"Amazing! I'm so stoked right now! Thank you so much...."
Ursula burned herself when hot soup spilled onto her hand and called the FireBurnDoctor within minutes. When the FBD team called her back 7 minutes later, she said her pain before her call was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 5. About two hours later, Ursula called to say, "So I'm calling to update my level of pain. It is now a 3.... Thank you so much." When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she added. "Amazing! I'm so stoked right now! Thank you so much.... I'm totally doing other things, playing darts, computer games. I can still see the visual of it. It's on my hand. I can't ignore it when I'm seeing it in my activities, but the pain is out of mind.... I believe in what you guys are doing. I believe in these kinds of things, things done with love."

"Would I recognize anything being done? Would I feel anything as the bio-matrix hacking is happening?"
Alfred burned his finger on hot metal while welding and called the FireBurnDoctor 27 minutes later, saying "it's just a small burn, actually, I was welding and I slipped and touched the weld. Very hot, but very small. It's in an inconvenient place on my finger and I need to perform on my electric guitar on Saturday so that's why I'm ringing you." When the FBD team called him back 7 minutes later, Alfred said his pain before his call was 3-4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 2-2.5. He added that it had started to blister up, then asked, "Would I recognize anything being done? Would I feel anything as the bio-matrix hacking is happening?" The FBD team member pointed him to the FireBurnDoctor.com website and the many testimonials of what people have already experienced and reported. About 3 hours later, Alfred called back to say, "Thank you very much. My finger is almost pain free. It's still a little tender to the touch, but the blister has gone down, and the swelling is disappeared as well. And apart from a headache, I don't know if that's connected, I'm fine. Thank you very, very much. I will continue to publicize you."
A few minutes after that, Alfred emailed his report: "Dear Doctor Watson. Thank you very much. This is the third time I have called FBD and every time has been a success. Today, I was welding and I tripped and burned my finger on the work. I didn't think much at the time but the burn started to hurt a few minutes after I had finished the welding. A blister had started to form by the time I called, but it is subsiding now and the pain is reduced to about 0.5, i.e. tender to the touch. Once again, Thank you very much."

"Sorry to keep you busy..." (twice in one day!)
Alfred burned his hand on a sauce pan handle and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called him back about 5 minutes later, he said his pain before his call was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10). He also elaboratd that he was burned on a metal sauce pan handle on which flame had been playing, so VERY hot. About two hours later, the FBD team called Alfred, who said he was doing a lot better. "The skin is still shiny. There's pain near heat, like putting my hand near flame. It goes to 1 from .5 (point 5). It's leathery, thick skin but I can straighten the finger now. I'm telling everybody I know, FaceBook, radio. Sorry to keep you busy. You do a wonderful thing. God bless you."
The next morning Alfred emailed his report: "Dear Dr Watson... not content with burning my left hand fingers in one day with welding mishap, I go on to burn my right index finger with a hot saucepan handle later in the evening. The skin was seared and it was painful at first. After calling you (immediately) the pain reduced to a mild discomfort, and that was not the burn pain, but the seared skin was pulling... today, what would normally be an inch-long blister is just some shiny skin. Thank you once again!"

