Randy burned his wrist with a blast of steam from an egg poacher and called the FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, Randy said he had a "deep burn" with a pain level of 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), which had already dropped to a 5. Two hours later, Randy left a voice message to say: "Hi... I called in earlier for a steam burn to my wrist. When the burn initially occurred, there was initially very little pain. Within 5 minutes there was pain of a 7 or 8. I called you guys and the pain subsided ... within 2-3 minutes of my calling you.  It was down to about a 5 when I spoke with the return call that I got. The pain continued to subside for a while, then it began to go back up. And I had nerve damage pain across, underneath the skin, on the pad on the heal of my hand away from the thumb, up my wrist to about 3 inches above the burn and around the wrist to the back of my arm. That continued for about 7-8 minutes. It is now subsided completely. There is a small red patch on the surface of the skin where the original burn occurred. It is tender when not being touched, yet has a pain level of maybe .5 on the scale of 1 to 10. That is 5/10 of 1 point on the pain scale. When it's being touched, the pain rises to a low 1 on a scale of 1 to 10. The only thing I have done for the burn are call FireBurnDoctor and treat the surface of the skin with ultra small particle colloidal silver. I'm calling now to give you the information as you requested.... Thank you very much. I appreciate the work you do."

One hour later Randy emailed his report: "Sirs: On April 07, 2013, at about 12:20 mdt, while preparing poached eggs, I reached across an open "steam vent" with my left hand. I sustained a steam burn on the wrist, roughly 3/4 of an inch to the left of center. I immediately treated the surface with "small particle colloidal silver", which alleviates the problem with most minor burns. The severity and depth of the burn rapidly became apparent as the pain increased. At this time the pain was at about an 8 out of 10. I called Fire Burn Doctor, roughly 10 minutes after the initial occurrence  and provided the requisite information. Within 3 to 4 minutes the pain reduced to about a 5 on a scale of 10. Reduction of the pain was distinct, sharp and sudden, as opposed to gradual. The Fire Burn Doctor team called for verification about 5 minutes after my call to them. Over the next hour or two, my burn went through the (healing) transition associated with deep steam burns, including sub cutaneous nerve pain in the general and surrounding area, and intense touch sensitivity (burning sensation on the skin when touched but no sensation when not touched) culminating with a gradual return to normalcy. As of this moment, 2 hours after the event, I have no pain and a small red spot about 1/4 the size of a dime on my wrist. The small red patch has about the same sensitivity level as a mild sunburn."

Imogene burned all the fingers of her left hand with a curling iron. She called FireBurnDoctor 4 minutes later. When the FBD team called her back 11 minutes after that, she said her pain had "subsided quite a bit already, half what it was," 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), where it was 9 when she first called. The next morning, Imogene called again to say, "I'm so sorry I did not call you an hour later, but my nephew is leaving for military training, and the whole family came over. I'm letting you know everything is OK. It was so good that an hour later I did not even feel anything. So I appreciate your help. Thank you so much."

Four days later, Imogene emailed her report: "On 04-13-13 at around 12:30 pm, I picked up a hot curling iron that had been on all morning.  I burned all fingers -left hand except the thumb. Initial call was at around 12:40 or so & I left voice mail message with info.  Received call a few minutes later & by then the pain level was @ 5 on a pain scale of 1 to 10. By 2:30 pm the pain was completely gone & no sign of burn or pain. Thank you again. It is really a miracle how this works."

Imogene M., Idaho, 4/13/13   

13 year-old Ursala burned her hand with boiling water and her dad called  the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes.  When the FBD team called him back about 5 minutes after that, Ursala's father said her pain had been an 8 (on the scale of 0 to10), came down to 5 and now, she's "calmed down and stopped crying." About 12 hours later, Ursala's, her dad texted: "Hi. from NZ. You helped my daughter last night after burning her hand. She slept well and seems fine this morning. Pain scale about 1 or less. Thank you again, I'm really intrigued to know more of what and how you do this.... With thanks."

