From 8 to zero: "It feels good... I'm pretty amazed!" Yolanda got a painful steam burn on her hand taking plastic wrap from a boiling hot cookpan. She heard about FireBurnDoctor on a radio show and called for help about 10 minutes after the burn with a pain level of 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When the FBD team called her back, Yoland's pain had already dropped to a 4. About one hour later, Yolanda called to report that her "pain threshold is a 1, maybe even less. It's just slightly red on the one finger, and it feels good. Thank you." Another 4 minutes later, she reported again, "Pretty much zero pain. There's a slight twinge if I press on it. I'm pretty amazed."

"I looked like Rudolph... It's incredible... now not even pink!" Rhonda burned her nose eating freshly roasted hot chicken. Fearing it was going to blister, she called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes with a pain level of 6-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When the FBD team called her back, Rhonda said, "It's remarkable. I looked like Rudolph. Now I'm looking at a mirror and it really has gone down quite a lot. It's amazing, remarkable. Thank you so much!" About two hours later, Rhonda called again to say, "I just wanted you to know, I called earlier, and I'm way better. Amazing, thank you. Zero pain. It's incredible. I expected to be Rudolph for a month, now it's not even pink. I'm really grateful. I've already told my sister in the UK and will tell others.” The next day, Rhonda, who had heard about the FireBurnDoctor on a radio show, emailed her report: "I had burnt my nose and called the number not expecting anything much. To my complete surprise it worked. My redness first turned pink, the soreness vanished, and then it went away. Thank You."

"Pain is gone! I appreciate this like you just don't know!" Three-year old Leroy walked right into the cigarette his mom was holding, burning his face just above the left eyebrow. His grandmother, who knew from prior experience with FBD exactly what to do, called immediately the FireBurnDoctor phone number. She estimated his pain level at 8-9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and added, "Thank you so much. I appreciate this like you just don't know." About 45 minutes later, Leroy's grandmother called to report: "The pain is gone. He's crying now, but that's because he wants to go outside again. There's still a little mark there, but the pain is gone.... Thank you so much."

"All I can say is Wow!... This is a must-have for Parents!" Six-year old Alice screamed when she burned her hand bringing her mother a cup of boiling hot tea. Within minutes, her Dad, who had heard about the FireBurnDoctor from his brother, texted the FBD number for help. When the FBD team called them back, the Dad said her pain level was about a 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and had already dropped to a 4. About an hour later, Alice's dad called to say, "My daughter's pain level has gone down, and I thank you very much. Her pain is about a 2, with no visible swelling or redness. Where it had been beet red, now you can hardly tell it was burned."
Three hours later, Alice's dad emailed his report: "Just wanted to say how thankful we are for your fixing our daughter's hand. Alice was getting my wife a cup of tea, trying to be a big girl in the kitchen, when we heard her yelling and screaming in agony. She had slipped and dropped the cup, spilling the scalding hot water on her right hand. As her hand started to swell, it turned bright purple. I remembered reading about the Fire Burn Dr, so I shot him a text and received an immediate call back... (which kinda caught me off guard). The man on the phone asked for full name, place of birth and date of birth. After about 30 mins my daughter was watching a movie and acting silly again; 3 hours later there is no swelling, redness or pain. This is almost unbelievable; all I can say is WOW! I hope to never use the service again, but if anyone I know has a new burn, I will give them the number and dial that phone. This is a must-have for Parents, I will be spreading the word.Thank you so much."

Pain dropping from 10 six minutes after call to FBD! When Irene burned her finger on a light bulb, her boyfriend called FireBurnDoctor within 30 minutes. Six minutes later, the FBD team called them back to find that Irene's pain was already dropping from 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10) to 8. The next day, Elizabeth's boyfriend reported, "We called last night. And I want to say that shortly after we called, within 30 minutes, the pain went away from her hand, and went away from her finger, and she's fine this morning. And so she wants me to say thank you very much. So thank you."
Irene S., India, 4/5/12
"It feels very good... thank you! Vernon burned his arm on the exhaust pipe while working under his car and called the FireBurnDoctor for help 6 minutes later. When the FBD team called him right back, he described his pain as 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10). One hour and 38 minutes from his first call, Vernon called to report: "I called in about 6:50 this evening with a burn to my arm, burned on the tailpipe to my car. I left the information, got a call back and was asked to call back in about an hour. But I lost track of time. Just wanted to let you know, I feel good. Where I was burned, my skin feels stiff and tight, but not painful. Unless I touch it, it feels good. I just wanted to thank you for your help. It feels very good!"

