Cybil burned her thumb striking a match to light her gas stove and immediately called the FireBurn Doctor. In the process of leaving her voice message, she said she was heading out to the doctor for another issue anyway, and then interrupted herself to exclaim, "It's like, wow, it doesn't hurt already. Alright, thank you." When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later to find out that her initial pain level had been 8 (on a scale of 0 to 10), Cybil blurted out that, "I can't believe it's not burning! Thank you. God bless you."
About 7 hours later, when Cybil returned from her day's appointments, she called to report: "Hello, my name is [Cybil]. I think I called you about 12 o'clock with a burn to my left thumb. I gave you all the information, and I had to run out of the house to the doctor right then, so I wasn't able to call you back, until now.... I'm amazed, it never blistered, the pain stopped almost immediately, and, my God, I can't thank you enough. Thank you! I've never had a burn heal that quickly in my life, no blister, pain gone before I'd even driven out of town."
A half an hour later, Cybil emailed her testimony and media permission: "My name is [Cybil] and I telephoned the fireburndoctor immediately after a kitchen burn this afternoon. It began healing immediately after my telephone call to him, and I barely suffered the pain that I would have expected. I would be more than agreeable to share my story with media, if it is of any assistance to him. I plan to do so on a local radio show tomorrow in the hopes that he can assist others who are open to asking his help. I am deeply grateful and plan to give his number to everyone I know, to use if they are in need in the future. I am amazed and deeply appreciative. The pain was relieved immediately and there was no tissue damage. Amazing. Gratefully yours, [Cybil]."Cybil D., New York, 10/27/11
Veronica burned her finger on a pizza pan and called the FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes. When the FBD team called back, she said her pain level was 9-10 (on a scale of 0 to 10). The next morning, Veronica called to say that the pain was gone: "The epidermis was singed off, but able to take a bath and type on the computer.... Thank you very much, nothing short of miraculous, a wonderful service!" Then she asked about training to learn how it's done.
Three days later, Veronica emailed her report: "Thank you Doctor for taking care of a First degree burn on my third finger last weekend. I was removing a hot pizza from a 500 degree oven when my mitt slipped and I touched the edge of the pan. At first I didn't feel much, but 5 minutes later the pain was searing! I called Fireburndoctor within 15 minutes and gave the necessary information and carried on as usual. Within 40 minutes, the pain subsided about 50%. I found it difficult to type on my computer but remembered what you said, "continue doing whatever you're doing..." The pain came and went but became notably less as time went on. I could see a singed white layer of skin on my finger but the pain slowly dissolved. That night, the pain, on a scale of one to 7 (seven being the most intense pain) was down to 2. The next day, the pain was completely gone. However mysterious this healing method is, I am always incredibly grateful and always a bit stunned that it works. I will continue to pass your information on to my friends, both naysayers and otherwise. You contribute a tremendous service to individuals who are involved in accidents involving burns and I greatly appreciate all your help! I know that without your intervention, I would be in terrible pain and discomfort for hours if not days and weeks. Gratefuly, [Veronica]."Veronica S., California, 10/30/11
When Roberta burned her fingers on a stainless steel pan fresh out of a 500 degree oven, she didn't know about the FireBurnDoctor. After keeping her fingers on ice for an hour, while her pain persisted at 8-9 (on a scale of 0 to 10), she searched the Internet to find out how long the burn would hurt. That's when she found FireBurnDoctor, called the number, gave her information, and got the amazing results: Roberta's pain dropped quickly and 2 hours later she called to report: "Right now the pain is pretty much gone in 3 of my fingers, and my thumb, I'd say it's about a 1. Thank you." She said her thumb was "just a sting, bearable. Thank you so much for your help."

When Rose burned her fingers on a hot glass bowl, her husband texted her details to FireBurnDoctor within 10 minutes. When the FBD team called back, she said her pain level was an 8 (on a scale of 0 to 10)... with ice. About an hour later, her husband called to report that his wife's fingers were "better, no pain, just tingling." Five days later, he called again to say he was spreading the word that, "The next day she was back to normal. It's a God-send. We're telling people. Now we know first hand."
