Leonard was making pizza in the early evening when he reached into the oven touching the hot stove with his left thumb. His pain was a 6 to 6.5 (on the scale of 0 to 10). After half an hour, the cold water had only reduced his pain to a 5, so Leonard called the FireBurnDoctor just in time with his details. Later, he called to report: "I was told to call back in a half an hour. The pain is pretty much gone. And it's not as red as it was before. So I guess I'd call that a change of the pain level for sure. It looks better, so I appreciate it, and thank you. I will recommend you to other people. Bye bye."
Not only that, but Leonard is now eager to participate in the next Jeff Rense show where he first heard about the FireBurnDoctor service and also to share his story with the media in his own home town: "Hey, this works! You need to report about FireBurnDoctor results so more people can be helped!"

Dick burned his right hand taking a pan out of the oven. He called the FireBurnDoctor team a half hour later, and was still experiencing a pain level of 4-5 (on a scale of 0 to 10). When he called back 21 minutes later to give feedback, he said he "wanted to give candid feedback" and said he didn't notice any major difference. But when asked about his pain level, he admitted the pain was reduced by half, to 2-3. He was skeptical that there would be any further results. Three hours from the time of the burn, Dick called back to say that the pain had flared up, gone away, flared up, and then disappeared entirely. Another skeptic's final remark, "I'll definitely try it again."Dick A., New Jersey, 10/9/10
Steve was making afternoon tea and ended up pouring scalding tea on his right wrist. From previous experience, he knew to call the FireBurnDoctor immediately and did so within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, his pain had already dropped from a 7-8 to a 6-7 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Half an hour later, Steve called again to report, "my pain has gone down to probably around a 1 or a 2. So, that's significant. Thank you again. And, yeah, have a good day."Steve K., Washington, 10/10/10
Tom had used the FireBurnDoctor service before, so when he burned his finger boiling eggs for breakfast, he called within 4 minutes with a pain level of 4 (on a scale of 0 to 10). A couple hours later, Tom emailed his report: "I'm writing concerning a burn I received on Oct 12, 2010 from picking up a hot pan off the stove. The burn was a minor one on my pointer finger with a pain level of 4 or maybe 5 at the most. Within the first half hour the pain was down to a one and after an hour the pain was completely gone and even when I was gripping my cane I could not tell I had ever burned myself.
I'm a glassblower by trade and this is the fifth or sixth time I've used their services and it didn't matter if it was a minor burn like the one today or a more severe burn like I've received in the past, the outcome is always the same; within an hour the pain is gone and within a day there is virtually no indication that the burn was ever there, no blisters or marks of any kind. I only wished I could of used their services 20 years ago when I was learning my trade and was burning myself almost daily. I recommend everyone put this number in their cell phone so it is there when you need it. I tell everyone I know to do this and will continue to do so, you don't have to understand it or believe it, just make sure you have the number."

Henry was at work at a power company, testing a burner with an open flame, when the flame brushed the right side of his face and burned him near the mouth. Luckily, he'd heard of the FireBurnDoctor through the Jeff Rense radio show and knew to make the call, which he did within a couple minutes. Henry said it felt like it was going to blister and the pain level was about a 5 (on the scale of 0 to 10). When Henry called back to report, he explained, "I called about a half hour ago and was asked to call back, and things are much better. I mean, definitely there's something going on... Thanks very much." Then again, an hour and a half after the burn, Henry called to say, "almost as if it never happened;" "absolutely amazing;" "can't thank you enough;" "was going to blister, just amazing, thank you doctor;" "How can I contribute?" and "people need to know about this."
Later Henry emailed FireBurnDoctor: "Dear Dr. Watson, Within two minutes of burning the skin near my cheek to the right side of my mouth I called the Fire Burn Doctor at 818-332-6445 number and was immediately called back. The flame from an open torch had just grazed my face very briefly but I could feel the pain growing and was wondering if it would blister. While I was leaving my details in a message I could feel the pain continuing to increase. I would say it went from a zero to a 3 or 4 while leaving the message. By the time I was called back it was pushing 4 or 5, but that was as bad as it ever got. I was asked to call back in 30 minutes and by that time it was almost as if it never happened. No blistering, no swelling or anything. Absolutely amazing. This was my first time calling for help and I was not in an area where I could get ice or cold water on it quickly. As it turned out I didn't end up putting anything, no ice or cold water, on it. The Burn Doctor's process worked amazingly fast, Thank You Dr. Watson!!!! Yes, I will pass the word around and already have!!!"

