UPDATES -- BURN CASE REPORTS, p. 11
When skeptical Susan burned her tongue, her family wasted no time in contacting the FireBurnDoctor by texting her exact details to the the FBD phone number within 5 minutes of the burn. Susan's dad then called the Fireburndoctor team shortly after that to report her pain was at a zero (on a scale of 0 to 10) and emailed his report: "Susan burned her tongue on hot food this evening. Her pain level was a three and she noticed she couldn't taste and her taste buds felt 'raised.' Within a few minutes of calling the burn doctor, her symptoms were completely gone, with a pain level of a zero. She was very surprised because she said that usually this particular kind of burn usually takes almost a day to feel better. Thank you burn doctor."
Susan K., Washington, 8/4/10
At 9:25 pm, Central time, David had finished repairing an electric motor. To test the torque, he turned on the motor and grabbed the flywheel. Stronger than he expected, the flywheel dug into his hand, embedding it in hot plastic, and his hand was smoking when he pulled it away. In his initial call to FireBurnDoctor, David said, "I can't get it to stop hurting. I put solarcaine and everything on it and it doesn't -- won't stop hurting. So I'm calling you." When the Fireburndoctor team called him back, David described his pain as a 6 (on a scale of 0 to 10), even with pain reliever. When the Solarcaine wore off in half an hour, his pain increased to an 8. But, another half hour later, David said his forefinger hardly hurt at all, and thumb felt better as well. The next day, David sounded very happy to report, "Hi burn doctor.... Yeah, it's down to a low, like 1 or 2, you know, I'm just aware that it's there.... Anyways, it's doing just fine. Thanks for your help. I appreciate it very much. Have a good one, and I'll tell my friends about you guys. Alright, bye."David M., Minnesota, 8/6/10
At 11:36 am, Pacific time, Sam burned his finger on a soldering gun and called the FireBurnDoctor within 5 minutes. He didn't call sooner because he was applying a technique he said has worked for him in the past. He claimed that applying pressure with a finger to any kind of injury and by pressing on it and making it hurt, it will heal much faster than otherwise. He says it's worked well for him in the past, but this time it just wasn't working; the pain was actually getting worse! On a scale of 0 to 10, Sam said his pain had been a 6, then 7 then 8. He claimed he has a high pain tolerance, but this one really hurt. When Sam's technique wasn't helping, he decided to call the FireBurnDoctor, and found to his amazement that although his pain was an 8 before the first call, 7 minutes after calling the FireBurnDoctor, his pain was completely gone. Shocked, Sam said he could even apply heat again!Sam's words: "Wow, thank you. There's no blister! It's totally gone!" He said he has already told all his friends, family and email network about the FireBurnDoctor and asked what else he could do. Two days later, Sam sent another message: "Blessings!"Sam G., California, 8/8/10
At 1:00 pm, Mountain Time, Mimi burned a finger on her right hand by touching the hot metal of a grill. She called the FireBurnDoctor within 16 minutes of the burn, when the pain level was a 6 (on a scale of zero to 10). Just 7 minutes later, her pain was at a 2 and on her next voice mail, Mimi reported, "It is approximately 52 minutes since I burned myself, half an hour since I last spoke with you. You asked me to call and leave a message following up... The pain is down to a level 1. I've been using it. I actually had to do dishes, so the last time we spoke half an hour ago, I did have ice on it when I told you the level was two. That ice is now off and I've had to do dishes with hot water, so it has vastly improved! Pain level is down to 1, and I don't really feel it any longer. Thank you."Mimi A., Utah, 8/8/10
On 8/8/10, Hawaii time, Julie called the FireBurnDoctor phone number just 9 minutes after burning herself boiling soy milk that splashed up and burned her hand pretty bad. When the FBD team called her back, Julie said her pain level had been a 9 (on a scale of 0-10) and was already down to a 5. She said she had put aloe on it, but it wasn't helping, when she remembered hearing about FBD on the Jeff Rense show and made the call. About an hour and a half later, Julie reported, "I couldn't call you back at half an hour because I was right in the middle of making tofu. That was the process I had to get back to. And sadly it involved more heat and hot water. But, you know what. I fully expected my whole wrist and left hand to be covered with inch high blisters by now. And they aren't there. It's red and soar and a 3 to 4, but it's not as bad as I anticipated it was going to be. Thank you so much! for your magic. I'll be telling everyone. Thank you. Bye bye." 10 minutes after that, Julie called to say, "Thank you so much! The pain is now down to a 2, the redness is gone away, the skin is flat and not blistering. The skin is actually a little brown, like it's healing...I fully expected this one to blister up and scar. I'm a believer. Thanks a million. How do you do it?"20 minutes later, Julie emailed her story: "Aloha Burn Doctor- Here is my experience