"It's just amazing"
Ann burned herself while making jam. When it came to a "rolling boil," that hot jam splashed onto 2 fingers. Four hours later, Ann texted her details to the FireBurnDoctor. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Ann said her pain had been 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she texted, and had now dropped to zero. Eight hours after that, Ann called in to report: "Hello FireBurnDoctor, this is Ann. It's amazing! I just remembered, I'd forgotten all about it. And the blisters are gone. It just looks a bit shiny, a little bit. It looks like someone's come in and done plastic surgery. It's just amazing. There's no pain unless I really press it, and then it goes away, right away as soon as I stop pressing it. I mean, tomorrow I don't know if I'll see much there at all. It's great!"

Burned with boiling water
Isabell spilled boiling water on her leg and went to the hospital. Her boyfriend called FireBurnDoctor 4 hours and 30 Minutes later. When the FBD team called back 18 minutes later, Isabell said her pain level had been 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) at the time of the burn and now with pain pills it was 1-2. She added that she'd already gone to the hospital and her boyfriend "had tried to heal me also." Three hours later, Isabell called to say: "Right now I'm feeling pretty good. I don't feel any pain at all. Everything's fine, I'd like to thank you."
Three weeks later, Isabell emailed her report: "Three weeks ago my friend poured boiling water on me. It was really hurting, so I took some pain killers and then went to the doctor. The doctor didn't give me anything, he just said that I should keep it clean and take some more pain killers in case of pain. After we called the FireBurnDdoctor, they asked for some details and that was all. I don't really know how it works or what exactly worked on me. I just know that I didn't have to take anymore pain killers. 2 days after I was feeling pretty good, my skin was healing really well until I accidentally broke one blister with a towel when I was drying me up after a shower. "

Scientist gets astonished
Rosalind burned her knuckle on the hot stove and texted her details to FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. Three minutes after that, she called FBD to add, "It's not a severe burn, but I wanted to test this service. I've heard amazing things about it. It bubbled up immediately, I could feel the skin rise up and just slide right off. When the FBD team called her back 7 minutes later, Rosalind said her pain level was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to a 2, "quite low," adding, "It looks quite gross." Two hours and 45 minutes later, Rosalind called to say, "The pain was entirely gone in less than half an hour. There was a sharp shooting pain with corresponding pain in the foot oddly enough, then it just sort of drained away. Astonishing! Thank you."
Three weeks after her burn, Rosalind emailed her report: When I burnt myself on the stove, I felt the top layer of my skin sickeningly shear apart and separate from the lower levels. I had heard about this service years before, but had never had a burn serious enough to warrant a call. This was definitely the moment. I went through the process of leaving the information requested and very rapidly got a return call and was given the advice, which I followed. I carefully covered it and ignored it as best as I could, and within about 15 minutes, the pain was utterly gone. I was told to call back within an hour, but being a PhD and a scientist, I wanted to do more observation before I gave feedback. What if the service wore off and I was just as bad off as before? I didn't want to give high praise and then see it unravel - I was going to give a full account of the healing process. As it turned out, what truly astonished me about the service I received was that the burn on my hand never had a moment of heat sensitivity in terms of pain response to even mild heat after the treatment - not when I washed dishes, or showered, or brought my hand close to flames when cooking, something I have experienced many a time with much less severe burns. But this burn never exhibited such. I have studied and taught biology at the university level, and I know of no explanation that fits within the usual models. The nerves were not destroyed by the original burn, hence my feeling the pain to begin with - not just at the moment of the burn, of course, but the throbbing heated pain afterwards. Ergo, there is no medical reason for me not to have felt heat sensitivity, no reason, of course, beyond yet another genuine account of the efficacy of what is being offered here. I am extraordinarily grateful for this service. THANK YOU. How can I learn how to do this!?"

"Inexplicable and amazing"
Andrew burned the palm of his hand with grease and called FireBurnDoctor within 11 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 12 minutes later, he said his pain level had been 4-5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he first called, and now dropped to 2-3. The FBD team finally reached him again 2 weeks later, and he described the results as, "inexplicable, amazing things. Thank you very much."