Tammy called the FireBurnDoctor number within 5 minutes of burning her hand on a hot, metal toaster oven. She said her pain level before the call had been an 8 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and agreed to call back in half and hour or so with feedback on the results. She had heard about FireBurnDoctor from her mother who had heard about it on the Jeff Rense show. But Tammy didn't call back until two days later, when she explained: "I had called on Wednesday about a burn on my hand. And I meant to call back yesterday. I'm just calling to let you know that yesterday I had completely forgotten that I had a burn on my hand. There's essentially no markings except for slightly shinier skin on my left hand where it occurred. And, yeah, I just wanted to say that I was extremely pleased and flabbergasted that this...seemed to work.

Linda burned her finger cooking a pie and her brother, Bill, called the FireBurnDoctor 25 minutes later. She was skeptical, he was curious after hearing about FBD on the Jeff Rense radio show. When Bill called, he said Linda's pain level was about a 5 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and agreed to call back with results in about half an hour, which he did. When Bill called 30 minutes later, he was disappointed to report that Linda says she's "still got the same level of pain. No change in the look of the blister or the feel of the blister..." and is still putting ice on it and treating it herself. But then, Bill called again, 1 hour and 19 minutes from his first call to the FireBurnDoctor, this time to say, "She just told me that the pain is completely gone now... It's 10:07, Friday evening, and she says the pain is gone. Alright, thank you. Bye bye."
The next morning, Bill called with his final feedback and a question: "Providing, I guess, my last update for my sister... you performed your services on late last night. She woke up today and said that her pain is completely gone still, AND when she puts her burn near any heat or hot water she does not have any residual pain, which she usually does after she burns herself. So she is very impressed, I'm impressed.... Thank you very much."
Bill's question: "If someone didn't want to give all their information, if you are fine with just receiving a picture of the person... a picture is sufficient for all information, not including the time of burn, severity, and all that, but the personal information?"
FBD team answer: Yes, a picture is sufficient for the personal data, as the website says.... A picture of the PERSON, the face of the person, not just the burn. And it can be ANY picture -- a baby picture or an old picture or a picture just taken with a camera cell phone -- texted or emailed immediately, within the first 30 minutes, to the FBD phone number or email address, with a phone number to call back for feedback.

Gwen burned her arm while baking and called the FireBurnDoctor phone number about 20 minutes later with a pain level of about a 6 or 7 (on a scale of 0 to 10). She said she had burned her right arm, which at first was a little thing, but was now a big thing that hurt and looked like it was going to blister. About 30 minutes later, Gwen called back to say, "My pain level has gone down to about a 1 or zero. There was going to be a blister. There's no longer a blister coming up. The redness is gone down a lot. There's almost nothing there. I wanted to thank you very much. Bye."
When Gwen sent her email report the next day, she explained: "I burned my right forearm on a hot oven dish edge (350*) about 2 inches long, 1/4 inch wide. At first the pain was only a 2 so I was not going to bother anyone. Then after 20 minutes it was a 6 or 7 so I called the Fireburndoctor. 15 minutes after, the pain was back down to a 2. Thirty minutes after that there was no pain at all.
The following day, the burned line looked just flat and brown, no reddening and old looking, still no pain. Thank you very much!"Gwen M., California, 10/24/10
Amy burned her fingers while making home-made dog food. When her fingers started to blister, she remembered hearing about the FireBurnDoctor and called the number, leaving her information. By the time the FireBurnDoctor team called her back a few minutes later, Amy told her extremely surprising story: After making the phone call, she thought to herself, "I'm open to the possibilities." Then she "sat down, looked at the clock and it was over." Her pain went from a 6 (on a scale of 0 to 10) to zero in 4 minutes, no blister, no pain, no redness, gone!!!
Just 38 minutes from the time of the burn, Amy emailed her report, "Hello, I was making homemade dog food today and I stupidly stuck my hand in a pot of hot cooked vegetables that I thought had cooled. I had a small but painful burn on the tip of my 3rd finger that quickly blistered and ice was not keeping the pain away. I remembered the burn doctor but I hesitated to call, thinking it was not so bad. However, the more I thought about it (and the pain continued), I thought why not call. I did, and within 4 minutes of the phone call the pain instantly stopped. I looked at my hand and the blister was gone as well. There is no redness or any indication that I was burned at all. I don't know how it works, and I guess I don't need to know, all I know is that it worked for me. Thank you so much. I will indeed spread the word."

