"Her pain is zero!!! Thank you... how does this work?!" Evone burned her thumb lighting a candle with a lighter. Ten minutes later, her friend sent a text to the FireBurnDoctor. When the FBD team called right back, Evone said her pain level was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10). Exactly one hour after that first text, the friend texted again to report, "Her pain level is zero!!! Thank you so much. How does this work?" Then the friend email her report: "[When Evone burned her thumb,] I told her about the burn doctor and about a friend's experience. She did not believe it would work 100%, however was open to try it out. I sent a text for her and the burn doctor called back! He asked for her full name at birth, place of birth, and current pain level. He then instructed her to return the call in an hour with any observations of the pain. We forgot about it as the night continued and the doctor returned the call to us! Her pain was completely gone and there wasn't any marks!"
Evone T., New York, 5/3/12
Skeptics: "Put the number in the phone anyway!" Lily burned her butt when she fell onto the bathroom heater. Her husband called the FireBurnDoctor 3 minutes after the burn and the FBD team called back 4 minutes later. Lily's husband said that it's not real bad and that her pain had been about 3 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When the FBD team called a few hours later, Lily's husband said she was, "doing a lot better. She had zero pain within 30 minutes of the call back. Thank you.... she has told friends about FireBurnDoctor and when some are skeptical, she just tells them to put the number in the phone anyway."
Lily S., New Mexico, 5/4/12
"Zero pain!" Neil burned his thumb while starting a bonfire and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called right back, Neil said his pain was 4-5 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When the FBD team called him for feedback 2 hours later, he said he had zero pain in 1 hour and 15 minutes after his first call.Neil W., Minnesota, 5/7/12
"This time I was really astounded... this burn was worse... [and] it was like it had not happened."
Ava burned her finger on the very hot wood stove door and called the FireBurnDoctor 2 minutes later. When the FBD team immediately called her back, she said her pain was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and that although it was after midnight that she'd be up for a couple more hours to call back with feedback. When Ava didn't call, the FBD team called her the next afternoon and she exclaimed that, "it got better really quick. I've had so many burns on that stove and they were bad, but this one was the worst. The others erupted into something ugly for weeks. This was the worst of them all so that's why I called, and it did blister, but I went to sleep right away and it was OK in the morning."
Two weeks later, Ava emailed her report: "I burned my finger on the wood stove. I have burned myself on it several times this season, but I had not called since the burns were not extremely painful, but the discomfort lasts and makes a mess a few days later to my skin and leaves scars. The wood stove is very hot, and it burns deep very fast when you accidentally touch it. I usually get the burns on my arm as I am placing the wood inside, but this time I got it on my finger and it hurt very much. A lot of pain. So I called. The pain went away but I don't know when, I fell asleep. The next day there was no blister, no ugly eruption in the days that followed, and no scar. I can look at my arm and see all the scars still from the burns from that stove but not a trace on my finger. I have called before, a couple of times, about a year ago. I was kind of surprised at the results then, but this time I was really kind of astounded... I don't understand, so I can't know. I just know that this burn was worse than the others and it was like it had not happened."

Science or Magic? Does it matter? No placebo possible with this one!
Anita burned her hand taking a very hot pan from the oven. When she immediately put her hand in ice water, her daughter-in-law called the FirBurnDoctor for help. When the FBD team called them back 3 minutes later, Anita pulled her hand from the ice water saying it didn't hurt anymore and her daughter-in-law exclaimed, "now gone, already gone, you're fast. She says it was a 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) before, but I think it was more than that. I'm going to tell everyone about this!"
The next morning Anita's daugher-in-law emailed her report: "May 10, 2012, upon arriving home, my mother-in-law told me she had just burned her right hand on a pan she was removing from the oven. I immediately dialed the phone number I had stored in my phone. I left her name, date of birth, and birth place, along with my cell phone number as instructed per the recording. A few minutes passed and I received a phone call. The caller identified himself as a clerk with the Burn Doctor and asked that I repeat the info I had left. He then asked on a level of 0-10 how would she describe her pain. She replied, "oh no, I don't have any pain now, it’s gone." She had no idea what I had done or why it was gone. It was a minor burn but one that would have normally hindered her for days. She was amazed, my husband was skeptical, and I was so excited to tell everyone I could about the success of this technology. My son joked it was voodoo magic, and I reminded him that as Arthur C. Clarke stated, 'Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic'. Thank you. Love & Gratitude...."