Flabbergasted! "It went from a 10 to 0 in less than 10 mins!" Molly burned her fingers on a cast iron pot that had just come out of the hot oven. While Molly put her hand in ice water, her partner called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute. When the FBD team called back 5 minutes later, Molly said her pain before making the call had been a 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When she pulled her hand out of the ice water to determine the current pain level, she said, "it's already down... there's no pain, zero pain!"
Three days later, Molly's partner emailed their report: "Dear fireburndoctor; On Saturday, my partner, Molly, mistakenly picked up a cast iron pot that had just been in a hot oven. She burned her fingers terribly. She immediately plunged her hand in a bowl of cold water and tried to fight back her tears while I grabbed my cell phone and left you a voice message. Within minutes, you returned my phone call. You asked me what her pain level was, and as I asked her – she pulled her hand out of the water and looked puzzlingly at it as she said her pain level was zero. It went from a 10 to 0 in less than 10 minutes. Her fingers looked perfect. They weren’t even red. Thank you so much for your service and healing Molly. I will certainly pass the word along! Sincere regards...."Molly S., New York, 4/7/12
"What did you do, anyway... it stopped the pain... and no marks within half and hour!" Lola burned her fingers taking a hot cast-iron pot out of the oven. About 10 minutes later, her sister reminded her of hearing about the FireBurnDoctor on a radio show, and Lola called immediately for help. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, Lola said her pain before her call had been 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had now dropped to a 5. Two weeks later, Lola emailed her amazed report: "I pulled a cast iron pan out of the oven and burned my hand, I was going to make cookies after supper, but after I burned my hand, I was all done being near heat. My sister reminded me of the BURN DOCTOR, so I tried it and called and told them of the pain scale I was at, then I went about my regular business (making cookies). The Doctor called back in an hour and my pain was all gone. By the way, the cookies were done and I was happy and not in any pain. Thank You Burn Doctor....p.s.-what did you do, anyway? because it stopped the pain, and there are no marks, within about a half an hour after calling you. -thanks again, doc!" Three days later, Lola reported again to say, "We have already told everyone we know about what happened. Simply put, we were amazed. Thank You."

"That was a phenomenal job... All I can say is keep up the good work!" Carl burned his hand on a VERY hot pie pan and called the FireBurnDoctor within 3 minutes of the burn. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, he said his pain before making the call was 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 7. About an hour later, Carl called to report: "I called about an hour ago and you gave me a treatment for a burn, and it worked fantastically well! My hand feels great, and there's just a tiny bit of redness left. It's almost nothing. And on a pain level I'm at a zero! So that was a phenomenal job, and I thank you. Thank you very much. All I can say is keep up the good work. I'm certainly a believer. Thank you again." Two hours later, when the FBD team called Carl to ask for an email report, Carl said again, there's "no soreness, no redness, nothing." Then he emailed his report: "13 April 2012 Doctor, I'm writing to thank you for your wonderful service. A few hours ago, I was baking a pumpkin pie. As I was removing the pie from the oven, the pie slipped off the two silicon trivets I was using to carry it to a table. I instinctively tried to grab the hot pie pan, thereby causing it to flip into the air. The hot custard poured out of the pan all over my hands. The resulting pain was severe, and my hands started to blister. Having heard about your service on the Jeff Rense Show, I immediately went to his website and got your number. Within minutes of leaving the required information with your answering service, I started to feel relief from the pain. Within 45 minutes, all the effects of my burns were gone. It was all quite unbelievable. Thank you, thank you! Sincerely...."

"It worked great for me. Thank You Burn Doctor." Kevin burned his right hand on the exhaust of a lawnmower. His dad had prior experience and called FireBurnDoctor number within minutes of the burn. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, Kevin's dad said his pain before the initial call was 7-8 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 5. About an hour later, Kevin called to report: "I called about an hour ago on a burn I got on my hand from the exhaust on a lawn mower. And after I called you it started to get numb. The pain started to go away, and now it's at a zero or a 1." An hour after this, the FBD team called again and Kevin confirmed that his pain was now zero. Two weeks later, Kevin emailed his report: "My name is [Kevin] and I burnt my hand on the exhaust of a lawnmower. My dad had called the burn doctor before and said we would try it for me. After we called my hand went numb and my burn stopped stinging. It worked great for me. Thank You Burn Doctor."

