UPDATES - BURN CASE REPORTS, p. 30
Albert burned his hand on a hot power washer muffler and called the FireBurnDoctor 37 minutes later. When the FBD team called him back within 6 minutes, Albert said his pain was 2 (on the scale of 0 to 10), adding that it was "bearable, some swelling, rising now because I'm done with the job and paying it some attention." An hour later, Albert left a voice message to say: "I don't feel any pain. However, the burned area, you know, when I move my arm it stretches the burned area. Pain-wise, I don't feel any pain, except that I feel the burn. My initial call was like 40 minutes after the burn. Thank you." When the FBD team called him back, Albert said "yeah, no pain. It went to zero pain 10-15 minutes after I called."
The next morning, Albert emailed his report: "Hello,... I would like to say that yesterday, on May -1-2013, I burned my left hand by touching the hot muffler of my power washer. That happened at 11:13 a.m. The reason I know exactly the time-frame of the things I describe here is because it started with me rushing to stop my power washer because of a phone call I received. At 11:51 a.m., I called the phone number I had gotten from Dr. Philip Savage's website I had come across on the Internet over a year ago. That phone number for burns 1(818) 332-6445 I set on my phone. I left a message with my info and at 11:57 I got a call back from the burn center... to check my info. I was asked how painful it was on a scale 0 to 10 and I said 2. During that time the skin had started to swell and it was looking that it eventually would blister (judging from past similar burns I had). I was told to continue my day with normal activity and forget about the burn and to call back in an hour for an update on my burn. I did continue my normal activity, but in all honesty it was hard to take my mind off the burn because when using my hand when the skin stretched it was painful. In an hour I called back and left another message with the condition of my burn. Again in 5 minutes I got a call back asking how my hand felt. At this time I could feel no pain at all unless I touched the area of the burn. Later during that same day about seven p.m. I could rub my hands and, although I could feel the affected area, I was surprised at the healing that had taken place. This morning, that I am writing this e-mail to reply for my experience, my hand feels like the burn did not happen, but it is still visible on my skin that looks, If not healed completely it will have a minimal mark that usually stays after a burn. Over this personal experience I am a believer now about the healing power that can be applied, and I will revisit Dr. Philip Savage's website. It is hard for me to explain how, but I would urge EVERYONE to visit and explore www.PSproof.com. Thankfully, [Albert]Albert G., Greece, 5/1/13
Ian burned his finger just below the knuckle, where it bends and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 6 minutes later, Ian said his pain was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to a 3, adding "it's not that bad actually. As a matter of fact, I can hardly feel it." Ian said he heard about FBD 4-5 yrs ago on the Coast to Coast radio show and that this was the first chance he had to use it. At the end of the call, Ian exclaimed, "I don't feel it anymore, the pain is gone! That's amazing. Burns usually get more painful. Thank you."
Ian P., California, 5/30/13
Susan burned her arm on the oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Susan's pain was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and "throbbing" when she first called and it had already dropped to a 2. During that same call, Susan exclaimed that it's, "zero now! Wow, how did you do that? Wow, that's amazing. The instruction on your website said 'call right away' so that's what I did."Susan C., California, 5/31/13
Nadine burned her thumb with burning glue and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes, adding in her voicemail that it was "a very potent glue, Locktite." When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Nadine said her pain was a 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 9. She acknowledged it was a chemical burn and said "it feels like a fire burn. It's burning right through my flesh. Are you open all night? 24hours? So that I can give feedback?" The FBD team member told her yes, 24 hours every day, for which she was very thankful. Two days later, the FBD team called Nadine, who said, "Thank you so much for relieving the pain. It was down to 2 in 3-4 hours. Now it's gone, was zero yesterday also. If you can do this for burns, then you could probably also alleviate or even prevent things like tornadoes!"