"Feeling a 100% better. Zero on the pain... I really appreciate it." Ronald burned his hand on a VERY hot pot just pulled out of the oven and called the FireBurnDoctor 10 minutes later. When the FBD team called him back, he said his pain was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10). About an hour and a half after that, Ronald called again to say his pain level was down to 5. Then, 16 1/2 hours from the time of the burn, Ronald called to report, "Good evening, this is [Ronald]. Just wanted to call back and let you know that I'm feeling a hundred percent better. Zero on the pain threshold. So thank you very much. I really appreciate it."
Ronald A., Washington D.C., 5/13/12
"I'm a tree climber... I need my hands!" Remote Viewer befuddled by FBD amazing results!
Ted burned his fingers on a VERY hot muffler and called FireBurnDoctor in within 4 minutes. When the FBD team called back 6 minutes later, he described his pain said his pain was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and dropping. About an hour later, Ted called to say, "the third and fourth digits are starting to feel better, coming in at a two, when I touch them… or they get banged around a little bit. And currently I don't even notice them when I'm going about my routine. So I'm down to about a zero when I'm not thinking about it. I wouldn't call that normal. I'd call that pretty good. At any rate, they're still tender. Point five, maybe, when I'm thinking about them... Thank you." Twenty hours from the time of the burn, Ted called again to say, "Well nothing going on in my fingers today. In fact, ...I had asked myself which hand was the problem hand. Momentarily, I had to wonder. Good work... We're talking about finger tips, one second, full contact on a burning hot muffler.... I should have at least had some indication this morning, that something had happened yesterday, pain or blistering... At any rate, I'm befuddled and a little freaked out. Thank you so much... Thank you..." and added that he wanted to send a donation... and will tell all his friends about this!
Five days later, Ted emailed his detailed final report: "Around 1:15 pm on May 14th, I steadied my weight on my stump grinder and the pads of my 3rd and 4th digits touched the muffler cover for, I'd say, a full second of moderate pressure. Turn off this machine and 5 minutes later you can spit on the cover and it will sizzle like eggs on a griddle. I've done it. It's really hot. I forsaw two weeks of blisters, scabs, pain, and annoyance. While my fingers weren't smoking or on fire, I need my hands--alot. I'm a tree climber. Anywhere else on my body and I would have just dealt with the trouble on my own, unless of course the burn was severe. So I called the Fireburn Doctor and followed directions. I'd heard of them on Rense by the way. The pain was a 3-4 (0 being no pain and 10 passing out from it, as I see it). An hour later, around 2-3. Two hours later I literally asked myself which hand was it that I actually burned. This really happened. The next day a mild tingling remained. That's all. Something should have been there. I was a little freaked out. You know, befuddled, spooked. I'm a remote viewer, and a paranormal enthusiast. I read about, hell, I do the impossible (or so they say) every day. But when this stuff happens to you? Freaked out. It wasn't the worst burn, but was a real one, and in the worst place. Something should have been there. Some evidence. Nuthin."