"A real live miracle! Did this just happen to me? It did happen!" Monica burned her hand on hot metal in the kitchen and called the FireBurnDoctor about 30 minutes later. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes after that, she said her pain before making the call was 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 8. Two hours from the time of the burn, the FBD team called her again and Monica said that, "once I could distract myself enough and set the ice bag down, then it got much better fast. The pain is zero now. Thank you very much."
Three weeks later, Monica emailed her astonishing report: "I wanted to write this email to thank you for your help. I really didn't know what I was going to do. It hurt a lot! About 3 weeks ago, I had heated some water for tea. Afterward the electric tea kettle I had used was very hot and began to fall. I saw that 1 of my cats was in the way, so I reached to catch the falling kettle. I knew it was hot but couldn't let it hit my hungry cat, so I tried to catch it. Bad idea. The part I caught was where the heating element was located. I burned my hand under my thumb, I immediately put cold water then an ice pack on it. I had to drive someone to school in LA traffic for my business, about a 1 hour drive round trip, 5 minutes after it happened, and it hurt at a 10 on a scale of 1-10. After I dropped her off, I thought, 'what am I going to do, I can't work like this, the pain is too much.'
All of a sudden I was inspired with the thought of the Fire Burn Dr. At once I called and was told what to do. I had driven with the ice pack on my hand halfway home. I had been told to go about my daily activities & not give it any thought. Wow that was it? I couldn't even try for the first 15 minutes. But the thought of what was said to me kept running around in my head. I couldn't stop thinking of the words. So I decided to bite the bullet & give it a try. So I slowly took the ice pack off my hand. It hurt like the dickens for not even a minute as I began to consider my daily activities. After a very few minutes the pain began to subside, & before I got home the pain went from a 10 to a 1. I was surprised to say the least, a real live miracle! Did this just happen to me? It did happen! I have NEVER had a burn heal so quickly, especially since I have been taking a drug that lowers my immune system since diagnosis w/ rheumatoid arthritis about 10 years ago. Since that time I take 10 times longer to heal. My hand was blistered, then after the call no blister. If you have a burn and it's in the first half hour sometimes longer, you would do well to call the fire burn doctor & experience relief like I did. As soon as I became a bit willing to try another way, the solution came and no more pain. Thank you again."Monica A., California, 4/16/12
"... zero pain after I stopped thinking about it... would have had a blister for weeks!" Tina burned her finger with melted sugar and called the FireBurnDoctor within 1 minute of the burn. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain had already dropped from a 10 before the call (on the scale of 0 to 10) to a 4. Three days later, Tina emailed her report: "Dear Burn Doctor team, Thank you so so much! My finger is as good as it was before it was burned! Sure, if I use the tip of it, there is still some sensitivity, but zero pain after I stopped thinking about it! Thank you! I would have had a blister for weeks!
Testimonial: I was in my work kitchen making apple turnovers with all of the kids. Parents all started rushing in to pick them up after school so I was hurrying trying to let everyone have one. Right when they were coming out of the oven I picked one up and the extremely hot melted sugar landed on the top part of my finger and ran underneath my fingernail. I immediately called the burn doctor (last time I didn't and it hurt for days and I have a scar) and told him what happened. When he called back, my pain went from a 10 down to 4....and after the next couple of hours...nothing. I had no pain. That night I could use my finger like it never happened! So thanks to the Burn Doctor team...you have saved my finger from pain and a week of blistering! Thank you, thank you!"Tina A., Michigan, 4/18/12
"It's already done, it stopped while we were talking... my thumb looked normal!" Ellen burned her fingers pouring hot coffee and called the FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 6 minutes later, she said her pain before making the call was 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and that it had dropped to 2. By the end of the call, Ellen was exclaiming, "It's already done, it stopped while we were talking, Thank you so much!" Eleven days later, Ellen emailed her report: "Around 10:40 AM, while holding my coffee cup in my left hand, I poured scalding coffee out of my metal coffee pot onto my left thumb and forefinger. I immediately plunged my left hand into cold water and put on an icepack. 10 minutes later, I called the fire burn doctor as my thumb started to blister. I left some personal information on the recording. I received a return call in only 6 minutes. After collecting some more information, I was asked my current pain level, which I replied was down to a 4 or 5. While we talked the pain left as well as the blister. My thumb looked normal!"
