Pain level, 10 to 0... in an hour!
Kathy burned her fingers reaching into boiling sugar to retrieve a spoon. She called the FireBurnDoctor 6 minutes later. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes after that, she said her pain before making the call was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and it had now dropped to 8. Kathy explained that when the spoon fell into 300 degree boiling sugar, she just reached in without thinking and burned her fingertips. When the FBD team called her back two and a half hours later, Kathy reported that her pain had dropped to 0 in one hour.
Kathleen S., Hawaii, 7/4/12
Pain level 9 -- steam burn or hot peppers?!
Anabelle burned her hand with steam in the kitchen. She called the FireBurnDoctor 27 minutes from the time of the burn. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain before making the call was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 8. She also said she didn't call right away because she didn't realize she was burned. The pain was very mild at first, but increased as she sat down to eat. About and hour and a half hour later, Anabelle texted: "pinkness gone at about 8:10 [one hour from the time of the burn], pained eased completely at 9pm - think it was also compounded by having used my hands to crumble a hot pepper that contributed to the length of time to resolve and that's why I hesitated in calling cuz I wasn't sure if it was a steam burn or the hot peppers - but the skin between my fingers was pink and the pain was getting worse - now just slightly tender at the knuckles and where fingers join - thank you." 30 minutes after that, pain was 0 and tenderness was gone.
Anabelle S., Ontario, Canada, 7/6/12
Pain level 8... "doubtful it would just subside!"
Irene burned the back of her leg on a motorcycle muffler. She called the FireBurnDoctor 13 minutes from the time of the burn. When the FBD team called her back 7 minutes later, she said her pain before making the call was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and that it had now dropped to 6. Irene called back one hour after her first call to report: "The pain I would say is probably about a 4, and the top layer of skin looks like it might blister, but it doesn't look too bad, so thank you very much!" The next morning, about 11 hours after her first call, Irene called to say: "It's probably a quarter size blister this morning, but there's absolutely no pain. None whatsoever! Wouldn't have even known it happened last night. I appreciate your service very much. Thank you."
The next day, Irene emailed her report: "I wanted to write an email thanking you for your help. Friday night about 9:20 pm Central Time, I touched the back of my leg to the pipes on my husband's motocycle, and it was immediately incredibly painful. I called about 9:30 or so and left a message with my information and the call was almost immediately returned. The pain was about a 6 at that time. Whomever I spoke with on the phone was incredibly polite and easy to speak to. I returned a call an hour later (about 10:45 pm Central Time), with a pain rating of about 4. The burn was at that time about 2" in diameter and red. That call was also immediately returned. I then went to bed, in attempt to NOT think about the burn, but I was doubtful that much pain would just subside. When I woke up Saturday morning, I had NO PAIN whatsoever! There was a blister by then, with a red ring around it - but no pain. I returned a call, was again responded to very promptly. Today, nearly 48 hours later, I have had absolutely no pain since the evening I burned the area originally. Thank you, again, I will be sure to pass on your contact information. I am very much surprised and pleased with the results and now have your phone number saved in case needed in the future."
Irene V, Missouri, 7/6/12
"Zero pain! I was waiting for it to go up but it didn't"
Marilyn burned all four fingers on her right hand while picking up a hot metal pot handle. She called the FireBurnDoctor 3 minutes are the burn, including in her message that her daughter called it a second degree burn. When the FBD team called back 9 minutes later, Marilyn said her pain before making the call had been 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 2 with ice. She said it was "2 now with ice, it would be 6, if not for the ice, for comparison: 7 is childbirth, 10 is fainting." Then she added, "actually, it's out of the water and there's zero pain. I was waiting for it to go up but it didn't. The pain is gone!" Two days later, Marilyn emailed her report: "Greetings! I wanted to extend my great thanks for your time and energy. I am a living historian and do a lot of hand sewing. My hand would still be blistered and painful without your healing and I would be unable to work. Thank you!!! I wish I had thought to take a before picture of the second degree burns across all four fingers. I have shared my story and your website on FB and I will also be sharing it on Pinterest and Live Journal. Thank you for sharing your gifts."
Marilyn Y., Arizona, 7/10/12
"Amazing!!! Put their number in your phone, I'm telling you it works."
Thomas burned his finger with a 400+ degree soldering iron and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 9 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 2 minutes later, he said his pain before making the call was 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 6. About two hours later, Thomas called to say: "The pain is pretty much all the way gone. And there was no blistering whatsoever. The area around it is still kind of red and pinkish. But the pain is probably down to a 1 right now. Thank you."