"I can't feel the pain"
Brea called FireBurnDoctor after burning herself. When the FBD team called her back 15 minutes later, Brea said her pain was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10). An hour and 10 minutes later, she called to confirm, "I was asked to call back in an hour to give a report of my burn. So it was about a seven, and now it's, I can't actually feel it now. If I touch it or if it goes near heat, of course, it does feel sore. It's a bit red and there's a blister, maybe the pain level is a 2, I would say. Thank you so, so much for your help. I do appreciate it. Thank you."
Two and a half hours later, Brea emailed her report: "Thank you for helping relieve the pain of my burn. I can no longer feel it and the redness is now just about half an inch in diameter, really just around the blister. I very much appreciate your help."

Burned by 300+ degree oven...
Eddy burned his thumb on a pan and called the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 6 minutes later, Eddy said his pain was 6 or 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he called, and it had already dropped to 3 or 4. Two and a half hours after that, Eddy texted to say: "On a scale of 1 to 10, a 1... It was zero until I focused on my thumb." Four minutes later, the FBD team returned his call and Eddy said, "I can see where if I take my mind off it, it feels like normal. I actually took a nap, and didn't even think of the burn until remembering I was supposed to call after an hour. It went up, then went back down to zero. Thank you."
Twelve days later, Eddy emailed his report: "To whom it may concern: At approximately 10:48 AM on 8/13/13, I texted the FireBurnDoctors because I suffered a first degree burn on my thumb about 10 minutes earlier, grabbing a 300+ degree toaster oven metal pan and not realizing it until too late. I received a follow-up phone call and verified the information provided in the text. I ended up taking a nap after the call and about two hours later did report back to the follow-up person that the pain subsided and I no longer had a pain sensation to the level I was initially experiencing. Later on, that evening, I smashed my index finger on the same hand and that became my new focus. This is my report of my experience with FireBurnDoctor."

From a 10 to a 1... after boiling oil
Mandy splashed boiling oil onto her hands while carrying a flaming pan of vegetables outside, and her mom called FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 5 minutes later, Mandy's pain level was a 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 9. About three hours later, when the FBD team called again, Mandy said "... it's still red, but much improved. I've been keeping busy, but it's hard to forget. I splashed water on it a few times." An hour and 20 minutes after that, Mandy left a voice message to say, "Just calling back to let you all know my hand is probably at a 1."

Pain gone over night
Evelyn burned her thumb on a pan and called FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Evelyn's pain level was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to a 4. About 14 hours after the burn, Evelyn called to say, "I was supposed to give a follow-up call last night around 8 Eastern standard time. I apologize, I fell asleep. Probably about an hour after we spoke, my pain level was down to about a 2. And this morning, very, very minimal. Hardly noticeable, so just barely there. So it seems to have done something for me. Thank you. I appreciate it very much. Take care."

"Thank you for being there"
Hallie burned her thumb with a cigarette and called FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute, gave her details and added, it "hurts like heck." When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Hallie's pain level was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to a 6. Two hours and 20 minutes later, the FBD team called her to get feedback. She said, "Oh, it's perfect. It's all gone, the cigarette had stuck to my finger. Tried to remove it but smashed it in and made it worse. My sister came into the room and asked what's wrong, could see me in pain. Less than half an hour later, it looked like there was not even a mark. Could barely see a round spot where it was. Wonderful, Thank you."
Five hours later, Hallie emailed her report: "Dear FBD's, At 11:45 a.m. on 9/01/13, I burned my thumb. It was a very painful burn, on a scale of 1-10, I would say a 9. I immediately stuck my thumb in my bedside glass of water for relief. I remembered FBD and called right away, at 11:56 the Doctor called me back. Amazing ! By 12:30 I was marveling to my roommates. My pain was completely gone. The fire off the end of my cigarette fell on my thumb. I went to knock it off but instead smeared it in and made it stick to my thumb, thus increasing the duration of the burn. I am so glad I didn't have to endure a long bout with pain. Thank you Thank you for being there."