Then eight days from the burn, Rose's husband emailed his amazed report: "Greetings. Date of burn was 11-12-2011. My wife preheated the oven to 400 degrees, placed a glass bowl in the oven for five minutes. Removed the glass bowl with oven MIT. She then went to add some melted cheese into the hot glass bowl, forgot the oven MIT, slid the hot glass bowl with three bare fingers. The hot glass bowl literally stuck to her three fingers (right hand). She raised her arm and swung it down to get the hot glass bowl unstuck from her three fingers. The bowl ended up on the floor.
(A couple years ago I heard about Fireburndoctor on Coast to Coast AM... Ever since I heard that program, I always made sure I put all the fireburndoctor info in my cell phones knowing that someday I would get the chance to try it out.)
A few minutes later she's on the couch with ice on her fingers, hurting real bad. I asked her if she wanted to try out Fireburndoctor. She said sure. So about ten minutes after the burn I sent a picture of her right hand showing the burns to the fireburndoctor@aol.com email. Then I sent another text message with her full name at birth, place of birth, date of birth and basically what happened. Within a few minutes my phone rang, it was the doctor with questions. I handed the phone to my wife and she answered all his questions (pain scale, exactly which hand, how long ago did the burn occur).
Within 10 minutes of hanging up, she said the pain was gone and still had a strange tingling in the burn areas (like her burn areas felt like they fell asleep, that 7UP feeling inside her finger tips). By the next day she was back to 100% normal, absolutely no pain, no tingling, no blisters, like it never happened. I asked her how long would she expect the burns would have taken to heal normally, she guessed at least a couple weeks.
As God is my witness, Fireburndoctor works and I am spreading the word. I think the most important thing is timing and get the info to the fireburndoctor within that 1st half hour after the burn. Thank you Fireburndoctor."Rose V., Indiana, 11/12/11
When her little son, Nick, grabbed a mug of hot tea from the counter, spilling it's contents on his hand, his mom texted his details to the FireBurnDoctor within 6 minutes of the injury. When the FBD team called her back, Nick's mom said he wasn't screaming, so she guessed his pain level was a 5 (on a scale of 0 to 10), and that his hand was red and swollen. About an hour later, Nick's mom texted again to say, "Sound asleep with only a small complaint, so 1 or 0 by now. Thank you!... It looks fine, centralized, no swelling."
Nick V., Michigan, 11/17/11
When Tanya accidentally picked up a hot coal and burned her middle finger, her dad immediately texted her details to the FireBurnDoctor. When the FBD team called her back a few minutes later, she said that her pain had already decreased from an 8 (on a scale of 0 to 10), to a 4. About a half hour later, Tanya's dad texted again to say: "Pain level now a .5. Thank you! 0.5 now." Adding that she was napping, and "Thank you guys!"

In shock when her clothing caught fire on a gas stove, Leila called the FireBurnDoctor immediately, within a minute! Fortunately, she has used the FBD before and knew what to do when her arm and clothes burned so suddenly. When the FBD team called her back, she said her pain level had been an 8 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and that it was "horrific to have the clothes you're wearing burn." An hour later, she called to report that her pain level had dropped to a 4.
Ten days after the burn, Leila emailed her report: "Hello, I am so thankful for the fireburn doctor. I really have no words to express my gratitude except for THANK YOU. I was cooking on a gas stove and the sleeve of my blouse caught on fire. I don't know exactly how it happened but suddenly my sleeve was on fire. There were flames burning the sleeve and moving quickly up my arm. I ran to the sink and sprayed my arm with water but not before my arm have been burned and the back of my seat of my trousers had been burned thru. Fortunately my backside was not burned but my upper arm was very red and felt like it was on fire. I attempted to put an ice pack on it and then I remembered the burn doctor I had used once before with unbelievable results. So I called and the burn doctor gave me instructions and calmed me down and the burn I had received healed quickly and completely. When I called, my burn was rated as a 10 by me and I really didn't feel that the burn doctor was going to be able to help, but they did and when the allotted time had passed and I called back to report, the pain had resurfaced for a few moments (it went from a 1 to about a 4) but as soon as I hung up and started back to my work the pain vanished and never returned. I have no marks or bruises or physical remembrances of the burn. Thank you burndoctor for your amazing technique. I don't know what it is but it really really works. Namaste."Leila H., Georgia, 11/20/11
Rick burned his finger on a hot coal and texted his details to the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. When the FBD team called him back, his pain level had already dropped from a 4 (on a scale of 0 to 10), to a 3 in just one minute. Eight hours later, the FBD team called again to find out that a blister had come up and then completely disappeared... and that Rick had completely forgotten about it within two hours and was actually a little disappointed that there was no sign of the burn at all when he went to show his mom.