Three months later, Nadine emailed her report: "Sometime back in June, I was trying to repair a cracked ceramic art object with a highly concentrated glue contained in a small bottle. I don't remember the active ingredient in it, but I do remember on the label of this particular glue it stated that it could hold together just about anything from glass to porcelain and even cement. In my haste, I neglected to wear gloves while using it, and some of the excess glue dripped on my thumb. Within seconds I felt a very painful, burning sensation and was unable to wipe it off with cloth or kleenex. The glue was so sticky, nothing could remove it, everything stuck to it. I tried shaking it off to no avail, it had already penetrated. This chemical adhesive had burned through the top layer of my skin and the pain became unbearable. The first thing I did was call the Fire Burn Doctor because I remembered in the past that anything related to burn pains... they were always there to help. I told them my level of pain on a scale from one to ten was a 9 and could they please help to alleviate the unbearable pain. Within about 20 minutes, I noticed, the throbbing pain slowly reducing to a 7 and then a 5 and within a few hours, it became a 2-3.The next day, I looked at my finger and although there was still an indentation where the glue was, it was no longer bright pink and I had no more pain whatsoever. I have used Fire Burn Doctor in the past and have every confidence that whenever I am suffering from unexpected burn issues, I can call them anytime wherever I am and they will somehow, in their metaphysical, magical way (which I don't quite understand) give me much needed relief. In every case, I don't know what I would do without their intervention. THANK YOU to those people involved in this process of energy healing and for your care and compassion. [Nadine]

Matt burned his finger on the hot stove and texted his information to FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD tem called him back 3 minutes later, Matt said his pain had been 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and was now about 1.5, adding that he waited to call because it was less severe than a previous burn he'd called FBD about. But then, after 10 minutes of pain, he decided, "OK, let's do it anyway," and sent his text. About an hour later, Matt texted to say: "Update @9:10pm re stove burn… no pain at all (0 out of 10) on middle finger right hand now. I can type on a computer keyboard now. Is only a bit sensitive to touch. Expect no blister. Thanks!" A month and a half later, Matte emails his report: "This was my 2nd call to FBD. On June 6, 2013...I had a mild stove burn. Picked up a pan of boiling water and my finger slipped off the stove pad. Received mild burn (3 out of 10 pain level) on my middle finger. About 30 min after the initial burn, I called the fireburndoctor tel # and they said, "Why did you wait so long!!!? I gave the details and 2 hrs later, burn pain level went to 0 out of 10. Thanks!!!"

Rebecca burned her forearm with very hot steam from a boiling coffee pot and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Rebecca said her pain was 4-5 (on the scale of 0 to 10). About an hour after that, she left a voice message to say: "the burn is less than half what it was. The redness is half gone. It still stings a little. The pain was 4-5, now it's less than 2." When the FBD team called her back 5 min later, Rebecca said her pain was "1.5, a lot less than it was. The blistering is half gone. I noticed my body... the energy in the place was very different compared to a burn I had a couple years ago when the pain increased over time. Thank you very much.
Two weeks later, Rebecca emailed her report: "My left forearm (inside between elbow and wrist) was burned quite severely by a strong stream of steam coming out of a coffee pot. The burn was 4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide ... It was red and blistered in about 1/3 of the area nearest to my wrist ... the rest was red and stinged/burned and was extremely sensitive to touch. I called the burn doctor within 2 minutes of it happening. It took about 2 hours for half of it to be gone ... red free, but the area still stung about 1/4 of the original degree of pain. The blistering had gone down about half ... redness and swelling in the area still remained around the blister. In about 4 hours the stinging had stopped in 2/3 of the burned area & I was free of the redness, still sensitive to touch, but the stinging & burning sensation had stopped. The blistered area by the next morning was not quite as red, the blistered area had gone down by 3/4 of the way. It took 2 days for the blistered area to disappear totally along with the redness. The skin was itchy and a little wrinkly for about a week. Now there are no scars and there is new skin in the area where the blisters were."