"This is unbelievable according to the beliefs of the world!"
April burned her fingers on an iron skillet and called the FireBurnDoctor a day later, explaining that, "This is not an emergency and you don't need to call me back. I just want to tell you what I did a little while ago. I burned myself again! on that same iron skillet. Two fingers this time -- it was mild, but I pretended to call you. I gave all the information as if I was talking to you, as I am now. and then I waited a little bit. And then I pretended that you were calling me back, and I gave you all the information as if I was talking to you. And then I forgot about it! And the burn did seem to get better. Then the next day, I had to laugh because, of course, it was totally healed. So I just thought that was so incredible, and I wanted to tell you what I did. I already wrote it up. I don't know if you even want that documentation because I used you in a different way than most people do. But if it was something really serious, I wouldn't pretend. It's just that I felt a little goofy, because I'd just used you. I just wanted to try it and see if it would work. So I just thank you for doing what you're doing and holding the vortex that you are holding. And giving me a new identity and a new relationship with the cellular structure and the ability of my body to heal. Ok, you don't need to call me back. Bye."
Just after making that call, April emailed her report: Dear Alison and TFBDoctor... You know me. I have witnessed for the wonderful benefits I and others have gained through calling TFBD. Now I want to tell you of something quite extraordinary.... A day or so after my last radio show testimony... and several weeks after an instant healing on a finger that was burned on an iron skillet (again!) as I reached for a fried potato while watching TV. Darn if I didn't burn two fingers again...on that same skillet! The burn wasn't bad. I already felt a bit embarassed at having to call in so soon after the last burn. I already "believe" in TFBD... so I tried an experiment. The burn was mild to begin with... but it had affected sensations of skin and nerves. I knew the number, so I went over to the phone and pretended to call the number, just grazing my finger over the number without actually punching it in. Then I gave all the requisite info., name, date of birth, place of birth... and I think the place I was burned and the time of the burn. I waited for a little while and pretended that I was getting a call from the headquarters as always. I said, "oh, on a scale of 1 to 10, it's a four. It's my two fingers mid and ring on my right hand; but it is hardly hurting anymore. And I gave all the date name, dob, etc... again. I felt my skin, and it felt less crinkly. Then I forgot about it. The next day I laughed when I finally remembered what I had done because, of course, there was no sign of the burn.Thank y'all so much.... This is unbelievable according to the beliefs of this world. Every time I use TFBD it becomes less and less influenced by the limitations THEY would have me believe and more aware of my true inheritance. Texas Kisses and Hugs. [April]"

"Today I can barely see a mark, just a tiny spot where the blister was yesterday."
Tilda burned her finger on a hot plate on the stove and called the FireBurnDoctor about twenty minutes later. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain before her call was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 3 without ice. She said she waited so long to call because she didn't remember she had the FBD number until her finger started to blister. About an hour or so later, Tilda called to say, "It's much better. It's a zero, except when I was washing dishes. So hot water was making it hurt. But other than that, I'm not noticing any pain. So thank you for that."
The next morning Tilda emailed her report: "Hi. Yesterday morning I burned my ring finger on my left hand on a hot plate that had been sitting on a burner I thought I had turned off. I forgot I had your phone number in my phone until a bit later, so I first put my fingers in a bowl of water with ice cubes as that was the only thing that took the pain away. I had just cooked breakfast for family so I ate like this, dipping my finger into the bowl until the throbbing stopped. When I started to see a small blister forming on my finger I remembered I had your contract info and called. The pain subsided considerably right away, except for while washing dishes. The hot water still hurt it so I avoided hot water for the time being, but did everything else normally for the rest of the day. Today I can barely see a mark, just a tiny spot where the blister was yesterday. There is no pain to the touch. Thank you for the healing. I will continue to share your hotline with others... and if I need it again, I will probably remember to call sooner! "

""It's gone, gone!'... now there is no trace anything occurred."
Two and a half year old Leonard lost his balance and burned his hand on a hot stove burner to keep from falling. One minute later, his grandmother called the FireBurnDoctor for help. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, she said Leonard's pain before the call was a 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 2-3. She also said that in the initial burn, Leonard didn't cry; he was "stunned and it didn't take any skin off." She added that his pain level was already almost down to a 1. "You wouldn't know he'd been burned. Thank you so much."
About 14 hours later, Leonard's grandmother emailed her report: "I am so sorry not to have emailed back in an hour -- should have called instead. On August 20, 2012, at 1:27 pm, my 2 1/2 year old grandson grabbed the iron burner on the stove just after we finished cooking an egg. His left hand - palm and thumb area were affected. You could see the shock on his face when he felt the pain and did not start crying - but was visibly upset. He was holding his hand and talking about it to his mother - again not crying, but his face is contorted with pain and his focus was on the hand. I called Fireburndoctor right away and left the message. The return call came less than 5 minutes later and my grandson's pain had already diminished. His face was not contorted with pain, and he was not paying attention to his hand. Later when I asked which hand was hurt earlier, it took him a minute to remember which hand it was. When he finally held up the left hand, he said, "It's gone, gone." There was a slight redness on the palm of his hand where he burned himself. I took pictures, but he was not cooperative at the time, and nothing came out. Now there is no trace anything occurred. Thank you again very much."