Diane burned her arm on the oven and called the FireBurnDoctor within 23 minutes. When the FBD team called her back about 5 minutes later, her pain had already dropped from a 10 (on a scale of 0 to 10), to an 8. About an hour later, the FBD team called again and Diane reported that her pain had dropped to a 4 and that it "looks better, not as big and not as red." She also said her husband asked how it's done, so the FBD team referred her to Reports p.10 on the fireburndoctor.com website. When Diane called 2 and a half hours after the burn injury, she reported that her arm was "not burning at all, looking much better.... Thank you sir, Happy Thanksgiving."
Diane W., Missiouri, 11/23/11
Barbara's dad called the FireBurnDoctor 10-15 minutes after she spilled boiling water on her left arm and foot at work. When the FBD team called him back, Barbara's pain level was an 8 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Four hours later, her dad said her pain had dropped, and was "knocked down by 2/3rds, doing real well... She took a cool shower then laid down to rest. Doing real well, thank you." Then an hour after that, her dad called again to say the pain was gone: "She's doing really good. Even the burn on her foot, the swelling has gone down. There's very little red now, So she's doing really well. And the pain -- I guess there isn't too much pain now is there [Barbara]? 'No.' Nope, nothing much. So it looks good. Thank you."
Barbara W., Ontario, Canada, 11/24/11
Hilary burned her finger while making Thanksgiving dinner and waited 30 minutes before calling the FireBurnDoctor -- she didn't want to be "distracted", but then couldn't ignore the pain or the redness and the blistering that was starting to happen. When the FBD team called back about 5 minutes later, her pain level had already dropped from a 4-5 (on a scale of 0 to 10) to a 3. While telling about how her daughter had used this service before and her friend who does glass blowing had called with a burn then went right back to work, Hilary interrupted herself to say, "Actually, it feels good now. If I had my eyes closed, it feels normal, doesn't hurt at all. I have 12 people at dinner. Thank you!"
Five days later, Hilary's husband called to say, "Just to let you know, she was doing much better shortly after she called. She, her daughter and some friends have all had similar experiences so she's definietely telling people, spreading the word. She was able to do things right after the burn that she otherwise would not have been able to do."
Later that day, Hilary emailed her report: "Hello. Thank you for your help today. Right now, even though I burned my skin by taking out some rolls from the oven and accidentally bumped a hot rack with the back of my right hand middle finger (next to the index finger), I don’t feel any pain (pain level of zero). It is really incredible. If I couldn’t SEE my finger and didn’t know it had been burned, I wouldn’t know that it had been burned. It feels like any other part of my skin! Right after I bumped it, the skin immediately blistered and the top layer of skin came off. I put it under some cool water for just a few (6?) seconds, then needed to continue working because I was making a “1 day late Thanksgiving meal” for 12 people. So I finished everything up, sat down to eat dinner, and my finger was throbbing. THEN I remembered the “Burn Doctor” and called. I did not put any bandaids on it or any sort of cream, yet the redness around the blister is very minor and the top of the blister looks like it normally would have looked after healing for at least a day or two. Probably two. After dinner I did most of the dishes, so had my hands in warm (almost hot) water for about an hour, and it did not hurt the whole time! This is really incredible! Thanks!!!!!"Hilary C., Illinois, 11/25/11
While spending time with his grandmother, 2-year old Larry touched an oven shelf with the palm of his hand. His grandmother was well prepared with the FireBurnDoctor number in her phone under "Burns" so she called within 2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back, Larry's pain level had already dropped from a 7-9 (on a scale of 0 to 10) to 3-5 in the first 5 minutes after she called. One hour later, the grandmother called to report: "He's absolutely fine right now. It's been about an hour or so. He's watching TV. When you ask him which hand is "ow", he looks at both hands and he shrugs his shoulders. So, that speaks volumes. Thank you so much for your help. I just love you. OK, bye."