Twenty minutes later, Thomas emailed his report: "All I can say is this works... I had burned my finger pretty bad with a 400+ degree soldering iron. I had heard about the fire burn doctor on the Darkenss on the Edge of Town radio show and put their number in my phone just in case I ever needed to try it. I was very sceptical, but thought if it works it will make it better. If it didn't, I was already burned so I had nothing to lose. It only took a couple of minutes and I started to almost instantly feel the pain subsiding. Two hours later I had completely forgotten I even burned myself. I looked at the area I had burned and there was no blister at all. I was very surprised. I even noticed the pain from a recent sunburn had diminished a great deal too and I didn't even report that to them... Amazing!!! Put their number in your phone I'm telling you it works."
Thomas F., Alabama, 7/11/12
One hour later, "now quite comfortable... playing computer games."
Stephen burned his arm on a hot pizza tray. His dad heard about the FireBurnDoctor on Wolf Spirit radio and called FBD less than 10 minutes from the time Stephen burned himself. When the FBD team called back a few minutes later, Stephen's dad said that Stephen's pain before the initial call was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and was already getting better. One hour later, Stephen's dad called back to say, "thank you very much for your help. I'm ringing from Scotland with regards to [Stephen]. He is now quite comfortable. He's focusing on many other things at the moment, playing computer games. And he reports the pain level to be between 2 and zero when he thinks about it. So once again, thank you very much."
Stephen P., Scotland, 7/12/12
"It was horrible!... Now it's like nothing ever happened!"
Nancy burned her hand with hot grease when she added water to the hot pan and the grease splashed all over. She called the FireBurnDoctor within 8 minutes of the burn. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes later, the phone connection was not good and all she could do was confirm the correct details. Six hours after that, the FBD team was able to reach Nancy, who said: "Thank you so much for caring about us. Thank you for calling and checking up on me. I'm doing fine. The sting is completely gone, nothing, not even redness or blistering. It was horrible." She said that when she first called, she had ice on the burn and the pain level was a 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and it was really red. Then she said, "now it's like nothing ever happened! I'm glad I called. Thank you so much.
Nancy G., Nevada, 7/13/12
Dad to the rescue... pain drops from 8 to 1 in an hour!
Evelyn burned her finger on the oven while baking a cake. Her dad had heard of the FireBurnDoctor on Darkness radio and texted the FBD within 8 minutes. When the FBD team called back 3 minutes later, Evelyn's dad said her pain before he called had been 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had now dropped to 4-5 when not touching things. About one hour later, Evelyn's dad called again to report that
"her pain is down to a 1, possibly a 2. Thank you. Thank you very much."Evelyn W., Illinois, 7/13/12
"I'm a wound care nurse and am amazed.... This is something big and I am really excited!!!
Loni burned her thumb while lighting a sparkler that flared instead of just sparkling and called the FireBurnDoctor within 20 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain was 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) without ice and 0 with ice. When the FBD team suggested she go about her normal activities, Loni replied that meant going to bed within half and hour and that she would give feedback in the morning. The next day, about 8 hours after her first call, Loni called and left a message saying, "it's down to about a 1 and it didn't blister up very much at all. Thank you very much." When the FBD team called her back, Loni elaborated to say that the pain was gone by 1 am the night before when she went to bed and that she was able to sleep through the night. Then she asked, "could you sometime please explain how it's done? Because I'm a wound care nurse and I can tell you this was a stinging and throbbing 2nd degree burn." She added that she's "getting ready to go on a kayaking trip, so I've pulled at it and irritated it this morning, so it's a 1 now, but the pain was completely gone last night before I went to sleep. Thank you."
Two days later, Loni emailed her report: "I sustained a burn on my right thumb lighting a sparkler. It was instantaneous and very painful. There was an area 1.5 x 2 cm of white devitalized skin. I immediately put ice on the burn, but did not remember to call fireburndoctor until 30 minutes after the burn. As long as it was "on ice" it was not painful, but as soon as I removed the ice, the pain went to a 7-8 on a scale of 10. I had programmed the fireburndoctor number into my phone after hearing a Rense Radio show regarding FBD about two years ago. As soon as I remembered I had the number, I called and received a call back in 4 minutes and was instructed to go about my normal routine and 'forget it." I took the ice off and the pain never went back to even a 5. Within an hour and a half, the pain was gone. I went kayaking for over 6 hours the next morning, after reporting on the status of the burn to Dr Watson. I never noticed it, and had a great time. There is no blistering or redness... maybe a bit of induration, which is limited to the skin that was burned white, but no pain, no redness, and I already have sensation in the area! I am a wound care nurse and am amazed. This is the most accelerated healing I have ever experienced. This is something big and I am really excited!!! Not to mention intensely grateful! Thank you so much. Do put the number in your phone and remember to use it!"