I sang the song 'Oh God Beautiful"... and I thought 'this is energy!"
Lola spilled scalding coffee onto her lap and the top of her legs. She called the FBD within 15 minutes and said her pain was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When the FBD team called her back four minutes later, her pain had already dropped to a 3, was subsiding and she was feeling better, thank you. An hour and 18 minutes later, Lola called to say she was even better, there was no pain, but she was concerned about blisters and chafing because she had been wearing slacks: "I feel pretty good. Sitting, it's zero, I can feel my slacks rubbing the area when I walk. After I hung up with you, I had goose bumps all over. I sang the song "Oh God Beautiful" as I walked my dogs, and I thought "this is energy!" Am I right? This is part of it, am I right?"
An hour later, Lola emailed her report: "Dear Doctors, This morning at about 9am, I sustained a hot coffee spill on top of my legs. I won't bore you with the details of getting my pants off, but, I will tell you that I called the Burndoctors within 15 minutes of the scalding. I am now 2 hours into recovery and although I thought I would have a severe blistering, I am sure that I won't... Because I have an "unusual" spiritual path, I am quite sure I understand exactly what happened to me. Within seconds of hanging up the phone to you, I began to have intense "tingling" (a little like goose bumps) but far more intense. This occured about 3 times during my walk with my dogs. During the walk, as my pants rubbed against my inner thighs, I thought I would blister, even though the pain was gone. Now, at 11:15, I am pain free, there is no longer any redness or white sign of blistering. I am grateful to your efforts on my behalf.. and I am very aware of what took place with your tremendous energy. In Divine Friendship ...."Lola F., Georgia, 5/15/12
"My skin is dark and I was afraid of scarring my face... one week today and I have no scars."
Yolanda burned her face and hair in a propane grill accident and immediately called the FireBurnDoctor. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her initial pain had been 4 or more (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 2-3. An hour later, the FBD team called again, and she said, "my lips feel hot, but they don't hurt, they look dry, that's all. I think it's working. I'm dark skinned, so I just look a little darker now, but no change in pigmentation, and it's just hair, right? Thank you!"
Six days later, Yolanda emailed her report: "Monday, May 15th, I was busy baking fish and preparing dinner at the same time. I went outside to start the grill and turned on the propane gas. I went back inside for a few minutes and finished in the kitchen and took my dinner outside. I noticed I forgot to ignite the grill start switch and so I did. Poof! Flames shot up and my face was hot! I screamed and my sister ran out and turned everything off and we went inside to the bathroom. My eyelashes were singed and so was my whole hairline! My mouth and chin felt very hot and I was in shock. I remembered that I listened to a radio show on the "I'm Thankful Network" about a month earlier about fireburndoctor and had written the web address down out of interest. My sister looked it up and we retrieved the number and I thought it can't hurt to call. My skin is dark and I was afraid of scarring my face. I have burned myself before and I always get hyper pigmentation. So I left a voicemail and received a call back within a few minutes. I gave the data and the fireburndoctor instructed me from there. We spoke every hour 2 more times and each time we talked my burn started to subside. It's been one week today and I have no scars, just singed eyelashes and my hairline is a little dry... Thank you."

"I'm amazed by the results... I'm telling all my friends... to keep the number for the FBD on hand!"
Amy burned her wrist with grease while cooking dinner and texted the FBD within 10 minutes. By the time the FBD team called her back two minutes later, Amy's pain level was already dropping from a level of 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10). About an hour later, Amy called to say her pain was a 2 and that, "It's looking much better. Thank you." When Amy woke up the next day, her pain was zero and blisters that were forming were disappearing instead.
Amy then emailed her report:"I was cooking dinner last night when I sustained a grease burn to my wrist. I ran cold water on my wrist and then texted the Fire Burn Doctors. At that point, my pain level was a 6. When they called me back, my pain level had dropped to a 5, my wrist had turned a purplish red, and my skin was beginning to blister. Twenty minutes after the call, the pain was starting to recede even more. Three blisters had formed, the rest had disappeared. Also, the redness was beginning to fade. After 2 hours, my pain level was at a 1 and the redness was nearly gone. Also, the swelling in 2 of the blisters was going down. Today, the pain and redness are gone and the remaining blisters are shrinking. My only complaint is some minor itchiness... I'm amazed by the results. I'm telling all my friends and family to keep the number for the Fire Burn Doctors on hand. Thank you again!"
(Remember: put the FBD number 1-818-332-6445 in your cell phone under "Burns" so you can EASILY find it in an emergency!)