Four days later, Larry's grandmother emailed her report: "On Friday Dec 2, 2011, my two-year old grandson burned himself on the wire rack in the 400 degree oven, while trying to help me cook. It was quite painful for him - maybe a 7-9. I called fireburndoctor right away (it is in my cell phone) and gave the required information on the answer machine. Joseph called back within 4 minutes. In that time the pain level had dropped to about a 3-5. I was told to call back in an hour to say how my grandson was doing - his pain level was 0. He did not say 'ow' even when reminded about the boo-boo earlier, or touching where he had burned his hand. I have called in the past when either my daughter, myself or my grandson has been burned - and the outcome is always the same: pain free and no mark. Thank you so much for your help - we just love you and what you do so much!"Larry S., Louisiana, 12/2/11
Esther was making tea at work when the hot water splashed onto her face, cheek and lip. It was a small burn, but someone she recently met had given her a slip of paper with the FireBurnDoctor phone number and instructions on what information to give. She called less than 10 minutes after the burn, reluctant to give her details, but did anyway because she didn't want the pain. When the FBD team called her back, Esther said her pain level had been a 10 (on a scale of 0 to 10) before her call... began dropping immediately, and was already down to a 1 half-way through the team's follow-up call. The call ended with her saying, "It's gone!' confirming that the pain had disappeared.
Note: that "little slip of paper" is a FBD STICKER! Hundreds of thousands of FBD STICKERS have been given out to people ALL OVER THE WORLD! Maybe even millions! YOU can print your own stickers any time you want... and hand them out like candy to the babies. Everyone remembers getting "stickered"... and when eventually they have to call with a burn, they'll be very grateful to the one who gave them that little slip of paper. FBD STICKERS cost almost nothing to print -- and anyone with scissors can cut them up. PRINT YOUR STICKERS right here, right now!

Ned was having a hot mug of hot chocolate when the hot rim of the mug burned his lip. Knowing from prior experience for himself and his family, Ned called the FireBurnDoctor immediately after the burn. When the FBD team called him back about three minutes later, his initial pain level of 3 (on a scale of 0 to 10) had already dropped to a 2. The next morning, Ned reported that the pain level was "0.5 at one hour, and no pain this morning, no mark either, there's a tiny redness but you can hardly tell. Thank you." Ned V., Minnesota, 12/19/11
Erika had a house guest from Puerto Rico visiting for the holidays and when they were making Christmas candies, some of the hot sugared ingredients burned Erika's thumb. Her friend told her about the FireBurnDoctor and made the phone call within minutes, making sure they gave the correct country code for Sweden, to assist the return call. When the FBD team called them back, Erika said her pain level had been 9 (on a scale of 0 to 10), and added, "It's gone, that's great! It doesn't hurt now, it's gone. I didn't believe it when my friend told me to call, but it's gone. That's fast, thank you!" She said she would definitely be telling lots of others.Erika K., Sweden, 12/22/11
Frank burned his hand when he touched the stove and his mom called the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes after the injury. When the FBD team called back about three minutes later, Frank's mom said his pain level had already dropped from an 8 (on a scale of 0 to 10) ... to zero, "no pain."Frank M., Virginia, 12/25/11
Alice was testing her brand new curling iron received at Christmas when she burned her left upper arm. 22 minutes later, her mom texted the FireBurnDoctor with Alice's details and asked for help. When the FBD team called her back, she said her pain level was a 7 (on a scale of 0 to 10) without ice. Three hours later, Alice's mom reported that, "She said there is no pain now. Thank you." and then emailed the "before" and "after" photos. Alice S., Arizona, 12/25/11
Paul was cleaning the grill at the fast-food restaurant where he works, when hot butter hit his finger. He called the FireBurnDoctor right away (as he has for a previous burn). When the FBD team called him back, Paul said his pain level was 4.5 to 5 (on a scale of 0 to 10), and goes to 6 when it's near heat. Four days later, Paul reported that the pain had gone to zero in the first 30-45 minutes after he called the FireBurnDoctor... and that he had felt a "tingling sensation" in the burned area both times!Paul H., Nevada, 12/27/11
When Carolyn burned her hand on a frying pan, her friend was there who was able to make the call to the FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes of the burn. When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, her friend reported, "it's already feeling better." From an initial pain level of 5 (on a scale of 0 to 10)... the pain was now gone and "had disappeared in less than 7 minutes."