Eight days after the burn on 4/20/12, Ellen again burned herself, this time her leg with fresh hot coffee. She called the FireBurnDoctor about 10 minutes later and the FBD team called her back within 6 minutes, Ellen said her pain before making the call was 10 with ice (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 5. One hour and 14 minutes from her first call, Ellen called to report, "The pain is virtually gone for the burn on my thigh. In fact, the circle the size of the quarter where the coffee stream hit through my pajamas, it took a while to go, but it's not blistering now. Still little bit of a warm feeling, like the time last week when I had to call you it felt warm for a few hours underneath... Thank you, God bless."
Three days later, Ellen emailed her incredulous report: "This seems unbelievable! Around 9:08 AM, Using the same metal espresso coffee pot, I again burned myself like an idiot. I flipped up the lid to see if the coffee had boiled up the tube, into the top part; just at the wrong moment. As the steaming coffee came up the tube, it spewed in a stream onto my left thigh, burning through my pajamas… I put an icepack on it, and told myself I would not bother the fire burn doctor again. 10 minutes later, when the pain level reached a 10, I decided to call. I again left my information and received a return call in 6 minutes. I explained what I had stupidly done - again. Over the next 5 minutes the pain subsided. As instructed, I called in an hour, and left the message that the pain was virtually gone. There is only an inch long red oval mark remaining. I will be putting my espresso pot into storage!"Ellen K., Indiana, 4/20/12, 4/28/12
'"... then I had another burn and didn't call and the blister lasted 2 weeks." Nolan burned his finger on the edge of a tea kettle. He called the FireBurnDoctor quickly, saying, "...it's not that bad. But it hurts a little bit, and I have to go to work... Thank you very much." When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, Nolan said the pain before making the call was a 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and was now already at zero. He also said he had a previous experience where the FireBurnDoctor service "worked really well, then I had another burn and didn't call and the blister lasted 2 weeks."

"It really works! You hear about this and think, "Oh, that not going to work, but it really did!'" Cathy burned her elbow on a toaster oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within a minute. When the FBD team called her back 7 minutes later, she said the burn was on a tender area and her pain was a 2 (on the scale of 0 to 10). Being adopted, Cathy did not know her birth name, so her daughter took a quick picture of Cathy's face and immediately texted it to the FBD phone number immediately. An hour and a half later, the FBD team called her back and she said her pain level was zero, exclaiming, "It really works! You hear about this and think, 'Oh, that's not going to work', but it really did. I've had your number on my fridge for 2-3 years. When I moved, that was the first thing to be put back up on the fridge. Normally, I would have put ice and cold water on this, but you didn't tell me to do anything special so I didn't. Anyway, it was on the tender part of the inside of the elbow where bandaging and icing would be troublesome. So I didn't do anything. Thank you very much, you guys do good work. I've already told everyone I know about you, but now I have my own experience and I'll tell them again. You haven't been on Rense in a long time. I listen to him almost every show. He should have you back on."
Cathy M., California, 4/22/12
"I have to say that this really works... put this number in a phone... you might have to use it!" Hilary burned her finger on a hair straightener and called the FireBurnDoctor within a couple of minutes. When the FBD team called her back 4 minutes later, she said her pain before the call was a 10 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 2: "It's actually going down!" About an hour later, Hilary called to say, "...actually I have no pain at all. A little twinge here and there, but it's much better than it was this morning."