On June 9, 2013, Larry burned his wrist on a hot pot as he was hanging it up and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 8 minutes later, Larry said his pain was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and was already down to 3-4. About 3 hours later, Larry left a voice message to say: "The pain level is down, to like a 0 to a 1. It seems to be healing. It’s blistering a little, but not too bad." A month later, on July 5, 2013, Larry burned his finger on the grill and called the FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 14 minutes later, Larry said his pain was 8-9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and was now down to a 7. When the FBD team called Larry 4 hours later, he said, "Everything seems OK. Zero pain in 3-4 hours. Sorry I didn't email. I'm typing it up now. I'll be traveling for an extended period of time. Can I call from anywhere in the world?" The FBD team replied, "Yes, absolutely." The next day, Larry emailed his report: "My experience with fire burn doctor has been phenomenal. I had two small burns in my hand and fingers and they seemed to heal fairly quick with different scarring than a regular burn. The blistering effect that you usually experience after a burn was not the same, the scarring was more flat as opposed to bubbly. Overall would recommend to anyone."

Alison burned her fingers on a hot grill vent and her friend called the FireBurnDoctor for her 15 minutes later. When the FBD team called right back right, Alison said her pain was 8-9. An hour later, Alison left a voice message to say: "My pain levels are down to a 6 or a 5. I continued on with my activities and that was continuing to grill. I noticed that as my hand got closer to the grill, the fingertips became a little more agitated, but, once again, that is calming down as well. I think this is working just fine." An hour after that, Alison left another voice message to say: "My pain level is from 1 to 0. There’s still a little pulsing. I’ve been involved in very fun conversation, and completely ignoring the fingertips. Things are working well. I am healing nicely."
The next evening, Alison emailed her report: "Last night (June 21, 2013) while tending to the grill (and not paying attention to what I was doing) I tried to close the vent on the lid.....without BBQ mits. Pain travels fast! Index, middle, ring finger and thumb got burned. My friend knew about FireBurnDoctor and placed the call. Another friend used his phone/camera to document my fingertips and sent it to FBD. My pain level was an 8 - 9. While my friend called, I had put ice wrapped in a wet paper towel on my fingers. The burning pain was intense without the ice! Within about 10 minutes the FireBurn Doctor called. He asked a few questions; told me to stop using the ice and go about my evening as if nothing had happened and call back in an hour. One hour later my pain was down to a 4. It would have been zero, but being a Reiki Practioner I'm use to sending energy to the area in pain and in doing so, unintentionally brought my thoughts to the burn I was to ignore! Was told to call back within 2 hours. Called back in 90 minutes and my pain was 1 - 0.....then after a few moments it was gone. No blisters. No discoloration or swelling. You would not know I had burned them a few hours before!!!
When I spoke with FBD during the first call back, I mentioned I live in pain and do my best to ignore it while I work on my overall healing (so I promised to ignore my fingers). Along with the treatment for the burn, I believe I received residual pain relief in my lower back and thus, down my left leg. Much gratitude and love to FireBurnDoctor. I will be sharing my story and making sure to spread the word! Btw...I've been taking guitar lessons and after practicing this evening my fingers are just fine. Now if my playing was! Sincerely, [Alison]"

Ursula burned her forearm on an oven at work and a co-worker called the FireBurnDoctor within 9 minutes. When the FBD team called them back about 5 minutes later, Ursula said her pain was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to a 6. About two hours later, Ursula called to say: "I would like you to know that it feels way better now, and I'd like to thank you very much. And my pain level right now is about zero! So thank you very much." When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Ursula said her pain had gone to zero about 30 minutes after the first FBD call-back.Ursula L., Washington, 6/26/13
Nine-year-old Nadia burned her hand when she touched a hot curling iron and her mom called the FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 3 minutes later, Nadia's mother said her pain was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and added that she had already applied aloe and "it looks like it's going to blister." Two hours later Nadia's mother called to say, "Her pain has subsided... and the blister that occurred from the moment the burn happened is still discolored, but it's very flat and does not hurt her much, so that is my update... Thank you." The FBD team called them back four minutes later and Nadia's mom said her pain was "at 1. Thank you."