"Pretty incredible"
Ilena burned her wrist on the oven and called FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 6 minutes later, Ilena said her pain level was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was "enough to make me sweat." An hour and 15 minutes later, Ilena left a voice message to say, "Thank you. The burn just tingles now. Thank you."
Three weeks later, Ilena emailed her report: "While I was making dinner, I burned myself on the oven, which was set at 450 degrees. My sister had told me about FireBurnDoctor, so I texted a picture and my information. Within an hour, where I had burned my wrist didn't hurt anymore, just felt a tingling. Pretty incredible! Thanks Fire Burn Doctor!"

Baby wakes mom up hitting her with his burned hand!
Eleven-month-old Lance burned his hand in hot tea and his mother called FireBurnDoctor 2 1/2 hours later after his grandmother told her to call. When the FBD team called them back 4 minutes later, Lance's mom said his pain was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10). She had already taken him to the hospital, where they gave her a drug to put him to sleep and told her to bring him back the next day to determine if it was a 3rd degree burn and if surgery would be needed.
The next day, Lance's grandmother emailed this report: "As the grandmother of Lance who had his hand scalded in a cup of tea last night in Alaska, I would like to send my deepest appreciation for any and all energy assistance you gave him last night. (and I'm in tears as I write this which tells me a lot about your loving energy.) I understand he was in great pain at the ER last night and was trying to crawl up his mother it hurt him so bad, but this morning he woke his mother up by hitting her with his burned hand. Such pain reduction can only be explained by an intervention. I believe you still had influence over the pain of Lance's burn even if it wasn't within your window of opportunity as time is relative, and for that you have my deepest gratitude that you even tried. It was received. Most definitely. Thank you for your healing."

"It's already going down, even as we talk!"
Wanda burned her left thumb on an oven rack and called the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Wanda's pain level had been 15 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called. Reminding her that the scale is from 0 to 10, she said 12! Adding that, "right now it's considerably less, half, 5, was 15. I called once before and it was quite effective. That was either you or my brain. Thank you. It's already going down, even as we talk!" The next morning, 16 hours later, when the FBD team called Wanda, she said, "I'm feeling much better. In fact, I'm not even noticing it unless I touch it."
Seven minutes later, Wanda emailed her report: "Last night, I touched my thumb to a hot oven rack. Was in extreme pain. Remembered the fire burn doctor and contacted the team. Within half an hour the pain had nearly gone and was only sensitive when I touched the area. By the next morning there was no pain...."

"Five minutes after I called, the pain was 0.5!"
Abigail burned her finger on a broiler pan making a quesadilla and called FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Abigail's pain level was 6 or 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 0.5 to 1. An hour and 10 minutes later, she called to say that when she first called, it had been "stinging pretty bad. My pain tolerance is different than other people due to a childhood intestinal issue. The pain was 6-7. I wasn't going to call, but it kept getting worse, so I called. 5 minutes after I called, the pain was 0.5-1. And I thought, dang, I didn't even talk to anyone. Then I forgot about it right after calling. Now there's just a weird feeling where the burn was. It doesn't hurt at all! There's a slight numbness at the tip of the finger. Thank you so much. Thank you very, very much."
Four hours later, Abigail emailed her report: "Somewhere around 2 or 2:30 pm on Sat. 9/28, I was making a quesadilla on a broiler pan (as I just moved and don't yet have dishes). I had tin foil on top of the pan but found the tortilla was stuck to the foil. I'd just taken the pan out of the oven and was very, very hungry, so I was eagerly trying to get the tortilla off, without letting it cool, and wound up burning my finger on the pan. It was just my finger and I thought, oh well, and tried to run it under the water (which was not in the least bit cold), and since I had no ice, I kept sticking my hand in the freezer as best I could. I didn't want to bother any one, cause this was very minor, but it was stinging quite a bit. 6 to 7 pain level maybe, but only on the tip of my middle finger. It was pulling my focus from other things as the sting went on, so I finally, around 7 minutes later, decided to call the FireBurnDoctor. I left the required info on the phone line (although I think I completely forgot the time), and felt the pain was substantially less even by the time I hung up. Within about a minute or two later, it was pretty much down to a 1 or a .5 level. My phone's ringer was off, although I did not realize it, so the wonderful Fire Burn Doctor folks had called, but by the time I realized they had left 2 messages, the pain was so not there, I'd totally forgotten about it! I did call back, and I was kind of surprised since I never even got to speak to anyone, but the nice gentleman who had gotten my message, said that's how it works... we're able to do what we do fast! I am very busy, so I'm glad to have the pain gone, and know I won't have to worry about my finger being messed up as I try to carry on with my 14 hour school days and such! Thank you Fire Burn Doctor - Doctors!!! Thank you sooo much! Thank you Thank you Thank you! Amazing!"