Ellen's story is a great example of the Q & E (quick and easy) protocol of the FireBurnDoctor! When Ellen burned her lip with boiling water, she put on ice and got on the internet looking for help. About 15 minutes later, she texted the FireBurnDoctor team with a pain level of 4 (on a scale of zero to 10). Not understanding fully what the FBD does, she asked, "Can you help with a home remedy?" Yes! and the home remedy she got was relief from a distance, coincidentally while she was at home. Ellen's next text message a few minutes later read, "My brn has healed with no blistering. Thank you."

Skeptical Lana is no longer skeptical. Her family has used the FireBurnDoctor several times in the past 7 months, so when she burned her tongue on hot coffee at work, she texted her dad to contact the FireBurnDoctor for her because she couldn't make outgoing calls. Ten minutes after the burn, her pain level was a 4 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and then fourteen minutes later, she texted to say, "It already feels better." At 27 minutes from the first text to the FireBurnDoctor, Lana reported her pain being at 0.5." Next time Lana can text the FireBurnDoctor herself, directly to 818-332-6445 -- By phone call, email or text message, as long as FBD team receives the required information or a photograph of the burned person's face within the first half hour.Lana K., Washington, 10/28/10
On Sunday afternoon, Edward burned his hand badly when he grabbed a pan fresh out of the broiler oven without a hot pad. His pain was a 10 (on a scale of 0 to 10) when he remembered hearing about the FireBurnDoctor on a radio show. After some quick research on the Internet, he found the number and called 21 minutes after the burn. Within about 7 minutes, his pain dropped to a 4. In another 38 minutes, he called to report, "I spoke with you about a half hour ago. My level of pain right now is about a level 2. I wanted to let you know. Thank you very much. Thank you."
Then, Edward emailed his extraordinary story, "I received your voice mail regarding the results of the burn I got last Saturday grabbing a hot pan out of the oven that was on broil for 15 minutes or so. When the burn occurred, I realized that I was to the point where this burn is going to really hurt for at least a couple of weeks, and since I use my hands for my job I knew that I had to find another alternative to helping out with the pain. I remembered hearing about you on Coast to Coast, and when the burn occurred I immediately went to the internet to look up your website to see what I needed to do. I followed the instructions you have on the website and 20 minutes after sending my information, the pain went from a 10+ down to a 3 or 4. After talking with you on the phone I followed your instructions as to do what I normally do throughout the day.
This is simply amazing what has occured and what you have done to relieve me of the pain immediately and today I can barely see where the burns happened on my fingers. When I told my wife about this she was a big skeptic and mentioned that I really shouldn't tell anybody about this, but she has since changed her mind and I have told my story to everybody, and the people I work with have your website and telephone number if they ever get burned.
I really appreciate what you have done...I have no pain whatsoever and had I not contacted you, I still would have been in great pain. Thank you."Edward S., New Mexico, 11/7/10
Cathy burned her arm, from elbow to wrist, when she poured very hot microwaved tea water on her arm. In a panic with what she thought was a second-degree burn, she drove to the pharmacy to get burn cream. To her surprise, the pharmacist did not recommend anything on the shelf, but told her instead about the FireBurnDoctor. He said it was a free service accessed by phone which he'd heard was getting great results, but he hadn't SEEN the results himself. He told her that if she decided to call, to please, let him know how it worked. Cathy figured she had nothing to lose, so she called the FBD phone number immediately and left her information. When the FBD team called her back, she said the pain level was 3-4 (on a scale of 0 to 10), that the burn had happened about 75 minutes before, and agreed to call back with results in about a half an hour. Since the pharmacist also wanted to see the results, Cathy went about her normal activities making business phone calls standing right there in the store.
About a half hour later, both Cathy and the pharmacist were amazed, and Cathy called the FBD team to report: "I called you all earlier. My burn went down considerably. It had been all the way up my arm, and now it's like 3 things, 3 little spots... With the stuff I was doing, I didn't pay much attention to it and I realized that it didn't hurt anymore. Then I looked at it and it was considerably smaller. A pharmacist gave me your number. It is amazing. And I am a Christian, and I believe in faith healing, which I KNOW that's what you gotta be doing. But you're doing a wonderful job. It worked really good and I'm going to send you a picture of my arm. Thank you."
Not only that, but Cathy says she's going to tell everyone that, "It's miraculous, like a miracle, it's fabulous what you can do, it's a wonderful service. I've been to healing services, and been healed, but not like this." She asked, "is it prayer? If it is, then you all have figured out how to target it!"
The FireBurnDoctor's Neuro-Bypass science that Cathy is asking about is explained as simply as possible on Reports p.10 for anyone who is interested. And, as he says, when there is widespread interest, FBD will train emergency teams throughout the world to eradicate the scourge of burns everywhere.

