At 10:05 a.m., Pacific time, Arlene picked up a hot pan before realizing a pot holder was not there. Her pain was an immediate 10 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and she called the FireBurnDoctor phone number within one minute of the burn. She had called the FBD team before for help and knew to call right away for fastest results. By the time the FBD team called back 6 minutes later, her pain was already down to a 1 to 1.5. Just one hour later, Arlene reported, "I have no pain whatsoever, and my skin looks really good. And I don't know if there was anything there. Just to let you know, and thank you so much."Arlene Q., Arizona, 8/30/10
When Tom first called the FireBurnDoctor phone number, more than 20 minutes after exploding grease burned his face and wrist, his pain was still a 9 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Just 6 minutes later, he reported his pain level had fallen to a 7, and that it "feels like it's changing already." Describing his story in an email, Tom wrote: "I heard about this on the Jeff Rense show about a month ago. I was frying chicken last night and the biggest glob of grease I have ever seen exploded from the frying pan and landed on my right wrist and left cheek on my face. I quickly took off my shirt wiped my face and put my hand under cold water. Of course I kept cooking. I remembered the Burn Doctor and called. I gave them the information and I was in a lot of pain. All I can say is I believe it worked. I waited about 30 min when I should have called immediately. Within minutes the pain went down to a low level. It still hurt, but it was at least 70% better. The next day I can barely feel it. I can still see the burn mark on my wrist but it does not hurt. I posted the story and picture and burn doctor info on my facebook page to share this awesome experience. Thank you." A while later, Tom reports he's "doing great! I'm just amazed. Thank you guys."

At 9:24 a.m PT, Rachel bumped her forearm against a very hot heat gun. She called the FBD team within one minute, while her pain was an 8 to 9 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Within 6 minutes, Rachel said her pain level dropped to a 1! Less than an hour later, she reported the burn was "kind of nothing, zero to 1" and an hour after that, she said it's "almost perfect, there's a little red mark, but I can touch it. There's zero pain!" When Rachel sent an email report, she stated: "Thanks so much for the great results of your treatment! It took about 3 hours for all the pain to disappear after the phone call. There is some redness on the skin, but completely pain free even to the touch. The burn site was about a square inch, but was painful and was incurred on a heat gun. I heard about this program on Jeff Rense radio last week -- around September 1st. Thanks again for the program and your dedication!"

At 11:23 am, Pacific Time, Maria poured scalding water from the tea kettle over her left wrist. While she ran her hand under cold water, her husband searched for a remedy on the internet. He found the FireBurnDoctor phone number on Rense.com and made the call. Just 9 minutes later, Maria reported the pain had dropped from an 8 to 4 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and said, "it's going down, wow, that fast. I've had scalding burns before and never have they gone down so fast. Thank you!" An hour later, Maria said, "the burn is no longer painful at all. It's a tiny little pink spot. And I'm absolutely amazed! Thank you very much.... It's getting smaller by the minute. Even if I rub it, not hard, but brush it, there's no pain; you know how burns stay painful to the touch -- I'm absolutely amazed, I don't know how you do it.
When Maria emailed her report to the FireBurnDoctor, she was very grateful: '"Wow! The Burndoctor service is amazing! After I spoke to you the burn area pain and sensitivity was diminishing (scale from 8 to 4). I would say that within minutes of our first conversation the pain and affected area of the burn was returning to normal. I could almost see the red area shrink in color as the burn cooled off. Within the hour after our second call the burn was all but gone, the red skin was now a small pink area the size of a dime. There's no scaring or blistering at all. Shortly thereafter I'd totally forgot about it. I scalded my wrist with my tea water and thought I would have to deal with the trauma. Your service is an unbelievable god send. Thanks so much, I'll be sharing my experience with everyone."

At 1:15 p.m., Central Time, Melanie picked up the wrong end of a curling iron. She remembered hearing about the FireBurnDoctor on the Jeff Rense and called within 15 minutes of the burn. In her voice message, she described the pain as being 7-8 (on a scale of 0 to 10) and that it was "increasing and ferocious." When the FBD team called her back 5 minutes later, Melanie was laughing! On 9/13/10, Diane burned her tongue on a hot burrito. When she called the FireBurnDoctor, her pain level was a 5 (on a scale of 0 to 10). 7 minutes later, it had dropped to a 4. When she called back, Diane reported: "This is my 30-minute call-back. I don't have any pain now, just have a tingling sensation where I was burned. Thanks!" Not a big deal maybe (except for burrito eaters), but it's the "same deal" whether the burn is 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree, no matter where in the world it occurs.... That IS a big deal and a "First in Human History!" thanks to cells phones, text messaging and digital technology, without which it is virtually impossible to get the information to the FireBurnDoctor in time to help.Diane E., Oklahoma, 9/13/10
On 9/14/10, Carol's mom called the FireBurnDoctor to report that her daughter had been burned about an hour before, but that she had just found out about it. When the FBD team called her back, Carol's mom reported that the pain level had been a 5-6 (on a scale of 0 to 10), but was already down to a 3. About a half hour later, the mom called to say, "It's been about 26 minutes since we last talked. It's getting better, I guess her pain level is down to about a 1 and a half to 2. Right around there. This is her mother calling. Thank you so much. Sure look forward to learning more about how this all works.... Thank you." Four days later, Carol's mom called to say, "I'd say it took 45 minutes to an hour for the pain to be gone...."Carol B., Oregon, 9/14/10
On 9/16/10, Susan was frying stew meat for her 60 year-old grandson, when grease splashed onto her fingers. Having heard about the FireBurnDoctor on the Jeff Rense show, Susan's grandson knew exactly what to do and called the FBD team within 4 minutes of the burn. Just 12 minutes later, Susan's pain went down from a 10 (on a scale of 0 -10), to maybe a 2-3, where it was "just stinging now" with red knuckles showing. When the FBD team called her back, Susan simply said, "It's done, Thank you." A little later, after her nap, Susan called to report that there was no pain, zero, and had been zero for several hours.