"No blistering or real trace of it at all."
Ida burned her left middle finger while steaming up some tamales and called FireBurnDoctor 3 minutes after the burn. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Ida said her pain had been 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she called, but it had now dropped to 6. One hour later, she called to say she was doing, "much, much better. Maybe registering a pain level 1-ish, 2-ish, if that. Way, way better. Very helpful. Thank you so much. Thank you, you take good care."
Two days later, Ida emailed this report: "Hello, FireBurnDoctor Team, this Tuesday, I was steaming up some tamales to enjoy the rest of a tasty homemade chipotle sauce. As I was removing one of them from the boiling pot, it collapsed, opening up the contents on my left hand. Of course I could not get it off my hand fast enough. It was extremely painful. I called you soon after. Within the hour after calling, it was impressively diminished in pain. In the 'real world' I know very well that I would still be feeling it today had I not called you. No blistering or real trace of it at all. Thank you so very much for this service."

"I am amazed with the results"
Terrance burned his finger while moving a log in the fireplace, and called the FireBurnDoctor within 26 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 48 minutes later, Terrance said his pain level had been 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 3. Two days later, when the FBD team reached him, Terrance said that the pain had been 1 an hour after the team called him back, and down to 0.5 the following morning, "pretty much gone. Thank you."
A month and a half later, Terrance texted his report: "I'm again writing on behalf of the Fireburn Doctor Team. I called the FireBurnDoctor team the other morning. On every occasion, I've been met with an immediate professional response and a thorough follow-up call. And every time I am amazed at the results. On one occasion, I called on behalf of my son who had stepped on a hot grill. He was walking barefoot, and the grill was so hot that I could hear his skin sizzle as he stepped down. Within 45 minutes of calling, he made a comment how his foot did not hurt anymore. Not only was the pain gone, he had no trace of a scar whatsoever. From my family and I, Thank you. Thanks for your past support. Happy Thanksgiving!