Tina burned her fingers while cooking spaghetti sauce. Fortunately, her son had heard about FireBurnDoctor on a radio show and told his mom to call, which she did. When the FBD team called her back, Tina reported a pain level of 8-9 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and agreed to call back with results. A half hour later, Tina called to say that, "the burn is, like, going away. It's at maybe a 1... and that's when I bend my finger. And it's not swelling up anymore. And, anyway, I think it's doing really good. So, it burned really good... Anyway, I can tell it's getting better...it's not really bothering me. Thank you."
Later, Tina texted her report: "I burned my middle finger while cooking spaghetti sauce. I called the fireburn number and within an hour I barely felt the pain. To tell the truth by time i went to bed I forgot i got burned. The next day i only remembered i got burned when i washed my hands the first couple times... I have forgotten about getting burned - no pain." And added, It healed right up and there's just a little mark left, just enough to know that something happened. Usually burns hurt for a long time. Especially when putting the hand in warm water."

Sam's story is a great example of how important it is to just go about your normal activities after you call the FireBurnDoctor when you burn yourself!
Sam writes: "I burned my neck and face lighting a fire in my fire place. At the time I had about 10 inches of beard hanging down which caught on fire, I had no idea until the pain tore into me. It was a decent burn, instantly super red. My wife went to look for the burn spray when I said, 'Hey let's call the fire burn doctor & see if it really works," which we did. Good thing too because we couldn't find the burn spray. I called, left the information asked of me and waited. By the time the fire burn doctor called me back my pain had gone from a 6 or so [on a scale of 0 to 10] to a 3. But I just thought it was because time had passed. The doctor verified my info and told me to go about my daily routine just like I normally do & call back in half an hour. Well I kinda did what I normally do except for the fact that I was watching the clock for the 30 minute mark waiting for my pain to go away. At the 30 minute mark I called them back and left negative feedback. I really wanted it to work too. At that point, I kinda just threw it out of my mind and filed it away as another let down. About 10 minutes after I put it out of my mind and went about my normal routine (like the doctor had said) my pain was completely gone, the redness went away it was like the burn never happened. So I am here now to withdraw my negative feedback for 100% positive feed back. Thanks."
Sam also left a voice mail to explain further, "I'm a dad, with several kids, one especially is rambunctious, so I was very interested in seeing this work. Was disappointed when there was no change at half hour and left that voice mail, but I had been focusing on it, even though you told me to do my normal activities. After leaving the voice mail, I did do other things, getting ready for work, and within 10 minutes it was all gone.... pain, redness, everything.... Everyone in the family has the number in their phones, and I'm telling people.... You guys are amazing. I appreciate it. Thank you."