When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Helen said her pain before making the call had been 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 4-5. About 5 hours later, Helen called after work to say, "I'm calling to touch base with you about the pain level. Right now it's zero. I dont feel any pain. Thank you."
Helen V, Minnesota, 7/16/12
"By an hour and a half, it was completely back to normal!"
Rebecca burned her hand with extremely hot soup from the microwave and called the FireBurnDoctor within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, she said her pain before the call was 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now fallen to a 5. An hour later, Rebecca called to say, "I am probably looking at pain level, probably a 3. It's still a little red, but the pain is easing up a little bit. Thank you." When the FBD team called her back 18 minutes later, she said her pain was at 2 and just in certain areas; it was localized, adding that she had already told her family about her experience.
Eighteen days later, Rebecca emailed her report: "I was heating a can of soup in my microwave and my grip made the bowl of steaming soup spill all over my left hand. It was extremely hot. I hurried and put cold water over it and aloe but it was still very red and began to smart. I called the fireburn doctor within 10 minutes of the burn and within 30 minutes the red on the palm of my hand because a little less red..., then within an hour and the pain and burn and redness was almost clear. By an hour and a half, it was completely back to normal. Now, I did not do anything more after my first call and went on with my day as instructed. Thank you Fireburn Doctor Team. Sincerely, [Rebecca]."

"You made a believer out of the woman, and a believer out of me!
Yolanda burned her fingers with hot bacon grease. Her cousin had heard of the FireBurnDoctor on Late Night in the Midlands radio and he called the FBD number within 7 minutes after the burn. When the FBD team called back about 5 minutes later, Yolanda said her pain before her cousin called had been 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 9. About an hour later, Yolanda called again to say, "the pain level on my hand is about a 3. If I put it in water, it does go back up to about a 6. But that's only as long as it's wet. So it is doing well and the level is at a 3 right now. Thank you." When the FBD team called her back, Yolanda said "whatever is going on, it's working and that the pain did go up to 6, but that was when washing the dishes in hot water."
About 10 hours after the burn, Yolanda's cousin called to say, "She has no more pain on her fingers. The blisters that she had -- they're gone. I don't know how it works, but I want to thank you people very much." When the FBD team called the cousin back, he said, "she was a skeptic, but you made a believer out of the woman, and a believer out of me." He said she told him there's no more pain, the blistering that started is gone and you "wouldn't even know I did it." He said she asked him to "call those people and thank them. There's no blisters, no pain, no nothing.' So, thank you very much. There's no doubt in my mind. We'd like to thank you very much."
Yolanda E., Arizona, 7/29/12
"You're right, just forget about it! Zero pain in just over an hour!"
Gloria burned the inside of her elbow with hot oil and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 7 minutes later, she said her pain before making the call was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 6. She also said, "I'm an energy healer, but I can't heal myself." About 4 hours later, the FBD team called Gloria, who said she was doing a lot better. "I didn't even go to the doctor, didn't need to. There's only a tiny mark left; you're right, just forget about it. It's amazing. Zero pain in just over an hour, but I had been worried about where it is in a sensitive spot and it's gone away! You did a fantastic job!"
Gloria G., California, 8/1/12
"Amazing to say the least! How'd you do that?"
Samuel burned his hand with hot radiator fluid and called the FireBurnDoctor about 10 minutes after the burn. When the FBD team called him back 10 minutes later, he said his pain before making the call was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 4-5. He also said, "You know, I notice when I'm talking to you, my right hand is tingly. I don't know if that's because I'm sitting or because something is happening." 2 and 1/2 hours later, the FBD team called Samuel, who was doing pretty good. "I just got home. It didn't blister or anything. The pain is absolutely zero, but just before this call it was 3-4. It started to feel better right when I called the first time. How'd you do that? Thank you."