"No parent wants to see their children in pain. I can't thank you enough."
Young Gwen burned her finger using a glue gun. Very quickly, her dad called the FireBurnDoctor with her complete details, adding that Gwen's pain level was at 9-10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and she was crying. An hour later, Gwen's dad called to tell us that Gwen's pain had dropped to "maybe a 2," and that "I totally appreciate it. She's fine, she's not even thinking about it, and it worked like normal. I appreciate it again, thank you very much."
Two weeks later, Gwen's father sent this email: "On May 18, 2012, my daughter was making some little crafts and she ended up burning her finger with the hot glue gun. She had a dime sized blister and was in a lot of pain, so I called the fire burn doctor right away. She cried for another 15 minutes, but once I got her thinking about something else the pain subsided and she completely forgot about her burn. I've used the fire burn doctor's services on numerous occasions and I am a firm believer that it works, which is why I didn't hesistate to call for one of my children. I know it was only a burned finger, but no parent wants to see their children in pain. I can't thank you enough. Thanks again. Sincerely, BTT. p.s. Feel free to use my full name when you post this. I want people to know that this works.
(Gwen's dad, BTT, is very eager to talk to the media about FBD. His details are available from the FBD spokesperson.)

"Keep in mind a soldering iron is hot enough to instantly melt lead!... An awesome service you've got!"
Harold burned his fingers on a VERY hot soldering iron while building electronic equipment and immediately called the FBD with a pain level of 8-9 (on the scale of 0 to 10). By the time the FBD team called him back 6 minutes later, Harold's pain was a 2 with ice. An hour later, Harold said his pain was gone, zero, and no more ice. The next morning Harold called to say he had already been telling people about FireBurnDoctor, but now he was happy to have his own personal experience. "Thank you so much. It's an awesome service you've got!"
Two weeks later, Harold sent his email report: "I was soldering some electronics, picked up the soldering iron without looking and grabbed the hot part. I could hear my fingers burning, and it took a second to register what I just did. I immediately ran my fingers under some cold water and put my fingers into a bowl of water and ice. The pain was intense and, keep in mind, a soldering iron is hot enough to instantly melt lead... I called FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes, and the man on the phone told me to just forget about it, so I tried to focus on other things and it worked. I received another call 1 hour later and the pain was barely noticeable. I have been burned in the past, and I have never seen myself heal so fast. Call them if you get burned. Even if you don't believe in it, give it a chance as you have absolutely nothing to lose by calling."
Harold E., California, 5/18/12
"What a treat to quickly and easly boost healing to super speed! Thanks!"
Nancy burned her hand with steam while cooking and called the FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, Nancy's pain was 2-3 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had been “a little more” before she made her call. One hour and 18 minutes later, Nancy called to say, "... the pain level is down to maybe .5 or .2 on the scale and much better. Thank you.... It's almost nothing, unless I touch something, yea, nothing."
Two days later, Nancy emailed her report: "I got a severe steam burn on my hand while cooking, and instead of taking a painful week or more to heal, the pain was reduced 90-% immediately and later completely gone. For the next two days it was pink but absolutely no pain. What a treat to quickly and easily boost healing to super speed ! Thanks!" Nancy also said that she had made cards with Vistaprint.com and is sharing them with people..., a really good idea that anyone can do!

"The burn has completely resolved itself.... it's a wonderful thing that you do." Mabel burned herself when she grabbed a very hot pot handle. Her mom heard about the FireBurnDoctor on Darkness radio and called the FBD number within 1 minute of the burn. When the FBD team called back 3 minutes later, Mabel said her pain before her mom made the call was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), which had now dropped to 7. One hour later, Mabel's mom called again to say: "She says her pain is at a .5 and it looks to me that the burn has completely resolved itself. There's no indication of it whatsoever, just one little tiny spot. Seems to be going away. Thank you so much! I don't know how you do it, What you guys do. I'd love to know, if you can tell us anything. I'm very curious. If there's anything we can do to help you. If you need any volunteers to help man phones or do anything at all, please let me know... Thank you very much, it's a wonderful thing that you do."