Two year old Daniel was severely burned when he tipped boiling hot water onto his face, chest and stomach. Screaming with pain, he was rushed by ambulance to the emergency room. Meanwhile, his mother. who was at work. was informed by a paramedic friend to call the FireBurnDoctor. With his phone, the mom called and left the information about her son and then hurried over to the hospital to see the boy. When she arrived, the hospital had already given her son morphine, diagnosed bad second degree burns, applied cream and a dressing and sent the boy home with his mother -- all within two hours! They told the mom to bring Daniel back every day for treatments and get an appointment to see a doctor in 4 days. The hospital took photos of the burn (which the mom said looked "nasty with all the skin peeled off on his chest and tummy"), but they had bandaged the wounds so she couldn't see them to give the FBD team any feedback.
Twenty-four hours later, Daniel's mother talked with the FBD team and said, "He's acting like he's not in as much pain; still really pink; but he's not in as much pain as he should be, so something definitely is happening." She said his pain had been a 10 yesterday, but it was down to 4 or 5. He was in a "good mood when he woke up after the hospital, no, not a good mood, he was in a great mood. Thank you very much!"
On the fourth day, at the appointment the ER had scheduled, the doctor told the mom that they couldn't say if grafting was still necessary and recommended going to a burn specialist. On the 5th day, when the mom changed the bandages on Daniel's wounds, she reported to the FireBurnDoctor team that, "it looked amazingly better", "I don't think skin grafting is needed" "night and day difference" "I'm beyond excited." She said he still cries, in and out, but he's relatively calm and sleeping a lot, which is not normal for an autistic kid, curling up on the couch, with his brother or with her. She said she's "so happy, I've been so stressed with this." She also said she's not using the cream any more because it's not needed, but that she puts the bandages on to keep him from scratching at the wound areas.
The mom was amazed, especially since on the night of the burn accident, the hospital told her that "it was certainty of skin grafting," and now she says, "I don't think it will need grafting!" She then asked if she could post the FireBurnDoctor website on her facebook page... and was told, "Absolutely, this is your story now, tell everyone, even the media."

Alice burned the inside of her wrist with steam while cooking. She had heard about the FireBurnDoctor on the Jeff Rense radio show and called the phone number within 1-2 minutes. When the FBD team called her back to confirm details, she said her pain level had been a 10 (on a scale of 0 to 10), but had already dropped to a 6. Then added, "Actually, its getting better, now it's a 4." An hour later, Alice called again to report: "My burn took place at 6:42, Central Standard Time, about an hour ago. I have no pain now. Only if I..., it's in the folding part where my wrist bends, so it slightly tingles, a little bit, when I bend it...."
Later, Alice emailed her amazing story: "At approximately 6:42pm, I received a steam burn to the inside area of my left wrist when the lid to my rice pot slid off as I was reaching over it. Initially, the burn area was approximately 2-1/2" wide by 3" long. It looked as if blisters were forming along the bend of the wrist. It was an extremely nauseating and debilitating pain. I immediately called the Burn Doctor number and left the information they needed and continued on with my kitchen duties as instructed. Within 4 minutes, the pain reduced from a 10 to a 7 on the pain threshold. I noticed the red area was diminishing and it looked as if the blisters had ceased to form. By 6:50pm the pain was down to a 6 and by 7:02 the pain was at a 3. The affected area was still a little red but had reduced to over half the original size. By 7:20 I had almost no pain. Although the area at the bend of the wrist where it looked as if blisters were trying to form now appeared a little lighter than the surrounding area, no blisters formed. This in itself was amazing given the thinness of the skin inside the wrist. I am convinced that the call to the Burn Doctor is the reason the burn subsided and the pain ceased. As long as the Burn Doctor's number is available, I will call it when needed."