Just after that, Ursala's father emailed his report: "Our thirteen year old daughter was pouring out boiling water into a bottle when she slipped and poured it over her hand. It became red and inflamed immediately, so we put it under cold running water. As my daughter was crying, and her mother comforted her, I was trying to find the details of the fireburndoctor I had saved on my phone after hearing him on the Rense radio show. I sent a text message from New Zealand to him in the US, and within a minute or two he called back. [Ursala] calmed down quite quickly, her hand was still sore but the redness disappeared and she managed to get to sleep soon after. Caroline burned her finger when a burning cigarette fell through her fingers and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. About 2 hours later, Caroline called to say: "I'm calling back after an hour. My burn is much better. I'd probably rate it down at a 1 or 2.... You've done healings for me before, but this one was a whole lot harder. There were a couple periods where I kind of got lost in the memory of two incidents in my life where 2 or 3 year olds were badly, badly burned in my presence. And another one where my brother set me on fire. So it was harder to keep my mind off it. It was like opening up old wounds and airing them out. I want to thank you very much. Thank you."

Nine days later, Caroline emailed her report: "Dear FireBurnDoctor Team, First, please allow me to apologize for not sending this account of my experience to you earlier but my computer crashed and I changed my ISP and telephone number. Changing my e-mail account was problematic to say the least, and accounts for my delay in getting this off to you. I telephoned you on Sunday morning, April 14th, after burning my index finger and second finger as a cigarette slid through my hand. My tobacco habituation is my self inflicted nonsense, but the incident was likely related to a muscle relaxer that my physician prescribed after an injury. It was the third time I have telephoned since I heard of your remarkable burn intervention and I continue to be amazed.

This time it was not the same immediate response that I had on previous occasions, and I am only adding it here as it may be of interest to your team. A relative of mine had recently passed over and he was the last of my parent's generation. I had been immersed in thoughts of the past, images of people and places long gone were very vivid to me in the days proceeding the burn. To explain my reaction to my burn and your intercession to myself, I finally came to the conclusion that I was using portions of my mind generally not accessible to me. After I telephoned you, the pain immediately lessened and had almost entirely disappeared. I was immediately relieved, but rather than engage my thoughts in some distraction, I began to recall a horrific burn my younger brother had suffered when he was about 2 years old and I was a few years older. Suddenly the pain of my current burn went from a one on your scale to a ten and I was completely startled. I cannot actually recall if the pain was localized or generalized but it was definitely off the scale for perhaps thirty seconds to a minute and then disappeared. It has crossed my mind numerous times how different his life would have been were you on the scene at that time. He suffered horribly and the scarring had a definite deleterious effect on him throughout his life.  For me, the incident provided an opportunity for a psychic or emotional healing of sorts as I realized my response to injuries was formed in those early years and it had become a habit to suffer in silence, experience shame, or hide injuries to avoid my mother's gruff response, "Good for you." or "It serves your right."

I want to thank you again for your intercession. And, once again, I shared my experience with several people who I believe took it seriously and promised me that they would look at the video posted on your site and added it to their cell phones.  I think the video you posted of the gentleman at work experiencing your amazing intervention says more to convince a man to try your services than anything I could ever say to persuade them. Wendy burned her hand by grabbing a hot pan off the stove and called FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes later, she said her pain had been 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to a 2 with ice. About an hour later, Wendy called to say: "Pain level is about 1, and it goes away sometimes and comes back at about 1. So it feels better. I appreciate your help! Thank you."

Twelve days later, Wendy emailed her report: "dear fireburn doctor, I called for your assistance a few weeks ago. I had picked up a baking pan from the stove surface not realizing the element had been accidentally turned on.  the injury sustained was a surface burn of my distal right index finger.  there was no break in the skin but I thought it had the chance of blistering, so I wrapped my hand around a glass that had ice in it and within 3 minutes I phoned fireburn doctor. i immediately had my call returned, answered the questions and followed your instructions to go about my usual activities. The pain immediately after injury was level 5.  after an hour the pain seemed to be almost gone at less than level 1.  during this hour, I did occasionally wrap my fingers around the glass with ice when I felt a little burning.  (I had taken a bath in the meantime and the warm water had brought the pain level back to 5.) Late that evening I had no pain and no visible signs of the burn. thank you for your help.  I appreciate your work.