At 1:14am, Eastern time, Rosemary burned her fingers on a cigarette. When she called the FireBurnDoctor 5 minutes later, she described her pain level as a 10 (on a scale of 0 -10) and was glad she had programmed the FBD phone number into her phone (under "Burns"!) so she could make the call so quickly. Less than an hour later, Rosemary called back to report: "There is zero pain, and almost zero blistering. Thank you very much." In a later voice mail, Rosemary again expressed her gratitude, "It's great. Thank you very much, young fella, and have a great day.... Happy to meet you people."Rosemary B., Ontario, Canada, 9/19/10
At 8:19 p.m., Pacific Time, Harold burned his fingers on an oven element. When he called the FireBurnDoctor, his pain level was an 8 (on a scale of 0 to 10), which went down with ice to about a 5. About 30 minutes later, Harold called to report, "The burn is definitely better. The pain level is down to, without ice, I haven't had ice on it, it's down to, gosh hardly anything at all. There's still a nice size blister. It was both fingers, but on the one finger there's hardly anything. The pain is really down to almost nothing. So thank you, thank you, thank you. Hopefully it'll continue to improve. It's still a little bit sensitive to the touch." Just 17 minutes after that, Harold reported again, "Doing so much better. It's not throbbing. Only sensitive if touched. It's wild, pretty amazing what you do. I still don't know exactly what it is you do."
The next morning, Harold wrote: "Dear Burn Doctor Team, Thank you so much for your help last night. I touched the element in an electric stove and severely burned one finger and slightly burned another one. After speaking to one of your team I was aware of the throbbing pain and stinging subsiding and within 30 mins. the pain went from an 8 to .5 (a half point). After about another hour the pain was gone. The blister that was about an inch long is now only a small spot. Thank you again."

On 9/24/10, Danny's wife called to report that her husband burned his fingers very badly grabbing a hot skillet with both hands. She said he was holding a bag of frozen peas on what looked like second degree burns, some of them very deep, and making a pained face when she finally remembered the FireBurnDoctor business card someone gave her. She called immediately, within 15 minutes from the time of the burn. Danny said his pain level was a consistent 5-6 (on a scale of 0 - 10) with ice before the call. Just five minutes later, he reported it was still a 5-6 (without ice), but "leveling off". Less than an hour later, Danny called to say, "My hand feels better, I think I'm willing to say that it's actually doing well. Thank you very much." He said his pain was now at "1 and a half to 2 and doing better. Excellent! I don't know what you did, but its good."
The next morning, when the FBD team called for an update, Danny's wife reported that he was"feeling so OK that he's using power tools down the street on a friend's deck. It's incredible, it was so fast! We did read page 10 on the website. That's amazing that you guys can do that. We're so grateful. Is there anything we can do for you? Do you accept donations?"
When Danny's wife sent an email to FBD, she told their story: "We called the Fire Burn Doctor and I heard my husband report a pain level of 8. The Fire Burn Doctor said to call back in a half hour. In a half hour the pain was down to a "level 1 or a 2". The next day, when the FireBurnDoctor called to follow up, my husband could not take the call as he was outside, building a deck with both hands and power tools. He was fine! No further problems with the burnt fingers! Thank you so much FireBurnDoctor. I have passed the number and this story along to all my friends!.... Why not try it?"Danny G., California, 9/24/10
At 2:46 p.m., Pacific Time, Paul burned his finger with steam and called the FireBurnDoctor phone number within 3 minutes. His pain level was a 4 (on a scale of 0 - 10). On 9/25/10, Betty burned her right thumb and called FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes to say, "It hurts. It hurts. Burning sensation. Turned white when I burned it. Brown skinned person with white burned patch." When the FBD team called her back, Betty said her pain level was a 6 (on a scale of 0 to 10). About two hours later, Betty called to report: "I'm sorry I failed to call back within 30 minutes. It's my son's birthday today. And so we're running around with that. Just came back home.... The area of the burn appears puffy and swollen. Pain is, like, not even a one, so the pain is greatly reduced. There's still a little bit of a sensation to it. And that's about it. But the pain is greatly reduced. It looks like it's just puffy and brown. I imagine the skin's probably just going to peal off at some point or another, and that's it... Thank you for your help."