Nadia G., Illinois, 6/28/13
Dana burned her pinky on the stove and called the FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, she said her pain level was 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when she first called and had already dropped to 4-5, adding it's "not that bad, not too bad". About one hours later, Dana called to say, "My finger is much, much better. I would say the pain is a 1-2. Thank you." When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Dana said it's "more like 1! It's better. Thank you , thank you." Then she said, "My first experience [with FBD more than a year ago] was an absolute miracle. It had blistered and was awful, and I was shocked how fast it disappeared to pink new skin during my plane flight to a business meeting where my hands are VERY important to the work."Dana C., Arizona, 6/29/13
Rod burned his finger on the stove and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called back about 5 minutes later, he said his pain had been a 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already 7.5. An hour later Rod called to say: "It seems to be better. There's a bit of pain. I would say maybe 3 and it seems like there was a bit of a blister, but it seems like it's going away. And it does have a different texture where the burn was." When the FBD team called back 3 minutes later, Rod said his pain was now at 2-2 1/2, and that the texture is smoother than it had been. About 4 hours later, Rod called again to report: "There is no pain at all right now, and the blister that was there has gone away. The texture of the skin is a little bit different. No pain whatsoever. Have a great day. " When the FBD team called him back, Rod said his pain had gone to 0 in 2 1/2 hours. He had taken a nap and the pain was gone before he took the nap. He again said there was no blister, but the texture of the skin had changed. It was now smoother and thicker skin.Rod S., British Columbia, Canada, 6/29/13
Nickie burned her thumb while making a hot water bottle and her dad called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 5 minutes later, Nickie said her pain was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10). About two hours later Nickie called to say: "The pain is gone now. (Her dad in the background asked, 'how is it from zero to 10?') It's gone, it's gone (Dad in background: 'Completely gone? Magic!) Yeah, thank you." When the FBD team called them back 2 minutes later, Nickie's father said, "It worked real well. Thank you very much.... Much appreciated."
One month later, Nickie then emailed her report: "My name is Nickie. I called you from Germany some time ago with a burn on my thumb. I'm sorry that it's taken so long to reply back with my experience. I burnt my thumb while filling in hot water in a hot water bottle. It hurt really bad so my dad told me about you and I called up. During the call the pain was still there, but after a while the pain left. Thanks very much for your help, it was greatly appreciated :) With kind regards, [Nickie]

Benjamin burned his arm on a weed trimmer and his wife called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, he said his pain had been a 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to 3-4, adding that it's settled down quite a bit already, thank you. About one hour later, Benjamin left a voice message to say: "The burn on my arm is pretty much gone. It's maybe a 1. It's to the point where I'm not really aware of it too much. It's on the underside of my arm, so from time to time I'll bump it and I'm aware of it. But it 's pretty amazing stuff, and it's a good thing you guys are doing, and I appreciate it a lot." Two hours later, Benjamin left another voice message to say: "All the pain's completely gone. It looks like maybe it's going to blister, but there's absolutely no pain at all. Pretty amazing stuff. I continue to be amazed. Continue with what you're doing and all the best to you."
Three hours later, Benjamin emailed his report: "I called with a burn to my right arm about 8:21 this morning. By 11:35 a.m., I called back and my pain level had gone down to 1 or less by then. I am fine now and have no pain. The only thing remaining is that the blister broke and I have an open wound that needs to heal but no pain at all. I sincerely appreciate what you are doing to help burn victims. [Benjamin]"

Flora burned her stomach while cooking and her boyfriend called called FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 12 minutes later, she said her pain had been a 3-4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when they first called and was already 1-2, adding that it was, "already much better, almost gone." Two hours later, Flora emailed her report: "Hey, I was supposed to call an hour ago, I am sorry. My pain was about 2 and I had a red spot about 2cm long and 1cm wide, when I talked to you earlier. Now I have completely no pain and there is no red spot anymore. Thank you very much. [Flora]."
