the night. It had to be a 2nd degree burn and no pain at all!!!! Then the next thing that was so amazing.. the healing process, everyday it was disappearing .. I have never had a burn heal so fast, 7 days went by and it was almost as completely healed. I wanted to have the Burn Doctor be my Doctor for everything, if it works this well on bad burns. So I am hoping that this will be something I can use for the rest of my life! Thank you Burn Doctor! Sincerely,A....."

Burn, Shingles or what???
Nina suffered a chemical burn from papaya sap under her arm and called the FireBurnDoctor initially thinking it was shingles, saying in her voicemail, "pretty sure I have shingles. Under my arm, and in my arm pit. I do not have a doctor's diagnosis. but it looks and feels itchy and hot as hang." [Note: Here is one of the reasons the FBD requires a doctor's diagnosis for a shingles case] When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, Nina said her pain was an 8 when touched (on the scale of 0 to 10) and her itching was 10.
Twelve hours later, Nina emailed her report: "Dear FireBurnDoctor, very interesting. The pain is now zero without touching it and about 1 when I touch it. This morning a papaya tree laden with unripe papayas fell and i picked up many papayas and carried them to my verandah where I am staying. They were dripping with white sap and I carried them under my arm and in the crook of my elbow. Quite a while later I started to get an extremely intense itching in the crook of my arm. Thinking it was an insect bite i applied a hot spoon to draw out the hystamine as i have found this helps stop the itch of insect bites.... i experienced pain (6/10) and very intense itching (9/10) in my armpit. I looked and saw a large area of blistering rash in my armpit and under side of my upper arm. I called the FBD. Gave my info and then a few minutes later spoke to the FBD team. During that conversation I had a pain level of 8 when touching the burn and about a 1 when not touching it. Within 3 minutes of hanging up, I could touch the burn firmly and feel no pain, from 8 to zero!
I also took a cold shower, and, because I had some work to do that involved getting dirty, I put the same shirt back on without thinking about the contamination of the Papaya juice! For about 1 and a half hours I worked hard, not thinking about the burn, but then I gradually started to experience pain again, It fluctuated but steadily increased between 0.5 to 4 and occasional bursts of 7 on the pain scale. Then I realised that i was still in contact with the burning chemical, it was on my shirt! I immediately removed the shirt and showered again, and watched what happened. This time the pain did not go, it lessened to about a 3.5. I called the FBD number and reported on a voicemail to the FBD team what had just happened. They called me back and asked me about the burn and reminded me to get on with my day and not think about it. Within a few minutes of that phone call the pain was gone! I did not touch it or think about it and it did not bother me whilst I worked on my computer. Now I am about to go to bed and it's been zero without touching it. It is at a 1 now because I am thinking about it to write."
The next day, Nina called to say, "Later in the night I woke up and was amazed that there was zero pain, I went to the bathroom and it looked so much better, there were a lot of little red dots but where it was red and swollen before was now normal skin and zero pain!"

"Amazed at the service you provide; faster and more efficient than any services you pay for!"
Beatrice burned her hand in boiling water and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 15 minutes later, Beatrice asked, "Did you do something? The pain just stopped, basically." She said the pain had been a 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and already her thumb had pain of 4 and fingers were at 3. When the FBD team called her back an hour and a half later, Beatrice said her thumb's pain level was 3 and her fingers were at 2, adding that "it comes and goes; but it's so much better. Thank you sooooo much!" About 2 hours later, Beatrice called to say, "I have no more pain. And my hand is slightly more red than the other one, and that's coming down as well. I'm really, really thankful to you and your team. Thank you so much. Blessings to you!"
An hour later, Beatrice emailed her report: "Dear FireBurnDoctor Team! I just had an incredible experience with you and want to share shortly what happened. This evening around 4:45pm, I accidently put my right hand into a pot of water which had been just boiling a few minutes before. Of course this was very painful. The hand turned bright red and started throbbing. For a minute I was a bit out of sorts, I slathered egg whites on my hand and then I remembered the piece of paper somebody had given me about the FireBurnDoctor... I called and left a message on the machine. The pain level in my fingers was about 8 on a scale of 10 and less in the hand, everything was dark red. This was about 5 minutes after the burn. 15 minutes later you called me back but by then my hand felt better already. It was less red and less painful but the fingers still hurt, maybe a 3 to 4 on the scale, and were red, hurt more when I bent them. It became better and better, but sometimes it fired up again and hurt and tingled more - it came like in waves. It is now 4.5 hours after the burn happened, and I am almost back to normal. No pain, my thumb and index finger are slightly red, have no problems bending them. THANK YOU! I am amazed about the service you provide; it is faster and more effective than any services you pay for. You were right there in the moment, wasting no time and helping immediately. Thank you for having so much compassion and dedication. I know my burn was not the worst, and still you saved me a lot of pain and shedding skin, and I will make sure to spread the word to help that nobody has to needlessly suffer from burns anymore. love, light and peace to you."

"He's a real naysayer, so it's neat that it doesn't matter if you believe!"
Tom burned his fingers on "a very red hot fork in his hand between the thumb and forefinger" and his roommate called the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 6 minutes later, Tom said his pain level was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10). About an hour later, Tom's roommate called to say, "The pain has gone down in the thumb to a 3, and the pain in the finger is a 2, and it's kind of just numb. He had another problem with the nerve in the hand before, so I don't know if that has anything to do with anything anyway. So that's the update for a little over an hour later. Thank you." When the FBD team finally reached Tom's roommate 5 days after that, she said that Tom's pain was gone, zero, 2 hours after their initial call. "He's a real naysayer, so it's neat that it doesn't matter if you believe!"

"Skeptical nurse convinced by FBD results."
Nurse Tiffany burned her finger on hot melting plastic and called the FireBurnDoctor within a couple minutes. When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, Tiffany said her pain level was 6 or 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 5 or 6, adding, "It is not crazy painful, but it's going to blister." About an hour after that, Tiffany called back to say, "My burn is better. I'd have to say the pain level is zero. Thank you." When the FBD team called her back 8 minutes later, Tiffany asked, "How'd you do this?" Two days later, Tiffany repeated her question, saying, "The reason I ask is, I'm a nurse. And I am really interested in learning an alternative technology."
Three days later, Tiffany emailed her report: "I am a registered nurse and I am interested in alternative medicine and treatments. About a year ago I came across info about the fire burn doctor. A little skeptical, I put the number in my cell phone and forgot about it. Two nights ago I burned my index finger on some melting plastic. It was very painful and I knew it would blister. I applied ice to it which made it feel a little better. Then I remembered I had put the FireBurnDoctor's number in my cell phone. I was very skeptical but called the number anyway. I gave the required info and in a few minutes I was called back by someone there. I was told to call back in about an hour to report the status of my finger. In thirty minutes my pain was gone. I almost forgot which finger I burned but it was still slightly red. In about an hour even the redness went away. It never blistered and the pain totally left. As I mentioned, I am an RN and interested in alternative forms of healing. I would be very interested in learning this form of healing. Thank you for healing my burn."

Burned with bacon grease... no pain, no mark, no sign of burn!
Patrick burned his finger with bacon grease and his friend called the FireBurnDoctor within a few minutes. When the FBD team called them back about 5 minutes later, Patrick said his pain level was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 1. The next evening, Patrick's friend called to say, "I just checked in with him. He said he had no mark, and no sign of burn, and wanted to thank you. That's all the information I really have."