The next day, Hilary emailed her report: "I didn't think this was real, so one day I was listening to the Mother Love show and she introduced this lady. This lady talked about 'The Fire Burn Doctor' and all the good things that this one phone number can do. I, like anyone, said yeah right, but I continued to listen. Mother Love also introduced Mary Badham who also is an advocate for the Fire Burn Doctor. Toward the end of the program they repeated the phone number, and I wrote it down just in case I could use it on a friend or something. A week later, I was getting ready for work and using a hair flat iron to do my hair. I was rushing and trying to do too many things at once and closed the iron on my left thumb. I was in so much pain and my thumb was red and beginning to swell. Just then I remembered that I had the Fire Burn Doctor number in my cell phone. I called and left a message at 5:36 AM. Still in pain I couldn't finish anything and had to leave for work soon. Not long after, the Fire Doctor actually called me back. He confirmed the information I left him. He told me to go about my day and call back in an hour to tell him how my pain was. I followed his instructions and went about my day. The pain lessened by the time I got to work and just stung a little bit. I called to tell the Fire Burn Doctor and he said good and told me to just continue about my day. At this very moment I have no pain and just a small scar on my thumb. I have been burnt by flat irons before and the burns will hurt for days. I have to say that this really works. So, I suggest that anyone that can write or put this number in a phone to do so. You never know when you might actually have to use it!"Hilary H, Texas, 4/24/12
"I have no clue how this works, but... it does work and its a free service... that's a win-win in my book." Ivan burned his finger on a pan fresh out of a very hot oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within half and hour. When the FBD team called him back 6 minutes later, he said his pain had been 9 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and was already down to 5. About an hour later, Ivan called again to say, "my pain is pretty much gone. There's just a slight mark on my finger. But the pain level is down to like a 1. Pretty much gone. I really appreciate the help... Thank you." He said he was already telling all his friends, and "Thank you so much, it's a great service." Two hours later, Ivan emailed his report: "I heard about fireburndoctor on a Darkness Radio Podcast: ‘Medical Mystery - Cure the Burn 3/5/12.’ In the podcast, the host gave out the fireburndoctor number and said to write it down and save it everywhere. So I saved it into my phone and forgot about it. Today, I wasn't thinking and grabbed a hot pan out of the oven. I burned a finger pretty good but thought nothing of it. A few minutes later it was hurting pretty bad and swelled up. I decided to call fireburndoctor within 20 minutes of burning my finger. I left a voicemail with the required info. I received a phone call back within 10 minutes by [the FBD team] who verified my info, asked me to rate my pain level, and told me to go about my business and not to think about the pain. An hour later, I called fireburndoctor again to tell them that my pain level went from a 9 to a 1. The burn mark is almost gone. I have no clue how this works, but all I know is that it does work and it's a free service. That's a win-win in my book. Thanks again for the help!"
Ivan W., Washington D.C., 4/24/12
"This is extremely important, you guys are doing great work!" Ricky burned his forearm on a very hot 190 degree roller while fixing a printer at work and called the FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes of the burn. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, he said his pain was about a 4 (on the scale of 0 to 10). An hour later, Ricky called to say, "Everything seems to be clear. No redness on my forearm. Pain level is less than 1, barely noticeable... Thanks." A week later, Ricky emailed his report: "Thanks for all your help. My story goes..... I was at work. I repair equipment with rollers that can be as hot as 190 degrees. I was replacing one and set it aside, and it fell off the equipment that it was on. I reached to stop it and it made contact with my forearm. Usually I ignore burns, but since this was on an area that is thin skin and a bad spot to have one on in my field -- it was at a level 4. I left the room and ran cool water on it. Then I remembered that I had the burn dr # in my phone and I called. I left the message. He called back within a few minutes and verified the info and I went back to work, and after an hour my pain was less than 1. I waited a few days to see if it was going to blister. It did not. I shared this info with some of my fellow workers and they found it interesting and took down the #. Thanks again.... This is extremely important, you guys are doing great work!"
Ricky P., Washington, 4/25/12
"The skin was yellowing like it would blister..." and didn't! April burned her thumb with a soldering iron while she was repairing her aunt’s furniture and called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, she said her pain was about a 4-5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and the skin was yellowing like it would blister. One hour and 24 minutes from the time of the burn, April called again to say that her skin had turned from yellow to white, had not blistered, and "I don't have any pain now whatsoever!