About 3 hours after that, Samuel emailed his report: "Hi. Today I was burnt pretty bad by boiling radiator coolant. My truck overheated and I thought I would loosen the radiator overflow reservoir cap just a little. It blew off and boiling coolant sprayed all over my left hand and inside of my wrist. I called about 10-15 minutes later. Painful. 7 or 8 on scale of 10. Anyway, while I was on the phone I noticed the pain decreasing and felt tingling and a faint numbness. The pain went down to about 3 or 4 on the scale of 10. After I got off the phone, pain returned to 5 or 6, and decreased to about 2 or 3 until the follow-up call about an hour or so later. As during the follow-up call, I noticed the pain had stopped completely and I just felt numbness. After I hung up, the pain came back about to 2 and gradually decreased. It is now 5 hours later and no pain, no blisters, just a little numbness, and a reddish brown slightly swollen area at the wrist where the burn was the most severe. Amazing to say the least. Thank you. Be assured I will share this info, and get your phone number to everyone I can. Thanks again, [Samuel].

"You guys are quick... it was really hurting!"
Angelina burned her left ring finger on an iron skillet and called the FireBurnDoctor 1 minute after the burn. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain had been 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to zero! She also said, "you guys are quick... it was really hurting, really raw, but it's zero now. Was about a 7 when I called, but it's already healed up so much. It was dropping as I was calling. I can feel the skin pulling back into place as swelling reduces."
Two days later, Angelina emailed her report: "Once again... I am free of all residual pain that could still be absorbing my attention and keeping me at a less than best level of existence. Sunday night I reached for some bagel slices toasting in an iron skillet. Unfortunately, I did it while watching Olympic gymnasts... 'Ow'! My ring finger tip was fried. "Dang! need that finger for my fascia release work.' It was a minor burn. I told myself there was no reason to 'bother' the Fireburndoctor... I can handle this.' I felt the irritation raw and piercing into my finger and into my nail through to the other side. Another sterner wiser voice said, "This is what THEY are here for.... They WANT to help me. I WON'T be a bother to them.' I listened to that voice and called. Even as I called, the pain diminished. Whew... 'Fast', I thought, 'and I haven't even heard their ring tone.' It made me feel that, because of my several year interaction with the folks at Fireburndoctor, I had a main line connection on some unseen level. I was already trusting that the healings I had witnessed and experienced in the past were a certainty for me again. Sure enough, by the time the Fireburn Helper Friend called me back... which was within 5 mintues, I think... the healing was commencing. The flesh was smoothing out. The more I poked at it with my nail, the less it hurt. The next day, I had to replay the experience in my mind to remember which finger had been fried. GOD BLESS YOU FIREBURNDOCTOR... And all those who devotedly assist you. From Texas, [Angelina].

"Someone in the shop gave me the burn doctor's number!"
Nadine burned her hand with boiling hot tea when a customer in a coffee shop bumped into her. She called the FireBurnDoctor 20 minutes after the burn. When the FBD team called her back 15 minutes later, she said the pain before her call was 6-7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 1-2. She also said that she had a blister 1 centimeter in diameter when she had first called. About an hour later, the FBD team called Nadine, who said she had just biked 18 miles and her pain was about the same, a 1. It has been down more than that, but had been constantly irritated by her biking glove. About 8 hours after that, the FBD team called Nadine again, who said the burn was "excellent, zero pain. The glove was irritating and there was pressure on it from the handle bar of the bike, but the pain was zero by 3 pm" (about 8 hours from her first call).
Two weeks later, Nadine emailed her report: "Hi, I was burned on August by spilling a cup of boiling water on my right hand after someone bumped me in a coffee shop. Someone in the shop gave me the burn doctor's number and I called it about 20 minutes after the burn. I had a 1 cm open area on my hand and a large red area. When it first happened, my pain was 6-7/10. I applied ice and the pain decreased to 1-2. I was on a bike trip and needed to wear my bike glove which irritated the burn. I continued cycling, and 90 minutes later the discomfort was only 1/10, but 30 minutes after that, the discomfort increased so I took 400 mg of Ibuprofen. Two hours later, there was no pain at all. As I remember, there was some minor irritation when I pulled on my glove, or reached into a pocket to retrieve something, but I really did not have any more pain. I was able to sleep well at night also. After about a week, the burned skin peeling off, including the part over the open area and now there is really no evidence that anything happened. Thank you for whatever your did! [Nadine]."

"Absolutely miraculous! Thank you very much!"