"Thank God there's still people that actually use their gift!"
Katie spilled hot water onto her left hand while warming up the food for her 16-month-old son and called FireBurnDoctor within 18 minutes. When the FBD team called back 5 minutes later, Katie said her pain was 8 or 9 "and burning" (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 6 or 7. One hour later, she left a voice message to say, "The pain went away completely, but now it's back, but it's not as bad. With heat sensation, I would say on the scale of 1-10, it's about a 3 or 4." When the FBD team called her back 15 minutes after that, she said it was, "2 now. It had gone away, no pain, no nothing. Then a tingling started coming back when I started thinking of calling back with feedback. Now it's a 2. Thank you. Looks a lot better." Two hours later, Katie called to say, "Now it's maybe 1 or 0.5." Three minutes after that, the FBD team called her back and she said, "Yes, it's a lot better. I mean a LOT better. Thank you. Have a great day!"
Seven days after the burn, Katie emailed her report: "Saturday evening I was warming up the Mac n cheese for my 16 month old son, and as I was stirring the noodles the water exploded all over my left hand. Thank God my baby was on my right side. My grandmother rushed over and started putting some type of oil all over my hand. I got on my phone and googled taking the burn out of your hand, and FireBurnDoctor appeared at the bottom of the page along with what to do. I called his number several times before actually leaving a message. I called and followed the instructions that were left on the voicemail. Within 2 minutes I received a phone call. I was shocked that the FBD team called back because there's so many silly people that portray who they are and what they can actually do. The team member asked me to do two things, and one of them was to call him back in an hour letting him know my pain level. But I can say the entire time I was talking to him the pain was gone. The pain ceased within minutes and I went on with my daily activities. An hour passed by, and right before I was suppose to call him back the pain returned. I told the FBD my pain level which was no where near as bad as before. He asked me to repeat the same process and follow up with him in an hour or two. Two hours passed by and I almost forgot to call him back because there was no pain from the scalding hot water. The FBD called me back to follow up on my pain level and again there was NONE!!! Thank God there's still people that actually use their gift! I was glad to come across this number because the hand that was burned was my left hand, and I just got married and wanted to show off my ring! I have no pain or scarring and there wasn't any blistering. Thank you and God bless. "

Toddler acting like nothing happened!
Two-year-old Olive burned her finger and thumb in the hot oil making popcorn with her grandmother, who called FireBurnDoctor within 21 minutes. When the FBD team called her back, the grandmother said Olive's pain was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she called, and had already dropped to 1. One hour later, Olive's grandmother called to say: "She's acting as if nothing happened at all. For a while, she would hold her hand and favor it, but another second later she grabbed something and was using the hand that was burned. So I would say that her pain level is now 0. Thank you very much."

Registerd nurse "so impressed...!"
Audrey burned her hand on an oven rack and called FireBurnDoctor 3 minutes after the burn. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Audrey said her pain had been 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had now dropped to 4, adding, "thank goodness it's only a small area!" One hour later, Audrey called to say: "Thank you so much for your assistance. Probably within 5 minutes of your call back, I was aware that the burn pain was at 0.5, definitely less than 1. The blister is fairly flat, very minimal. Thank you so much." One hour later, the FBD team called Audrey, who said, "Thank you so much. I heard the English woman interviewed on the radio. I'm a registered nurse also, and I was just so impressed with her."

“Truly amazing! Thank you kindly!”
Ronda burned her left hand with scalding hot water, and her husband texted her details to FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. When the FBD team called back 7 minutes later, Ronda said her pain level was 8 or 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 1. Her husband added that it was, "better, and going away." One hour and 20 minutes later, Ronda's husband left a voice message to say, "Now she says it's 0.2, slight, barely there at the fingernail. So she's doing much better. We want to thank you for your help in regards to this matter. Thank you."
Two months after that, Ronda emailed her report: "A couple months ago, I poured scalding water onto my hand and burned my hand pretty badly. We immediately called The FireBurnDoctor and was greeted very kindly and quickly. The burning sensation went away within an hour and there was no marks left on my hand where the burn was. Truly amazing! Thank you kindly!”

When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Gina's dad said her pain level had been "definitely a 10" (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he called and it had now dropped to 8-9. One hour later, Gina's dad called to report: "She's completely forgotten about her burn. It's all better. You guys are awesome! Thanks." Five minutes later, the FBD team called them, and Gina's dad said, “it went to 0 in 10 minutes. She didn't even remember it 20 minutes after your call.”

“I'd love to learn how you do this...”
Seven-year-old Wilson burned his fingers on a fire grate, and his grandmother called FireBurnDoctor within 8 minutes. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, Wilson's mom said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when they made the call, had since dropped to 5 with ice, and was now "numb”. When the FBD team called an hour and 30 minutes later, Wilson's mom said: "He's been really distracted, playing with friends," and says his pain is now a 10 without ice. The next evening, when the FBD team called, Wilson's mom said, "He's substantially better. It was 8-9 last night when I talked with you. Within 10 minutes, it went down to 2 or 3. When he woke up this morning, his pain was at 1, and his blisters were flat in the morning. Now it's 1 or 4." She explained the wide margin, saying "He tore some of the blister off in curiosity about why it didn't hurt. Wilson's mother then exclaimed, "Outstanding reaction to this. I'd love to learn more how you do this. I'd love to compensate you. Thank you so much,:" adding, "I know a little about quantum intention. My kids will turn lights green as we drive up to red lights. But I've never seen it to this extent. Never seen it applied to healing. This has truly been outstanding."