"Thank you so so much. I can actually finish working today." Rachel, a seamstress, got a steam burn on her thumb while ironing clothes. She waited an hour and a half to call the FireBurnDoctor because she didn't want to bother us with something so small, but it got worse and was affecting her work. (Note: PLEASE, people, don't hesitate to call FBD when you burn yourself. You'll get better results the sooner you call!) When the FBD team called her back 1 minute later, Rachel said her pain was 5-6 (on the scale of 0 to 10).
One hour later, Rachel called to say, "It's been about an hour since I contacted you, which was an hour and a half after the actual burn. The pain had been at about 5 or 6, possibly higher now that I think about it. But I had said it was about 5 to 6. It is now like zero to 1. Basically it doesn't hurt at all. It's just a little bit of stinging if I touch it. It's not shiny and puffy anymore. It's totally looking fine. It feels great. It was about 15 minutes then I began to feel the pain drop. And then, by now, it's pretty much completely gone. So, thank you so, so much. I can actually finish working today. Thanks again.... it's fantastic, the change is just amazing. It was annoying and I expected it to compromise work for 2 to 3 days. I couldn't go 5 minutes without ice, but the pain dropped within 15 minutes of speaking with the FBD team and wonderful, Thank you!!! I'll definitely tell everyone and Darkness radio."
The next morning, Rachel emailed her report: "On May 21st, 2012, at 9:25am, I burned my left thumb with steam from an iron. As a seamstress, I burn myself on occasion and usually run it under cold water immediately, but couldn't this time as I was awaiting the arrival of a client. I also didn't think I had burned it that badly. As soon as I could, I got some ice and taped a bag of it onto my thumb so that I could continue to work, but it was cumbersome and I had to take it off. Every time I did, the burn hurt worse and began to throb, the skin looking like it was going to blister.
Finally, at 11:07, I couldn't stand the pain and distraction and decided to text the FBD even though the recommended time limit had passed. My pain level was around a 5-6 when I called. Within 15 minutes, the pain began to lessen to about a 4. At around 30 minutes, I felt a distinct dropping off of the pain to between zero and one, like the volume on a stereo being turned down to a murmur. At 12:12pm when I called to give feedback, the skin was still a little red but there was almost no pain. If I pressed or rubbed the area it would feel very slightly raw, but otherwise it seemed normal. This was the type of burn that I would have expected, without intervention, to be painful and distracting for 2-3 days at least, and it was almost completely healed in just half an hour. Today, the day after, it feels fine even when touched. I can't thank Fire Burn Doctor enough for their help, especially since it was requested after their time limit had passed. I am grateful and amazed and will share this experience with everyone I can!"

"I'm very very impressed... It was almost like a branding iron that he walked into." Danny burned his face when he walked into the hot tongs his family was using to roast marshmellows. Fortunately, his grandmother remembered hearing about the FireBurnDoctor three years ago on a radio show. Unfortunately, she didn't save the FBD phone number in her cell phone and had to search the internet to find the number to call. (PLEASE EVERYONE, REMEMBER: 1-818-332-6445 , save it under "Burns" so you can find it EASILY in an emergency!) Two hours later, Danny's grandmother called the FBD number and 3 minutes after that, the FBD team called her back to confirm the details and to find out that Danny had been crying before she made the call with a pain level of 4-5 (on the scale of 0 to 10), but now he was no longer crying and had fallen asleep.
The next morning, Danny's grandmother called to report: "...this morning, the burns on his face look very, very, very good. Much, much better than I expected, because... it was almost like a branding iron that he walked into. And this morning there were very light, faint brown streaks, that might peal a little, tiny bit, but it didn't hurt at all, and I'm very pleased and I'm gonna go on your website. I'd like more information about this procedure, however you do this. Listening to the show last night, it was saying how you can get trained in that, and I'm interested, because I'm very, very impressed. I want to tell you how thankful I am, and give you my gratitude. I'm just really, really pleased. Thank you so, so much. I really expected a much worse outcome. He woke up, and I looked at him, and I'm really happy. Thank you very, very much."
Later that afternoon, Danny's grandmother emailed their final report: "We were roasting marshmallows while camping with my grandson.. He walked into someone holding a red hot holder that had been held in the fire and received two burns from the tongs on the side of his face. The burns swelled and stood out like welts. It was like he'd been branded. He was crying and I applied cold to his cheek. After some time, I remembered a radio show about burns I had saved so I listened to it. I called the number and was so upset I couldn't remember the information that was being asked of me. The person I was talking to was very patient and allowed me time to get the right information and call back. Even though a few hours had passed I was assured they would still help. I was told to not think about it any more and let my grandson sleep. I somehow felt calmer and confident that things would be okay. The next morning I went to look in on my grandson and was surprised to see two faint brown lines on his cheek which he said didn't hurt at all. Thank you so much for what you did. I can't explain it, but I know it works."