Another excellent example of the FireBurnDoctor's Q & E protocol!
Randy is a military man who heard about the FireBurnDoctor on Facebook. When he burned his hands taking a hot pan out of the oven, he was prepared and called immediately the FBD phone number. When the FBD team called him back, Randy said his pain had been an 8-9 before making the call, and now, just 6 minutes later, his pain was zero. "Zero!" The FBD team member said, "That's great! Exciting, isn't it?" "Yes, sir. Thank you, sir!" replied Randy.

Sylvia heard about FireBurnDoctor from her boss. As an Executive chef, Sylvia is an expert in the kitchen, but even experts can have accidents. While at work, she burned her face near the eye when hot water splashed down the side of her face. About two hours later, her boss learned of the accident and told her to call the FireBurnDoctor, which she did and left a message. When the FBD team called her back, she said her pain level was a 5 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and that the burn had happened 2 1/2 hours ago. The FBD team member told Sylvia that she needed to call within the first 30 minutes, but she didn't know that. A half hour later, Sylvia called to say, "it's been a half hour and it's gone from a 5 down to about a 1, so thank you, and I'll keep this number in my phone." When the FireBurnDoctor team called her back to ask her to email her report, Sylvia's boss answered, saying, "I'm the one who steared her to your number.... Her pain was down to half or 1 before she left for the day and we're just trying to understand what happened."

Carol grabbed a clothes iron not knowing it was hot and burned the palm and fingers of her right hand. Within 2 minutes, her husband who had heard about FireBurnDoctor on the Jeff Rense radio show, called the FBD phone number and gave her details as Carol, a professional photographer, was rushing out the door to a photo-shoot. Carol's hands are her livelihood, and although she didn't fully understand why her husband was giving details of her burn over the phone, she had to leave for work, whether she was burned or not. When the FBD team called back, Carol's husband explained the situation and reported that her pain level was a 6 (on a scale of 0 to 10), and agreed to call back when he saw her again to give feedback.
At 41 minutes after his first call, Carol's husband called again to report, "I just checked on her burn. The mark is gone. She's under no pain at all. I just wanted to thank you again. Unbelievable! Thank you." And then he emailed the same day: "I wanted to thank you again for the healing that my wife experienced this morning after accidentally picking-up a hot clothing iron. I placed the call immediately and the pain began to come down within minutes. After 45 minutes the pain was completely gone and the mark was almost non-existent. My wife is skeptical when it comes to alternative views/beliefs. We are now both open to what we can’t understand and look forward in sharing our story concerning the Fire Burn Doctor. Many Thanks."

And... one more great Q & E story from Russian born Leon K, in his own choice words:
On November 20, 2010, I was trying to make some tea. I was holding a mug with a tea bag in my left hand and was going to pour boiling water, holding the kettle with boiling, still bubbling water in my right hand. I know, I know - something only a total retard would do. Anyway, I miscalculated the trajectory of the water, and poured it all over my left hand, holding the mug, instead of into the mug. I will omit the words I said immediately after it happened.
I rushed to the kitchen sink and put my hand under cold water. The stinging pain was about 6 or 7 on a scale of 1 to 10, and my left hand turned lobster-red. Feeling no improvement after about 5 minutes, I ran to my computer, looking for a phone number I heard about on Jeff Rense. It took me another 5 minutes or so to find it. I called and left a message. In a few minutes I received a call back and provided some additional information. Half an hour later, the stinging pain totally disappeared and the redness diminished significantly, which was pretty amazing. Few hours went by as I am writing this testimony. There is no blisters, and the redness is barely noticeable. Everyone should have the Fireburn Doctor's telephone number handy at all times, because you never know when you might need it. Thank you, Fireburn Doctor!"

REMEMBER to TUNE IN Monday night, November 22, to the Jeff Rense radio show! Hear Leon and many others, who also heard about FireBurnDoctor from listening to Rense radio, tell their amazing stories to Jeff Rense and the FireBurnDoctor spokesperson, Alison McDermott. Thanks to their two previous interviews, these people were spared the pain, suffering, scarring and disfigurement that come from burn accidents. All they did was call 1-818-332-6445 within 30 minutes of the burn... and they are very glad someone told them about FireBurnDoctor.com!