Four days later, Flora sent a second email report: "On Friday the 5th of July, I was cooking cheese sauce. As
I wanted to taste, a little bit dripped on my stomach. It was immediately getting red, but it was only a small spot about one inch long and half an inch wide. So I hesitated with calling the Fireburndoctor. But finally I did because I heard already so many amazing stories about it and I wanted to know if it's true and how it feels. When I called the FBD, my pain level was about 3 to 4. After one or two hours, I do not even know exactly when the pain disappeared, the pain was entirely gone and there was no red spot anymore. Thank you so much. Even if it was only a small burn, but it worked. So I believe it will also work with any other burn. Thank you again, and it's awesome that you do that all for free."Flora K., Germany, 7/5/13
Ruth spilled boiling hot water over her hand and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, Ruth said her pain had been an 8 with ice (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was now a 6. About four hours later, Ruth called to say her pain level was still a 4, adding that it's definitely improved, but can't do dishes because it still feels inflamed. It turns out that when Ruth first gave her birth details, she gave the wrong spelling of her birth town, which she then confirmed. One day later, Ruth left a voice message to say, "My hand is much better. The only sensation I'm receiving now, when I'm washing dishes, I have sensitivity to hot.... I have no sensation other than trying to put it in hot soapy water."
Ruth W., Arizona, 7/12/13
Yvonne burned herself on a hot oven rack while baking bread and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Yvonne said her pain was a 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to a 2, adding that it's "already gone down so much. It's amazing! There was a blister forming; now it's stopped. Thank you so much. How do you pay for this? I've already used you so often. I'd love to learn how you do it." About an hour after that, Yvonne left a voice message to say: "It's great. There's a blister there that was forming before, and now it's just flattened back out again. The line is still there, but the pain is WAAAY down. When I think about it, it's a 1. Thank you so very much. And I'll go on the website, and write about it. Thank you, thank you. God bless you."
Five days later, Yvonne emailed her report: "Dear Doctor, I burnt myself on the stove, and after calling you the pain went down from a 6 to a 1 within an hour. Before i called you, a blister was starting to form, but after an hour it disappeared. Thank you so much for your help! [Yvonne]"
Yvonne B., Sweden, 7/16/13
Elicia burned her hand with boiling hot water making coffee and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes of the burn. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, she said the pain level had been a 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to zero, with no tingling at all! The next day, Elicia emailed her report: "I was boiling water for my coffee, and burned my hand between my thumb and index finger. My hand started to tingle and hurt just a little bit. In the range 1-10, my level was 5 to 6. I was not going to call, but my inner voice said I better call.... I did call and talked to the fire burn doctor! I gave my name, date of birth, and city and state I was born in and the time I burned myself. With in seconds the tingling stopped. To see the videos is one thing, but when it happened to me that's a different story! I showed my husband I had little dots. When I was talking and showing my husband, the little dots went away. I'm a true believer now!!!!!! I can testify this really works!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You so very much."

Twelve-year-old Tiffany burned her leg on a motorcycle muffler, and her mom called the FireBurnDoctor within 14 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 4 minutes later, Tiffany's pain level was 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to a 6. Two hours after that, the FBD team called Tiffany who said, "I feel really awesome! I don't feel any pain at all. Thank you!" Then her mom came on the phone to say, "I apologize for not calling back. She's pleased, doing really, really well. Thank you so much. Take care, good night. Blessings to you."Nine days later, Tiffany's mother emailed her report: "On Wednesday, July 17, my daughter Tiffany was excited to get a motorcycle ride with her grandpa before she and I flew back to our home in California the next day. She enjoyed a great ride until she got off the motorcycle and burned the back of her bare leg on one of the tailpipes. After attempting to soothe it with ice and a plant compound, I thankfully remembered Fireburndoctor! Indeed, it was easy to see that this was on its way to being quite a painful burn. A few minutes after the call, [Tiffany] asked if she could keep the ice pack on it. I let her know that we were told if we could go on with our activities with no special attention to the burn it would be helpful. About an hour and a half after the call, she had noticed that it was quite improved. Many in the household were surprised and intrigued with this new concept, Fireburndoctor. Clearly there should have been much blistering and pain with this kind of burn, but that was not the case. The next morning she gingerly poked it with her finger and was startled that there was no pain! Once again, thank you so very much, Fireburndoctor!"