for your files: About 4 pm I was making tofu, which involved pouring boiling soymilk into a bag and pressing it through, when the liquid suddenly splashed over my left hand and wrist, causing severe pain. Having received a similar cooking burn as a 10 year old, and being still scarred today 50 years later, I fully expected a giant blister to appear, it was that bad. I could see how red it was, and the swelling had begun. I ran outside and cut a leaf of aloe vera and applied the gel, but this time it did not help. It was excruciating. A 9 or 10 on the scale. Then I recalled reading about your technique, maybe on the Rense website.... At any rate, I had nothing to lose but the pain, so I called the FireBurnDoctor, as I saw I was within the 30 minute time frame. He said I should continue on about my day, so I did. I had to finish the tofu, which sadly involved more exposure to heat. By now the pain was down to about a five, and the redness was diminishing. At one point, I actually felt really good, almost high (on my own endorphins?) and the pain would rear up a little and then subside. I did run cold water over it a few times, that felt good. Two hours later, I am writing, and able to use the hand, and the pain is about 2-3, with pain-free intervals between. The amazing thing is there is no blister. The redness is disappearing and the skin is brownish, as if the healing process has already begun. Thank you again for this humanitarian effort that you are performing for free for people in pain. I posted your number in my Rolodex. Aloha."Two days later she followed up with a "by-the-way," saying, "Also, by that evening, my hand felt good, and today is fine. Thanks again!" NO pain, NO blister, NO scarring, NO cost... FireburnDoctor 818-332-6445!Julie S., Hawaii, 8/8/10
More than two hours after burning her hand by grabbing the burner of her stove, a friend told Diane to call the FireBurnDoctor. Even 2 hours after the burn, and after soaking her hand, applying ice and wrapping it, her pain level was still an 8.5 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Within 8 minutes of calling the Fireburndoctor team, Diane said her pain was dropping. A couple hours later, she called to say thank you and report that her pain was down to a 3 (which is how her arthritis always feels) and the blisters are small and not doing anything. The next day, Diane called left another message to say, "there's some kind of magic going on. Thank you for your support all day yesterday and today!"Diane Z., Maine, 8/11/10
At 6:30 a.m., Mountain time, Carol burned herself with a curling iron. She had already experienced positive results from calling the FireBurnDoctor for a burn several months before, but this time didn't think the burn was bad enough to warrant calling it in. So she waited, as she said later, thinking, "It would just go away, but the pain just kept increasing, it got redder and redder with some swelling. Then I thought, it's still within the half hour and its not going away like I thought it would. It's time to call it in." By the time Carol called FireBurnDoctor, 17 minutes after the burn, her pain level was a 9 (on a scale of zero to 10). Within 7 minutes of calling the FBD, the pain dropped to a 2. She said the mark was still white in the center, with red around it, but much less inflammation. About 3 1/2 hours after making the first call, Carol reported that she was doing "just great! The skin is only a brown spot now."Later, Carol emailed her amazing story: "On Wednesday @ around 6:30 a.m. I was getting ready to go to work and bumped my arm against the iron that I was using. I did not think it had been that bad and continued getting ready. At around 6:45 a.m. I called the Fire Burn Doctor because I was in pain and the arm was very red. After placing the call and leaving the information that was required, I went about my business. Within 10 minutes of the call the pain was gone and I was on my way to work. Thank you again for all your help." Carol added that when she told someone at work about her incredible experience, he just laughed at her. But she keeps telling people, even if they laugh, because it worked for her.Carol G., Idaho, 8/11/10
NEW! From Europe... Testimony the Netherlands
When Rita burned all fingers on her left hand with hot tea, she remembered having read a magazine article about burn injuries and called FireBurnDoctor phone number within 10-15 minutes. Her pain level was a 2-3 (on a scale of 0 to 10). After just one hour the pain was a 1 and the skin felt tight and was still red. After one day the skin is still a little red and a little sensitive, but not damaged and no blisters have developed... and Rita is very thankful.Rita M., Netherlands, 8/11/10
At 3:50 pm, Eastern time, Sally was cooking sausages when one exploded into her face, splattering boiling grease onto her face, lip, cheek, near her eye, and lots onto her arm. She called the FireBurnDoctor 20 minutes after the burn injury when her friend gave her the FBD number. At that point, her pain was escalating, from a 3 (on a scale of 0 to 10) up to a 4 or 5. Then, just one hour and 51 minutes from her call to FBD, not only was her pain gone, but most of the marks were gone as well. Sally reported, "I'm feeling alright actually. There's not even red marks, oh, there's a small red mark on the back of the hand. Awesome! Thank you! I will tell everyone I know, for sure."Sally Q., Ontario, 8/12/10