At dinner with his mom and grandmother, one-year old Lionel learned that spaghetti can be very hot. When his mom set a fresh, hot plate of it in front of him with a warning that it was hot, Lionel promptly dove is hand into it, then started screaming and crying. His Grandmother knew about FireBurnDoctor and immediately made the necessary phone call with his details. When the FireBurnDoctor team called back, Lionel's grandmother said his pain level had already dropped from 7-8 (on a scale of 0 to 10), to 4-5 within 5 minutes of making the call. Three days later, the FBD team talked again with Lionel's grandmother, who said that he had cried for a little after the team's return call, "but he settled down within the hour." She had forgotten to call back that evening with feedback, but she remembered noticing that Lionel's burn marks had completely disappeared by bath time that night.
Eventually, Lionel's grandmother emailed her report: "I am writing about the issue we had at Christmas with my grandson [Lionel]. Sorry it has taken me so long to write about the issue. We sat at the table..., and [Lionel] was really hungry. He reached for his food and it was really hot, it burned his hand. I called right away and talked to someone there. We did what was told of us which is basically to go about our business and check his hand. [Lionel] stopped crying within a few minutes after the call. At bath time I checked to see if there was anything on his hand and there was nothing there. He never acted funny, or different in any way. I know he burned his hand, but I swear he did not act it afterwards. Thank you so much for your help and I pray that more people believe. Blessings."Your welcome... and thank you! However, it's very important to realize that "belief" has nothing to do with the FBD results! Try telling a one year old child that he has to "believe" in someone miles away taking care of his burn.... We are not asking anyone to "believe" in anything -- just put the FBD number in your cell phone (and tell everyone else to do the same).... Then just call when you burn yourself.... In fact, RUSH, when you burn yourself... so that you call within the first 30 minutes. Then watch what happens... just like all these 550 "instantly recovered burn victims" have done! You'll be glad you did -- even if you didn't "believe" it when you saved that 1-818-332-6445 under "burns."

Ian was working on an art project with a branding iron and it slipped, hitting his index finger. He called the FireBurnDoctor team within two minutes with a pain level of 6-7 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Three minutes later, when the team called him back, he elaborated on his pain level, saying, "Well you know burns, at first the skin looks and feels OK but they get worse. Actually, it's a little down, yes, it's been decreasing." In a follow-up call, he added, "I've participated in some experiments before, but I'd have to say this is an interesting experiment you've got going. I've already told quite a few people."
Two hours after the first call, Ian reported, "It blistered, but there is virtually no pain. And this is, I can't thank you enough. I really appreciate your help. Thank you.... Yes, pain is at a zero. This is very fun, I'm tickled. I never wanted to be part of your experiment, but now that I am, I'm thrilled! Thank you, I think this is wonderful; I can't thank you enough!"
Three hours after that, Ian emailed his report: "Greetings, This afternoon at 5:30, I burned my finger pretty badly (3rd degree) on a hot branding iron. The skin was charred and immediately came off. My finger was displaying symptoms of shock - shutting off feeling to avoid pain - but I knew it would be coming back & I wasn't looking forward to it at all. I've been carrying your number around for some time, so I grabbed my cell phone & called in immediately. I was called back within 2 minutes and, although the burn looked terrible, the pain was already lessening (about 3-4). I was very busy that evening and had forgotten to call you back at the right time. I remembered to when I noticed the wound on my hand as I was taking something out of a hot oven. My freshly burned finger was in a hot oven and it was completely comfortable to be there! In less than 2 hours the pain was gone! I still had an inch long blister but my finger felt normal. It's now 5 hours later and it's hard to tell that there was such a bad burn there at all. My thanks to everyone on this project.
Thank you again for your help. I can't even place a value on the service you provided me! Bless you."