"Was it the ice or the call?" !!!
Frank burned his hand when he grabbed a hot iron and his wife called FireBurnDoctor within a minute. When the FBD team called back 2 minutes later, she said his pain before her call was 6-7 (on the scale of 0 to 10). Just one hour later, Frank called to say: “Hi. I called just over an hour ago. Following up, and, I have no pain! The pain has kind of disappeared. So thank you." The next day, Frank emailed his report: "Yesterday morning I reached out and grabbed the hot end of a clothes iron. I, obviously, didn't realize it was on and burned my right hand. In pain I grabbed some ice. My wife called your number. Even though I was skeptical, I gave my info on the phone. Within an hour, the pain was gone. Was it the ice or the call? I'm not sure. All I know is that the pain disappeared, and there's barely a trace of any burn. Thank you very much."

"Not sure if it would have happened by itself or if it was the BurnDoctor magic." :)
Ron burned his hand and fingers touching the bottom of the glass quart-cup of liquid he had just heated up on the stove and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, he said his pain before he called was a 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 0.5, adding, “It’s basically zero now, there's a small area that's sensitive to the touch, wrinkled skin on the fingertips. Thanks for your service." An hour and a half later to say, “I'm just following up on a call made about an hour and a half ago. So the pain level is basically zero. Really, only one small area is sensitive to touch. If I press on it, it might hurt a little, the tip of my small finger. Little bit of wrinkled skin on the fingertips. But other than that, essentially no pain. Yeah, not sure if it would have happened by itself or if it was the BurnDoctor magic. I would assume that the BurnDoctor did something, so thanks for your service.”
Then Ron emailed his report: "On August 26 at about 1:55 PM PST, I burned the upper part of the palm and the tips of four fingers on my left hand by touching the bottom of a one quart Pyrex measuring cup containing a liquid which I warmed on a stove. I actually heard a quiet sizzle when I touched the measuring cup and experienced pain in the burned area immediately, but curiously, the pain was not extreme, and I rate the severity of it as a 3 on the scale from 1-10. I wasn't sure if I should take the time of the volunteers at the Burn Doctor by calling about my burn because I was not in severe pain, but I decided to call after a couple of minutes, mainly to experience the effect of the technique used by the Burn Doctor group. I received a call within a few minutes after leaving a message at the Burn Doctor number and verified the information that I left in my message and gave some additional information. I then went on doing what I intended to do before I burned my hand and found that my fingers swelled a bit, but the pain in my hand diminished to a point where the burned area was only painful to the touch within about an hour. I then left another message at the Burn Doctor number giving the status of my burn and shortly after got a call back from the same person who called me back after my initial message.
Thanks for the great service that you provide."Ron R., Michigan, 8/26/12
"We didn't even have to tell mommy when she got home because it was like nothing ever happened"!
When 8-month-old baby Elena burned her foot with spilled candle wax, her dad called FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, he said her pain before his call was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 4, adding, "she's doing fine now. We gave her a popsicle, and put ice on it right away and that calmed her down a little." About 4 hours later, the FBD team called Elena’s dad for feedback, when he said, "She took a nap, and is doing fine, and the redness disappeared. Thank you."
Two days later, Elena's father emailed his report: “I called you Sunday. My daughter picked up a burning mosquito candle and it was so hot, she poured the wax out of the candle onto her right foot. Of course she started screaming, and when I saw what she had done I put it in the sink and ran cold water over it. Then I remembered listening to a show called "Darkness on the edge of town" or "Darkness radio" where someone from your team was a guest, and although I was skeptical I jotted the number down. So I got it and called while peeling candle wax off her foot. When I called, her foot was real red and she couldn't even walk on it. Well we put ice on it for about 15 minutes and after that she didn't even notice it, but it was still a little red. But after 30 minutes, everything was gone -- her pain, the redness -- everything. I was surprised. It really worked. The best thing is that we didn't even have to tell mommy when she got home because it was like nothing ever happened. I thank you for you and your team’s work I will post on facebook about your work and tell everyone. I hope I don't have to call you again, but at least I know you’re there.”