Harriet burned her foot on hot coals and called the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain had been 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to a 2, adding it, "Cracks me up, last time I called, the pain started going down right after I called also. Thank you so much." The next evening, Harriet called the next evening to report: "I called yesterday with a burn and forgot to call back earlier. But I'm fine. Pain level I would say is zero, .2. The burn is still visible, but it feels perfect.  Thank you so much." When the FBD team called her back a few minutes later, Harriet said she knows that burns usually get worse and how appreciative she is. She tells others about FBD and now with more experience, she can speak with more credibility and emphasis.

Three days later, Harriet emailed her report: "I thank you, once again, for helping with the rapid healing of a burn.  On 4/16/13, I had to call the Fire Burn Doctor for help.  That was the second incident that I have reported to you. On Tues. the 16th, I slipped off of a rock (when my flip flop broke) and my right foot landed in a pile of hot coals.  Due to the circumstances, I was unable to make the call to you until about 20 minutes after I sustained the injuries. They were limited to redness of the skin on the ball of my foot, more severe burns on the three outer toes and a large blister on one of the toes.  By the time that I phoned, I was experiencing a significant amount of discomfort.  One hour later, most of the burned area, although still a bit red, was pain free.  The large blister on the one toe remained but felt marginally better. By Thursday, April 18, all evidence of the burns (apart from the blister) was gone.  The blistered area was totally pain free and was actually, just an area of dead skin that had not yet been shed. I can't thank you enough for your help.  Twice you have made injuries that would have otherwise been very painful for an extended period of time, events that were very tolerable and lasted less than one hour. I will be sure to spread the word. Cindy burned her fingers with hot steam from a kettle and called the FireBurnDoctor about 10 minutes later. When the FBD team called her back 2 minutes after that, Cindy said her pain had been 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and was already dropping. She said that she was babysitting at her sister's house, was unclogging a drain with boiling water from a kettle, and the steam hit her hand. She found FBD with by searching the internet for "steam burn from kettle." When the FBD team called about 3 hours later, Cindy said she was, "doing alright. I wasn't thinking about it and the pain was down to about a 2, but it went back up now to 4-5; yes, I'm trying to forget about it. The ring finger is a little red, but it's the pinky that really hurts. I'll give feedback in the morning."

The next morning, Cindy emailed her report to the FBD team: "I called them shortly after I steam burned my pinky and ring finger of my right hand.  On a score of 1 to 10 my pain was a 7 - 8. I was told to go about my regular day and keep myself busy and not think about it. And call back in an hour.  It is hard to keep busy when you hurt, but I gave it my best shot.  I called back in an hour and pain was down a bit. They advised me just to keep busy and not do anything to the fingers. They called me back later that night to see how I was doing.  Believe it or not, keeping busy does make the pain seem less. They asked me to call in the morning and advise on the fingers.  They do not hurt, but I have a nasty blister on the pinky finger.  They said if it does not interfere with activities just let nature take it's course.

Carl got a chemical burn on his arm when the air bag in his car deployed in an accident and called the FireBurnDoctor an hour later. Fourteen year-old Dana burned her fingers while cooking and her uncle called FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. The FBD team called back several times, but didn't get any response until the grandmother answered the phone about two hours later. She said Dana had touched an oven rack, had a blister on her finger, and had now gone home. The FBD team called about 30 minutes later and talked to Dana's mother who said there's no pain, no pain at all, adding, "there's still a blister on the finger and it doesn't hurt? Wow, she's kind of forgotten about it." Dana's mother then handed the phone to Andy, the uncle, who said Dana now has zero pain, but the pain level had been a 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) when he made the call to FBD. Dana's mother then got back on the phone to say, "Kinda blows my mind. I want to ask how its done, but I'm not sure I want to know." The FBD team referred her to the 'About' page on the FireBurnDoctor.com website, to which she said, "Thank you very much. My brother has used you multiple times and swears by it. I now have the number in my phone because of him.  I've never needed to call for myself, knock on wood."