"I called right after my burn and it stopped hurting immediately!" Amelia got a steam burn on her hand when removing a very hot pan from the oven and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 3 minutes after that, Amelia said that her pain before making the call was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), was now only a 1 and was "going down as we talk"! The next afternoon, Amelia emailed her report: "I called right after my burn, and it stopped hurting immediately, it throbbed for a few minutes about 29 min later, then Never hurt again! I am a fire dancer, I love fire, I love the burn doctor!"

"For the skeptics among us -- this morning I awoke and all is truly well. My hand is FINE! No marks, no pain. Not even reddening. Thank you."
Wendy badly burned the palm of her hand grabbing a hot pot on the stove before realizing it was “really hot,” and called the FireBurnDoctor withing 5 minutes of the burn. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, she said her pain before making the call was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10), which had already dropped to a 7. One hour and 5 minutes from her first call, Wendy called to report, "..my hand feels fabulous. I haven't even thought about it... Thank you very, very much. I appreciate it."
30 minutes after that, Wendy emailed her report: "I came into the kitchen tonight and received a bad burn by grabbing the handle of a very, very hot (heavy) pan. (I didn't know it was hot!) I actually picked up the pan before realizing the pain, so I really got burned, all across the palm.
I immediately put my hand under cold running water -- we live at 6,000' elevation in the mountains -- but the water, which is. very cold here, didn't even feel cold. My husband brought me ice, and I remembered the fireburndoctor number in my phone. I dialed the number within five minutes of the incident. I left my information, and about five to ten minutes later received a call from the fireburndoctor center. He asked me my pain level -- 7. He asked my pain level when the incident first occurred -- 10. He said this was good, as the pain level was going in the right direction (DOWN!). He told me to go about my business as normal and call back in an hour. I immediately took the ice off and entertained myself with emails and computer work -- and in an hour when I called back my hand was FINE! No pain, no discoloration. Completely fine! Thank you very much for your service! I was asked to give the number out, and I shall! This is a very valuable service!"
The next morning, Wendy added: "I sent the (above) testimony to you last night after receiving treatment for a burn. I thought I'd follow up for the skeptics among us -- this morning I awoke and all is truly well. My hand is FINE! No marks, no pain. Not even reddening. Thank you!!!"
About a week later, Wendy called again to tell the FBD team that a paramedic told her that hands are the worst place to get burned because the skin shrinks and functionality is easily lost. Wendy needs her hands for work, which is a physically active profession, and is very happy that there's not even any mark remaining from the burn, saying her skin is "sleek" and free of burn scars!

"I always wanted to see if this would work when I heard about FBD 3 years ago.... Worked for me!" Ernest burned his hand while cooking dinner on the grill and called the FireBurnDoctor within 25 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minute later, he said his pain before making the call was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to a 3. Two hours after his first call, the FBD team called Ernest again and found out that his pain had gone to zero within half an hour.
A week later, Ernest emailed his report: "Dear FireBurnDoctor... a week ago I called to report that I had burned my left hand in a grilling accident. I was grilling seafood in a metal wire basket...the wires of the basket were red hot. As I turned the basket over to grill the other side, the holding ring that slides over the top grill gave loose and the fish came tumbling out of the basket onto the deck. I instinctively reached for the top part of the basket as it fell to the deck...only realizing that it burned the heck out of my middle finger of my left hand. … I always wanted to see if this would work...when I heard about the FireBurnDoctor from 3 years ago... Luckily I remembered where I kept the phone number. Worked for me. A friend of mine who owns a restaurant was at my home when this happened....he now has written down the number and keeps it at his own restaurant in case he or one of his workers has an accident."Ernest P., Georgia, 5/24/12
"I did tell all my fire dancers too about you guys...!" Samantha burned her fingers while fire dancing and emailed the FireBurnDoctor for help about an hour later. About 10 hours after that, Samantha sent another email to report: "Right after I emailed, the pain stopped. I got a good blister on the pad of my pinky, on the right hand today... But it stopped hurting, and I did tell all my fire dancers too about you guys, even before the burn. But, then, it was cool, I emailed you guys right away... And then an hour later I noticed it had completely subsided. This morning I woke up feeling good. I even took a hot shower. It felt good. So thank you, again!"