[email pending] Charlie burned the palm of his hand with the tip of a blow torch and called the FireBurnDoctor within 16 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 7 minutes later, he said his pain before making the call was 6-7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to a 3. He also said he had seen great results from the FireBurnDoctor for a burn his son had a year ago. About 2 hours later, Charlie called to say: "Hello, this is [Charlie]. My pain is now, from a 3 to a 1.... So very good. Thank you. Thank you very much. Ok, thanks a lot." The next day, when the FBD team called for further feedback, Charlie said his son's burn last year was worse than his, but his son was sleeping 10 minutes after the call and had no scars. For his own burn, Charlies said, "The burn across my palm, I hardly noticed it today. Absolutely miraculous! Thank you very much."
The next day, Charlie emailed his report, not for his own burn, but for his son's burn from the year before! "Hi. In, I think, May of last year, my 18 month old son managed to pick up an electric curling tong which a friend of my partner's had been using and unthinkingly put them down in the bedroom without telling my partner. Although unplugged, the curling tongs were unfortunately still very hot, so when [my son] managed to pick them up by the hot end, the palm of his hand was burnt very badly. I was out at the time. I came back about 20 mins after it happened. Unfortunately my partner and I both panick rushing around trying to calm him down and sort out his pain. Then I remembered the fire burn doctor from Jeff Rense. My partner was sceptical but I called anyway. I gave the information requested on the answer machine and within a couple of mins received a call back from your team who clarified the info and said to just try and carry on as normal and report back in an hour how my son's pain was. Within 10 mins of speaking to the fireburn doctor my son was fast asleep having been screaming in agony; we were relieved and amazed. [My son] myself and my partner would like to say a huge Thankyou to fireburndoctor...."

Pain level, 8.... "It went to 0 in 20 minutes after we talked!"
Edie was using a hot glue gun at work and some hot glue fell onto her leg. She called the FireBurnDoctor 5 minutes after the burn injury. When the FBD team called her back 14 minutes later, she said her pain before her call was an 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to a 5. About 6 hours later, Edie called to say, "I couldn't call you back within the hour because I was at work and they wouldn't let me call. Anyways, thank you! There's no redness, there's nothing. It doesn't hurt at all. I believe in all this, but I'm still in awe. Thank you very much. And I will tell my friends and everyone I know. Thanks." When the FBD team called Edie back to ask when the pain went to zero, she said, "it was quick. It went to 0 in 20 minutes after we talked. At one hour, there was still some slight redness, but it was from a hot glue gun! I've been on your site all night."
That same evening, Edie emailed her report: "Dr. Watson, Below is a brief summary of my experience earlier today. WOW!!!! I was at work and using a hot glue gun. I was applying hot glue from a glue onto a 1 1/2 inch circle of felt when it fell on my leg. When I pulled the felt off, the glue stuck to my leg and I had to wait until the glue cooled off to pull it off. By that time it was really burning. On a scale of 1 to 10, the pain was about an 8. I do not have a high pain tolerance. But then I remembered a friend gave me the burn number and I saved it in my phone. I called and left the information they asked for and Dr. Watson called me back in about 10 minutes. I have to admit, by the time they called me back, it did not hurt so bad. Twenty minutes later, the pain was gone, and 90 minutes later I noticed you could not even tell I had burned myself. There is a faint red circle on my leg, but NO pain. I am thinking the red will be gone by morning.......:0) I am so grateful and feel very blessed I do not have a doctor bill and they do this out of the goodness of their heart. I will tell everyone who will listen. Thank you so much."

"Don't you think that's kind of unusual?... How do you do it?"
Two-year-old Ida burned her little fingertips on a pan her mother had just pulled out of the oven. Her grandmother called the FireBurnDoctor 4 minutes after the burn. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes after that, the grandmother said Ida's pain before her call was a 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and her mom said Ida's pain had dropped to a 1 when the team spoke with her directly 6 minutes later. She added that the pain was 1 with ice, but when she removed the ice, Ida started rubbing her fingers on the carpet, but her pain seemed to stay at 1. The next afternoon, 18 hours after the burn, Ida's grandmother called to say, "Baby's doing great! It was awesome!" adding, "You said to take the ice off and try to get her to forget about it and try to get her to go to sleep. She went to sleep. Forgot all about it. Today, there's no blisters. She doesn't even know it's there. Thank God for you guys. Awesome. Yeah, I mean, that thing came out of the oven, when she touched the hot pan, and she's got tender little fingers, you know. That's amazing..... I talked to her first thing this morning, and that's where it was." Four days after the burn, Ida's grandmother called again to say, "Awesome. (My daughter-in-law] said she took the ice off when she spoke to you and Ida was rubbing her fingers on the carpet, but she went to sleep and the next morning woke up with no blister, not even red! Unheard of! I asked my daughter-in-law, don't you think that's kind of unusual?... How do you do it?"