Waited to call until "the pain was at six and rising with a blister starting to form" !
Charlie burned his fingers on a soldering iron and texted FireBurnDoctor 45 minutes later. When the FBD team called him back 2 minutes later, he said his pain before his call was 5-6 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 5, adding that he waited to call because the pain built up slowly. About an hour and a half after that, Charlie called to say, “Yes, this is [Charlie]. I'm just calling back about my burn. The pain has gone down from a 5-6 to about a 3. If I press on it, it hurts a little more. But for the most part, it's better than it was. So I thank you very much."
The next day, Charlie emailed his report: "I grabbed the barrel of a soldering iron, burning my thumb and index finger. It hurt pretty bad for a few minutes, maybe a five on the pain scale, then eased up to about a two. Stupidly, I thought I'd be alright without calling the Fireburn Doctor, but after another half hour the pain was at six and rising with a blister starting to form. I texted the Doctor about forty-five minutes after the burn occurred, and after talking to him, I went about my day trying to think about it as little as possible. After an hour, the pain had dropped to about a three and was completely gone within three hours. The only evidence left of the burn is a small white patch under the skin where the blister started to form. Thank you Fireburn Doctor!”

"How do you thank someone for this? And it's free!"
Adele burned her bare foot when hot grease splattered on it and texted FireBurnDoctor within 13 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, she said her pain before her text was 8-9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 7-8. Twelve days later, Adele called to say, “I received a call from you'all... I'm sure probably to check up, because I had called you last week about a burn I had, which, this is absolutely remarkable. So if you could give me a call back… Thanks so much." When the FBD team called her back Adele asked, “How does this work? Is there any way to be trained in this? When I had called in, grease splattered to the top of my foot. Within 20-30 minutes, it wasn't hurting at all. The only thing now is a slight mark. No blisters, and I put my shoe on (to go shopping) right over the burned area, and I didn't even think about it til much later, realizing – ‘Wow, that's right over the burn, and I don't feel it!’ The very next day, I got another burn on my arm, but I didn't call in because I was embarrassed, thinking ‘they'll think me a klutz.’ But that burn blistered even though it was half the burn. How do you thank someone for this? And it's free! The way health care is going, my gosh, there's so much good this could do! I know this is just going by word of mouth, but it's just incredible that this hasn't gotten out more than it has."

"My body has never healed so quickly...."
Sheila burned her fingers while cooking and her husband called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FBD team called them back 3 minutes later, Sheila said her pain before their call was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 4 and was subsiding. About an hour and a half after that, Sheila called to say, “Hi, … I called you guys a little over an hour ago, and you said to call back with progress. Literally, right now, it only hurts if I press on it. So it does feel better. And it's only a 1 if I press on it, so it's not ridiculous. And it looks like there's a little bit of blistering coming up, but not much. Thank you. That's it."
Two weeks later, Sheila emailed her report: “Hi. This is [Sheila] from Florida. I apologize for the delay in getting this to you but here's my story: On August 30, 2012, while cooking dinner, I burned the thumb and middle finger on my left hand. After contacting the burn healing number and leaving a message with my information (all within a matter of 5 minutes), I promptly received a call back from one of the staff members. He asked a few follow-up questions and advised me to go about my evening as normal. At the time the burn occurred, my pain level was at a 7 but then quickly diminished to a 3 and then a 0 within minutes of contacting the burn healing number. I also observed that the burn marks on my thumb and middle finger changed from bright red to non-existent by the following morning. I have burned myself in the past and my body has never healed so quickly and I attribute this solely to contacting the burn healing number. You guys do great work! Thank you for all your help and please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Best Regards, [Sheila]”

"I have no pain and no marks on my fingers! Thank you!"
Anna burned her fingers while cooking and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 11 minutes. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, she had a pain level of 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10). About 15 minutes later, Anna called to say: “I was steaming tamales, I opened it and my fingers got a lot of the steam. So probably it's right now, the pain of about 4. Thank you." The next day, Anna called to say: "Hello, This is [Anna] and I'm doing fine. I have no pain and no marks on my fingers! Thank you!”