About 8 a.m, Central time, Lee had just turned off a torch and set it down, got distracted, then turned his face into it, and burned his cheek on the hot torch tip. Having already gotten extremely positive results from calling the FireBurnDoctor for a previous work-related burn, Lee immediately texted his complete and accurate details to the FireBurnDoctor phone number, all within 18 minutes of the injury. Seven minutes later, Lee's pain dropped from an 8 or 9 (on a scale of 0 to 10) to a 7. Then, a little over an hour later, Lee texted again to report: "Thank you. The pain from the burn on my cheek is absolutely gone. Once again, I completely forgot I'd even got burned. This is just awesome. Thank you, again."Lee T., Wyoming, 8/15/10
At 7:00 pm, Pacific, Ellen burned her outside thigh on the exhaust from a Jeep. She called the FireBurnDoctor, 45 minutes later when a friend told her about the FBD phone number and told her to call. Within 5 minutes, Ellen said her pain went from a 10 (on a scale of 0 to 10) to a 4. Then 43 minutes after that, Ellen called to express her thanks and added that the "pain is a zero now."Ellen P., Washington, 8/15/10
On 8/17/10, Roberta burned herself and called FireBurnDoctor just 1 minute later! In 8 minutes, her pain level dropped from a 5 or 6 (on a scale of 0 to 10) to a 4 or 5. When the Fireburndoctor team asked her to send in her report, Roberta emailed her story:
"This morning, I was preparing a hot mocha, and had nearly run out of my special stevia-sweetened chocolate powder. So, I added a little boiling water, capped the lid and shook the jar to get the last little bit. The top blew off, splattering near-boiling water onto my inner left wrist. My forearm immediately turned red and I felt a pain of about 5 or 6 on a scale of 10. (It was a burning pain, as hot water and steam can do, but I didn't see blistering.) I called into the Burn Doctor after about a minute or two to report the burn. I was asked to call back in about 30 minutes to report how I was doing at that point. I reported that the pain then was still about a 4 or 5, but the redness was decreased. About 2 hours later, the team at the Burn Doctor called me back to see how I was doing, and I had totally forgotten about the burn. There is NO pain, NO redness. I am most impressed, and most grateful. Thank you!!!

On the night of 7/11/10, Richard stepped barefoot onto coals that had fallen out of a bonfire and called the FireBurnDoctor within one minute. His pain level was a 6 to 7 (on a scale of 0 to 10). 40 minutes later, he called back to say his pain level "has gone from a 6 or 7 now down to a 1, 2 or 3." Immediately after waking up the next morning, Richard called to report, "I'd like to say that my burn from last night has gone down from a 6 or 7 to a complete zero. Thank you very much. Have a great day."
Richard then emailed his story: "I called the Fire Burn Doctor around 12:30 AM after stepping on hot coals that fell out of a fire pit, and after 30 minutes, my pain level was down significantly. I've called the burn doctor several times in the past for family and friends and it's worked every time. It was awesome to finally experience how quickly the pain goes away for myself. Thank you very much, you are highly appreciated."
Richard K., Washington, 7/11/10
On 7/16/10, Ron was enjoying the summer weather, riding his Harley in shorts, when he stepped off and his left calf hit the hot muffler. Within 13 minutes, he texted his information to the FireBurnDoctor phone number, saying his pain was an immediate 8 or 9 (on a scale of 0-10), and that the burn was "not bad, but painful.". About half an hour later, he reported, "The pain has gone down from a 7 to about, I don't know, probably a 4. It stings, but not really bad. Thank you." The next morning when he pulled his sock off, "there was no pain or blister. The pink area was little bigger than a quarter, where it had been larger than 4 quarters." Four days later, he told the Fireburndoctor team, he had "totally forgot it even happened," and asked how does it work! The FBD team directed him to Reports 10 page where he could read all about the "Bio-Matrix Hacker!"
Ron emailed later: "I burned the side of my calf on the very hot muffler of a Harley Davidson. Luckily, (even though I was wearing shorts at the time), it wasn't a major burn, but it was still painful. I've called FireBurnDoctor in the past, (because NOTHING else works better or faster), so as soon as it happened, I checked the time & called 10 minutes later. Within 1/2 an hour, I completely forgot it had even happened & I've had absolutely no pain since. If you don't believe me, try it yourself. No burn is TOO small to call. It's completely free, so you have nothing to lose. It really works. Sincerely, RT."
This was Ron's second opportunity to use the FBD since hearing about it on Coast to Coast. By telling his neighbors, family and friends about his first FBD experience and telling them to put the number in their phones, he has also helped a neighbor's daughter end the pain and marks from scalding in a hot bath.