April L., Arizona, 4/26/12
"I don't know how you guys did this, but I felt cold sensations... everything ice cold!" Sanford burned his finger on the hot oven and texted the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 5 minutes later, he said his pain was 2-3 (on the scale of 0 to 10). About an hour later, Sanford called with his feedback: "Very interesting... Sensations I experienced: around 9:25 -- I don't know how you guys did this, but I felt cold sensations. In fact, my entire right hand, the pinky the fingers the palm, everything, ice cold, ice cold! How did you make my hand so cold!?! That is the part that blows me away. It was not a major burn. It was enough to be, you know, painful. As far as the scale of zero to 10, I'd say it's around a 2. It was around a 3 when I called earlier. It's now around a 2... but the thing that amazes me most is my entire hand went cold. In comparison to my other hand: my left hand and the rest of my body stayed warm. But the right hand, at 9:25, went ice cold. And I noticed it happened again about 10 minutes later. And I don't know if this helps you, but I'd love to know how you did this... and bless you guys." Then about an hour after that, Sanford called again to report: "on a scale of zero to 10, it's between a 1 and a zero in terms of pain. I do notice there is a slight, white looking sort of a blister there, surrounded by a pink circle where the burn was still pink. The middle part is a soft white sort of color. It's not puffy at all, or anything like that, but you can tell there's a spot there, but there's almost no pain! ... Yeah, pink spot with a white spot in the middle. Very subtle, but it's there. Pain is almost gone... Thank you." Then a few days later, Sanford emailed his final report: "Thank you for helping with my burn. Hand seemed to cool down within 20 minutes cosmetically. I will tell as many as I can. Blessings."Sanford M., Mississippi, 4/28/12
"Thanks so much as my thumb is feeling great." Renee burned her thumb on a curling iron and immediately called the FireBurnDoctor. When the FBD team called back 5 minutes later, she said her pain when she called was 8 (on the scale of 0 to 10) and now "it's actually feeling pretty darn good. It was stinging quite a bit, but now it’s a 2." Two hours later, Renee called again to report, "My burn does not hurt at this time except if I stick it on something like a hot cup of coffee or something and it hurts, otherwise it is great. Thank you." Four days later, Renee emailed her report: "I am so sorry I forgot to email you. Since my thumb no longer was bothering me I forgot. I was curling my hair when my curling iron started to slip, and without thinking I made a grab for it and my thumb hit the rod. My son was in the room with me and he was the one that had your number programmed into his phone. I meant to email you as soon as I got home and I forgot. Thanks so much as my thumb is feeling great."Renee P., Washington, 4/28/12
"I had forgotten all about the burn. Totally amazing!" Leo burned his finger touching a stove top to see if it had been used and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 4 minutes later, he said his pain before making the call was 6 (on the scale of 0 to 10), and had already dropped to 2-3. About two hours later, Leo emailed his report: "... at about 11:15 or 11:20 a.m., I burned the middle of my left index finger when I inadvertently touched it to a stove burner which was still lit. It was not a serious burn, but after a few minutes under running water it was apparent that it was bad enough in one spot that it was not going away without a blister, etc., and it still continued to sting a good bit, about a 6/10 on my pain scale. Bad enough that I wanted it to stop. So I decided to call the Fireburn Doctor team. As soon as I decided to call, I noticed the pain seemed to ebb down to a 5/10, and I thought it somewhat silly to call, but still I did. Within minutes of the call, the pain had disappeared. The incipient blister did not materialize. That spot on my finger is a little warmer than the rest, but otherwise unremarkable except that it is slightly glazed, and you can still see the circular impression of the hot stove ring in it where the skin melted right on the top layer. LATER -- It is now 1:05 pm and I was just reminded to make my one hour report to the burn doctor because I was doing something with that hand, and that spot on my finger is a little more sensitive to touch than the rest, and so I noticed it.I had forgotten all about the burn. Totally amazing! Thank you Burn Doctor Team!"

"Pretty amazed at the results... I cannot thank you enough. You have one more believer!" Abraham burned his thumb on a very hot pan and called the FireBurnDoctor within a few minutes. When the FBD team called back 4 minutes later, he said "it's a pretty good second degree burn" and that his pain was 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10) because the "adrenaline is wearing off" so the pain is increasing. About an hour and a half later, Abraham called to say: "I'm just calling to say that there is no blistering. The pain has subsided substantially. It's just down to where it feels a bit tight and, yeah, I have to say thank you, thank you, thank you very much. I'm extremely impressed, so I will certainly be an advocate for you guys. I will start spreading the word. So thank you again... I appreciate what you guys have done. Thanks." Then he emailed his report: "This evening at around 6:30 I burned my thumb while taking a pan out of my oven. I had heard a show on Darkness Radio (a paranormal talk show based here in Minnesota) a while back where one of your associates was a guest and discussed what you folks do. I have been walking around with a slip of paper in my wallet with your number on it ever since. At first I was of course a bit skeptical, but I admit I am pretty amazed at the result. Within the first 10 minutes of having called, my burn went sort of numb, and the skin just felt tight. It was severe enough I thought it might have started to blister, but nothing happened. Then, I kind of forgot about it, honestly. I had a television show on and was eating, and then the better part of an hour went by and my thumb started to feel warm and tingled a bit. Now, it has been about an hour and a half, and the burn just has a slight tenderness to it. And it hasn't blistered. The skin is just a bit shinier than the rest of the thumb. All said and done, I am incredibly grateful for the work you have done for me. I will certainly be singing your praises and spreading the word. Seriously, I cannot thank you enough. You have one more believer!"Abraham H., Minnesota, 4/30/12