"When we said thank you and goodbye, my pain was zero. I was shocked!"
Eleven-year-old Millie burned her hand with hot water when cooking and her mom called the FireBurnDoctor within a few minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, the mother said [Millie's] pain before her call was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already dropping, adding that she had called FBD before for her mother-in-law with great results. At the end of talking to the FBD team member, Millie was telling her mom that "it's really weird, it's starting to feel better. Thank you.” And before hanging up, Millie said her pain was a 1. About one hour later, Millie's mother called to say, "Yes, [Millie's] pain level is zero. Thank you very much. Thank you."
Five days later, Millie's mom emailed to say, “Dear Fireburn Dr., Thank you for another miracle." Then two days after that, Millie's mother emailed their reports: On Sunday, September 2 at 5:14 p.m., my 11 year old daughter was boiling eggs for dinner. As we were draining the boiling water, she burned her index finger of her right hand with the water. We called within a few minutes and her pain level was on a scale from 1-10 between 8 or 10. When we received the call back she said her pain level was a 1. After we finished the call she said her level was 0. Thanks again."
Added to her mother's email was Millie's own testimony: “Dear Fireburn Dr., Thank you so much. On the day of my burn I was making dinner. It may sound a little weird that an 11 year old was making dinner but it's true. I was boiling hot water for deviled eggs for dinner when my mom said 'bring it over here'. It was a bit heavy at first, but I knew I could handle it. Then, I got over the sink and bam, hot water flung out on to my index finger. I dropped the pan knowing that probably the eggs shattered. I dropped to the ground in pain and crying. Then my mom said 'let's call the Fireburn Doctor'. My pain was a burning 10 when he answered the call. He asked me what my pain level was on a scale from 1-10. I said an 8. When he called us back I was surprised that my pain level was 1. When we said thank you and good bye my pain was completely gone. I was shocked! I will tell all my friends about this amazing miracle:) Thank you so much. So, next time when you get a burn call the Fireburn Doctor."Millie E., California, 9/2/12
"If I'm burned again, I will be sure to call you within the first 30 minutes, if not the second after!"
Ned burned his hand with boiling salt water and called the FireBurnDoctor 5 hours later, saying, “Location of the burn is on the right hand. Caused by boiling water; not only boiling water, but boiled hotter than normal water because it has salt in it… My hands [have] second degree burns." When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, he said his pain before his call was 2 ½ (on the scale of 0 to 10), but that had now dropped to 1-2. He added that his initial thought when the burn occurred was “oh crap”, and he headed to the ER who applied cream and bandages. Only 5 hours later did he remember about FBD and called. The FBD team reminded him of the 30 minute window in which to call, but added, “We’ll see what happens.” An hour and a half later, Ned called to say the pain had gone down to maybe a 1 and "Thank you for your service, and I will put your number in my phone, and if I'm burned again I will be sure to call you within the first 30 minutes, if not the second after. Thanks."
Ned M., Texas, 9/7/12
"I'm not sure how you guys did it, but it feels so much better!"
Paul burned his fingers grabbing a log in the fire and called the FireBurnDoctor within 9 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 1 minute later, he said his pain before he called was 6-7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 5, adding he didn’t realize how hot the log was until it was too late. 45 minutes after that, Paul called to say, "Yeah, this is [Paul], I called about an hour ago about a burn that I had. I just wanted to let you know, my pain is about a 2 right now. And I'm not sure how you guys did it, but it feels so much better. Thank you very much." About two hours after being burned, Paul emailed his report: "I no longer have any pain. No swelling or redness. The only way that you could tell that I had even had a burn is the skin is rough to the touch. Thank you so much. I will be spreading the word."
Paul D., Illinois, 9/8/12
"Not only did this help my burn but it's helping my heart...."
Rachel burned her abdomen with a heating pad while sleeping and called the FireBurnDoctor 4 hours later after a friend told her the number to call. When the FBD team called Rachel back 6 minutes later, she said her pain before her call was a 2 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and added that she had abdominal cramps while visiting her mom and laid down on a heating pad for relief. When she woke up, she was surprised to find raised, watery blisters and a stinging pain level of 2. She wasn’t able to put on clothes, making her plane trip to return home impossible. On news that she wouldn’t be returning to work immediately, her friend told her to call FBD. About two hours later, the FBD team called her again and Rachel said she was doing better, adding she had done normal activities, but it’s hard to not think about it." Also that her health insurance doesn't work in Alaska, so she couldn’t go to the doctor, and since she had now looked at theFireBurnDoctor.com website, said she now understands the half hour window; "it’s really amazing. I appreciate your time. Thank you so much."
The next day, Rachel emailed her report: “Aloha and thank you for all your help with my injury yesterday morning. I woke to blisters and burns all over my lower abdomen from a defective heating pack. Without the means to get medical attention, I was unsure what to do. I am traveling away from home. I was speaking to a friend about 4 hours after the burns took place and she said she had heard about fire burn doctor and immediately looked you up online. I called right then, left a message, and was responded to within 5 minutes. I woke this morning and the entire area looks less inflamed, the redness around the popped blisters has subsided and the large blisters are smaller in size than yesterday. They had seemed to have gotten larger before I went to bed, but I'm beyond happy that I'm healing so quickly. I'm visiting my mother and it's my last week to see my grandmother in hospice before I leave. Your help might make it so I'm able to see her one more time before she leaves body. There are no words for the gratitude I have for the work you do. Not only did this help my burn but it's helping my heart. With a string of unfortunate events that have happened in my life as of late, this has ended up being a blessing. The work you do is selfless and I was honestly starting to wonder if the world, or my world, had any loving kindness left. I cannot thank you enough for all you are and do, but thank you."