“I did not develop a blister, which I expected.”
Anna burned her hand on a pan while cooking and called FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Anna said her pain was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 3-4, adding, "it's not so bad. Thank you." Three hours later Anna called in to say: "It's maybe 1, but only if I touch the burned area directly. Almost gone. It's still a little red and wrinkled. Thank you so much."
The next morning, Anna emailed her report: "Hello, as per your request, I am sending an email describing my experience. I burned my hand on the handle of a pan that I had just pulled out of the oven on Saturday at 1:50pm. I called your office at 2pm, and the FireBurnDoctor called me back right away after I had left all of my details on his message machine. I went about my day, and by the evening the pain of the burn had subsided. If I touched it, it was still painful, but otherwise it was down to a 1. The area on my palm was red and wrinkly, but I did not develop a blister, which was what I had expected would happen. Thank you for your help!"

“Really interesting experience!”
Diane spilled hot water onto her wrist while mixing hot cocoa and texted her details to FireBurnDoctor within 14 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 9 minutes later, Diane said her pain was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she called and had now dropped to 4. When the FBD team called again five and a half hours later, Diane apologized for not giving feedback sooner saying she had fallen asleep and said, "It's almost completely gone. Doesn't even hurt unless I hit it. Probably a 1. I wouldn't even say it hurts. Thank you so much. That was a really interesting experience. Thank you very much."

“Within minutes, I could tell that it was working.”
Two-year-old Liam burned his right wrist and forearm with soup at the dinner table, and his dad called FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. When the FBD team called back 10 minutes later, his dad said Liam's pain level was 6 or 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 4 or 5, adding that Liam still had his hand out, holding it. Six and a half hours later, when the FBD team called again, Liam's dad said, "Liam is doing way better, he hasn't been complaining about it. I'm at work now, but before I left, he kept playing around. It went to zero in 30 minutes to an hour after you returned my call. He was playing around more and it wasn't bothering him. He took a nap, and just forgot about it. Thank you."
A month and a half later, Liam's dad emailed his report: "I was making hot soup. My 2-year-old son got up on the chair. He accidentally put his hand on the soup to get down and splashed it all over his wrist. He was crying really bad. I did not know what to do immediately. I remembered about the FireBurnDoctor's number. I remembered it that day because I wrote it down and I had it in my wallet, so I called them. He told me everything what to do, and immediately within minutes I could tell that it was working. At first my son kept complaining that his wrist was hurting, then within a few more minutes or so I noticed that he was playing. It wasn't bothering him! The redness that he had on the wrist went away. He was actually playing. His mind wasn't on the pain any more. I was surprised. In the past when he would get burned, and I did not have the number to call FireBurnDoctor, my son would complain pretty much all day that it hurt and it will not go away. I really do recommend everybody to have the FireBurnDoctor number handy. I just wanted to share a little experience I had. Thank you, god bless you all."