At about 6:26 p.m., Pacific time, Owen burned his finger on a chainsaw muffler. He didn't have the FireBurnDoctor phone number in his phone, but knew about it because of a news story he'd heard, so it took more than half an hour for him to find the number. While he was suffering with a pain level of 7-8 (on a scale of 0 - 10), Owen said he applied a home remedy, but didn't get any relief until after he called the FireBurnDoctor. When the FBD team called him back, Owen said his pain was "maybe a 1. Thank you so very much." About ten minutes later, he called to report that there was "no pain at all and it's healing fast.

At 10:10 a.m., Central time, Sarah's mom emailed the FireBurnDoctor with Sarah's details and a photo. When the FBD team called her back, the mom said that Sarah had been making hot water that she poured into an already hot pan, when the boiling water and steam exploded onto her upper chest. She ran to the shower, feeling no pain in the rush, but stepped out of the shower 15-20 minutes later with a pain level of 3 (on a scale of 0 to 10). When her mom found out about the burn after Sarah's shower, she emailed immediately. About 30 minutes later, Sarah's pain was completely gone and within an hour or two, the burn mark vanished.
Sarah's very interesting email about her experience follow:
"Hi, Just responding with my experience this morning. About 10:10 this morning my mom emailed and I received treatment for my burn from the distance healing (scalded with water). I experienced mild, yet very irritating and uncomfortable pain.... It was a 3 or 4 on a scale of one to ten, I would say pain-wise. Thirty minutes or less after she emailed, all pain was gone, and then (within) an hour -1 1/2 hours the burn mark completely vanished... Along with ALL Traces that the burn ever occured.
I'm an energy healer and felt the energy. It (was) very specific and different from any other kind of energies I've experienced before. I felt it enter through the crown of my head and work it's way down and through my body. Most prominently felt in my head, crown, and then like a column of light energy. The Movement of the energy was straight through to my torso and on through my legs, as I felt it (energy) beginning to remove blockages (in my energy field) in the way. The energy itself felt like Icy Hot gel was being poured through my head and it was very tangible, tactile, and real... truly fascinating. Cold sensations on the bottoms of my feet, tingling and I felt it running through my hands as well "tingling and cold also."No Trace of the burn or the event at all... I have had burns like this before and it took over two weeks to heal up completely like this, Not an hour or two. :) Thank you."

On 10/4/10, Tammy burned her chin and lip with hot tea and immediately emailed her details to FireBurnDoctor@aol.com, within 5 minutes of the burn. Within 15 minutes of sending the email, Tammy's pain dropped from the initial 3 (on a scale of 0 to 10), down to zero. As a mother of 2 children, Tammy said she was very appreciative and will keep the FireBurnDoctor phone number in her phone and nearby. A little while later, Tammy sent another email: "Dear Fire Burn Doctor, I burned my lower lip and chin area with scalding tea and immediately emailed, filled in the information at fireburndoctor.com. This burn was not going to be horribly painful, but it would have left me red and scalded for hours if I had not done so. Within 15 minutes, there was no pain and no redness. I was completely healed. Thank you."Tammy R., California, 10/4/10
At 10:30 a.m., Eastern Time, Eddie, a hairdresser, was working on a client's hair when he accidentally spilled scalding water on his arm. He had heard of the FireBurnDoctor on the Jeff Rense show, so he called in his burn and details within 2 minutes of the injury. When the FireBurnDoctor team called him back 7 minutes later, Eddie said the burn had started to blister before the call and "would have been marked for a week." He said his pain had been a 6 (on a scale of 0 to 10), but was almost totally gone within 5 minutes of making the call.
Eddie's story is a good one: When he burned his arm while working on his client, he yelled, "Oh shit!" Immediately, the client exclaimed, "What did you do to my hair?" "Oh, no, your hair is fine. I just burned myself really bad," Eddie replied. The client saw the burn and remarked at it, but also thought Eddie was crazy as he called the FireBurnDoctor and gave his details. Convinced 30 minutes later, however, when not only the pain was gone, but the marks were gone also, the client immediately put the FireBurnDoctor number in her own cell phone.
Eddie's text message report: "Poured steaming water down inner forearm at work, immediate pain, level 6, became red, raised, and preblistered. Made call 2 min later, pain lessened in 5 min, no pain at 10-15 min, and whole thing literally faded away in 30 min. Was working on a hair client at my work who saw the event from beginning to end, she was in total amazement, as was I!!! 30 min later, and nothing there!!! Thank u !!!"
