UPDATES -- BURN CASE REPORTS, p. 2
“My family and I are freakin out. I burned my hand approx four hours ago and now I am pain free and healing is well on its way. I am a paramedic and my wife is an ER nurse. We are both speechless in my recovery. Don't hesitate, this works."

"I picked up an extremely hot skillet with my right hand. I did not think immediately to call the Fire Burn Doctor. Went by the refrigerator where I have your phone number posted and decided to call. I called the phone number and, at 7:06 p.m., I received a call from your center. By 7:15 the pain had subsided to the point that it was not throbbing any more. Now all I have is a faint white spot the size of a dime compared to the red and a spot before the size of a dollar coin. The results are magnificent. It is miraculous. I will recommend this to everybody that I come in contact with. Thank you so much."

"Hello.... I discovered your number through a radio show. I kept the number just in case, having two children you never know. Just the other day I received a burn, picking up something that I didn't realize was very hot, hence the burn on my right thumb and index finger. Nothing too serious 1st and 2nd degree burns but painful none the less.
So I called the fireburndoctor's number and I also e-mailed fireburndoctor just to try it out to see if this technology (for lack of a better word) is viable. They responded right away to ask me for more detail, What time was the burn? What is the nature of the burn and where? What is the pain level?
I could see the blisters starting to form, I took a nap and when I woke the 1st degree burns on my index finger were non existent, the blisters actuality never formed, just a lighter imprint where the burn was and the pain went from an 8+ to a 2. Amazing!!! Not sure how it worked but it did for me. I will save and keep this blessed service in mind because with a toddler and a teen you just never know. Thank You!"

"I called earlier for my [7 year-old] son whom burnt his finger at dinner on a hot pan. Wanted to say thank you and that within minutes the pain and swelling was gone! No blistering or anything! Thank you."

"Thank you for coming to my aid Monday November 31 st.
I burned my hand on a cast iron skillet. A blister began almost at once and the pain was bad. I had programmed the # in my phone after hearing about it on Coast to Coast. I got in touch with the doctor within 15 min of the burn. He told me to call back after 30 min.
Within 10 min of talking to the doctor the pain was almost gone and the blister was subsiding instead of getting bigger.
A week before I had burned my hand and that burn was not as bad as this one. I did not call the doctor then and a week later that burn still hurt and had a blister which was just starting to disapear. Within 24 hrs of talking to the doctor my new burn had NO PAIN, and the blister was almost completely gone. I am amazed!!!! I will spread the news to friends and relatives. Bless you and your staff."

About 52 minutes after calling Fireburndoctor about her burned hand, Mary called back and left a voice mail: "Hi this is Mary, and I'm calling back about the burn, and it doesn't hurt. The one on the end of the finger is not blistering, but it's red. The one on the thumb is a little blister, but it doesn't hurt. And they both are ... the pain on a scale of 1 to 10, is about 1 1/2 to 2, where it had been a four." She immediately followed with an email, saying: "This is Mary and my burn is not as bad now,.. It stopped hurting and blistering but is still a little red, both burns feel numb."

On 12/13/09, PJ called Fireburndoctor within two minutes of burning her left ring fingertip on a hot pan, reporting a pain level of 3. Thirtyfour minutes after calling Fireburndoctor, she wrote, "I burned the tip of my ring finger on a skillet, wiping the pan after pouring off bacon grease, I touched my finger to the pan. When I was on my computer going to your website, it hurt to type with that finger. Now, I cannot feel any discomfort at all. I even ran my fingernail across the burned area to see if there was any pain and there was none. There is no visible sign of a burn. Amazing! Thank you.