Tiffany T., California, 7/17/13
Oscar burned his hand on an hot iron pan fresh out of the oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes commenting, "Looks like a pretty good burn that would stick with me for a couple weeks. Let's see what we can do here." When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Oscar said his pain was a 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to zero. At the end of that same call, Oscar remarked, "It just went down right now. It doesn't hurt, zero now. As soon as you asked that, it went down!"

Rita burned her forearm with a curling iron and texted her details to FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes. When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, she said her pain had been a 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already a 4. About an hour after that, Rita called back to say: "I'm calling back after an hour. I had burned myself with a curling iron. Pain was about a 5, then it felt like about a 4. Actually, it got a little worse, like a 6 right after I called. It was sort of throbbing. But then in about 15 minutes it went down to a 4. Now it is about a 1. So it's a little bit raw around the edges. But it does not look like it's going to blister at this point. I can feel it when I rub it against something. Otherwise it is not throbbing; it is not painful. And thank you, thank you, thank you. It was a really gross one... So thank you again." When the FBD team called her back 30 minutes later, Rita said it, "looks normal, pretty much zero except when I brush it against something, then I'm just aware of it. It's not painful. Actually, I just brushed it and it's OK now, no sensation. Thank you!"
The next morning, Rita emailed her report: "On Sunday July 21st 2013, I burnt my left inner forearm with a fully heated 450 degree curling wand, leaving a round red mark 1/2" in diameter. Though I have called the Fire Burn Doctor several times before, I didn't call immediately this time as the burn wasn't on my fingers or hand, which I need for my work. After about 15 minutes, however, the pain had zoomed to a five with the promise of increasing, and the burn had begun to throb. It also looked to be on the verge of developing a blister. I decided to text the Fire Burn Doctor as I have had amazing results previously. While waiting for the return call, it felt like the pain was going between a four and a five; after they called back the pain actually increased a little, to a six. Within 15 minutes the pain was back down to a four, and when I called them back forty-five minutes later it was at a one. The area still felt sensitive when I rubbed it against anything, but was no longer hurting. Within another two hours the pain was completely gone and I spent the rest of the day marveling over how that area, despite still having a red mark, felt completely normal, as if it had never been burnt.
This is probably the worst burn I have called them for and the pain was relieved as quickly and completely as the other times. As I type this, my watchband is rubbing the spot on my wrist where the burn was, and it feels totally normal and painless. Normally it would take a few days for the pain and throbbing to stop with this kind of burn, as anyone who has burnt themselves on a hair appliance knows. Thanks again to the Fire Burn Doctor team for the incredible work that they do!"
Rita M., Maine, 7/21/13
Angelica burned her fingers with very hot oil from a skillet and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back about 4 minutes later, she said her pain had been 7-8 with ice (on the scale of 0 to 10), and it had now dropped to 7 without ice. One hour later, Angelica left a voice message to say, "On the pain rating scale, I would say the pain has reduced to a 2, which is fabulous; as long as I don't touch anything abrasively with the area. So it's a 2 unless I touch it abrasively, then it goes up to a 3. The redness has been reduced to an area around the nail of the pinky finger and a little bit of the ring finger. Markedly improved. Thank you so much. Amazing. I fully expected to not sleep tonight." When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said, "maybe a 2, if I'm being still then it's zero. When touching it, it goes to 2. Amazing! Thank you. Like I said in the message. I fully expected to have difficulty sleeping and a couple days of extreme discomfort. Thank you."