"I'm playing golf so things HAVE improved!"... as his golfing buddy, a surgeon, told him, "this is unheard of technology!"
Billy burned his fingers and the palm of his hand when he grabbed a hot barbecue spatula as it was falling. He called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes of the time of the burn. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, Billy said his pain before making the call was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 5. One hour and 15 minutes later, Billy called to say: "I was at 7 initially, 5 on the first (call back), and then I'd say down to about 1 or 2 now. In fact I'm playing golf so things HAVE improved. Thank you." He then added that when he described to his golf partner (a surgeon), what had happened and showed him the results, the good doctor told him, "this is unheard of technology!"
The next day, Billy emailed his report: "I telephoned the FBD about 10 minutes after my burn event. Within 5 minutes, I received a return telephone call from same. I described briefly how I had grasped a very hot stainless steel spatula near my gas grill. Burns occurred at the crease in my hand, at the base of my right thumb, as well as the pads of the finger tips of the 3rd & 4th fingers on the same hand. Initial pain was about a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. The number 10 being the worst. About 15 minutes (after the burn), while talking to the FBD, I rated the pain, at a 5 without the assistance of any ice being applied to the burn. I had a further telephone conversation about 70 minutes later when I rated the pain level at 1.
There was evidence of some blistering in the 3 burned areas. I was playing golf, at this time!Today, about 30 hours later, there is no pain and no blistering remaining except for a small white patch at the base of the right thumb. Thank you for your excellent service once again. I will continue to tell my friends and relatives to keep your telephone number on their electronic devices. You folks provide a great Service at no financial cost to the user which is truly a rare experience in the medical business."

"Called the burn doctor number my husband had in his phone. by the next morning the burn was gone, no pain no blister." (Be sure to see "note" below!)
When Naomi burned her finger on a hot pan, she called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Naomi said her pain before making the call was 7 (on the scale of 0 to 10), which had already dropped to 3. One hour and 48 minutes from her initial call, Naomi called to say that her pain had dropped to a 2, "and there's a little bit of redness. The blistering has gone down just a little bit." The next day, when the FBD team finally reached her for feedback, Naomi said her pain was at 0 but she didn’t remember when it went to 0. She said, "I don't know, you said to forget about it, so I did!"
A week later, Naomi emailed her report: "i was burned by a hot pan on my right hand index finger. the area was reddened, sore and blistered. i ran my hand under cold water 10 mins then called the burn doctor number my husband had in his phone. by the next morning the burn was gone. no pain no blister."
NOTE (warning!): Naomi's husband was happy to comment that a year ago she had laughed at him when he put the FireBurnDoctor number in his phone after hearing about it on the radio... and that now they're both glad he did!)

"This is amazing, life saving, pain relieving service... The fact that it's FREE speaks volumes."
Taylor burned his fingers grabbing a hot metal skewer while barbecuing and called the FireBurnDoctor within 7 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, Taylor said his pain was at 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10). About three hours after that, Taylor called again to say, "I'm actually late because I just totally forgot that I even burned myself, so they're feeling really good. So just wanna let you know that everything's... really good... Thank you again. … everything's feeling just fine."
The next day, Taylor emailed his report: "On Memorial Day I was cooking out and, in an effort to save a kabob from falling off the grill, I reached over and grabbed the metal skewer with my bare hand and received a good burn along my thumb and first two fingertips. Having been a glassblower for over 30 years, it wasn't my first burn and I knew to call the Fireburn Dr. I left the required info on the voice mail and within 2 minutes they called back to verify the info and explain what to expect. At that time, my pain was about a 6. I was instructed to call back in an hour to update the Fireburn Dr team on my progress, but the pain was completely gone and I totally forgot about it, and they ended up calling me back.
This is an amazing, life saving, pain relieving service. Every person on the planet needs to have this number programmed into their phones cause when you do need it, there's no time to look for it. The fact that it's FREE speaks volumes about their commitment. Thank you"