'It's almost unnoticeable! Thank you so much!"
Matt burned his thumb on the oven door and called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute! When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, he said his pain before his call had been 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 5, adding that he was putting pizza into the oven when it fell between the racks and he touched the oven door trying to recover his dinner. Matt heard of FireBurnDoctor when seeing the FBD documentary at a film festival. About an hour and a half later, Matt called to say, "Hello… I called about an hour ago, and I spoke with Dr. Watson. And he told me to call back in about an hour from when we hung up. It's been about an hour and 10 minutes since then. My pain has reduced to about a 1.... I did everything he told me, which was basically to proceed with my night, what I'd normally do. And that's what I did. Thank you." The next day, Matt emailed his report: "Hello, Last night I was taken care of by one of your members.... I was told to call or email you in the morning and give you my pain level. It is almost unnoticeable! Thank you so much!"

"It felt as if ice was being applied to the nerve endings in my arm."
Irene burned her arm when cooking oil from a sizzling wok splattered on her and called the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain before her call was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 3. An hour later, Irene called to say,“Hi, I called about an hour ago.... I just wanted you to know, my arm is doing a lot better. The pain is nearly gone. It's probably a 1, 1 1/2. It's really not even noticeable as pain. I started to notice a cooling sensation right away after I called. And that's basically what it feels like now. I can put my hand on the burned area and it doesn't hurt. It's just a tiny bit of tingling. And the way it looks right now, the burn where the hot oil hit my arm, the areas are raised and red, but they just don't hurt like they might have otherwise. I really appreciate it, whatever you did, it really helped ease the pain. We'll see how it looks tomorrow I guess... Thank you very much!”
A half hour later, Irene emailed her report: “Hi--About 90 minutes ago, I was burned on the back of my right forearm in a kitchen accident. While I was putting strips of meat in a wok for stir frying in hot oil, a clump of meat slipped out my hand into the wok, splashing the hot oil across my arm. My arm started hurting about 1-2 minutes after getting splashed with the oil. I've had burns from hot oil and grease before, and what I felt was a typical sensation of painful, throbbing heat along my arm. The pain was about 5 on a scale of 1-10. I had the phone number for the Fireburn Doctor on my refrigerator and decided to call, after first googling for the website to make sure it was still around. I left my information, and got a call back within about 5 minutes. The pain actually started to subside right after I placed the call (before the call back) and was replaced by a tingling "icy" sensation in the burn area. It felt as if ice was being applied to the nerve endings in my arm. I was told to go on about my business and forget about the burn, and I did my best to do that. At present, the burn area is not painful, just slightly sensitive to touch, and the throbbing has stopped. I'm still feeling some tingling and the icy sensation, though they are lessening. The burn areas are red and somewhat puffy; however, no blisters have formed (as I would have expected based on my previous kitchen burn experiences--the blisters usually raise within a few minutes of the skin being burned). I have no doubt that I would have about a half dozen painful blisters on my arm now if I had not called the Fireburn Doctor within a few minutes after being burned. Thank you very much for the service you provide. I will certainly spread the word about it among people I know and in my community.”
Four days later, Irene emailed an update: “9/15/12 - My arm is fine; the red marks got darker, like scabs, but they are flat and not painful or itchy.”
A month after that, she emailed a final update: “10/14/12 The red marks on my arm where the burns were are fading. The scabs fell off. There is no scarring at all.”Irene H., Colorado, 9/11/12
"I can feel it working. Thank you very much."
Hilary burned her leg when hot coffee spilled on it and called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, she said her pain before her call was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10, and had now dropped to 5, adding that she heard about FBD on Wolfspirit radio. An hour later, Hillary called to say, “Hello, I rang about an hour ago about a burn to my thigh. It's a lot better. It's gone down to maybe a 3. But I have a low threshold of pain anyway. It's stinging. There was one small blister that I had to put a band-aid on in case it burst, because I had to put my pants on. So, it's working well, and I can feel it working. Thank you very much. I should go onto your website and see if there's any way you need donations or anything… Thank you.”