"There's something else going on here. It's a very good thing you're doing!"
Hilda scalded her leg with boiling water and called the FireBurnDoctor one hour later with her firefighter father's phone. (Hilda's father is one of those smart firefighters who knows about the FBD!) When the FBD team called her back 6 minutes later, Hilda said her pain before her call was a 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to a 6. An hour late Hilda called back to say, "It's been about an hour. My pain rate has gone from a 7 to about a 2 or 3.... Thank you." About 3 hours after that, Hilda texted to say, "Thank you so much for your help once again. I was wondering do you heal other things besides a burn? I have suffered with sinus issues for about 7 years and autoimmune type symptoms, sjogrens syndrome (dry eye, nose and mouth). You just healed a second degree burn on my leg and I think what u guys do for people is amazing and truly kind. Thank you so much and sorry bout asking for more but I couldn't help but wonder." When the FBD team called back 2 minutes later, Hilda said her pain was 0 and it was looking much better also. On the other issues besides burns, she said, "I get it, you're not allowed to tell. Well, I'll look back at the website" (which when she did, Hilda was able to find the links to all the other things the FireBurnDoctor does.) About two weeks after this, the FBD team talked to Hilda's firefighter father who said, "It's a very good thing you're doing. If this works, then this is really something because burns are really painful. There's something else going on here. It's a very good thing you're doing! Thank you very much. I really appreciate it."

"It's gone! The pain is gone, redness gone, as if it never happened!"
Regina burned her arm on the oven door and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain before her call was a 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 2. She asked, "Has anything been done yet, because it already feels so much better?!" The FBD team member answered, "Yes, it's already started." One hour later, Regina called to say, "It's gone. The pain is gone, redness gone, as if it never happened." When the FBD team called her back, Regina added, "I can't thank you enough. Many blessings. Thank you, thank you."
About an hour after that, Regina emailed her report: "Tonight at approx. 11:00 PM EDT, I sustained a burn on the underside of my left arm, below the elbow when it touched a 405 degree over door. The area was about 1.5 inches wide and 3 inches long. It was read with a pain level of about "4." I called the burn Doctor at 11:10 and left a message with the requested information. Within a few minutes I received a return phone call. At that time my pain level was "2" and the redness was subsiding. By 11:45 I was pain free and there was no longer any evidence of a burn. I genuinely believe that by now (12:20 AM) I would be blistered and still suffering from pain had I not gotten help from this wonderful organization. To the people at the Burn Doctor, I cannot thank you enough. I will be certain to spread the word."

"Having experienced the painful effects of conventional burn treatment... I decided to call"!
Nicholas spilled hot coffee onto his hand and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, he said his pain before his call was a 4-5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to 1. He added that before making the call, it was getting worse, "really starting to smart, getting worse, was really stinging, starting to throb."
The next morning, Nicholas emailed his report: "I spilled very hot coffee, right out of the spout of a french press (app 180-200F), onto my index and middle fingers. I had learned of Fireburndoctor.com from the vinny eastwood radio show replay of the 7/19/2012 show with Alison McDermott. At first, I hesitated to call thinking that it was just a minor burn which did not require any intervention. Within a few minutes the burn began to throb with pain and having recently spilled coffee from the same pot on my toes and having experienced the painful effects of conventional burn treatment which in the case of the burn to my toes required an overnight soak in a ice cold foot bath to reduce the pain followed by blistering and ten days of bandaids and antibiotics which eventually did heal with some minor scarring. With that in mind and the pain in my fingers starting to worsen I decided to make the call. Within a few minutes after leaving my information on the voicemail, the pain which was about a 4 to 5 out of 10 began to quickly subside. After about ten minutes or less, Fireburndoctor called to confirm my information, my pain level at that time had reduced from 4 to 5 to 1 or less. After one hour the pain was barely noticeable but I could feel that the skin was moist, a bit warm and a small amount of pain was felt when pressure to the area was applied. After approximately 2 to 3 hours I noticed that the skin was dry, had cooled and I had to rub the area pretty hard to feel any noticeable pain. Kind regards, [Nicholas]."