Marc burned his finger on a hot pan while on holiday. The pain was 8 on a scale of 10 and it looked like a blister would develop. It was after 20 minutes that he called the FireBurnDoctor.
One hour after the call the pain was almost gone but a blister had developed although the rest of the finger looked again fine... and Marc considered the result well - thanks! Then two days later, Marc reported that the blister afterall disappeared and that in two days almost nothing was visible anymore, which he regards to be rather spectacular. He thanks again for the support!

At 9:05 pm, Central time, Ted burned his fingers in a machine shop while working with "near red-hot metal" when an electrical fire started. The property owner called FireBurnDoctor just 4 minutes from the time of burn, knowing that fast reporting gets fast results. Just 5 minutes later, Ted himself described his pain levels before and after the call was made. He started by saying, as a machinist he has a high pain tolerance, but "before the call, it was 'Oh sh_t' and would make others cry; now it's like, irritatingly uncomfortable." Asked to put a number on his pain levels on a scale from 0 to 10, he said the pain was an 8-9 before the call, now only 5 minutes later it's a 6-7.The shop owner said, "If this guy doesn't blister up, you've got a believer out of me." Just a half hour later, Ted called back to say, "Pretty impressive. The pain is a 2 now, but it had been down to zero before we started talking about it, it's creeping back up, probably because we're talking about it, but it was a bad burn. I went right back to work like you said, and it's amazing, I don't understand it." He also said, "I need to go home tonight and explain what happened to my better half." Later, Ted explained he has a high thresh-hold of pain, "I've scrubbed a jigsaw wound as if it was someone else's, but burns are different. I understand they're some of the most painful injuries, and this one hurt, but I was shocked at how fast it went down."Five days later, Ted reported that while this burn's pain disappeared in minutes, he had a previous small burn that still bothers him days later. Ted is telling everyone he knows about his experience with FireBurnDoctor. And he suggested to FBD that when anyone is skeptical about what the FBD does, he tells them, "There's a couple things I've learned in life, and this is one of them. That the FireBurnDoctor works."Ted F., Texas, 7/20/10
At 7:53 pm, Central Time, three-year-old Lars stood barefoot on a metal grate over a fire. His dad wasted no time and phoned FireBurnDoctor within 2 minutes. He estimated his son's initial pain as 5-7 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Just 4 minutes from that first call, Lars' pain level dropped to 4-5, as estimated by his dad, who had to remind Lars that the burn even occurred before making his guess on pain level. In only 25 minutes from the time of burn, Lars walked up to his dad and said, "It doesn't hurt anymore."Lars V., Minnesota, 7/24/10
At 9:36 p.m., Pacific time, Ilene burned her finger on a hot pan and was experiencing a pain level of 8 (on a scale of 0 to 10) when her husband text messaged her details to the FireBurnDoctor phone number, within 3 minutes of the time of the burn. Knowing that the FBD protocol is to give feedback and report on what's being experienced within 30 minutes of the 1st call, Ilene's husband again texted to report her pain level had dropped from 8 to 4 and then less than 3 minutes after that it was down to 1. About an hour and a half from the first text, her husband again texted, this time to report zero pain. The next day, Ilene's husband emailed their story: "Ilene burned her pinky on a hot pan on the stove early in the evening on 7 23 10. Her initial pain level was a 8. After calling the Fire Burn Doctor, her pain level went down to about a 2 or 1, and then eventually a zero. No sign of any burn the next day."Ilene C., Washington, 7/23/10
At 10:12 am, Eastern time, Christine burned 3 fingers on her right hand grasping the hot glass while fixing a candle. Within 8 minutes, she called FireBurnDoctor to report her details. Her pain level had been a 7 (on a scale of 0 to 10) before that first call and in 9 minutes, it was down to a 4. Exactly one hour from the time of burn, Christine reported that the pain had already gone to zero and she could use her hands as if nothing had happened... very important for an artist. She later reported, "Did not blister! It's a bloody miracle! I expected all 3 fingers to blister. I'm a writer, painter, jeweler, so my hands are important to me. No blisters, that's fab."
Christine then sent an email with her story: "I have received miraculous healings, twice from calling the Burn Doctor phone number, within 30 min. of my injury. Both incidents were burns to my hands, and both times I never got a raised blister! The second burn, it was 3 fingers and my thumb picking up a large candle; only one finger blistered, but it was flat and healed quickly. I have the phone number on the Fridge, and have told friends to pass it on. No pain after 30 min., and certainly not lingering for days as is usual. I have been quite impressed. Thank you."