Channing burned his finger on a hot pot and called FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 7 minutes later, Channing said his pain level was 6-7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 5-6, adding that "it feels kind of better now and kind of weird." One hour and 50 minutes later, Channing called to say, his pain was now "2, and no blistering. There's some redness and the skin feels kind of thick. Actually, it only hurts when I touch it or stretch it. It's a little sensitive, then it's a 2, 3 at the most." An hour and 30 minutes after that, the FBD team called Channing, and he said his pain was now, "0.5 or 1. It's weird; about 20 minutes ago it flared up to 7, then went away. The skin still feels thick and leathery."
Seven weeks later, Channing emailed his report: "After cooking some food, I went to wash the pot I was cooking in and grabbed the metal handle too close to the base resulting in a burn on my right index finger. I quickly felt the intensity of the burn and felt like it would blister for sure. Even after a few moments after I had burned my finger, the pot handle was still so hot that water from the sink tap boiled off of it on contact. I remembered hearing about the fire burn doctor and thought what do I have to lose to try it. I called the number and left my information. I received a follow up call within a few minutes and was given some additional instructions...namely to take my mind off of the burn and go about my day as normal. I did just that, and to my surprise the pain of the burn began to quickly subside. I would say from a pain level of 7 or 8 out of 10 down to a 1 within just a few minutes. The skin on the finger didn't blister, but rather looked a bit glossy on the surface. By the next day there was zero pain of sensitivity on the burn and no blistering ever occurred."

Burned by 400+ degree hot oil... pain gone in minutes!
Iris burned her fingers on hot oil while frying potatoes and called FireBurnDoctor within 9 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 10 minutes later, Iris said her pain was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had now dropped to 2.An hour and a half after that, Iris emailed her report: "Dear FBD-Team, about 1,5 hours ago, I burned my fingers on the right hand pretty badly. I was cooking and wanted to fry potatoes. The oil was already heated up and I threw the potatoes in it. The hot oil, about 220 Degrees Celsius, splashed on my fingers. About 10 min later, I called you and I had a pain level about 6 or 7. After 10 min or so, you called me back and told me to just keep doing what I am doing and give you a report in an hour. It was funny. My fingers started to feel like pins and needles. The pain started to go up and down and up and down. But never so bad as when I called. Now my pain is maybe a 1 or less. Thank you so much I was afraid that it would blister because it was on the really thin skin next to my finger nail. But it didn't thanks to you.

“Call these people for burns, they make the pain go away." Paul burned his thumb when he touched the hot metal of a mosquito candle and called FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, Paul said his pain level was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he called and had now dropped to 2, adding he heard of FBD from a co-worker at a clinic he was assigned to in the military. She told him that she "calls these people for burns, they make the pain go away." Five hours later, the FBD team called Paul, and he said, "sorry I didn't call back, I got distracted. Feeling pretty good actually. Zero pain now."

“It's awesome” - A believer from Costa Rica
Nathan burned his finger with melted nylon and called FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 6 minutes later, Nathan said his pain was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 3 or 4, adding, "it's not bad, already subsided." One hour later, Nathan called to say: "After one hour, the pain is down to 1. About all I have left is a tiny blister right on the tip where you'd take a fingerprint, so it's in a very sensitive spot. But it's all good, and it's not going to be a problem. Thank you so much. Appreciate your work. I don't know how you did it, but it's awesome. Ciao."
Five days later, Nathan emailed this report: "While attempting to stop the unraveling of a nylon rope by melting the end, a drop of molten nylon dripped off and landed on my index finger. It was right in the center where you take a finger print, (extremely sensitive spot). I immediately pulled off the drying drop of liquid nylon as it was hardening on my finger. Out of a pain level of 1 to 10. it was instantly at a level 6. I put my finger under cold water from the tap and then placed an ice cube on it within 3 minutes of being burned. A burn blister was already beginning to form by now. I then remembered the information that I had obtained about the FireBurnDoctor from a lady I had met at a farmers market that I go to every week here in Costa Rica. I thought, why not call and try this as the burn was in such a sensitive spot and going to be a problem with everything I would touch or try to pick up. Within 10 min, I made the call to the FireBurnDoctor and left them the info they ask for and waited for their call back. When I talked to them less than 15 min later, the pain level had already diminished to a level of 3 to 4. And within an hour the pain was completely gone and I was left with just a small blister and was carrying on with a normal day's activities. I don't know how this all works, but burn is not something you want to have a problem with living where I do in the tropics. They get infected very easily and result in a huge problem for you. Thanks FireBurnDoctor – a believer from Costa Rica."