Five days later, Angelica emailed her report: "I was in a hurry to get dinner on the table and carelessly let my hand slip into scalding hot oil while scooping vegetables into a skillet. I immediately put my hand under cold water and washed off the oil with dish soap. The moment I removed my hand from the cold water, the pain was excruciating and my fingers were red. I grabbed some ice from the refrigerator and searched my cell phone for the number I had saved after hearing an interview over the radio some time ago. I sent a text message to fireburndoctor. A few minutes passed and I noticed the pain had lessened ever so slightly. A few minutes later, I received a phone call from fireburndoctor. My information was confirmed and during the call, I noticed that the pain had lessened even a bit more. I was told to resume normal activity, monitor my hand and call back in an hour with an update. I immediately took my hand off of the ice and what had been unbearable 5 minutes earlier was now tolerable. A total of 10 minutes had lapsed since the burn and the pain was diminishing by the minute. After one hour, the only red remaining was around the base of my pinky-finger nail, and the pain was all but gone unless I brushed by hand across something rough. I went to bed and slept soundly. The next morning, I had completely forgotten about the burn. I had to ask myself if it had really happened. All traces were gone. There was nothing but normal, healthy skin. I have no doubt that without the fireburndoctor, I would have had blisters and been in pain for days. My experience was nothing short of amazing and I'm happily telling everyone about it! Thank you, very, very much! Sincerely, [Angelica)."

Natasha burned her fingers with hot grease while cooking and called the FireBurnDoctor within 12 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain had been 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 5 "in about a minute". One hour later, Natasha called to say, "it seems to be doing OK, it's a little red, hurts a little when I put it in water. But it looks pretty good, thank you." When the FBD team returned her call 3 minutes after that, she said her pain was now "probably 0, half of 1, Thank you!" She also asked, "How is this done? Is it intention?" We referred her to the "About" page on the website, to which she replied, "OK, thank you. I will look that up." (About FBD page)Natasha A., Kansas, 7/26/13
Trevor was working selling air-conditioning, when a jug of freon was kicked over and he received a freeze burn on his hand. He called FireBurnDoctor within 16 minutes. When the FBD team called him back about 3 minutes after that, he said his pain had been 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he called, but that it had already dropped to 4. One hour later Trevor called to say, "My burn pain is down to about a 1," adding that he was going to a wedding and reception and wouldn't be able to give further feedback for a while. The next afternoon, (21 hours later), Trevor left a voice message to say: "No pain! after about 20 hours. Some discoloration, but it looks like the skin is going to stay together. Thanks very much." Three days later, Trevor emailed his report: "No pain after 20 hrs, went from 8 to a 3 within 2 hours. Thank you.... The burn doc is a godsend."

Millie burned her thumb with a lighter and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called back 3 minutes later, she said her pain had been 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 7. One hour later, Millie left a voice message to say: "Hello... I called about an hour ago for the burn on my thumb. It's maybe a 4 now, so it's definitely going down now which is good. So thank you." Two hours later, Millie called again to say: "I have zero pain whatsoever in my thumb, so Yeah for that! Thank you, thank you, thank you very much." Five minutes later, the FBD team called her back and Millie said her pain was 0 a half hour after the last call back to her (which is 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time of the burn). The same day, Millie emailed her report: "I work with kids, and we were doing a project involving lighters and parachute cord. And I was helping the teens burn the cord for their bracelet. The plastic burned onto the lighter and then I touched it- the plastic immediately bonded to my finger, causing a blister and excruciating pain. When I called the burn doctor, the pain subsided- and then a couple of hours later all of my pain was gone! Thanks to the fire burn doctor for helping me! I greatly appreciate it! [Millie]"

FROM MY FAMILY AND I, THANK YOU!
Harry burned his finger while moving a log in the fireplace, and called the FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. When the FBD team called him back about an hour later, Harry said his pain level was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 3. When the FBD team finally reached him two days later, Harry said that the pain had been 1 an hour after the team first called him back, and down to 0.5 the following morning, "pretty much gone. Thank you." A month and a half later, Harry texted his report: "I'm again writing on behalf of The Fireburn Doctor Team. I called the fire burn team the other morning. On every occasion, I've been met with an immediate professional response and a thorough follow-up call. And every time I am amazed at the results. On one occasion, i called on behalf of my son who had stepped on a hot grill. He was walking barefoot, and the grill was so hot that I could hear his skin sizzle as he stepped down. Within 45 minutes of calling, he made a comment how his foot did not hurt anymore. Not only was the pain gone, he had no trace of a scar whatsoever. From my family and I, Thank you. Thanks for your past support. Happy Thanksgiving! [Harry]."