Donny burned his thumb at work on the hot light bulb of a slide projector and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called him back about 5 minutes later, Donny said his pain had been 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and was already dropping to 7, adding that he had prior experience with FBD, including twice with his daughter. An hour or so later, the FBD team again called Donny, who said his pain was 2-3. The FBD team advised him to forget about it and call in another hour. An hour and 7 minutes later, Donny left a voice message to say: "I really have almost no pain. On the tip of my thumb, it looks like I can see a blister. And it feels hard. Feels like it's definitely burned. But the pain is like a 1, or maybe just 0.5. It really doesn't bother me anymore. So I'm kind of curious what's going to happen next. When I called in the past for my daughter, she was only 3, so I couldn't really question her about this. I just know it worked because she stopped crying and there was no mark. But I've got a mark, and zero to .5 pain level." When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, Donny said, "Thank you so much. Does it help for the person to believe it will work?" The FBD team replied, "No, belief doesn't matter, go to the 'About' page on the FBD website. What matters is the forgetting, distracting yourself so new program can set in." Donny asked, "So it's good to be at work?" The FBD team replied, "Yes, absolutely, to be distracted by anything, being on the internet, watching a movie, talking with a friend, going for a walk, getting on with the day."... or just go to sleep like most of the babies do after FBD takes care of them!

Ten-year-old Linda burned her finger on the stove and her father called the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When he asked Linda, "Does it hurt?," she replied, "not at all." They said it only took 20 minutes for the pain to go from 8 to zero after they called FBD. Three days later, Linda's father emailed his report: "My 10 yr old daughter burned her finger while making a grilled-cheese sandwich. She had a 2nd degree burn. I called the Fire Burn Doctor and gave him the information. Within minutes the pain had subsided completely. This is our 2nd time using Fire Burn Doctor - because it works."

I consolidated the 2 pots into 1 and kept cooking it without turning off the other burner. It is a glass top stove and you can't see that it's on. I placed the stainless steel lid on the burner upside down and let it cook there for probably 30 minutes and then grabbed it on accident. I took it all the way to the pot and placed it there. WOW !!! What a burn. I placed the Fire burn doctor call and gave the details of my burn. I started working on it myself in order to heal it and waited for the call back. By the time the call came the pain was down to a 1-2 from a seven in only 3 minutes. I followed the instructions given to me and called back in 1 hour to report the pain at a 1. Peter burned his fingers on the lid of an extremely hot casserole dish and his girlfriend called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called them back 5 minutes later, Peter said his pain was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and it was throbbing, adding that the pain "slightly down" from when they initially called. One and a half hours later, Peter's girlfriend left a voice message to say, "He's much better. Only a slight tingle on one of the fingers, on the end. He says the pain's gone, and so is the throbbing. Thank you so much. So it's gone from all that pain to just a tingle at the end of one finger. Thank you very much indeed. Thanks for the work you do." When the FBD team called them back 4 minutes later, Peter said the pain was gone except for level 1 on the tip of one finger, adding, "It made a difference right away," while his girlfriend said, "We really appreciate what you do. Brilliant!" The next morning, Peter called with final feedback: "All very good, slight little mark in one place, doesn't hurt. Slight sensitivity in one little place. Very good of course for a bad burn. What was weird, going to bed put the hand in a different position. And there was deep throbbing pain for a minute or two as blood redistributed, then disappeared."

That afternoon, Peter emailed his report: "Dear Fire Burn Doc, Last night my partner took a casserole out of the oven that had been baking at about 225 degrees. She put the lid on a glass mat next to the stove.  I was washing dishes, and without thinking went to pick up the glass lid by its metal knob.  I screamed in agony.   I put my hand under the cold tap.  My partner said that she must call a number, I thought she was crazy.  My hand was hurting and throbbing, it was my thumb and index and middle finger that were affected.  My partner found the number and made the call.  However, once she was connected I seemed to calm down and the throbs reduced.  [FBD team] took my particulars and then asked what my pain level was on a scale of 1 to 10.  I said 7.  I could tell the pain was reducing. We rang back after about an hour.  I told him that the pain had virtually gone, there was just a bit of tingling in my middle finger, at the top, near the nail. I went to bed.  Strangely, when I lay down there was a sharp pain for a minute or two, but it stopped and I went to sleep. Today my hands felt normal, just a slight sensitivity at the top of the middle finger when my finger got wet. Truly a miracle, thank you."