"My husband is surprised to see it and know that I have no pain...."
Nancy burned the back of her leg and right shoulder when she tripped at home, landing on the fireplace door. About 8 hours later, she called the FireBurnDoctor. When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, Nancy said her pain before her call was 4-5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 3. She also said there was blistering on the back of her leg, and she couldn’t see the back of her shoulder to know if that was blistering also. She said she had applied ice and lidocaine early, but they weren’t enough and then asked, "How does this work?" The FBD team member referred Nancy to the“About” page on the FireBurnDoctor.com website and informed her that people must call within 30 minutes of the burn.
Four days later, Nancy called to say, “Yes, this is [Nancy]. I had called Saturday morning. I had burned myself late Friday evening. And you guys were calling back to get a follow-up. And actually, I have had no pain. And it's healing up rather well! The one on my back where the blisters popped is taking a little longer than the one on my leg, but, surprisingly, I haven't had any pain... Thank you." When the FBD team called her back, she added, “I haven't had any pain this whole time! My husband is surprised as well to see it and know that I have no pain. To look at it, you'd think it would be painful. I called Saturday morning after the burn Friday night, and the pain was gone by mid-day Saturday.”

"They look at me like I'm crazy, but you know what, you made a believer out of me!"
Frances burned her fingers on a hot pot still on the stove and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called back about 5 minutes later, her husband said her pain before her call was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), but that had now dropped to 5. He also said her pain had climbed to 10 after her initial call because they had called immediately and it was still climbing, then it dropped to 5 when the team called back. About an hour after that, the FBD team called for feedback and Frances said she was, "Fine, no pain whatsoever. A little numbness at tips of fingers and a little mark. I'm telling everyone. They look at me like I'm crazy, but you know what, you made a believer out of me. Thank you. Take care."
Two weeks later, Frances emailed her report: “Just wanted to say thanks fireburndoctor! I burned my index and middle finger on a hot pan, called your number (which is posted on my fridge!) I was amazed how fast you called me back! After speaking with you, my pain went from a 7+ to non-existent within minutes. No blister formed, although I could see the outline of the burn. My fingers were numb where the burns were, but no pain! By the next day there was no evidence of the burn! Thanks again for helping me out!

"Incredible work...! I had the rest of the day to face, working with my hands...."
Ruby, a seamstress, burned her fingers on steam from the hot iron and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, she said her pain before her call had been 2 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 1. About 4 hours later, Ruby called to say her pain had dropped to 0 within an hour from the burn and apologized for not calling back sooner.
Two days later, Ruby emailed her report: "On Monday, September 17, 2012, at 10:45 am, I burnt my index and middle fingers with steam from an iron. Although I have called the Fire Burn Doctor before, with amazing results, I still try running cold water over burns or immersing in ice first, and did so this time for five minutes. That's usually sufficient for a light burn, but this time the pain level was still around a two and I had the rest of the day to face, working with my hands. After texting my information to the Fire Burn Doctor at 11:06 and continuing about my day, the pain level dropped to about a one by the time they called back. Within ten minutes after the call, my pain was at a zero. Once again I thank the Fire Burn Doctor team for their incredible work and dedication!"

"Zero unless touched... and otherwise it's forgotten."
Judith burned her fingers putting a pot in the hot oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called her 6 minutes later, she said her pain before her call had been 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), then went up to a 9, and had now dropped to 3.5. When the FBD team talked to Judith the next day, she said her pain was “zero unless touched... and otherwise it’s forgotten.”