Ingrid burned her hand on the pilot light of her furnace and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, Ingrid said her pain was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), "down slightly" from a 9 when she first called. Two weeks later, Ingrid emailed her report: "Hello, good people--I just want to state for the record that on Monday, April 29, 12:30 pm, I burnt my right hand lighting a gas pilot light in my furnace. I immediately called the phone number on the fireburndoctor's website. By 3:00 pm I was able to witness the healing that was taking place in real time and by 6:00 pm I was washing dishes.  (I followed the instructions I received on the phone and got on with my day and ignored the pain, which diminished rapidly.)  I am so grateful for the beautiful work that the fireburndoctor team does."

Four hours later, Alice left a message to say, "I just wanted to report, that I attended a class today and it's almost noon. It happened this morning around 7. And I totally forgot about it. It's lunchtime and it doesn't hurt AT ALL! Thank you very much. Bye." The FBD team called right back to ask how long it took for the pain to go to zero. Alice said, "I haven't noticed it for several hours. I was in class so wasn't thinking about it. Don't know when it went to 0. My husband says it was purplish. Now its pink, so it even looks better! That's really great! Thank you so much."               

Two months later, Alice emailed her report: "Saturday May 4th  2013, my husband and I got up early (6:30AM or so) to go to a class in another town by 8AM.  After showering, drying, dressing, and then blow-drying my hair, I was curling my hair and accidentally touched the (really hot!) curling iron to my neck and burned the skin. The burn was about 1-inch long by 1/8 of an inch wide. I completed my get-ready activities, mentioned to my husband I had burned my neck, and he reminded me I ought to call the fireburndoctor!  I looked up the phone number and then we piled into the car.  On the way I dialed the number for the fireburndoctor, trying to remember all the information they need and ended up leaving two messages. So, between the time I burned my neck and the time I called the fireburndoctor, was about 15-25 minutes. Later, the fireburndoctor representative called me back and asked how my burn was. It was still sore at the time.

As burns go it wasn’t too bad, but I’d burned myself identically to this one a couple of months earlier. That time it was super-sensitive all day, blistered up, the top skin came off, and when I took a hot shower at night it hurt like heck. This time by noon there was no pain and I’d completely forgotten about it! It did not blister up and healed really quickly. Of course, since then it has healed completely.  I am very happy and really appreciate the fire burn doctor’s help!!!  THANK YOU!!"

I can touch it. I can run. It's perfectly OK. I can still feel it. There's a bit of redness. But not blistered like the way it was. It's a lot better. Thank you very much. It's a wonderful service that you're doing! Thank you so much."

Vince burned his finger with a hot glue gun and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. One hour later, Vince left a message to say: "It seems I've got some tingling in my hand! I don't know if it's working, but it's A LOT BETTER NOW! Thanks a lot." When the FBD team called him right back, Vince said his pain was "between 0 and 1, 0.5." Two days later, Vince emailed his report: "I was burned on the tender inside of two fingers with a hot melt glue gun. I immediately called the Burn Doctor. He called back right away to start the healing process. It wasn't a serious burn and the pain already subsided. However, forty minutes later, I felt a warm tingling sensation in my hand with no pain at all. I have two blisters remaining and no pain. Thank you Burn Doctor."

Hilary burned both hands with very hot glue from a glue gun and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, Hilary said her pain was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to an 8. An hour later, Hilary left a message to say: "The pain is at a level 4-5. I know to carry on with the regular day. So thank you so much... Thank you." Seven hours after that, the FBD team called for feedback and Hilary said she was doing "good, virtually no pain unless I think about it, which I know I'm not supposed to do. Yes, zero pain."

The next morning, Hilary emailed her report: "I was working on a craft project for one of my girlfriend's weddings. We were using the hot glue gun to glue shells - and the shell slipped out of my hand and landed on my fingers, frantically I tried to pull the shell and then that created many glue strings which landed on all of my fingers. So I burnt all 8 of my fingers which started to blister. I called the burn doctor because my pain level was at a 10. I could only stand with my fingers under the water. I called the burn doctor and the pain reduced to 8. Then slowly my pain had decreased. I don't know how I could have functioned with all of my fingers being burnt without the burn doctor! I now have no pain in my fingers at all! Thank you!"
